I have ordered a product of Rs 1000 in November 2016 and I don't like the product. So I returned the product immediately. I have given by bank account details when asked by yepme.I sent almost 50 mails and called 24 times untill I didn't get my money.

    I have order 1 parcel(order id[protected] from yepme for which i paid full amount upfront . but they failed to deliver the parcel to my door step because they have broken tieup with the courier partner . they even not notify me any thing about this when i enquire my parcel at that time only i came to know that its laying in there ware house . and when i applied for refund on 4 feb 17 they told me that it will be done with in 14 - 21 days . but still its pending . they have even blocked my registered number so that i am not able to call them . and even when i call then from another number . to talk about the concern they force me to take the refund in form of coupon. and they never transfer the call to there senior manager . every time they sheduled a call back but no one calls back . they are owning my money for the order that they are unable to deliver .today i called them they are still saying it will take 10 -15 days more .

      On, 26/01/2014 I have ordered a pair of shoes & paid RS. 658 trough online. After few days, yepme cancelled the order, without informing me & they said that, they will refund the amount of RS. 658 in my bank account. But till now I have not got the refund. I am asking for refund daily from yepme, but each & every time, they tell me to wait.

            I have made an order on 2 Jan 2016 and after few days the order got cancelled due to unavailability of stock and when I called they said they will refund the amount 280 within 14 days again I order another shoe for 280 and it too got cancelled by them.

            Every time I call they tell me it takes 7- 10 days .
            Worst online company ever seen.
            I called on 21 January they told I get on 28 Jan when I called on 28 January they said 100 percent refund will get on 4 February again after 4 when I called they tell me 17 February today when I called on 21 Feb still 7- 10 days .I haven't seen such a pathetic shameful cheating online store yepme ...Pathetic yepme...No shame to hold consumers money without delivering product...

            I hav order a pair of sandals and paid for it through debit now I hav seen some other sandal i want to order those and cancel the previous one so can u plz refund my money as soon as posible and rder is placed by cash on delivery

              I have purchased a jacket and sweatshirt from Yep on 19-Sep-2016. Order Id is 32268714. Immediately i returned it due to size issue. But since then i have not provided my refund even after continuous followups. Every time executives are giving lame excuses that refund procedure has some problem.                 I had ordered a watch which was delivered broken. I asked for a refund from the online vendor. The product was quality checked and processed for refund on January 12 2017. Till now i have called them more than 7 times but they keep on extending refund dates! Today again i called them up and they told that they maybe will refund till 24th February 2017.

                  I bought two t shirts and one pair of shoes on 4th -Dec 2016 in www.Yepme.com. Order number is 32925016. I canceled the order immediately. www.Yepme.com promised to refund money in 18 to 25 days.

                  I called customer care lot many times but there is no response from the concerned team. Every time i call they are telling i will get money in 2 days, but i am not getting my money back. From 2 months they are not returning the money.

                  Refer to my order no 33069496 dated 2nd Jan 2017 for amount Rs.399. My order was rejected on 6th Jan. I was told that I would get my refund within 21 days back to my credit card. I keep on following up, but till today - 13th Feb 2-17 I have not received my money back.
                  I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

                  It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

                  However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

                  Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

                  Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!

                    I bought a 3 items worth Rs. 798 on Dec. 2nd 2016. Due to mismatch in size, I returned all the products and applied for a refund. The refund was supposed to come in 7 working days.
                    Now It is almost 50 days since the incident and I have not got any mail from Yepme.com.

                    I have tried calling their customer care number, and they DONT EVEN HAVE IT TOLLFREE. My phone charges for waiting on hold on an STD call has been more than Rs. 200. This is not fit to be National level company.

                          I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

                          It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

                          However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

                          Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

                          Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!

                                i have made a order with yepme on 33097171 dt 06.01.17 and got delivered on 10.01.17. But i found that the same not matched with images shown in their website and i have made return request 2922868 on 25.01.17 and they have agreed to organise for return pickup on 28.01.17. But even now the return pickup has not been done

                                While checking with their customer care team, they are informing that they don't have return pickup arrangement now and contract with return logistics team has been lapsed and i need to return the same on my own
                                Lapsing of their contract is least bother issue to me and they must collect this material back from me and refund my amount as totally fed-up with this kind of worst service level from Yepme

                                I placed order on 27 January 2017. It was showing delivery date of 1 February 2017. Today it is showing as order status "Returned".

                                Why was the product not delivered?

                                What is the next step? You will Deliver it again or Refund.

                                    i have complained many times on their support portal, but i didn't get refund yet. when ever i have communicated with their customer care executive or through their support portal they have the same answer that they are trying to escalate the the matter and problem will be resolved soon.

                                      Please contact me you have not called or answerd. On my compliant please refunf my money i place order on 6thsep today is 30 nove 2016. you are holding my money

                                      placed an order on 6th September. My order got split 3 times with different sub order id.

                                      Some item was missing and some item i have returned to yepme. Till date i have not received refund of all. I called 6 to 7 time. Each time it cost 100 minimum. While on call aslo it get discontinued. So far I spent 1000 rupess to call them. Which is stupid against to refund of 1350 rupess aprox. I have maill around 100 to them. They are replying sorry for inconvenience cause to you.will look forward and get back to you soon. I asked them to pay intrest on my money they denied also that. What to do next. On top of that 1000 rupess spent calling them which is stupidity of me.

                                        I had returned two items to yepme on 9th November which were received by them on 14th November, 2016 (as per the SMS sent by Yepme). The refund has not been processed till now and on every follow-up on email and customer care phone service they promise to resolve within 2-3 days and do not solve the issue and refund me back. They always insist on taking the vouchers from them in lieu refund money, which I am denying and hence they are not processing my refund. The order numbers are: 32568835 & 32578731. THe complaint number given from customer care representative is : 2906926. Please do the needful as it seems that Yepme is handling this issue very casually and is in no mood to refund the money. Might be they are doing the same to all the customers who ask for refund.
