Dear sir, I had bought and further returned the shoes on 30.11.16.yepme checked the quality and passed it on 7.12.16.despite of several reminders through phone (no.[protected]), till date I had not received my refund.even there is no response from their customer care e.mail id:[protected]@yepme.com.they registered my complaint id:2877796.
Kindly take some steps where I will get my refund quickly.

    i made an order of rupees 498 wide order no. 33066891 and paid by my mobikwik wallet (mobikwik invoice no HMBK[protected]) on 1st jan 2017. the order automatically rejected on 2nd jan 2017 and as per yep me mail came refund should came in my account/wallet in 10-14 days. i also called upon for the same 2 times and mailed but it is more then 21 days and still i did not received my refund amount of rupees 498.

    now the order is also not showing in order list in my yepme account, and i am helpless to make a complain from my account till the order not shown in list.

    dear sir/madam,

    after complain submission at this portal i am having calls from various mobile nos.. from one of them i spoken, he demanded card no. expiry and cvv no. and when i not given cvv he is scolded me. the mobile no was [protected].

    i think it was a fraud call. please do something also for such fraud calls, because every customer is not aware for such frauds.

    i am not agree for coupon.

    THE FIRST THING IS ORDER NO IS 33066891 NOT 32945529.

    SECONDLY, In that case let me know what ARE THE UNAVOIDABLE REASONS that my refund did not given till 23 days left.

    no such circumstances may happen, because at online transaction platforms/wallets the reversal takes effect instantly. i do not want any form of coupons or points. please do not issue such things. if i want to purchase next time from your website, i pay from my card, do not issue me any point.

    please refund in my mobikwik wallet [THE COMPLETE AMOUNT OF 498 RUPEES] by which the payment made. if there is any issue, let me know if you want to send in my bank account, as neft came in account same day.

    please refund the amount and resolve the issue A.S.A.P. as it is already delayed.

          I purchased a Product from Yepme on 18th Oct 2016.

          I requested for the Return & Refund because of size and quality issue.

          The product was received to Yepme on 14th Nov 2016. Quality checking was done within 1-2 days as per the received message on my phone number.

          Since then I am following up for the refund but only lame excuses are being given by you.

          It’s been more than 3 months since I have not received any refund amount in spite of following you via numerous calls and emails.
          Please consider this as my final and last warning after which I will be bound to approach Consumer Court. There might be a case of fraud, mental harassment etc on you.
          Note:- I don’t need any coupon or such kind of thing from you because of your pathetic service and behavior towards your customers.
          Please refund the amount in my account ASAP.

                My refund at yepme is pending from last 3 months for a cancelled order. Really they made me cry for my own money. Had never seen a fraud website like Yepme. Whenever I call Yepme for refunds they say that its gonna take maximumof 24-48 hours. And I am listening the same thing from the last 2 months.

                  I bought a pair of shoes from yepme against order id[protected]
                  Yepme Casual Shoes - Brown) on 07-Dec-16. I was having size issue with the product so I returned the product and requested for refund on 10-Dec-16. I also emailed them the courier receipt of Rs. 150 and order amount Rs. 399 so that they can process the refund to my account. It makes me really annoying that its been more than a month they have not yet credited the amount into my account. Please help in this regard.

                    Few days back I placed an order from yepme for which i paid Rs 299/- via netbanking, i have purchased many a times from yepme no problems yet, i never returned any product because i never felt the need too. And thus i wasn't aware of its return policies. But now i got fitting issues so i planed to return it, when i attempted to return i got the info that they dont provide reverse returns, they asked me to return the product shipment to the address of delhi and then they will initiate the refund within 21 days and the courier costings will be returned as coupon worths rs 150/-. Also they want the product back within 14 days otherwise the return request would be cancelled. I sent the product the same day back and i informed yepme that the product has been sent also i sent the receipt to yepme for the tracking purposes, yesterday i got the delivery confirmation from the postal service and today i got the SMS from yepme that they didn't received my product, i keep on sending mails still no reply from the company also i tried reaching them via phone call all they asked to hold on and i kept holding 15 mins and still no response so i disconnected.

They have a standard reply... "Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This is with reference to your concern regarding refund of order number 32274904. We would like to inform you that we have forwarded this concern to our concerned department. We wish to assure you that we are working upon your concern on priority basis. Once, we receive an update over the same we shall inform you accordingly.                           I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

                          It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

                          However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

                          Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

                          Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!

                              I had ordered a sherwani from yepme on 29th oct, 2016 and cancelled the order same day after paying amount of 6773 inr online. It has been more then 2 months and 5-6 phone calls to customer care and still haven't got the refund back to my account. Every time they are saying it will take more five days, and still i am not getting my amount back.

                                Sir I bought shoes from yepme.com on dated 11-sep-2016 vide order no. 32229780 of Rs 374. I returned the product as size was not ok. But my refund is not initiated yet. I called many time to Customer care and always they say that refund will be initiated in 72 hours. Now more that 3 months passed and I harassed by calling them again and again. even they asked my bank detail and I provided them two months ago. Last time I called at yepme customer care[protected] and the gurranted to refund in 72 hours. but still my refund not iniiated. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possbile.

                                  I'm so frustrated with the YEPME customer care services. First of all, their Customer Care number is not toll-free and when I tried to contact the customer executive I was put on hold for 30 mins. And I still didn't get to speak to the executive.

                                  I returned their item two months ago. And I still haven't got my refund. I have made so many calls and wrote so many emails still, I've got no positive response from yepme. They're just delaying my refund.

                                      My refund for canceled order id 32800363 placed on 15 Nov has still not be initiated .it's been more than a month .on 15 of Dec I was promised that I ll be getting refund in next10days that is on 25 of Dec. But still i did not gett it nor my E-mail have been replied. This is the worst site for shopping they cancel your order when amount is paid online and hang you for your refund.                                         Yepme is the most pathetic site even if you call they will not pick the call and in mail they will only send one message that they have forwarded your concern to our concerned department and if you will ask the detail of there concern department they will not give and again if you will they will say the same thing but will not refund our money and instead they will ask you if they can provide the coupon even though they know after so much of irritation why i will again open that rubbish site.
