Hello,

This is with reference to an order number 32720307.
I canceled an order on 28th Oct, 16, it was a prepaid order.

It's been more than 50 days & i haven't received the refund yet.
I mailed them several times but i always receive the drafted/saved mail that i will get the refund and my request has been escalated. It's just a waste of time mailing them and awaiting for their reply.

Even after calling them, they put the call on hold for several hours and don't respond.

This is the worst site ever, i have seen number of complaints against this site and i regret for purchasing from this [censored] site.

Kindly resolve my issue and provide the refund

    I've sent back the products I had purchased 55 days back and I have exchanged at least 25 emails with them and each time only receiving a standard response "We would like to inform you that we have forwarded this concern to our concerned department. We wish to assure you that we are working upon your concern on priority basis. Once, we receive an update over the same we shall inform you accordingly."

    I am tired of following up with them; and I've never ever seen such pathetic customer service. Rather have a bot send these messages!

    I was told that the shipping charges will be paid back as well but no sign of that either. The T-shirts I ordered were of such inferior quality, I would've rather used them to dust my furniture than return.. at an additional cost!

        (RS. 769.0) - AUGUST 13, 2016 but they didn't delivered the product as at that some issue with their courier partner that's why product return automatically. But my refund rs.769 still not received .I paid that money through SBI debit card.today I update my passbook, check carefully no money was recieved from yep me.whenever I called their customer care they gave me fake promised that my money will credit soon to my bank but now patience is over they still not refund my money.

          Yepme cheated me they are not refunding my 5000 rupees and it has been 2 nd half month since I returned the product, I called them so many times they always says wait for 5 days, after 5days I call them they again says wait for 5 days or 72 hour, I trusted them and waited for 2 and half months, but I have not received my money.               Sir / madam,
              I had ordered a pair of womens sandals bearing order id 32492996. Firstly i had ordered size 6 but you guys have delivered sandals of size 9. And it has already been 90days since i have been requesting for the refund of my order and everytime a same reply it would be refund to u within 2/3days. This makes two things clear in my mind, either you people have no interest in paying me back or there has been some serious financial trouble in your firm that you are unable to pay such a small amount. I hereby request you to kindly revert me back asap with a concrete date by which i shall be receiving the amount or i shall be compelled to go further above in the system to get back my money.

                Very poor experience of shopping with yepme.com.
                I have ordered Yepme casual shoes(grey & black, & Blue 2 pairs) from yepme.com on September, 05, 2016 for Rs.500.00.When received there was an issue with the size, so I returned the same after raising complaint with complaint no .2050203 via courier (details in attached file).
                It was being said that the amount paid will be refunded within 10-21 days from the date of complaint raised but the same has not been received till today i.e.14.12.2016.Also, if calls are made at yepme.com then they always say amount will be refunded within 2 days but not received.
                No amount has been received.So much of harassment has been done by yepme.com.
                I want to complaint for the same as I am very much disappointed with the poor services of theirs .
                Kindly look into the matter & proceed for refund our amount along with fine from yepme.com .

                I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

                It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

                However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

                Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

                Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!

                    Unfortunately I paid for this product. It was rejected after 15 days saying product is not available. Please refund my money.
                    I have placed my order on Nov 08, 2016. My ORDER ID: 32785436. It was rejected from the yepme stating that the product is unavailable. Hence they agreed to refund the amount in next 15 days. But haven't received the money yet.

                    I'm constantly trying to reach them out. But they are not responding.

                      My order number 32745540 they cancelled my order due to out of stock that after raining delay in deliver compliant till that it was showing order will be deliver soon.

                      I ordered on 1st November it should be delivered on November 07, 2016 .13th November rejected my order . if it is out of stock they need to inform me when i order for that 13 days required ?.

                      It's been more than a month and still i did not get my refund from them.

                          Not able to track the return status of my order. the last update i got was on 26th Nov that my product has been received back to you. But after contacting so many times to customer care I am not able to getting my refund back.

                          Even after waiting in the call for 30 - 45 min no body is receiving my call.

                          Let me know if you have different process to request for refund or you are not able to understand my language.

                          I've sent back the products I had purchased 35 days back and I have exchanged at least 25 emails with them and each time only receiving a standard response "We would like to inform you that we have forwarded this concern to our concerned department. We wish to assure you that we are working upon your concern on priority basis. Once, we receive an update over the same we shall inform you accordingly."

                          I am tired of following up with them; and I've never ever seen such pathetic customer service. Rather have a bot send these messages!

                          Yepme is the most pathetic site even if you call they will not pick the call and in mail they will only send one message that they have forwarded your concern to our concerned department and if you will ask the detail of there concern department they will not give and again if you will they will say the same thing but will not refund our money and instead they will ask you if they can provide the coupon even though they know after so much of irritation why i will again open that rubbish site.

                            It's been more than a month and still i did not get my refund from them.
                            My order id is 32641845 and amount is rs.250.
                            I've been contacting them since 1 month and still they're like it's being processed but i didn't get any refund yet.
                            They sent two shoes for the same leg.
                            This is how they make customers fool.
                            I've sent the item back more than a month ago.

                            Please see to it that i get my refund soon or else I'll have to file a court case against them for forgery.

They think advertise through bollywood stars will make goodwill of this blunder company. Its my request don't shop on yepme because ultimately u will also suffer like this.                                     I had placed an order in 29 October on Yepme order no 32738015. However I had subsequently cancelled the order but amount had been deducted from my partner wallet. I had been following up for the refund from Yepme on several occasions and each time they just say there is a issue in refunding and it will be resolved soom. There normal policy to refund is 14 to 21 days which is itself pretty late. However, in my case it's been over a month and I have not received refund. Other problem is it's too difficult to contact them and it takes hours on phone to get connected which means there are only 1person in customer care. It had been totally disappointed service that they provide. can my issue be resolved.

                                      I placed an order for 4 Men's T Shirts on 26 August, 2016. I paid the order value of Rs581 using my Paytm wallet. After two days Yepme rejected my order stating that my payment was not successful. But my Paytm wallet was debited with Rs581.                                         This is with reference to above mentioned order number. You have sent a defective and pre-used product. It's very obvious as it doesn't have a price tag, smells of some heavy perfume. Has lint on the inner pockets and one of them even has a hole.
