Please contact me you have not called or answerd. On my compliant please refunf my money i place order on 6thsep today is 30 nove 2016. you are holding my money

placed an order on 6th September. My order got split 3 times with different sub order id.

Some item was missing and some item i have returned to yepme. Till date i have not received refund of all. I called 6 to 7 time. Each time it cost 100 minimum. While on call aslo it get discontinued. So far I spent 1000 rupess to call them. Which is stupid against to refund of 1350 rupess aprox. I have maill around 100 to them. They are replying sorry for inconvenience cause to you.will look forward and get back to you soon. I asked them to pay intrest on my money they denied also that. What to do next. On top of that 1000 rupess spent calling them which is stupidity of me.

Please do needful. Or give me if anyone can provide consumer contac detail so that i can talk to them. I order total 4118 rupess on 6th of september today is 26 November. They are holding mu money from that day.

I can take a step and penalty to them.

Please help me...

    Approx 2 months are gone...after reached my product in there warehouse but I still didn't receive my both refund amount yet I call yepme customers care many time. every time they told me that some issue accure in our payment gateway so you will receive your both refund within 2 days but I didn't get anything now...         Sir,
        Order id. 32888559 dt. 26/11/16 has been rejected on account of payment failure. This is not true. I have made payment through mobiwik wallet and the transaction id is hmbk[protected] dt.26/11/16. For rs.1225/-. The said amount has been deducted from my bank (Sbi).
        What is my fault? I have paid the amount and the amount has been deducted from my account. Why the order has been cancelled for no fault of mine. I am in urgent need of the trousers.
        Please restore my order.

        The customer care no.[protected] has been keeping on hold calls meant for talking to Customer Executive but the executives are not responding even after being on hold for 55minutes. the call is not being picked up by the Customer Executive. It is very pathetic condition of customer care service. i have already lost rs. 69/- since yesterday on being kept on hold but representative not responding.Please help.

          First time I have used YEP ME services and I founded its worst. I have ordered a product (order ID[protected] and when I got that, that was damaged immediately I have registered the complaint (complaint no[protected]and that customer care executive said me that our filed boy will collect the same by tomorrow after 12:00 PM.
          No one came for picking damaged product. I got a mail from YEP ME that we are to providing the service for product return kindly courior us on below address:-

          I wanted to know only one thing that if the product is already damaged than is it my headache resend the product.

          I had placed the subject pre-paid order placed on 14 Sep 2014 and made payment through debit card.

          I later cancelled the order when it was at "Yet to be shipped" stage.

          Amount of Rs 938 has not yet refunded even after lapse of nearly two and a half months.

            So many time call get disconnect. It is not toll free number and it charge all the time 100 rupess. While on line my call get connect after 40 to 45 minute and talk is extra 30 minute. If you calcuate 1.50 paisa it will 130 minute will cost around 145 rupess. Think and check on system. Also you are holding my money since 6 sep till date today. I dont know how long it will take.

                  Order number 32532085 and your refund time line of 14 to 21 days but I am waiting 30 days but still not refund my money and I already many times feedback but still not refund and not responsible.                       My order id is 32164201 which was placed on sep 8 and my order was picked up on sep 14 as i had asked them for a refund due to size issue. It has been 2 months my refund is still pending. Yepme what are you people upto? Are you in losses thats why you are not refunding my money stuck with you past 2 months... Let me know when will i get a refund or have guts to say that we are in losses please give us some alms. You people force the customers to speak wrongly to your just coz of your deeds. Pathetic people to deal with. Will never shop for any yepme products you suck.you people are really pathetic, i dont know you need to learn how to process a refund request. i haven't received my refuynd yet i have already sent you my bank statement details on your refund mail id.                         I had tried several times to contact the customer service of Yepme via mail and also over phone, but unsuccessful every single time, nor is anybody responding to my mails. I have not received my refund for the order 32466875 which has been cancelled by Yepme itself since October17th. Following which I had received a mail saying refund will be initiated, whereas no more mails nor any refund was initiated. Look in to the matter and update me with the refund.

                                i have tried to contact them at their chargeable customer care number, after a long time the received the call and after listning my problem, they asked me to hold for a while and they use to put call on hold and never come back, i have wasted more than Rs.60 on calling them. i also have mailed them on October 22 but no action have been taken, then i have comment on google play store but there was already huge numbers of negative comment. After that i have realised that they are willingly doing this. and they dont afraid of any action that might be taken against them. So i decided to circulate this problem as many times i can do. My amount may be small but my concern is very important.
