Hey i am deepak kumar from samana dist. Patiala and i want to tell you that some days ago i think on 24 oct. I ordered a product from yepme and it has happened so many days but i didnt received my order yet and even i am not agreed with your tracking details and corrier partner too. And you are also not attending my calls. So my humble request to you that please placed my order early and even yep me told that your order would be placed on 28-30 oct 2016 and now it is 2 nov 2016 please give me my goods. Thank you

    I made this order in advance payments & money deducted from my bank account. payment id - pay_6whzui3glowbo. 20.10.2016 at 10.16pm i received a mail that my order is cancelled automatically & if money deducted from my account it will be refunded in 7 days but not yet i got my money back. many times i tried to contact there customer care through mail & call but did not get any reply. i have all transactions details.

      I placed a order on 13th oct, 2016 through yepme mobile app.

      My order details are
      Order id : 32542072 expected delivery date : october 18, 2016
      Total amount :173 (indian rupees).

      But, next day i got a mail that "yepme order no. 32542072 was rejected, assured that the money will be refunded to you in the next 7 days".

      But up to today[protected]. i didn't get any refund, they didn't respond for my mail and calls regarding refund issue.

        I made a purchase on 29th Oct, 16 from yepme.com site. My order ID 32676464, while i was booking it it proceed with payment but the oredr wasn' t successfully placed.My money got deducted from my account.As the order got unsuccessful i cancelled itin ordr to recover my money. Still i havn't got back my money.

              My order I'd is 3216421 and I placed this order on sep8, 2016 after having my salary. Got my order in sep 11 but had to refund due tk.size issues
              .they collected my stuff by sep 15 and by sep 18 I got a msg that the products were going for a check
              By sel28 I got a mail that my refund has been initiated.it's Oct 24 today and my money has not been credited to my account.on asking the customer care multiple times(in my case 10-15 times) they speak the same [censored]...               My order I'd is 32164201. And I had placed my order on sep 8 2016 after receiving my hard earned salary
              Igotmy stuff by sep 11 but I.had to return it back due to size issues.they collected my stuff by.sep 14
              By sep 18 I got a.msg.that my products are being sent for Quality check.by sep 28 I.got a mail that my refund.has.been initiated.it's Oct 24 and I haven't received.               I am booking shoes on yepme after long time the product can't be delivered to me then after receive me massege your order has been cancelled but I don't have refund my points...
              Complaint about for my money refund that they are not giving from the last month and they are tolerating with excuses. I ordered some tshirts and cancelled the product at that time bt i made payments through debit card now the problem is they are not giving my money back what should i do now..

                I ordered 3 t-shirts and a watch on yepme on "15th August 2016" delivery was not successful and they promised for the refund. I email them for my refund but no action was taken.                       I remember 1 month ago, i ordered for a black canvas shoes and waited for its delivery. Even after around a week, i didn't get any notice regarding the delivery. So, i called to yepme.com and asked for the issue. They said that there was some problem regarding the shoes so, shoes coudn't be delivered and also promised me to refund the money back within 7-14 days. But even after a month, i didn't receive the money from yepme.com.
                      The shoe ordered by me was black canvas shoes costing 199+50 delivery. Payment was done through online debit card and the total was rounded to 200 rupees since there was 25% discount on online payments. Today the date is 19/10/2016 but still no sign of refunding the money. I hope, through this, i can get back my money.

                          I have ordered a pair of shorts. On sept 25. With order number 32391366, the product which was delivered is not matching with product i have ordered. So had to reverse pickup the product and new order was placed with order number 32423019 but the problem is same old product was delivered with new packing . So want a refund on product. So this this time want to raise a reversal pickup and refund of the money dont want any replacement.even after send the print out of the image which i have booked, this can be found even in the order but you guys still want to fool people by displaying wrong image and selling other product.

                          You guys should check the product image given in the order and send same product not some other product whcih i dont want.

                            On 11th October 2016 evening 03:49 pm i had orderd a casual shoe through Yepmi i had done the payment through my debit card till now i didnt get any confirmation from Yepme -
                            the payment has gone from my account .

                            the delivering address that i am given is - Regant Lake Palace Hotel, Opp. Foundation hospital, Puthenthura p o, neendakara - Kollam Pin .691588

                            i had tryed to contact in you in your customercare number but i didnt get anyone on line, i had try in this number [protected] one person has picked the call and cut the call . i realy got a bad experiance from your side . so please do the needful within two days otherwise i will go to the consumer forum and complaint against your company, Because i had already done the payment i have the bank statements with me.

                              I had ordered a jacket from yepme. As i didn't liked the product i returned it. I spoke to the customer care and they said that they will refund the amount in 15 days and now its more than a month that amount has not been refunded. I tried calling the customer care however i only hear that iam in queue for more than 25 mins. This is the second time iam facing issue with yeme. The amount is around 1200 rs

                              I have placed an order to yepme and since 3 month i have not get material or my money refund.
                              In spite of frequent follow ups, nothing got solved.

                                I order for a pair of shoes from yepme and I returned them as I did not like them.
                                I was Informed that I will receive the refund within 21 days of returning the order.
                                Now its been 2.5 moth's since I have returned the shoes and also I have forwarded the email to [protected]@yepme.com but these guys do not respond me for even a single email.

                                    I had ordered the shoe with yepme.com on 4th oct 2016, by using net banking facility. With oder id : 32479034. Wich was supposed to be delivered on 10th october 2016.The same was dispatched on 5th october as i got sms from them. But when i tracked the goods on their website it showed dispatched on that day through Blue dart etail. But when i called them there was no such product given to courier co. Bluedart. I called couple of times to their call center no. And was with chat on fb messanger with so called yepme team but the same has not been delivered yet. Instead they have cancled the order saying there was tecnical error on the offer page. And couldn't process incomplete orders. Though my friends have already avail same offer and same product they are deniying me the same. No refund has also been granted. Very pathetic response from yepme team. Whenever you talk or chat it feels none of them are interested to talk or willing to take this complaint seriously or escalate to higher authority. I dont know what to do with such fraud company. Can any one help?

                                      Dear yepme,
                                      I used to be a blind yepme customer, not anymore. I had ordered 3 watches worth around 900/- with order id: 32393070 on september 25th 2016 which showed me status as order pending for dispatch until today. However i have waited 14 long days only to know that current status is order rejected. I even tried to call yepme customer care and they made me to wait for 20+ minutes but i could never talk to your executive. I want you people to know that neither i have received any updates from your side, nor my refund back. The service that you provide to your valuable customers are extremely disappointing. Please dont showcase products which you cant deliver. If this goes on yepme would loose more than 4 valuable customers who are part of my family. All i can ask for now is that the refund should be made asap, also please improve your service.

                                        plzzz refund my money its been 2 months i need it very much..i have been mailing and calling u but there is no answer..u are ignoring your customers call and mail.. i m tired and verymuch fade up of calling and mailing u.. n ur customer care no. call rate are so high it eats up all my balance without receiving any call by any customer care executive, almost 200 rs balance is cut om your customer care without any solution of problem.. i have never seen such a bad service till now..show some kindness and donot puzzle and harrass ur customers like this..kindly refund my money its my money not yours..otherwise i have to file a case in comsumer form and u have to pay a much greater amount..
