It has been a great disappointment on yep me side, I ordered a shirt with order no. 31968147, it hasn't been delivered to the customer on required date which was 26 Aug and no mail to my personal mail ID, diksha .[protected]@gmail.com has been followed up with .
Even I took a customer care email ID and no action was taken
Please help me in the matter, it's too much delayed.

I have order a Watch from the website yepme and done online transaction of Rs. 618 by Mobikwik wallet. (Invoice of Mobikwik is attached herewith). I have received an SMS that your order is rejected but the payment of Rs. was drawn from my account.
I called in yepme customer care many times but they are telling that we will refund the amount. But till now I have not received refund from yepme.
Please help me to get out with this mess.
