I called in yepme customer care but they are telling that we have not done any transaction from your account

I have order a Watch from the website yepme and done online transaction of Rs. 618 by Mobikwik wallet. (Invoice of Mobikwik is attached herewith). I have received an SMS that your order is rejected but the payment of Rs. was drawn from my account.

I called in yepme customer care many times but they are telling that we will refund the amount. But till now I have not received refund from yepme.

Please help me to get out with this mess.

        Service for the customer from this shopping website is very worst, no timely response & no proper phone number to contact, there is no secure payment gate way and refund issue. If we want to contact customer care we have to wait in a call more than hour and also there is no toll free number for this website. Kindly close the website to save lots of customer money, these website owner making money illegally from customers, there are not refund the amount for the product return or cancelled product.

                  Like to inform you that I've purchased on 22nd Sep 2016 of Rs.473/-. The amount was deducted from my account. Again on 1st Oct 2016 same amount of Rs.473/- was deducted from my bank account. But I've not purchased on 1st Oct 2016. The amount of Rs.473/- was deducted 2 times wrongly.

                    I bought yepme watch from flipcart.then after its has a problem in belt colour was removed.                     We are booked a product of rs 200 Order number 32055315 but Auguste 29 after September 11th day i get the message of order is cancelled and refund ll be process in 10 days but still we did not get the refund of it, when we called the customer care no answered from that end and more than a hour waiting for it, please resolve

                              I have booked 13.07.16 three set brief but I received only 2 nos then I will send to Delhi office to replacing. Last 2.5 month I discussing nobody take responsibility and more than 15 times send mails and calls till no reply and per calls deducted 15 Rs . I totally worried so please help to provide penalty or refund.

                                  I have placed the above order on 11th august 2016 through my debit card (order no.[protected]. the products had been returned to you by the courier not by me. i did not get the products. i had contacted you over phone and registered a complain (no.: 2756820 on 19th august 2016). you have assured me to refund yhe amount rs. 616/- within 14 days but i am sorry to say that till date i did not get the refund.
                                  I think this type of service is not expected from a company like you.
                                  So, i will request you to refund my money as early as possible.

                                    Yesterday i order one shoes from yepme.com...and i'wll redeemed my loyalts points for placing the order ...but then also some amount were required so i'wll paid rest of the amount via net banking. but my payment is not complete succesfully...so order will be cancel...but my royalty points were deduct from my Yepme Loyalty points and still my royalty points not refunded on my Yepme Account Wallet...So i want my 188 Loyalty points on my account...please take strictly action against them...thank you

                                      Refund not credited in bank almost 2 months gone.. After order cancelled by them... I ordered a product order id32029209 through prepaid in yepme... They cancelled my order.. No refund is credited till now.. No responses from their side.. I call several times no one ready to take calls... Totally cheated... Now i saw many complaint registered against that fraud company...

                                        This is a very simple case, I ordered ID 31981554 and a day later tried to cancel it.

                                        No cancel option is available on website.

                                        So emailed them for cancellation of order at [protected]@yepme.com. Despite this, they dispatched the product.

                                        I did not accept delivery of the product and keep emailing them but they are not issuing my refund EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH NOW.

                                        BY THE WAY, this is the second complaint on this matter. AND it is still NOT RESOLVED.
