When i checked with my bank order amount has been deducted and till today i haven't received my money back. When contacted with them they said text mail, but they did'nt gave mail id. What a ridiculous service giving by YEPME.COM...

No Refund Received

To start with Yepme is worst online shopping portal. It's over 2 months and Yepme has not refunded me although they have taken the shoe back which was not appropriate. First they asked me to place new replacement order which I did and when I checked with them via email about my replacement order.. They said it's out of stock. Secondly they rip off money by keeping you on wait while you call them... I have hold the line for almost half hour....

I did not receive either a replacement or a refund for a product i returned

I have been buying from yepme.com since long and found they have a habit of delivering wrong items or atleast in my case. But anyhow everytime i placed a complain in their website and after returning i got the correct replacement. They also do not provide reverse pickup facility nor they have a proper mail id from where i can communicate with the yepme team. Though they have a customer care helpline which isn't toll free people do not receive...
