Hi I would like to inform about the yepme.com fraud. I ordered watches from the yepme.com cost Rs 500, the quality of the watches are very bad. The moment i open the watches, strap came out. Than I though of returning the website, I got[protected] OR[protected] mentioned in the web mentioned in the website, I called customer care number[protected], NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I mailed the matter to [protected]@yepme.com again, , NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I filed a complaint on URL http://www.yepme.com/ContactUs.aspx, NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I sent back the shipment to them on below address Growthways Trading Pvt. Ltd. K-618, Rangpuri Ext. A-Block, Near Tata Telco bus service station, New Delhi–110037 Not get a single mail or call regarding the status of refund of money back. I am not seeing a single hope that I will get my money back. *************** Please Help *************************** SUGGEST EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YEPME.COM
Gurgoan Police take action against them, they are doing very big scam by sending faulty things to their customer.
Their way of earning is sending faulty/low quality things to customer, and don't refund the money

      I bought a pair of gladiators and bellies under buy 1get 1 scheme by yepme and I made the online payment but the delivery boy came thrice to me in a single day n asking me for Payment coz the yepme people have mentioned on the parcel that its a cash on delivery product.when i m calling the customer care ..they are telling me u r in a queue from last 2 hrs...and the worst part is i hav almost lost my 120 rupees in calling them and these guys dont even hav time 2 receive ma call...worst service...n the tragedy Is I still havnt gt ma product.plzz help

        I made the big mistake of buying a garment from YEPME months ago and after that practically every second day I have been getting unsolicitaed promo msgs on my phone. Though I had sent them msgs YSTOP at their no. 56161 . If I still get their promo msgs, I would have no option but to lodge my views on social medias and FB.

          i got message regarding by 3 sandals at 499. I immediately placed order for 3 sandals. Today i checked the status of the order it showed rejected. i didn't pay the money so thank to god. but I AM NEVER GOINT TO BUY ANTHING ON YEPME AGAIN. poor quality of services.

            This is the worst service of yepme.com . I had order my shoes but unfortunately the size was differ from my actual size and the company not giving any attention towards my problem. So I suggesting never deal with this site this is the worst fashion brand and extremely poor service towards customer.
            Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            My order no is 12446459.I have purchased three kurtas from the yepme .com but the product I have received were damaged and were of poor quality. I had on the same day of receiving the product filed a complaint against the product in the yepme.com and requested reverse pick up. The products were picked up on 19.03.2015 and quality check of the same was done on 03.04.2015 as per company information. As per the company policy refund is initiated within 14 days of the quality check but I haven’t received any information about refund. Whenever I call in the no mentioned in the website either it comes busy or the no says refund dept executives are busy and will receive my call shortly but they never receive. I have then called the order dept in the same no and they every time say they will arrange call back for my no which they never do. Please solve the problem and help me to get refund. Moreover i have complaint i do not receive any mails and but the problem is still not solved.

                Dear sir /mam This is my second complaint. I earlier complained that I took three pair of in an offer buy 2 get one free. I got wrong pair of shoe. I returned it it has been one month but I did not received any product regrding replacement neither I got my money back. Customer care people keep on talking with me and assure me to solve my problem but till now my problem is not solved. I am very dissappointed and now I am thinking to move to consumer Forum to lodge a complaint. Very bad service...

                  I purchased two tshirts from yepme.com order no is13013131 on date 14th april 2015. at that time there is sceheme over their in which one is free with another. i got mail confirmation on my mail id, , msg confermation. in which i have to pay them 536 rupees. but i got only one tshirt from them till today and i called them several times that my order is not placed. their executives behaved very baddly and they said if i paid more amount to them, then only they make delievery of the another peice. kindly help me . i gave all the information for your assistance: 1) name of product:yepme marrisaprinted top and tokyo talkies tops.total amount of rupees 536/-. 2) order id: 13013131 3) tracking no:[protected]

Delivered to me is one piece of watch and what about free another you failed to send a free how you advertise like buy 1 get 1 free for watches ? I just shocked after delivered to me. then I checked my order to watch . That displays Buy1get1. I got embarrassed will yepme deliver a free one after see This to the abover order number ? Or should I make a very stong complaint ?

                          My order no is 12507372. My refund complain no is 1532017. I still not get my refund yet. For this refund I got many sms from you that is saying to dispatch my product to you. But I call you many times and told you that I didn’t receive the product then how I’ll send to you. My complain no is 1486018. Few days earlier someone from your refund dept. called me and told me that my complain is wrong, it should be a complain of missing item. He also told to call customer care and register a missing complain. But how I’ll know what complain it will be. I called you everytime to tell my problem, you took my complain. So whatever complain it will be, it’s your responsibility to register right complain. I am not responsible for this. After that phone call I immediately called you customer care on 14th april around 11:10am. After so many hassle from your representative, Siphra Mehrasi (close supervisor & team leader) told me that they will correct my complain and inform me. She also told me that she personally called me and informed me on that day. Exactly on that time I directly told her that I know you will not going to call me and inform me. But she confirmedly assured that she definitely informed me. And as I said to her, after 6 days I still not get any information that my complain is corrected or not. But I can tell you I still got those sms regarding resending my product. And th main thing is I still not got my refund. Regarding this issue I called your customer care so many times that no one can imagine. Everytime time it was told that sir please wait for some time you will get the product and when I not got the product they keep telling me wait some time you will get the refund. They also told me that they will verify it from courier and send my money back. But after so many days they are still busy to verify!!! That was my first purchase from your site, and I am so fed up from your service that I really doubt that I still buy from you in future. I ordered that item on 9th march.                                       i placed a order on yepme, the order id:[protected], after 4 days i checked my order status its showing pending for verification, when i call the customer care it says the no, is changed but still the site shows the same deactivated no. till date, when i call the new no. it says the fashion representative is busy, and the same continued for the further 15 calls which i gave them.. yepme is stupid and the customer care is dead i guess... R.I.P yepme..

                                        Hi, In spite of repeated reminders on emails and phone, I have not received a resolution from the Yepme team. I had returned a product via DTDC courier and the same is showing as received at Yepme warehouse on 21st March. But I am told by Yepme representative that my product is not received by them. Order # 12522723 How can this be escalated? Every time I call the customer care, I get a standard reply that the issue will be resolved in the next 48 hours. Horribly bad service!
