I have purchased yepme Sports shoe White & Black (58291) vide invoice No.BK2852554 dt.02/05/2015 under my order No.13342372 dt.01/05/2015 for Rs.499/- is delevered me today by COD. My complain is as under. In adv.of the said shoe it was shown 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free.".but I got the delivery today it was only one .So I request u to send me second shoe or refund my cash with reverse of your product immediately.             I have ordered 2 watches but due to poor quality I replaced order for refund and couriered the same within week I have yet not received refund for my order placed I have couriered the watchs 10 days before nor did I receive any email for processing of my refund I called that time I got the answer your refund will be processed in 10 days kindly advise what steps should be taken

              hii i m vikas kumar i had ordered 4 pair of shoes on dt.[protected] and the deliver date was provided to me was on[protected] but i didnt recvd the consignment on above said date then i called to yepme on 1st apr-2015 to cancel the order and refund me the executive assured me to refund me within the 10 working days . after 10 working days i didnt recieve my money in my a/c then i called them again on 16th apr-2015 to lodge a complain no-1532759 and was assured again to refnd in next 10days but again it was a false commitment and i called them again on[protected] to know the status but they again prmised me to reimburse me within 7 days i spok to Yukti and Harjinder now it has gone past 7 days bt no response yet now i have no choice except lodging an fir in police to frauding the customer kindly suggest. thanks vikas kumar [protected]

                Sir i saw an advertisementin yepme wepsite as buy one get one free on winterwear jacket. So i ordered one jacket in order number 13176343. At the time of delivery i have paid rs.1500. When i open the parcel i shocked to see that you sent only one jacket. You have not sent another one free jacket. Thus you cheated me.

                  I have placed an Order in YEPME - Order# 12567367. This Order was placed on[protected]. Till today[protected], I have not received this Order. The Order status shows "Verified". I have been calling the YEPME Customer Care number at least twice a week. Each time after being on the line for over 30-40 mins, a representative answers the call. They just tell me to call back in a week's time. I have also placed a complaint at YEPME site. Still there is no response. I need a refund for this Order at the earliest. Request YEPME to look into this compliant at the earliest.

                        asked for refund, they guyz are now playing with customer in the name of the third party thing. i have not received the product and refund too since 15 days of my purchase. i am tired of contacting yepme and the third party as well, both are playing games saying to call other guy . what to do., worst and pathetic service of this shopping website, thanks to SRK for cheap advertising for this cheap company. yepme can track my order through my number ...[protected], i dont believe in showing proof.

                          On[protected] I ordered a grey medium denim from Yepme, com wroth of Rs.750 on which I have paid Rs.150 via online cupon . I haven't received my product till date.Then I have filed a complaint in the customer service of yepme.com, their customer service executive contacted me via telephone for seven time and claimed that their delivery partner i.e Ecom Express who delivers parcels of yepme.com says the the product was delivered to me. But the tracking system of yepme.com shows the product was dispatched not delivered. I am totally frustrated with the service of yepme.com. All the time when the customer service executive dial to me will say: Sorry for the delay sir. your product will be delivered with 48 hours." 1 and half month over but haven't received my product. I want to take necessary disciplinary action againt Yepme.com and proper compensation for delay delivery, improper response and providing false information.

                              I have ordered online through yepme website with order no. 13238210 on 26/04/2015. After checking order status continuous for 4 days through yepme track my order link it was still pending for dispatch so I have registered online complaint on yepme website for fast dispatch with complaint no. 1621837 on 30/04/2015 as nobody was answering on customer support no [protected] after waitwaiting for 20-25 mins. Daily. Based on my complaint they have split my order in 2 seperate ordrr as my order was with 2 pc cloths with nee ordet no. 13344062 &[protected]. But now after another 4 days still new order are showing pending for dispatch & now I am not able to create new complacomplaint as once I have placed it, I am not able to write mail because it is giving retn mail that this customer care mail id ( customer.[protected]@yepme.com) is unmonired & I am not able to phone because continuously it is repeating msg that you are in line as nobody is free & nobody is responding after waiting for 20-25 mins.                                     i had purchased a "John Miller Red Where You Off To? Weekend Shirt" Order No. 12061889 on 09 Feb 2015. Due to size issues i had asked for an exchange. When i contacted yepme they told me its a 3rd party product so contact fashionara. When i contacted fashionara they told me they didnt receive any order and to give the correct order number. After weeks of following the matter with yepme fashionara contacted me and asked if i wanted an exchange. Frustrated with their idiotic service i opted for a refund. Fashion arena then picked up the product and said the refund would be processed. However after weeks of not receiving the product i wrote a mail to fashionara. On MAR 31, 2015 i recd a mail from fashionara stating that " we have initiated refund for your order today for an amount of Rs. 838, back to your account. It may take about 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account." Today is may1 and till date i have not received any money. Now neither fashionara is taking my call nor is yepme.com
