Hi, I have ordered the worth of Rs.920/-, on 27th Jan 2015. After two days i got email stating the order was canceled and the refund would be issued in 7 days. As of now I sent many emails, there is no response for emails. Called multiple times, each and every time they saying only one answer, i.e, refund would be issued in 3-4 days.       I had ordered a shoe on 2nd march 2015, as I came to know about my meeting on 13th march 2015 so that I could get my shoe by then.But a wrong product was sent to me.Now I am asking for my replacement but they tell to send the shoe then they will check it then they will send the replacement.By the it would be 30th march 2015 so is there any way I could get it on 13th march 2015 .           Hi, I have placed a order on Jan 27th 2015, and after two day I got a email stating that oder was rejected and refund will be issued in 7 days. As of now I haven't received refund and I have called many times and sent emails for the same. no response for emails and when I called each and every time they are saying refund will be issued in 3-4 days.               Dear Team

              I have ordered a shoes thru your online - Yepme.com vide the subjected order# on 05th Mar and received the parcel on 09th Mar to my hand.

              After opened the parcel, Am really SHOCKED because the shoes which i have ordered is not delivered instead you have packed with lower quality moreover in your cover you have stated "QUALITY CHECKED" !!! ... ?????????????????

              FYKI, this is the third time i am facing the same issues. As per your online trusted business, the customer will place the order based on the picture only and especially i have made the payment in advance for this order (PREPAID).

              Once i opened the box the quality of the shoes is not well in manner and the color also not relevant. As per the picture the color is matt black but the parcel received is shining black (Slight difference is accepted but on this order the material is completely differed).

              I have purchased various products thru your goodwebsite and some has been delivered with slight difference from the picture shown in the online. It is acceptable and now am really disappointed on your delivery.

              Now am not like to waste my time to return the parcel and get a new one like that...

              In future i am not willing to purchase any through you... please don't make fool of the customer on showing one product and delivering another one.

              Please feel it yourselves, when you have ordered and received those kind of issue like this... Is it acceptable by you ?

              Sorry to say this and Thanks for your irrespective delivery...

                On 17th of Jan, 2015 I placed an order from yepme and order no. is 11660299 and they were not able to deliver to my place and afterwards it got return back to yepme after i phone customercare. After contacting them they said they will refund my money in 15 working days that was made on 17th of feb and when i phone them and after 15 working days they said it is under process and when i ask they said after 5 working days.I am really frustrated with these company and I want to complaint against them in consumer court.

I have ordered 2 pair shoes on 24 feb but neither you delivered on time nor return the money even till now i didn't received any message or email from yepme.com regarding the order cancellation/refund status details.                     Hi, Myself Indira, My two different complain ids are 985419 and 985451. ...I have not given the courier charges for returning two different products...but they assured to send two coupon by mail but 6months passed, I didn't get any mail/coupon from YEPME..please do needful...thanks

                          This is regarding my order ID[protected] on 28/2/2015 purchased from yepme.com. Amount already debited from my ICICI BANK A/C, As per mail which i have received from Yepme my order should have delivered on 2nd March 2015 but till today i have not received my Order. I am continuously calling Yepme but they are not responding in a good way. Nobody is helping me out. They are asking me to wait 2 to 3 business days. I want my order to be delivered by today. This is a horrible service from Yepme. Also CSR are not trained properly. I want my order to be delivered by today and also looking for compensation with my order

                              This is regarding my order ID - 12406365 on 02/3/2015 purchased from yepme.com. Amount already debited from my Citibank account trace no.188910, payment voucher no.[protected] on 02/03/2015. I am continuously calling yepme and faishionara but they are not responding in a good way. Nobody is helping me out. They are putting responsibility on each other. But nobody is responding in a right way. Please either get my product shipped and my delivery address or refund the said amount in my bank account urgently.

                                        I ordered three items through yepme.com on 21/2/15. The order number was 12251287, which was COD but cancelled it the same day. Again the same three items were ordered through yepme.com and Rs. 1351 was paid through net banking. To my utter surprise the cancelled order number came to me and demanded Rs.1351 towards COD payments. Yepme.com told me not to make payment and RECIEVE orders. But the order for which online payment was made on 21st feb is yet to be delivered. The order no. Is 12251195. I have made three attempts to get it resolved through customer care and every time they say you contact fashionara.com as its a third party order and yepme has no control over the issues. It's astonishing that payment is made to yepme, order made to yepme and they ask us to contact fashionara. It's a serious matter and not a matter of Rs. 1351. The reply by customer care at yepme is too unprofessional and the customer feels got cheated by a company who uses shah rukh khan as its brand ambassador. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the items at an earliest. PANKAJ MISRA I.F.S.
