I ordered a watch with Rs 500, the quality was so poor so I have no other option to returned it back.
It looks they are doing business by sending the wrong or defective products, which customer force to return.
Once product reach them they don't refund the money back. I guess they must be sending the same defective to another customer, again get money from the same returned items.
They are playing a very good game in the online business, they get the product back and earn money also.
I am not joking, that's the trick which no one will notice the fraud. for each customer is a matter of Rs 200, Rs 500 or Rs 1000, but for YEPME its huge amont, if they get from hundred customer.
And no one will file a case because for them its a matter of few hundreds.
No body will blame them as they mentioned everything on their website, they don't respond so you don't have any proof that you returned the product.
GOOD TRICK YEPME TO FOOL THE PEOPLE AND DOING FRAUD OPENLY.
I am sure people will soon loose faith from other website like jabong, snapdeal, flipkart ebay, if they keep doing it.
I lost my money, but will customer complaint do something to stop the fraud which is happening so openly with million of peoples.
