      Hi I ordered a watch with Rs 500, the quality was so poor so I have no other option to returned it back. It looks they are doing business by sending the wrong or defective products, which customer force to return. Once product reach them they don't refund the money back. I guess they must be sending the same defective to another customer, again get money from the same returned items. They are playing a very good game in the online business, they get the product back and earn money also. I am not joking, that's the trick which no one will notice the fraud. for each customer is a matter of Rs 200, Rs 500 or Rs 1000, but for YEPME its huge amont, if they get from hundred customer. And no one will file a case because for them its a matter of few hundreds. No body will blame them as they mentioned everything on their website, they don't respond so you don't have any proof that you returned the product. GOOD TRICK YEPME TO FOOL THE PEOPLE AND DOING FRAUD OPENLY. I am sure people will soon loose faith from other website like jabong, snapdeal, flipkart ebay, if they keep doing it. I lost my money, but will customer complaint do something to stop the fraud which is happening so openly with million of peoples. Regards Sunil Kumar

              I have placed a product from yepme and the same was delivered on time. Since he quality of product was very bad, a request for refund was submitted and the product was returned through courier. I got message saying the returned product was received and the refund will be initiated within 2 days. I have been waiting for last one month for the refund. On trying to call their customer care service no one answers from the refund/complaint department. Only the 'new order' section will work for them. They are looting people by delivering damaged products and thus forcing people to request for refund and they never do the refund. PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM IF WE HAVE A GOVERNMENT AND LAW FOR COMMON PEOPLE HERE.

              This is the yepme new trick to earn money, not only you. They have send defective products to hundred of people.
              They find a new way to make money by sending the same defective item to multiple customer.
              If you return it, they will send it to another customer, and don't give you a single money back.

                I have been receiving promotional sms from yepme for a very long time even after I have activated DND service for my Vodafone number ([protected]). I receive important messages from the clients and I do not want to receive craps of promotional material, that is why I have activated DND service in the first place. At the end of every promotional SMS, it says we could stop receiving the promotional sms if we sent a msg (which probably cost around 5-10 rupees). I did that and am still receiving the sms after 5 days. May be most would think that I am over reacting, but because I receive hundreds of sms from important clients, I feel fed up. I have even sent them an email asking them to stop but it appears that they have ignored my email as well. I am not letting Yepme lightly.

                  sir/madam I had placed an order having an order id[protected], of two items(yepme red loafers and yepme fremna women's watch). And i got a size issue with the loafer, so i placed a replacement order having compliant no-1670059 but today when i was about to pack the loafer for courier for replacement, i foung that the watch was not working properly and one of the leather loop is out of order.And now i am unable to comlaint again regarding that order id and i am unable to contact customer support too. I want a replacement of the loafer as well as of watch. What should i do now?KIndly revert back soon. Looking for your kind co-operation. Thank you.

                      I placed and order for shorts. I got two orders of the same product delivered. So returned one of the orders. Order No. 12413724. It got delivered to them on 6 April 2015. They never tried to contact. I have left them 14 emails on their various IDs I have registered 3 complaint on the website. But still there was no answer from them. I have tried calling them but could never connect to the agent. The call gets disconnected after 30-35 mins. And if you try the number for placing order they pick up instantly. But then again they say they can't help me. I have to call the service team. Who never picks up. It's been very inconvenient. Serious damage to the company's(if they call themselves that) goodwill.

                        Order ID : 13325699 I had cancelled this order. But the refund amount is not still reverted back to my bank account. I need the status. They don't have toll free number, incase we need to call there number it need to wait around 15 mins so what about my STD bill charges. This is how they supporting their costumers. Note: your site is Worst e-comm site. There are no options to conduct for refund related issues and no toll free number.

Even after requesting them to stop sending them 3 to 4 times via their opt out SMS, they are still irritating me with their promotional sms.                             I ordered 3 bellies with order ref. No. 13396891. Received on 7th may, 15. Size 6 was ordered. But it doesn't fit. Same products are not available in different size. Now i want a replacement for products of similar amount. But no option to select from the list. Trying to call customer care since last 2 days. But its always busy. Arrange a call back or atleast advise what to do. Very poor service.

A WEEK HAS BEEN PASSED RECIEVING THAT MESSAGE BUT I DIDNOT RECIEVED MY AMOUNT.MY ORDER NO.13014519 AND COMPLAINT NO.1594337.I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO USE MY CALL IS ALWAYS IN HOLD.

                                I have order the footware against the above ID and due to no availability of sizes i have returned the product. i have received the mail regarding the receipt of the material. also got the voucher for courier charges. but not received the actual money back it is now almost two month, and there custmor care center we have to wait for atleast 1 hour and inbetween call get disconnected. no other way to contact. no single email id there on site. kindly refund my money.

                                  I ordered kurta and Tshirt, I received the product however kurta was faulted and I was asked to return the product to get it replaced. Yepme person came and picked up the product he said he has to pickup both kurta and Tshirt as it came in same package. I returned the product and received the Kurta back however there are no signs of Tshirt yet. Its been more than 2 months I have been calling yepme first it takes hours to reach them, then sometimes call gets disconnected, or they say they will take care, they have escalated i will receive the money but nothing happens, i am getting fed up of this. kamal [protected]

                                    I purchased 4 shirts from Yepme a few days back and on 06/05/2015 i got the delivery of the shirts, after accepting the delivery i unpacked the shirts and found that the quality was pathetic and stuffs available on the road are much better. The length of the shirts were L but the sleeves size were XL in size. I went ahead the opted for refund, all i got was to know that i have to send back the shirts to Gurgaon address and why should i do that, its their job to collect it from my address. Their cust care nos are busy every time. Pls help if you can.

                                      Sir, i'm very much disappointed from yepme, i thought it is an reputed online shooping website but its hasn't come upto my expectation.i ordered a wrist watch order no:[protected] which was having an offer of buy one get one free, but you send me only one wirst watch that was very much unexpected from yepme,

                                        I have been getting the offer messages from Yepme on my mobile number even after I unsubscribed/opted out by sending message as suggested in every such message (YSTOP). I have also submitted the complaint twice online on their website. Every time an acknoeldgement message is shown after submitting the complaint online that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but nothing has happened till date.This is very irritating and nuisance. Please do something about this company whose goods are also as substandard as their service. My mobile number: [protected].
