          I placed my order on yepme for 1 pair of shoes on March 29, 2015. Order number is 12782608. Shipment delivery was promised for April 4th. I have still not received the shipment. I have been following up with customer care from 6th April. First call was on 6th April and the second call on 9th April. On 6th April, I was told that the shipment will be delivered in 24 hours. When I called up on 9th April, I was told that the product has been returned to warehouse. This happened without my notice and knowledge. On 9th, in the same call, I had requested them to take request for full amount refund. I was again told that complaint has been raised and I will be receiving SMS for the same. Today is 14th April and I have not yet received any communication from the vendor. Request assistance in getting this resolved and my refund reaching me at the earliest.

            My phone number is [protected], long time back, once I did some shopping from http://www.yepme.com/ Since then I keep getting promotional messages from YEPME every now and then, which I do not want to receive . its extremely annoying . They ask to reply to that message to opt out which would be have a cost to it, if I reply to that message, Why should a customer spend unnecessary money to get his or her number removed from some company's promotional list ( Marketing List). Suppose If I allow him to sent pramotional sms at the time of account creation but when I don not want it then Why should I pay for it. Instead o[censored]sing Virtual Number they are using short code for unsubscribe. Also they can provide mobile number optout option on yepme account. So that any user do not want to received such sms then he can deactivate the same from yepme account. Also When I Register a complaint on yempe Complaints portal I am getting error that my emial ID is not registered, But I am using same email ID for login into account. I am attached print screen of activation email which was received from yepme and error print screen. It should be escalated to some higher authority and there should be a proper proceedings and some legal action against the company(http://www.yepme.com/).

                    Hi I am having full DND activated on my mobile number. I continue to get promotional SMS from yepme.com, which provides a website link which diverts us to yepme site. http://bit.ly/1aFBUnq The SMS comes from DM-IYEPME. I have also sent several opt out SMS with content YSTOP to 56161, but still i continue to get these SMS. Please do the needful, it is really irritating

You are requested to stop the nuisance as I don't want these promotional messages on my personal cell phone. My mobile number is [protected]. Please take it as the final notice or request, whatever you want to name it. Else I will be forced to file a grievance with TRAI as your unwanted SMS are disturbing my solace.

                          I made the sin of making a transaction on this etail website and without going into the sorry review of their awful service, this is to bring to notice the nuisance that started after that, since last more than three months, getting unsolicited promotional SMS from DM_IYEPME on my phone. There was no explicit consent given by me to receive promotional SMS. Further, the option to Stop SMS viz send YSTOP to 56161 or even tried STOP, does not work. Have written to the company numerous times to stop pestering with their free offers, but to no avail. The network carrier TATA DOCOMO is equally responsible for being lenient on such operators. I hope this nuisance is aborted asap and appropriate action is taken against short code operator 56161 DM-IYEPME. God save people from such crop of etailers without any systems or processes in place. If someone has a foolish notion that people can be compelled to make purchase decision by spamming them with promotional SMS, then surely they are going the Shubhiksha way sooner rather than later.

                            Hi, I bought shoes from YEPME and got damaged piece.They said send it to us we will refund you.I sent it via DtDC courier charges me 300.Now they are telling me as u sent via courier we refund only 150 in coupon manure.When I called on customer care they only said same thing and cut down my call twice.PRODUCT DAMAGED FROM THEIR SIDE, FAULT FROM THEIR SIDE STILL I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA...IT'S REALLY CHEAP AND WORST SERVICE...ALSO CUSTOMER CARE IS MORE THAN WORSE...ANYONE HERE TO SEE THIS...JUST TO SAY WORST SERVICE, AND JUST CAN'T STAY LONG IN THIS MARKET

                              I order from yepme.com of buy 2 jeans and get 2 free. But I got only 1 free product. Then I requested for exchange of some product they told me it's not possible. then I cancelled complete order and returned the items thru Speed Post. It charged me 225 but they provide me only 150 RS coupon. when I contacted them they put my call Hold and Hold but I didn't get any help or resolution. I contacted more than 7/8 times and 200 rs deducted from my mobile. One of the agent names Sakshi told me that she will transferred my call to senior but I have waited for 10 mnts on hold and got frustrated and disconnected the call. How long I can wait on the call?? it took 30 mnts and 54 rs has been deducted from my mobile. When I requested for call back they said its not possible so what type of service they r providing?? Now I want 225 rs full courier charge and 200 rs compensation coupon along with my main return refund of 2248 Rs. I want help kindly help me.

AWB/CN No.- Z44319313 Firstly u told me your refund will be given on 5th February 2015 but you not credited my refund on 5th February 2015 then u told me u required my bank statement. Thereafter i am also sending scanned copy of my bank statement as u required in your email id i.e [protected]@yepme.com..you told me last time that my refund is credited on or before 31st march 2015 and today is 6th April 2015 and my refund is still pending..i called u 100 times and sent various mails you neither called me nor sent any response to the mail...take necessary action as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal actions against you.

                                    They seem to trouble their customers with their non-refundable act. I got a call from a number +[protected] which on true caller says is of some person named Rajan Sharma. There was a girl who first asked for my account statement and then later again called to say it's not needed and the refund has been done the previous day and will reflect in 3 days. No credit happened and now that number is switched off. What to do now???

                                      On 22th February, I ordered one product from yepme which order number is 12276210 but I received wrong product...i complained which complaint no is 1451698 and then that wrong product placed to yepme through speed post on 14th march...and it was successfully received by yepme on 20th march...but i didn't even get my money back in my given bank account...i tried many times to make a call to yepme customer care no([protected]).but never chat with refund and cash related call handers..it's always notify busy with another customer..Then i 3 or 4 times called to ordering handler customer care for calling me back by refunding handlers customer care but never called me back by refunding calls handlers...my contact no. is [protected]...help me please! . I received 3 messages from yepme which is following : 1. Dear Customer, We have received your product for complaint of your order 12276210. After quality check, refund will be processed in 14 days. (On 20th march, 8:31 pm) 2. Dear Customer, Refund for your complaint 1451698 has been initiated and will be processed post internal verification. We will update you once resolved. (On 24th march, 5:32 pm) 3. Dear Customer, Refund for your complaint 1451698 has been initiated and will be processed post internal verification. We will update you once resolved. (On 24th march, 7:15 pm)

                                        I have ordered 3 pair of shoes on Yepme.com. However on receipt of the same I found out that one pair of shoes is not the same as i have seen, ordered and purchased. so i complained about the mistake. The company does not have any policy to take back the delivery of the wrong product which they send to customers. So I followed their policy of replacement and have send the product through courier which charged me Rs.160 although there was no mistake by my part. Now I have received the product again and they have send me the same product which i have returned to them. I feel like cheated by them. Kindly Help
