I sent my Bellies for replacement to Yepme through courier. The bellies have been delivered to Yepme 5 days back but I have still not received the Product in bigger size as the size that I ordered earlier was small so I put the replacement request on Yepme. As advised I sent it through courier which has been delivered to yepme as it also shows the Company's stamp of receiving but I have not received any revert from Yepme.com regarding my product being shipped or not. And when I try contacting the customer care it is always on IVR. I have also dropped numerous emails enquiring about my bellies but havent received any revert yet. I didnt expect this from Yepme.com

    Buy1 get1 free, i have only got one pair of shoes, iwant the free shoe, i thought yepme was responsible towards the customers but you people made it worse, i have called the customer care they made me wait 25mint until no one attended my call, Yepme has dispatched your order No 13057953 through COD Safdarjung BussParcel, Docket No. *CY[protected]IN* on 18-Apr-2015 . Your order will be delivered to you by April 24, 2015., and i recently orderd 3pants but i'm not gonna recieve it from the post office until you people solve my this issue

      I HAVE ORDERED TWO LADIES T SHIRT ON 10 TH MARCH'15 IN YEPME.COM SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE WAS 19 TH MARCH, AFTER FEW DAYS WHEN THE SAME DID NOT COME, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE & THEY INFORMED THAT THE TWO DRESSES WILL NOT COME AS THE STOCK IS FINISHED & THEY ALSO CONFIRMED ME THAT THE MONEY OF RS 600/- WILL BE REFUNDED TO ME WITHIN 3-4 WORKING DAYS IT IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY YET MY ORDER ID IS :12520103 MODE OF PAYMENT WAS ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD

          I have been receiving several sms through which several links redirecting to yepme site were forwarded to me. These smss contained info to send ystop to 56161 for opting out. I have sent ystop several times and got the sms it would take 48 hours to update ur damn servers. Again i have been receiving these smss. You either update or break ur damn servers, but i dont want your stupid sub standard products and ur promotional smss at any cost. Expecting an early reply [protected]@gmail.com

          Hi I have registered in yepme.com, 6 months before for a purchase and because of this they are sending promotional SMS's to me every day without my permission. In SMS thay mentioned send YSTOP to 56161 to unsubscribe.I did it. But even they are not stopping.So i have called their call centre and complained 3 times to them to stop SMS. But even though they are not responding and still i am getting those message's again& again. This is really very ridiculous and irritating for a common man and I hereby request you to take necessary action against them.

                        I bought a pair of jeans under one on one offer . I found one of the jeans was having size issue so I put a replacement complaint . 1) Firstly I tried to call you people in this regard but all I could listen was "there are 9 callers ahead of you in queue with an average time of 11 min " . I tried atleast 10 times but only thing that changed was the caller and time frame. So, very poor call service. 2) Once I lodged my complaint online I got the message to courier back the item I want to get replaced . Nowadays when all the online stores are providing the reverse pick up facility, why can't you. There is no courier facility near my area and that's why I'm unable to courier back my item and currently in an utter helpless condition . So, kindly arrange for the reverse pick up. 3) The complaints in part 1 and 2 are really awful and have given me one of the worst customer experience overall with Yepme . Adding to agony, the time taken for delivering my items after they were ordered was really like an endless wait. I want to share with you people my experience with one another online store Zovi.com. I place the order of 2 shirts two days after I placed my orders on Yepme. My order was delivered in 4 days . I found sone size issue there also but as soon as I dialled them, their representative picked the call in no time and they themselves placed the replacement order (I didn't need to go to their online portal for the replacement order). They also provided me the reverse pick up facility and within 1 week of time my the entire process of delivery and reverse pick up was over and now on 10th day, I got my replaced shirts as well. While all these events were taking place, I got the delivery of Yepme on the day I was giving my item to the reverse pick up personnel. So, kindly look into all these. Rest there is no issue with the quality of the item . But if you could please provide me the reverse pick, I shall be really grateful to you. I can understand that call and delivery facility may go wrong sometimes but I don't see any excuse for not proviong reverse pick up when your peers are doing so

                              i was buy Yepme Gary Sweatshirt - Blue on dec 7th 2014. it have 1+1 offer. but i received only one piece. at that i talked with customer care. he said that return the product then we will refund the total money: 1223rs. i was returned on dec 26. it quality was passe on jan 3rd. he said we refund the money with in 10 working days. now almost 4 months left. i was called yepme customer care number upto 20 times. they said we will refund the money with in 3days so on. but still i didn't get the money.please take up my case. and refund the 1223rs money.

Still getting messages. In the sms it says to send YSTOP to 56161 for opting out of promotional sms.                                     Hi Team, I have made an order booking with id 13043412, wherein I was to be delivered a couple of pair of ladies shoes. It was one on one offer (One pair free with another one). However, till date, I have neither received any order nor has the money been transferred back to my account. Rs 374 were deducted from my account for this order. Please help me get the money back, into my account if the order[protected] cannot be delivered. I have tried calling on[protected] multiple times, but the no. seems to be defunct. Expect you to help me in the above matter as soon as possible, failing which I will move to the consumer forum. Please help in the above matter.

                                      I ordered a pair of t-shirts online from yep me.com and got it delivered after few days, one of those was not what I ordered. While I had all the intensions to return the order, the delivery boy at my doorstep assured me that it would be taken care if I complain on the website. I did mark a complaint yesterday and got a message asking me to return the incorrect T-shirt first byby courier. This is insane. Such a horrendous customer service. If I was told I would have to take the hassle of returning it first, I would not have kept it at the first place. I need the T-shirt I ordered, details of which are explained in the complaint I made on yepme website, along with an apology and a compensation! I would not send anything. They can send my T-shirt n take the incorrect oneone back. Further, they aare sending me threatening msgs that my complaint will be canceled in 6 days if I fail to return the T-shirt.
