I am calling you alternate days but no satisfaction is given by your customer care, Now your call center people are saying that we are unable to give you product.     Order ID[protected] My order is supposed to have 4 products - 2 glares and 2 watched. When i open the package, there is no second watch (Yepme Trime Men's Watch - Blue/Black). Moreover the box for the glares has a broken zip. Is this how yepme delivers their product?

        I am facing a big time problem for one of my order's return/refund. A month back I dispatched the products back, because of its odd size, for which I got the confirmation also over the mail. But since then I haven't received my money back! Every time I call up the cust care they keep saying that it has been initiated on Mar 9th and it will get reflected in few days. But I see no credit happening since then. My sister faced same issue before, she never got her money back and finally gave up! I don't know if this is the way things work here. I would like some responsible feedback and assistance for this. The order no I am referring to is 12162408. They are giving some lame excuse of bank closing, but I wonder if bank started closing since Mar 9th?? Pls help me, my 1700 bucks are in stake!!

        They seem to trouble their customers with their non-refundable act. I got a call from a number +[protected] which on true caller says is of some person named Rajan Sharma. There was a girl who first asked for my account statement and then later again called to say it's not needed and the refund has been done the previous day and will reflect in 3 days. No credit happened and now that number is switched off. What to do now???

              hi, I had placed an order with Yepme.com on 18th feb, i returned the product to them and it reached them by 27th Feb. they had to refund it to me within 14 days, failing to which im mentally upset and i feel im been troubled by them, hence would like to complain against them, till date ive not recd the refund

                I have ordered 4 products(women foot ware) online at yepme.com. But, i received 2 damaged and 2 requires size change. I have initiated replacement request as per the comp. policy and returned all the 4 items. I have received only 2 items(replaced only damaged ones) and when i called they keep on saying they credit the amount for the remaining two items. I have paid online. my order number: 11844637 complaint number: 1355030 I fed up with these guys.                             I have booked a T.Shirt in YEP ME on 07.03.2015. But after few days they have cancelled the order from their side without intimation. When i checked the status in their tracker it is displayed " Customer cancelled the order ". When contacted the customer care, there is no proper response from their side. The only thing they keep on repeating is " The money will be refunded to your account within 2 to 3 days and we have escalated the complaint to next level."                               I have ordered 2 shirt's by seeing the offer of "Buy any 2 products and get any 2 free".I have got my order on 24th march, but not yet received the other 2 free product's which was available on the order. I request u to deliver the other 2 free product's and deliver it or please refund my money by taking back the shirt's.                                 Sir, On 18th march I ordered 2 kurtis and a t- shirt from your website, where it was mentioned that my order will be delivered by 25th march, its been a week now and I have still not recieved my stuff stating that they cannot locate my address. Since 5days i am continuously tracking my order but it is not delivered to me. Now i am leaving from raipur on friday 27th march and will not be returning back for a month. Your customer care executive suggests me collect the parcel directly from office which is not possible for me. So now i would request you to cancel my order and refund my money back.                                   i have buy a shirt from 'yepme.com' . I'm not satisfied by the shirt, so i 'm trying to refund my money by calling to the yepme complaint no. but nobody answering the call & i also tried to register my 'REQUEST FOR REFUND' i.e "http://www.yepme.com/AddComplaint.aspx" but it also showed an error & they have given 14 days to refund ultimatum . So how do i return my shirt please help
