I had ordered shoe, two sunglasses, kurti and two watches from yepme.com My order Id[protected], 11796835, 11828856. But any of the order did not delivered. I am very angry from yepme service. i want my orders at exact time upto 1st Feb. But still i didnt get my orders...

i place order in 14 /1/2015. the delivery date is 23/1/1015. But till now i didn't get my order. i already pay its price by using debit card.when look on the website it shows disparched . But no shipping details. So please ship my order faster

So called YEPME is flop online shopping website...they literally ruined my shopping experienceJust to start I have ordered a pair of shoesorder no: 11592879 on 11 Jan 2015 with online payment option..by which i got 35rs discount..product value 299Rsdelivery charge 99Rsthey delivered the product very late..but then it was the Size issue...i called them immediately...they have paid customer service pulse a lot of call waiting.then i explained my issue to them...after a very long procress i was able to courrier the product to them with my expenses.with their BAD return policy i was not able to get the product which I wanted..so forcibly i had to choose a different product..n was calling them to know the status but all the representatives have no sense to talk to the cust..n all the time they gave me false updates..but after 8-10 days of waiting the product isn't still delivered...again I called them n one of them said the 2nd product you've ordered is out of stock n your order : 55081 "11" is rejected..i was so angry...i screamed on them but was of no use..they said you need to select a different n call us again..i wanted a 11 Size shoe (Actually Size 10 always fits me..but not Yepme)n they now just hav one pair of shoe which was size 11 for Rs299..this is so disgusting...when I have ordered there were a lot of 11 Size shoe...n now they tell me they all r out of stock..how?i have already ordered n book the product?but cust service agent was unable to answer it...They just dont care for customers who have replacement problems..they talk to you in a incorrect tone..And Now after 18 Days from the Order I have Nothing with me..no Shoes not the Amount n nor the assurance to get what I wanted from Yepme.Plzz..If Somebody can...Help me.Vinay[protected]

I booked 2 jeans pants and 1 shirt of order 11652319 but they send incorrect sizes so I made a complaint for refund of complaint 1310383 I sent all the items via speed post of id number EK[protected]IN at date of 20/01/2015 and given my bank account number and my Emil id my branch all in complaint id 1310383 and till the amount had not added to my sbi bank account ;; the package having 1)kent slim fit denim dark grey jeans 51045 _617.52rs 2)archer slim fit denim medium wah iypm 37600 _540.24rs (3)ypm shirt 0504 _ size 40 blue denim 39578 _540.24rs. Hi, This is regarding my complaint number 1316999 for order number 11611636 and AWB no.- [protected]. The product was ordered online on Yepme.com but the product derived to me is different. I had ordered one Blue watch round dial shape for Rs. 299 COD on 12th January 2015. But the delieverd order is a faded mettalic Silver Colour with low quality. This issue was immediately reported to Yepme with no steps being taken yet. Please find the issues: I had to pay the money forcibly as the person who had come for the delivery said he is from courier service and not from Yepme. We had a long argument on this where in he said he is not responsible for the wrong product being delivered as he is just a person from the courier company. My concern is if one person is coming for the delivery of Yepme.com he will be considered from Yepme.com from a customer point of view. COD option is there because if you do not like the product you can return it (that is the whole purpose of COD benefit served by other major online websites). When I told the same to the courier person he informed that I cant return it as the package was opened and have to pay the full amount. Now, first if I do not open how will I come to know if the product delivered is the same or not and most importantly whether I would like to take it or not. Unfortunately, the product delivered to me was a different watch and not the one that I had ordered. Therefore, it was logical on my part not to keep it and return it. But surprisingly I was forced to keep it with me as I was informed that the courier person is not responsible for the wrong delivery. I sincerely paid the entire amount and kept the product with me. I immediately filed a complaint (Customer Care, spoke to Priyanka) about the issue and was said that I will receive a call regarding it which has not happened yet. I have stated the Complaint number above along with the order number. I have not seen any step being taken from Yepme's side yet about the complain and I guess the complain number is just for show. I am so disappointed with the entire service of yepme that now I have decided never to buy anything from your website and also would reccomend all my friends and known people not to buy anything from yepme. This was a disgusting experience and on top of that inspite of reporting the issue with the customer care along with the complain number no steps being taken yet. This is the least that a customer can expect after such a big blunder. Now if you people care atleast for the sake of your minimum reputation you can look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible (which is highly doubtful though ). Hopeless !!!

Hello Team, I have placed order on 2nd July 2014 (order id: 7806719) and still now I didn't received the product. I was calling to customer care regularly and they informed to me it will deliver with in 48hrs, that is never happened. I call to customer care on 22nd July evening and they informed to me your product got rejected and refund will be get in 10days. This is happening after 7months. Now their call centre team telling only get coupon code not money back. I should get the my product. If it is not possible then give Rs.50000/- spending my time, money for product, call to customer care every day and my blood passer. Same thing I will update on social network site. I purchased from yepme.com, Made payments online. My order number is : 11569495. Products are said to be dispatched on 12th january 2015 by speed post tracking id is: AP[protected]IN, The delivery date is 18th January. When tried to track the order through india post website the message shown is : "Consignment details not Found". It is my first experience with yepme.com, My ordered products may not be send by yepme.com. I request yepme.com to send my purchased products.
