The order is still not yet delivered to me. I called so many times but customer executive attended he is no response to me. What will I do. Today 21th day after the purchase. When its come otherwise I need my money.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on 6th Jan. I got a confirmation that order would be delivered by 12th Jan. But the order cancelled / rejected on 14th Jan after being successfully placed and thus my order never came!! What a poor planning and service this is... No doubt other online companies are far better in this aspect so people prefer those, and yepme is not heard of much! Just coz SRK is being called for marketing in vain! Hope for an improvement in the future.. though I would think twice before placing any order on YEPME.com again.

But till now i m not getting and also my order should have delivery before 14th jan 2015.As i disscussed with your customer care service they told my it will deliver 12 hours but there is no response already 4 days outs. I have also gone to DTDC Courier office bhadrak branch they told me there is no any kind of courier on your name. HI, I purchased 3 sandals at a offer price of 398 through net banking at yepme and I couriered it back due to some size issues . It's more 30 days and i did not receive any mail in regard to this and they are totally irresponsible and ther render very poor customer service . In spite of calling and mailing to them, there is no response .Only my time and money was wasted .

I bought a saree via yepme.com. It got delivered within few days but it was not the same as that ordered. I called up the office and they asked to courier it back to them. I couriered it to them . The mail company told that it was received there but after a long time no refund was made . When called, the company told that they have not received it yet. On opening the site and checking for the order the complaint option is not valid for the product. Neither the product nor the refund money was returned . Please see to it. !

I Have made online payment of Rs.398/- through net banking to the Yepme.com towards purchase of Yepme Sandals(Offer for 3pairs) to my daughter on[protected]. My order no is 10918843. Even by[protected], I have not received the order. On[protected] I have contacted the customer through phone and enquired about my purchase order. The person told that, the order could not be delivered as the ordered sandals are not available with the seller now and it may take some days to despatch them. I immediately requested to Refund my money back to my account. Today is[protected]. Till to date my money is not refunded. I am contacting them. But no proper response. Im herewith attaching the proof for which i said. Please, dont buy at Yepme.com, They are cheating n robbing the people.

Hi All, Dear friends, I personally request you to don't buy product from YEPME at all. The product which is provided by them are number 1 defected. I call them to replace that product they told that they wont have that product of same size, I said ok no problem kindly refund my money back. They told that I have place a complain for refund and then after checking that product they will refund me and the courier charges which I will be paying they will not refund that in cash but they will refund me in form on coupon code. What rubbish is this, they think for money only and not for customer satisfaction at all. What will I do with that coupon do they want me to use that Yepme coupon in toilet to wipe my . I think there has to be a legal action need to be taken.

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Jayesh Verma. I've bought couple of pair of shoes from your website about 10 days back. First of all the shoe was not actually worth for the payment t hat I've paid for it. But still I thought It may be just appearing like this but it must b good enough and comfortable when i'll start wearing the pair. Once ive started wearing it just tears away from its seams. I've never seen a show tearing like this. I am not wearing the second pair after watching the condition of first pair. Frankly speaking i want my money back for both the pairs that i've bought. i ordered a product from yepme on 24th of dec and i have paid the online from online banking.its 1st of jan now and i haven't got the product yet.when i call them they say that the product is of cloe and they do not take any responsibility regarding the order.every time when i call them they ask me to call cloe.and when i ask them to cancel the product they do not allow me to do so.i am tired of calling them again and again they do not help at all.when i call cloe they just say that you have paid yepme then how are we suppose to take care of the order.i am stuck between these two companies and the yepme do not take any stand at all.this is just a way to grab money from the customer and we can call fraud.

Guys don't visit this site by seeing commercial ads by sharuk khan by bad luck if you place an order in this site then you should bother to get the product because once you placed the order and paying money to there account they don't bother about delivery your product my friends suggested to not to purchase from this site but leaving there words i placed an order on 20 Dec 2014 using online banking i paid money rs 811 for a shirt and next day i got message that my order id 11218299 is shipped through first flight tracking id is D[protected] and it will be delivered by 27 dec2014 but till today 30 Dec 2014 i did not received my product when i contacted them there is no reply from them i think they will not deliver my product i have lost money and more valuable time by this fraud website i suggest you guys to not purchase any thing from this yepme if you then you will be end up here
