The orders numbered[protected] were cancelled prior to dispatch on 10th December 2014. Total Monetary value is INR 1396. The amount is still not refunded after various followups with the company. Have been informed by them (Ms. Sonia - telephonic executive) that they will not refund the amount. This company is a disgrace who is looking to cheat customers.

    Never buy from Yep-me. 1. Late Delivery - more than a month for a product 2. No Proper Track of shipment 3. Very poor Quality product like Road side Products 4. No Feedback option on website 5. No review option for user 6. Paid Customer Care Service 7. Product Features are not well explained 8. Refund Process is a mess. Customer has to courier the product by self spending the courier charge 9. Refund Process will take more than a month 10. Not a Good Brand Never Purchase from Yepme. They just make people fool. Users cannot contact, can't add feedback, Can't give reviews of products . Finally they cheat you. Good Luck!!!

        I book in Yepme.com on Sep 30, 2014 with the order no 10557009, but the I got the mail form the Yepme, that the order has cancelled & money will be refund within 7 working day, but sill now I have not got the money. Daily I'm calling to Yepme[protected], which is not toll free and getting the answer that they are "ESCULATING THE PROBLEM". I even send my credit card statement to them. So what should I do now

          ORDER NO. 11452380 through COD Speed post GGN, Docket No. *AO[protected]IN* ON 05 JANUARY 2015 had to be delivered by 13 jan 2015 . but not delivered yet.
          I have placed order on 15-Feb-2015 (Order No.[protected]. Till today order has not been delivered. I raised complaint on it's portal on 23-Feb-2015 & their officer told me that it will get delivered in 2 days. Still it has not delivered.
          When I again enquired on their contact No. person says he will look into it & give feedback in 2 days. I do not know what exactly the problem is.

          What kind of service is this ? Do these people bother for their customers ? If you do not want customers, tell specifically.

          Hi, My name is vinod and contact no is [protected], i ordered three T-Shirts on 12th June 2015 wide order no 13993185 but i didnt receive my order till 23rd June i called them three time and every time they said that it will be delivered with in 2 days but now today on 23rd June 2015 when i called them yempe representative said that due to some issue with courier agency order has been returned to yepme and my order can not be delivered and i will have to place fresh order, i dont know why should customer suffer just because of the internal issue of courier agency and yepme, why cant they inform customer that order can not be delivered, why should i place fresh order, if they were aware of this issue then i should have been informed and my order should have been dispatched with some other courier agency, i am so dissappointed with the services of Yepme and will not again buy anything from them also i will not recommand anyone to order through yepme they are Bunch of Crooks...

              I ALSO FACED SUCH AN ISSUE FROM YEPME, THEY ARE CHEATING ME, MY COMPLAINT ID IS 1165553, MY QUALITY CHECK WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ON DEC 3, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MAILS. I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES, ALL THE CALLS WERE RECORDED, BUT TILL NOW, ITS NOW 18 DAYS, MY REFUND WAS NOT DONE, EVEN THE COURIER CHARGES ARE NOT EVEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. IF THEY ARE DOING THIS TO CUSTOMERS, ITS BREACH OF PROMISE, THEIR SITE SHOWS 10 DAYS FROM QUALITY CHECK MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED, I AM THINKING ABOUT FILING THIS IN THE CONSUMER COURT .

              Am a social worker&Lawyer. i too experienced this issue., This issue is very common with Yepme, they are a fraud company. Worst company, you create a group of cheated people & give a news in the Visual media. A National news channel can help you, and National level news papers, then go to the Consumer court, against this Cheaters.They are attracting people with Film stars, then selling utter scraps, if any one raise refund, they never give it, i read so many complaints like this here & in other sites.Do not leave this issue, if you get justice in a court, & report in national media can save lots of innocent people in the future from this cheaters, if needed i can give my complaint id, i am going to the court very soon,
              Yes sir, you are right, surely we will do it, on Monday 23 Dec, I called them, they are saying another two days needed to process the refund, I asked them, are you sure? his answer was am not sure, but you wait for another two days, this shows their pathetic&irresponsible attitude towards the consumer, am a regular buyer from, myntra & flipkart they are far better towards the consumer, my refunds were processed within a day after getting the return. To me this yepme is the worst shopping site in India. because they are cheating consumers,
              we are looking to file this in the Consumer court&if possible a news in the National medias, "we got call records, that clearly states their irresponsible attitude towards the consumer." Hope this can be a great evidence in the Consumer court&publishing in the Medias.
              No refund yet, no call or message from them, their Face book page is also unsocial, comments not allowed, clearly states that they are cheating company, DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM CUSTOMERS, They know if they allow customers to write then it will become a complaint forum.Friends please do not buy from them, they are the WORST Online Shopping company in India

                    I purchased item from Yepme, my order no is 11123882. Product dispatched 13th December. Via speed post (Tracking Id is : AP[protected]IN) the delivery date is 19th December. But till date and time couldn't track my product. India Post website enter my docket No. Then show the message "Consignment details not Found".Actualy my package is not send.                           My order id 10608700, in which shoes were ordered by me dtd 12 Oct'14 but the left side shoe are same in pair it was (without right leg shoe). when i call to yepme.com the executive inform to email the detail after that their person will come and collect the shoes very shortly. He also inform over call the money will also be refunded after the collection of shoes do 30 DAYS RETURN AVAILABLE as per the YepMe scheme. Till then I awaited for and had called also but one month 30days passed away, today they are not taking responsibility even not responding. Mr Faiyad(their executive) told he cannot do anything it is my mistake etc etc. do whatever you can without any courtesy or manners. Its very bitter experience by following up through all. Shortly, ALL TO INFORM YOU THEY HAVE COMPLETED 30DAYS RETURN AVAILABILITY.

                                I placed an order and made payment by my debit card . The amount was debited from my account. But the order status shown like follows " Dear Customer, your order is Pending for Verification, please call our customer care at 0124–4750200 for further information. " My order No: 11063468. When i contacted to customer care they told me send bank statement to customer care.When i mailed to customer.[protected]@yepme.com they replaied me like this, " Dear Customer, This is an un-monitored email account and emails sent to this email address will no longer be read or responded to. If you wish to contact us, please do not reply to this message but instead go to http://www.yepme.com/AddComplaint.aspx and we will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you, Yepme Customer Care Team " But when i try to complaint through the website the message shown like as follows " Dear Customer, You can not place an online complaint on this order as your payment for the order ID 11063468 was not processed successfully. Please contact our customer care[protected] for further assistance. " What type of forgery is this?!

                                  I ALSO FACED SUCH AN ISSUE FROM YEPME, THEY ARE CHEATING ME, MY COMPLAINT ID IS 1165553, MY QUALITY CHECK WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ON DEC 3, I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES, BUT TILL NOW, ITS NOW 18 DAYS, MY REFUND WAS NOT DONE, EVEN THE COURIER CHARGES A
                                  RE NOT EVEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. IF THEY ARE DOING THIS TO CUSTOMERS, ITS BREACH OF PROMISE, THEIR SITE SHOWS 10 DAYS FROM QUALITY CHECK MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED, I AM THINKING ABOUT FILING THIS IN THE CONSUMER COURT .

                                    I purchased item from Yepme, my order no is 10908038 i found quality was not good, i returned that back for replacement, by speed post, while tracking my courier it shows it is delivered to yepme New Delhi branch before 20 days, but i called on yepme customer care they are telling till now thay didnot received or it may be in quality check, once quality check is done we will replace it, What the hell is this.. Same problem if we came accross jabong or myntra they do a fast and proper action. Please do the needfull i[censored] can.

                                      Bad experiance on ordering YEPME... I had ordered shoes on 22nd of Oct 2014, but that did'nt delivered to me, it was showing status as delivered. when i tried calling on helpline, they registered a refund complaint 1112303, and said it will be processed in 10-15 days. even after more than 20 days of registering complaint my money was not refunded. when i enquired again I faced really pathetic response saying the complaint was not properly raised. I was said they are raising a complaint again, its almost 15 days till now, but no hopes...

                                      Am a social worker&Lawyer. I too experienced this issue., This issue is very common with Yepme, they are a fraud company. Worst company, you create a group of cheated people & give a news in the Visual media. A National news channel can help you, and National level news papers, then go to the Consumer court, against this Cheaters.They are attracting people with Film stars, then selling utter scraps, if any one raise refund, they never give it, I read so many complaints like this here & in other sites.Do not leave this issue, if you get justice in a court, &; report in national media can save lots of innocent people in the future from this cheaters, if needed i can give my complaint id, i am going to the court very soon,

                                        Sir, I am really fed up with Yepme's dealing towards regular customer. I have ordered items for Rs.864/- vide order number 8246581 on 22/07/2014. Later on after a week they have cancelled the order for their own reason. From there on wards i am calling their customer care number regularly and made complaint via e-mail attaching my State Bank of India BAnk statements ( In PDF format) as the proof of debiting money from my account via Internet banking . But I faced really pathetic response from that side. I have made call to their customer care number [protected], almost 10 times. And their always assured me saying that " Sir, the amount will be credited to your account within a week". Now it is 4 months over. I really fed up. Kindly do the needful
