Am a social worker&Lawyer. I too experienced this issue., This issue is very common with Yepme, they are a fraud company. Worst company, you create a group of cheated people & give a news in the Visual media. A National news channel can help you, and National level news papers, then go to the Consumer court, against this Cheaters.They are attracting people with Film stars, then selling utter scraps, if any one raise refund, they never give it, I read so many complaints like this here & in other sites.Do not leave this issue, if you get justice in a court, &; report in national media can save lots of innocent people in the future from this cheaters, if needed i can give my complaint id, i am going to the court very soon,
I have Purchase product online through yepme.com on 9 May 2015.my product order number is .13476547 & still i have not receive product yet. i have done online (net banking payment).then find below yepme reply. i havel almoste call 10 times but always same answer

1st time Courier problem

2nd time Courier problem

3nd time Courier problem (till 26 may 2015)

so i have send request for refund but again they told me 10 working days refund will be deposited in your account

1st time 10 working days

2nd time 5 to 4 working days (i have talk with yepme senior authority he give me assurity)

3rd time again 4 to 5 days almost 26 May to 26 June one month is completed but i have not receive my refund

Please do something

      Hi, I have placed an order on 8th Oct 2014 for an apparel and they mentioned I will receive the product within Oct 15. I didn't Receive anything till Oct 18 and when I tracked the consignment number as per the sms i recieved, It was showing returned and no reasons were provided.I called customer care and asked for a Refund.They registered the request for Refund and given me a reference ID :9533876. I received an Sms on Nov 3rd, that refund has been processed. I called customer care several times, they are providing blunder replies. Till date I have not received my Refund. As per one of the agent at customer care told to mail my bank statement to [protected]@yepme.com, I have sent them my bank statement and no response yet. Please do look into

          I had ordered for a kurtis for Rs. 548 from Yepme.com on 3rd November 2014 and paid the cash through online payment option. (order no[protected]. My cash was deducted from my account. But the next day, i.e. on 4th November 2014, I received an e-mail from them saying they had not received my payment and can opt for cash on delivery. I called up their customer care number[protected], following which they said I had accidentally placed order twice and the cash was deducted for one of the order and was not received for the other. I am sure I did not place order twice. Frustrated with this, I asked them to cancel my orders and refund my money back. They cancelled both my orders and assured me that they would refund my money within 10 working days. (Refund complaint no. 1121073). After 10 working days, on 17th November 2014, I called them up once again since my money was not refunded. They said it would take another 3 days to get the refund. I firmly said I require my money by November 20th 2014. On their website too they had mentioned that if payment was made through Online payment option, and was cancelled, they would refund the money within 10 working days. The time frame they had specified is overdue.

            I had placed an order a shoes and my Order Id : 10644081 placed on 11th Oct. 2014 . They give a tracking details no. [protected] through Overnite Express ltd. and the delivery consideration date was 17/10/2014...After few days courier company tracking site say order has dispatched but my order not received yet . I don't have any idea where is my ordered item and when i will get the same...when delivery was not made into my address, I called up the customer care number[protected] one Ms. Renu (Introduced herself with this Name) answered my call and she herself doesn't know when this will reach to me... I send couple of mails to the support email id, but keep getting the same response as mentioned below. We really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This is with reference to the complaint id “1093168”. We would like to inform you that we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible...nobody care about my complaint. Till now i cant able to get my parcel. What can i do. Give any idea to my mail masoom.[protected]@gmail.com. and Requesting you to kindly look into this complaint and take stringent action against such fraudulent e-commerce websites to fool the people. I have seen lots of complaint against this website on the same matters. This is purely a Fraud website takes people money and make them go behind for the delivery or cash back.               I am From Yavatmal (MH) I Had Requested For Replacement Of My Bought Product i.e Product No. 10420981 And Send The Origional Parcel To The YEPMES's Address. As Yepme Received My Product By Speed Post (EM[protected]IN) And After Checking The Product Yepme Further Send The Replaced Product i.e Product No.10522252 By Courier On 9th October 2014. But As Yepme Had Informed me By SMS that I Would Receive The Product Till 14th Of October 2014 ; I Havent Yet Received The Product Though The Tracking Details Shows That The Product IsOut For Delivery From Last 1 Month. And Now Yepme informed me that I've already received the product and their panel also shows that I have received the product. To know the status of of my order when i checked the respective courier site's tracking info their details shows that the product is out for delivery from 14th October 2014. To complain about this mess when I call the customer care service of Yepme they first listened the problem and told me that they have registered my complaint and the issue will be solved in 48 hours.Since then I have frustrating experiences with their customer care representatives that nobody satisfactorily replied to me in 20 days and 27 calls after the first call. Being felt hopelss and betrayed I look forward to my last hope that is I contacted directly to the respective courier service.And as I have expected they informed me that there was absolutely something went wrong in my consignment and assured me that they will try hard to get me my consignment parcel within 4 days or I may cancel the product and ask for the refund to E-retail site i.e. Yepme .Obviously I am frustrated By Yepme customer care services so I wanted refund but the Yepme Customer care service representatives are purely neglecting the fact that I havent received my product And keep telling me that as their panel shows the order is delivered I cant get any refund.These hopeless guys didnt even bother to contact the courier service provider. And Thats The Problem Of Mine. I Didnt Get Product. I Wont Get Refund. And Nobody there in Yepme.com will bother to find solution here. So please Guys Tell Me What Should I Do In This Fiasco.                   In yepme i had ordered the Watch and order number 10616046, after it reaches to my hand i findout it's get damaged, so as per their return and replacement policy, i had resent the item to their place of delhi. Courier reached to their place after two days but they said product not reached their place so i send the DRS copy to their mail id, after that they said we will dispatch the replacement product within 48 hours but after continous of days, i hear the same reason from every customer care representative whenever i enquired about the order. They even not communicating with Email or sms about the replacement order.

                      I have written so many mails. Submitted my bank statement to show my payment. First a lady staff called me and took all details and said I will receive my money within 6 days in the first week of October 2014. Still I did not get my money. Again I lodged my compliant this time on 7th November I got a call from the No[protected]. That man who does not know proper English is asking My debit card number. My Cvv Number and Pin Number. I got the shock of my life.Is anybody responsible person from Yepme please tell me why should not I go to police? Why anybody want my Cvv Number and pin Number to refund my money.

                      Bad experiance on ordering YEPME...
                      I had ordered shoes on 22nd of Oct 2014, but that did'nt delivered to me, it was showing status as delivered. when i tried calling on helpline, they registered a refund complaint 1112303, and said it will be processed in 10-15 days. even after more than 20 days of registering complaint my money was not refunded.
                      when i enquired again I faced really pathetic response saying the complaint was not properly raised. I was said they are raising a complaint again, its almost 15 days till now, but no hopes...
                      Don't buy product from yepme with online payement.

                        my invoice nos are BK705286 and BK705284. The sandals recd are smaller in size even though the mentioned in thesandal is ad per order or one size higher. However the size of the sandals are small. Pls arrange to replace the sandals. Ejaz Ahmed

                          I have placed my order in yepme week back, first of all I received my order bit late, the most disgusting part is that I received my T-shirt with a big green colured stain on my right sleeve and also the the wrist watch is not the same as I see the website, when I contact customer care for return, they explained about the returning policy of yepme which is also not fair when compared to other websites, my questiions are 1. The people who pack the item are blind???? Even a small child can identify the Stain at its first sight. 2. Why the returning policy is so bad, if I return my product, I had to Wat more than a month to my money back to my account So finally I decided to keep the product with me ideally and decided not to visit this website again in my lifetime and let my colleagues know about this and make sure they won't be cheated like me, yepme is not fit to do online business and the products are so less qualified.

                            I had purchased a saree worth amount of Rs.1784.00 but they sent a saree worth Rs.200.00.So
                            i complaint about it and Yepme.com told me to return the product.I
                            have returned the saree and received a sms as received on
                            20/09/2014.From that day onwards i call them and it may cost more than
                            Rs5000.00 for refund of my money. One of yepme.com executive
                            officer told me as refund the money on 01/10/2014.So i send my
                            statement of a/c more than 5 times. Kindly take necessary steps to
                            refund my money immediately.

                                Order Number : 10731929 Complaint Number : 1121922 I have requested reverse pickup for this. Why should I waste my time for doing packing and then go to courier facility and courier. This totally their mistake. They sent me product in bad condition. There are black spots on the belly and some of stones are missing. Why don't they perform quality check of the product before dispatch? This is also not in any box packing. Arrange Reverse pickup for this. This is their responsibility to send product in good condition. I have also emailed products images to [protected]@yepme.com. See what will they do with this complaint...

                                Its more than a month from Reverse pickup and I still didn't receive my money.
                                They are irresponsible. I got call for reserve pickup few days ago but on one come to collect the item.
                                Still I haven't received my refund.

                                  Hi team, On 13th October, 2014 I bought 3 t-shirts from your site order no[protected]. One of my friend ordered the same t-shirts one day before I ordered, after checking the T-shirts I didn't liked the quality so I place request to cancel my order - complain no 1075165 on 14 Oct, 2014. I asked them to stop my deliver and to process my refund. For the same I got call from your back end team stating I have raised complain under wrong bucket, so they are cancelling my request and they asked me to raise fresh request under late in delivery bucket. A point I want to highlight, as customer I didn't liked your product so I raised request for refund, instead of processing my request, your back end people had ask me to raise fresh request. I didn't raised request I asked your executive to raise whatever request he want, but I want refund. so he said he will raise request and cancelled my this request. Today (05-Nov-2014) I called customer care to check status of my complain, that fellow said no request is raised. Is this the service you provide to your customer, really pathetic word is coming for this...sorry for using this kind of word..Hence request you to take my request on priority and refund my money...                                     Dear Sir...I Pradip kumar singha from west bengal Bankura district was placed a order which order no[protected] & the complain id is 1112050 on 17/10/2014 through payment by debit card. Almost Yepme delivery consideration date was 26/10/2014...when delivery was not made into my address, I raised a complain, then after 5 days my order was delivered to me in sealing condition. When I open my order pack I was surprised that my order is discolured & back dated...Just like a used.On same day I was send this product on 01/11/2014 to new delhi-110037 with fill up the refund form which Yepme send with my order, through DTDC COURIER SERVICE, CN NO-K74970368 & FRANCHISEE CODE-KF317. But till date no response from Yepme. to receive my refund packet.So that now I request to Yepme please refund my order as soon as possible.Please acknowledge when you receiving .my refund product & confirm me via mail & sms.Thats all.. With Regards,

                                      My name is Suvarna Aranjo and my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com. I placed an order on Yepme website for 2 shirts, 3 T-shirts, 1 trouser and 2 jeans on 12th Sept 2014 . I faced a problem with the size of trouser and jeans so i called up their cust care who asked me to choose the other items in the same price so i chose two other items as a replacement for jeans and there was no replacement for the trouser so i asked them to refund me the amount. they asked me to courier the items to their address : K-618, Rangpuri Ext. A-Block, Near Tata Telco bus service station, New Delhi. they received the courier on 8th Oct but now they are saying that they will only refund for the trouser but will not send the replacement for the two jeans . This is how they cheat their customers. I am attaching the courier receipt as proof as they are denying the receipt of courier also. They are now asking me to visit the courier service for unnecessary reasons they have the receipt they have the courier number but are still denying to send the replacement. The Trouser that they did not have they said they wud refund me the amount for it but even there they have cheated and refunded only Rs 346 and not the purchase amount of Rs.649 They have called up twice after the post and they are not providing any genuine help but are rather causing me mental harassment and blood pressure problems by asking me the same thing again and again everytime.

                                        Sir I'm Giri from Trichy, Tamil nadu. I was ordered a shoe on 3-9-14, my order id is 10365678. They give a tracking details with delhivery [protected] dated on 6-9-14, this also wrong one. They commit me it should reach me on or before 12-9-14. Since the parcel not reached me, i made a complaint to yepme on 13-9-14 Complaint no 1009338. After my complaint they phoned me everyday about you received it or not. Everytime i replied them not yet received. After that they stopped calling me. I put another complaint on 24-10-14 Complaint no 1095017, nobody care about my complaint. Till now i cant able to get my parcel. What can i do. Further i cant able to complaint in yepme.com. Give any idea to my mail [protected]@gmail.com.
