Hi team,
On 13th October, 2014 I bought 3 t-shirts from your site order no[protected]. One of my friend ordered the same t-shirts one day before I ordered, after checking the T-shirts I didn't liked the quality so I place request to cancel my order - complain no 1075165 on 14 Oct, 2014. I asked them to stop my deliver and to process my refund. For the same I got call from your back end team stating I have raised complain under wrong bucket, so they are cancelling my request and they asked me to raise fresh request under late in delivery bucket. A point I want to highlight, as customer I didn't liked your product so I raised request for refund, instead of processing my request, your back end people had ask me to raise fresh request. I didn't raised request I asked your executive to raise whatever request he want, but I want refund. so he said he will raise request and cancelled my this request. Today (05-Nov-2014) I called customer care to check status of my complain, that fellow said no request is raised.
Is this the service you provide to your customer, really pathetic word is coming for this...sorry for using this kind of word..Hence request you to take my request on priority and refund my money...

1st time Courier problem
2nd time Courier problem
3nd time Courier problem (till 26 may 2015)
so i have send request for refund but again they told me 10 working days refund will be deposited in your account
1st time 10 working days
2nd time 5 to 4 working days (i have talk with yepme senior authority he give me assurity)
3rd time again 4 to 5 days almost 26 May to 26 June one month is completed but i have not receive my refund
