For sure I am never going to shop again from yepme and neither will I suggest the same to anyone else. One of my complaints is pending with yepme for months now with no relief. Their customer service just sucks and none of their supervisors are responsible enough to sort things out.

    I have placed order of 3 sandals in 499/- rupees scheme on 21st September, 2014. & I have received it on 25th September, 2014. After receiving order I found that its not fit to my foot size so, as per instructed by their department persons through Telephonic talk I have sent my ordered sandals through DTDC Courier services on 27th September, 2014 in below given Address and requist them to sent my revised order in Foot Size No. 4 (Indian). Address: Yepme .Com K-618, Rangpuri Ext. A- Block, Near Tata Telco Service Station, New Delhi-110037 But till date I have not received any confirmation SMS of receiving of courier from your side but on 29th September, 2014 I have received the same SMS from my Courier Service provider means from DTDC Courier Services. So I have sent mail to them and make requist to resolved my Problem but Still they are not give me Any answer about that. After week I again call them than They said i have not sent any Courier, if i have sent than provide DRS No, of that Courier. Actually i have given them Tracking No. of My Courier after getting this now they told me that it is Special Case and it is out of their Company Pocily So so its take time but they not Prescribed How much Time they take. Sir, In this transaction i have paid Rs. 150 as Courier Charge and approx Rs.110 as telephone cost from Ahmed bad, Gujarat to Delhi. this deal waste my two function for which i have purchased that sandal and lots of Time.       It is my first order with Yepme.com.For raising complaint against unreceived item. I have placed an order for 2 jeans and my Order Id : 10605483 placed on 6th Oct. 2014 . After few days courier company tracking site say order delivered and signed but my order not received. I raised a complaint next day with Yepme customer care they said it will be delivered soon. After also 3-4 complaints and more than 15 days i didnt received the item.So i requested to check it. after this yepme blocked my account so that i cant able to log in to my yepme account and not seen status of about my order. reply ASAP

      I thought company not taken any step to resolve my complaint. company not a single mail or call about issue of my complaint. he send only one sms on dated 27/10/2014 01.38 PM "Your order id 10605483 is successfully delivered for any queries email us as [email protected]" i compose a mail for not received my order. after this email address is unmonitored message received from yepme server "This is an un-monitored email account and emails sent to this email address will no longer be read or responded to. what can i do.

        It happened with me many times, that is you sent the wrong product from you. and when I send the product for replace, I spend extra money for courier.So, who responsible for this reason? you sent wrong product and I spend my money?even product already defect that is back cover, it not close properly.Seriously I do not trusted your site.Solve it as soon as possible.

          I am highly disappointed with yepme. I have not received the refund for my complaint no. 1034547. I would not recommend yepme to anyone seeing my own experience. Yepme is a fraud company. Highly frustrated with yepme customer care and its services. I had purchased Two Jeans from Yepme on 22 September 2014. But size did not fit. I myself went to their warehouse and returned the items. Quality check was completed by 28 September and it's 31 October now one month has passed and still my refund is not initiated. Customer care tells to wait for 5-10 days more each time I call.             My Complaint Id for Yepme Refund Request is : 1020210. And I had courier my shoes on 19th of september and it was confimed from quality check on 23rd september and from that day it was told that refund would be processed with 10-12 working days. And I called them 6 times but they didnt reply very well and answered one thing only that it will take more 2-3days your refund is initiated. And it is now above 1 month so plzz Sir take some action asap. And i am attacing the photo of my courier reciept and in comlain details they changed the month of complaint to fool us. So Plz Its an big req. to take a strict action against them.

              My name is oyash paranjay. My email id- yash.[protected]@gmail.com Mob-[protected] my order id is 10423906 and it was placed on 10th sept.When the shipment arrived, 1 product out of 4 which was a saree was defective.So, I requested for a refund for 1 product on 15th(same day the shipment arrived) and they told me to return that item by yourself and gave me a complaint id which is 1014036.So, I sent that item by courier (awb[protected] on17th sept and it was delivered to them on 20th sept and the product passed the quality check on 26th sept.Then I called them and they told me that amount will be refunded within 7-10 days. Now its been a month and still I havent got my refund.I called them many times but everytime they say you will get the refund in next 10days and still I am waiting for the refund but they are not refunding.

                My name is Suvarna Aranjo and my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com. I placed an order on Yepme website for 2 shirts, 3 T-shirts, 1 trouser and 2 jeans on 12th Sept 2014 I faced a problem with the size of trouser and jeans so i called up their cust care who asked me to choose the other items in the same price so i chose two other items as a replacement for jeans and there was no replacement for the trouser so i asked them to refund me the amount. they asked me to courier the items to their address : K-618, Rangpuri Ext. A-Block, Near Tata Telco bus service station, New Delhi. they received the courier on 8th Oct but now they are saying that they will only refund for the trouser but will not send the replacement for the two jeans . This is how they cheat their customers. I am attaching the courier receipt as proof as they are denying the receipt of courier also.

                No Support is provided as a matter of fact they called up to ask the same thing and have just increased my medical problems. and have done nothing since then about the replacement .

                The refund amount was Rs.649 and the amount refunded is Rs.346. the owners of yepme are just a bunch of cheaters Vivek Gaur, Sandeep Sharma and Anand Jadhav. Gaur who have an engineering degree from IIT but are actually robbing the people of the nation by taking money online and not delivering the product.

                      Last month 13 sep i have purchase yepme watch.still this watch not running. iam already send the complaint.yepme officers contact to me. he is telling one address and "return to the product that address to courier.courier amount return to one coupen.how to believe this method.because iam already pay the full amount+watch not present in me+shipment charge.how to believe watch is replaced to me. pls tell me

                        Sir, i've placed an prepaid order in YEPME on 26 july 2014 worth 672 rupees. After one week of placing the order i received wrong order, i have rasied a complaint with YEPME that wrong product is deliivered and later YEPME delivered a single product 8400391 worth 299 and said they will refund rest of 373 rupees. But still i didn't get the in my amount till today (24st oct., 2014) .I've called them upto 3 times to claim amount.But every time they are saying within 10 days amount will be refunded but till date that didn;t happen. I called even today and they are saying they are working on this request .. Please help me with this issue sir...

                          I have order for shoes vide Order No.[protected] dt. 21/10/2014 .At the time of making on line Payment in Yep me site, yepme screen show that 15% discount by yep me & additional 10% discount by Mobikwik, if payment made by Mobikwik wallet.I have made payment by mobikwik wallet.But till now both of the discount not credited in my account.After trusted of Yep me I have purchased Rs.4158/- from yepme company.But Yep me not credited Rs. 205/- in my account as promised at the time of making payment.Also Mobikwik not crdited Rs.137/- as promised.

                            Sir, i've placed an prepaid order in YEPME on 4th sep., 2014. After one week of placing the order i came to know from courier service is "your product can't be delivered to your address. So I cancelled the order on 15th sep., 2014 to claim my amount refund. The refund complaint number is 1019100.But still i didn't get the in my amount till today (21st oct., 2014) .I've called them upto 10 times to claim amount.But i'm not getting the proper response. Please help me with this issue sir.

                              Hello All, My order no is 10593698 there was a payment getaway error and the amount of 746 is debited from my account . Order placed on 5th Oct 2014 . Post this i have called you all atleast 15 times and still have no response. Please have some shame or own up stating you will not give the money .. You guys are so disgusting and keep uttering a blatant lie my high authorities will look into it . My finance head will look at it. Cant believe a finance head looks into this issue of 746 rupees .

                                      This was my first order with Yepme.com.For raising complaint against unreceived item and requested for refund they blocked my account so that i cant able to log in to my yepme account. I have placed an order for 3 Tshirts and my Order Id : 10348033 placed on 8th Sep 2014 . After a week i received the package but only 2 tshirts in the package and i raised a complaint next day with Yepme customer care they said it will be delivered soon.After also 3-4 complaints and more than1 month i didnt received the item.So i requested for Refund for only that item.They said refund is in processing and you will receive refund to your bank account in 10-15 working days.And its more than one month now i didnt receive refund yet.Whenever i call them they make some excuses and request for more time.But no refund yet.
