      Horrable experience..\ i ordered shoes from yepme.com on 17 september 2014.. i got the delivery on 19 september 2014..but it was defective.. they sended me one 9 no shoe and other one is 10 no... i courier the product again to them ...and requested them to change the order..but they said to me that the shoe was out of stock...so i tell them to refund my money ...i contacted several times to their company service center about my refund but they every time tell me that after receving product our company gone through the quality check after validating quality check the refund initiated...my product reached to them on 20th september 2014..in their site they said that quality check takes 2 days but they takes 5 days for quality check...till then today was 17 october 2014..yet i have not recived my payment...i called them and gave them a theat that if they didnt refund my money i file a case against them...only after that the refund reflected to my account on 3pm...never shop from yepme.in.. one of the bluder shopping site in the internet.

        I placed two orders on 5th October 2014. Got a message that the both have been dispatched. The tracking number given to me was incorrect and called customer helplines number of times to get an update but just usual response that we are tracking. They even disabled my user login today and never bothered to provide me an update. Requests all people to avoid buying anything from such fraudulent company and I will file a complain in consumer court after diwali to make sure that frauds are booked and pay for taking customers on a ride.

          Dear Sir, This is Yogesh shilkar ( Ph No. [protected] ) consumer of your product, i ordered biker jacket blue colour ( Order No.10666944 Dtd. 13.10.14) and Rs. 434 bill paid by ICICI debit card, Rs 434 deducted from my account but i recieved mail from you that my order was canceled. also i register complaint in your customer care office but after 24 hours i recieved mail which also confirms that my order was cancelled. please help me, i attached bank statement of 13th October for your reference which clearly shows deduction of RS 434 from my account against order which i placed on yepme on 13.10.14. Please find herewith attached BANK STATEMENT (13.10.14) for your reference.

            I bought three items from www.yepme.com via order number 8346837 in which an item yepme polina solid kurti was delivered in a wrong colour, i had ordered for SEA GREEN colour but they have sent me GREEN colour and now they want me the customer to ship it to them via courier to get a replacement which is pure fraud and against the interests of the consumer by the company.Please never buy any products from such fraudulent online companies like yepme.com, kaunsa.com etc

              i have parched one Yepme Brad Vintage Denim - Dark Indigo Wash and one polo t-shart date of 11 sep 2014. but i have not recived righe size and color so i have resend it to yepme for replacement. as per POD and courier service provider it was dispatched date of 20-sep-2014, but still i am not recived my replacment. every time call centor helpdesk giving me next date for dispatched for more information regardin my complant details please find herewith attached pics of POD with reciving seal and sign and yepme compliant status.

                'Empty' Watch Box received. Did not give refund Order ID:7995662 Date: 11 Jul 2014 ordered Yep me " Almerixa Men's Watch - Blue/Black " on 11.07.2014 to gift my friend . I will get the courier on next Saturday evening . But when I opened the box, with anxiety I found a fully scratched empty box (no Product) . I called at the same time to Yep me customer care and register the complaint . They assure me the refund . But after that no response from yepme customer care . They are not giving any email Id to customers to contact them . Telephone conversation with their customer care was very costly and useless . I lost around 50 rupees for telephony support . Their personnel every time gave the same replies " Query sent to concerned Department" . I didn't expect this worst experience, from YEPME. one and half month completed after refund request registered, i got a reply from YEPME on[protected]. They assure me to get refund with in 2-3 Days. But I didn't get the refund yet . Please take necessary actions for the refund from YEPME .

I nearly spent a hundred rupees to call the Yepme team explaining the facts and everytime they say issue will be resolved.For Courier i spent another 300 rupees but all in vain. There are no updates on my request and i kindly request yepme to have a toll free number for better quality service desk.People have been whining about on the lethargic responses. With numerous offers people tend to buy the products but lack of customer satisfaction will bring down the reputation. This is also my n number of request, complaints or whatever. I have been patiently monitoring my refund and replacement request for nearly three months but in vain. Yep me team never pay heed to the request. Although the shipment takes time we could at least wait and get it but there is no confirmation on any refund or replacement. In a developing nation if fraudulent shopping sites come up it will spoil the easiness and reliability of online shopping.

                    Kurtis[protected] I have received and again returned.For replacement they are saying order was not received but according to First Flight courier services they have dispatched immediately.Now they request me to provide some DRS number from the courier service.
                    Kindly contact me at the earliest because service desk did not assist wisely.Despite several calls, sending the products back and also spending extra money on the request there hasn't been any up gradation of services.
                    Also the refund is not received till.Please ensure me that I receive both the refund and replacement. Else I wish to get products for the amount i had purchased.
                    Please see to customer satisfaction as i have placed many orders but i haven't been suffering like this before.
                    Would suggest that you go for more reputed e-tailing sites like Inifbeam, Myntra, Amazon. Have purchased from them several times and their after sales service is exceptional.

                      Ref. : Order No. 10352286 placed on 3rd September, 2014 Following is the copy of email sent to yepme.com on 4h October, 2014 : Dear Sir, In this age of fast technology and online delivery, it seems that you are least bothered about your customer. Where other online shopping sites, deliver the goods within 1 week, you have yet not delivered my products even after online card payment, even after 1 month. Moreover, when I lodged online complaint on your website, the only response that I get is that we are escalating the complaint to higher authorities. But nothing fruitful has yet taken place to ensure that I will be getting my products purchased through your website. Further, you even closed the complaint by reflecting the status of my complaint as "Resolved" even when I have yet not received my products. Copy of such status enclosed along with this email for your perusal. To add to my agony and mental torture, you keep on calling me on my mobile and ask me "Sir, have you received your products?". It is not understood by me that when you are having online database with you regarding the delivery of the products, then why are you asking me again & again such question without taking the pains to check your own database. I reiterate what I have conversed on phone to your executives that I definitely require my products and also compensation for all the troubles & mental torture caused to me. I cannot understand that why I should not drag your company for Fraud, Cheating, Mental Harassment and Deficiency of Services to Consumer Court, Economic Offences Wing, Cyber Crime Cell & other legal consequences for no fault on my part.                       Yepme has updated status of my complaint on their website as "Resolved" and have mentioned that products have yet not reached the customer even though it has been handed over to courier person on 4th September, 2014."

                      It would really appreciable if you can help me as I feel that there is some big fraud or cheating going on with this website and they are trying to cover it up.

                      As on date, i.e. 9th October, 2014, Yet I have not received the products even though I have made online payment and there is no one whom we can catch hold of in the company. It would be great help if you can provide me the details of the company's contacts other than customer care with whom I can personally take up the issue.

                        I ordered one pair of shoes on 12th sep 2014 expected delivery date was 19th sept 2014 still i haven't received the shoes and i have already paid for that. Though i am being there regular customer i am getting this treatment. My order ID is 10437428. I have raised complaint also but no response still yet. When i tracked the courier it is still pending in my city for some taxes and they still cant resolve the issue. This is cheap behaviour by yepme. If not received the product soon will have to complaint about this in consumer forum or court and they should be banned because this is not acceptable.

                          I have brought 3 saddles only 2 is delivered and they told 3rd sandel is out of stock n refund the amount my order id is 10451393 but still now thy didn't do ... the customer care number is always telling no channel is available n email id is unresponsive . The yepme online site is big cheap n cheat site nver ever belive dis site . N this happens every time the same for my family n friends . Please take the action n respond to this complain against the cheapest n cheat people n cancel there licence .

                            I have ordered Some cloths (Yepme Wendell Denim - Medium Wash, Yepme Jake denim - Indigo Wash, Yepme Nick Polo Tee - Black) with order no 10393453 from Yepme on 07 Sep 2014. With online payment with State Bank of India of amount 1648.00 Rs. But after payment transaction yepme website shows some error and next day my order is being dispatched with COD option, But we have refused to accept this order and also complain with yepme complaint services and they said amount will be refunded under 10 days. But till today I haven't get my amount refunded in my account . My Yepme order Details are. First executive told me that i would get a call back from finance department in 5 minutes ..Second executive told me that we don have this policy so you have to wait for more then 5 days ..                                   Vide order no 10112507 dated 10 Aug 2014 I had placed an order combo of shoes and tracksuit with yepme.com. The payments was done using credit card and accordingly Rs 6, 99.00 (Rs six hundred and ninety nine only) was debited to my credit card. The transaction details are as under :- 10/08/2014 MT142240058000010000249 WWW.YEPME.COM-IBIBO GURGAON IND INR 699.00 (Dr) The said order order was cancelled by yepme.com due to non availability of stock. I had accordingly requested for refund of the money. For the last one and half months I have spoken to Mr Arun, Mr Tushar, Mr Neraj and so many others at their complaint/help line no[protected]. Every time I am told that we have escalated the complaint and in next ten days it shall be resolved. But it is still pending to be resolved.

                                    Yepme Refund of cancelled order I ordered for a product from yepme.com on 16 August 2014, Made Payment through Syndicate Bank Online Banking and within mins changed my mind and cancelled my order. Till date (ie 27/09/14) i am awaiting my refund from them. Whenever i call the customer care, they say refund is in process and will be credited in 3-4 days. But that never happens. Its been 43 days there is no sign of refund at all, The worst online shopping site i have ever come across. Am going to sue Yepme for sure. All the Best Yepme. Be Ready to Face the Legal Hurdles.                                       I placed an order on 30/8/2014.. Order number 10304434... And made payment online.. The payment was successful and money was debited from my account. but after an hour i got a mail that the order was not placed and money will be credited in my account. After 7 days when u called yepme they told to send the bank statement. I did that on 7/9/2014... And after that every time i call they say the complaint is in process it will be done in 7 days.. Its been 20 days now. I spoke to a supervisor named santosh yadav who said he will call me back but no contact from yepme at all.. No mails and no messages to tell the progress.. Does it take 30 days for a refund. I am not soo frustrated with the service. Pathetic service and no customer care. All lies are told. On the website its given 10 days for the money to be credited in the bank account. After that today again i spoke to their people and they said we cant raise any complaint. I requested to speak to the manager And they asked me to call on monday. I mean the worst service. His name is Gagan who spoke to me he claimed to ne a supervisor. I mean supervisors talk like this so what can we expect. No one there is ready to solve the issue. Please help.

                                        i have ordered a sports shoes vide order no. 10239611 on 23 august 2014 and i have received that product after 13 days and that too in defective condition on 05 sept. 2014 and same time i have registered an complaint regarding the issue but till now the problem has not been resolved time and again they told me that the product will be reverse picked up by the company but still no body has approached to me regarding this every time customer care supervisor makes a promise to arrange the pickup within 2 to 3 days but about 1 month is going to complete but company is taking no action regarding this, even though despite of calling too many times no body is contacting to me.
