I have ordered a casual shoe on 9 sep 2014 (order number :[protected] and it has been delivered on 16 step 2014, but the problem is the shoe got damaged within 5 days o[censored]se. So I'm expecting a replacement of product or cash back for the product.

    Dear Friends I am helpless with regard to my nature and am compelled to write yet another review on this pathetic site called Yepme within a day or hours, absurd on the entire ecomerce sites of India. I dont know if anyone is going to read this or comment on this, but certainly it would ease some steam out of my heart, know I would really enjoy writing it again and again until someone sane from this bull shi./. site reads it and does the needful to refund my money. Interestingly you know guys I have already spent more of money to make them calls to non sensitive customer care, than my original product's cost was, actually, isnt this truly horrible and undesirable experience from a site promoted by famed actor Farhan, Oh Farhan where are you why you joined these maniacs I dont know. Well guys in the event of non refund of my order id 10419652 by these butchers I am compelled to phone them daily without a fail and every day I have a similar reply from some uncivilized brute rep: sir your refund is being escalated and soon youll get the money! To my shock today the customer care rep, she just hold up my call on pretext of searching order id and came back after 10 mins, makes cute soft chat with other one sitting along, "See how to chide and make fool of the customers, while I had a sip and nap" wow thats cool and too good Yepme, fantastic customer care! wow I say daily to myself thats cool, gets money soon, put that heartburning thought away. but soon my better half found out and pointed out that I have already shelled out more money than the actual cost of the product.Approps, thats not done, I have a tendency of being provoked easily, now that its on my mind how to get the things done may be someone breaks their head, no not good, or may be breaks window panes of their vehicles or may be office I dont know how to take it, its easy said than done, but I talk to myself if nathuram and others like him were not made in one day, it was days of harrasment and tourture may be you understand. now that I also think they are no less than MC or weird docs who refuse to release the body of dead ones until and unless you shell out some money, or say give offerings, may be in cases you may give body parts and in some cases gold rings or maybe gold chain of the dead departed. But these people are worst than that, you know corruption is fast cropping into this site too, customer care people are going to get your things done if you offer them half your money, you know, I dont know where are we heading, I beg of Yepme managment for forgiving me for opening an account on their site and making a meger purchase.

      I have ordered a product from your site. With order Id 10408634. I got the wrong product delivered and filed a complaint with id 1013679. I have shipped the product through DTDC Cn number M10767321. According to courier company courier is delivered but your customer care executive says they didn't received the product. Moreover now I cant access my account. It shows invalid address and no records for orders. What is this. Is this the way you serve your customers. Ridiculous...

        This is to bring to your notice that from last one month i am following up with your customer service for my product (T shirt) which was not delivered and was told to me that it was not in stock.The reference numbers provided by the customer executive are for your reference.Order number[protected] Reference nos. 922748, 966958, 996752, 1004989, 10015730, 1024074.I have been continuously following up the customer care for the product and till Sunday it was told to me that i will get the new order number within 48 hrs... till nw the 48hrs hours have not finished and now it will be more then month i m been following upOn monday after calling the customer service for the new order number... He was unable to help me out... when i told him to connect me to his senior... As always the excuse given to me was the seniors are busy so they annot take the call... when i forced him to connect dthen i got a call back for the same... and the senior gave the reason that they cannot send the product as i have been complaining fake and last time also i have given a missing complaint...This means for your mistakes i have to waste my money onthe products and on top of that i will not get the product also nor any invegatsion will be made and directly the complaint will be closed as a fake complaint... Request you to please help me out... even if i dont get the product its ok... but they should realise how to behave with customers... n shud improve tehir services

        Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        There is no action nor any call back from the YEPME till date. They are least bothered about any complaints or issue highlighted to them. They think that the customers are always giving fake complaints and they are always accurate in sending all the products or doing all delivery. They also say that the complaint cannot be solved every time as they get a missing complaint always it cannot be resolved

          i purchased a product on 29th Aug through yepme, and i paid for the product through my card. till the date i didn't got the product. While am checking with the customer care they are telling you will get the product soon. My order id is 10300037.

            I have book one watch on yep me, initially its been displayed that the order has been dispatched on 5.9.14 but it is 24.9.14, I have nt receive any order but the status is showing its been delivered. Very poor service by yepme. I ll never suggest anyone to do shopping on yepme hereafter after this happens.Please take necessary action to get my order delivered soon .Or else return my amount.Worst service.Eventhough i have contacted customer care twice. Nothing improved.

            Today now the date is 3/11/2014 .i ordered my product on 3/9/2014 .But still I have'nt receive my product, in the middle, i've asked them to refund the money but nothing has been done in refund process.Please make it as a serious issue and take steps to solve this problem against yepme.com very poor service by an online shopping site.here by i ve listed the complaint number and name of the person i ve talked with

              I Have Purchased 2 jeans from yepme.com order number was 10337932. and I have received goods but i have return both jeans for size issue. and complaint for replace. i have return via the professional couriers docket no. AMD-4697463. i call 3-4 times for confirmation regarding delivery of my return goods. thought yepme.com received my return goods on[protected] as per proof of delivery by the professional couriers. but till today i have not received my replacement or confirmation of return goods. i am so tried. very wrost service of yepme.com compared to jabong, flipkart, amazon, or any other interest shopping company. i am sending herewith proof of delivery of return goods

                Order No 10426864. Ordered for Jeans and paid Rs1049/- on line. But even though amount has been Debited from My Account to YEPME. They have cancelled my order saying that Amount has not been received on 11th September. Why YEPME is cheating its regular customers?. I have not received my money even after repeated reminders I have not got my money bak.

                Please Refund the Money.

                  I had ordered for a tracksuit by the order ID 10393543. the transaction failed due to which i cancelled the order and again re-ordered by the order ID 10393628. In both the cases my account was debited with 524.00 INR. But the product was delivered once(by the order ID[protected]. I would want to claim the refund for the order ID 10393543 for 524.00 INR.
                  Please give reasons, if any why i shoul not report the matter to the consumer forum.

                    I had ordered for 4 pairs of sandals from yepme.com amounting to Rs.1096/- (Order number:[protected] on 14th September 2014. The delivery arrived within 4-5 days, no issues there. But since there were size issues, and the size I wanted wasn't available, I decided to return the products and asked for a refund. However, I later learnt that, unlike flipkart, yepme does not have a pick up facility for the products to be returned. The customer needs to courier the product to their given address within 14 days of applying for a refund. The courier cost me Rs 400/-. I would like to know, would I get a refund on my courier charges as well? The return policy on the site said that the courier charges could be reimbursed through a coupon of Rs.150. Is that all I'm going to get?

Then complained to yepme, they asked to send back to gurgaon address, product retuned back to me, agai descissed and found new address of delhi product received by them on 20.08.2014, but still there in no refund made by the co. Order No- 8151518 refund order no - 875517 new refund no - 976775 I have ordered a pair of formal shoes, paid and product received after 10 days, which was wrong product, right shoe what i have selected and left sent with some other design. Then complained to yepme, they asked to send back to gurgaon address, product retuned back to me, agai descissed and found new address of delhi product received by them on 20.08.2014, but still there in no refund made by the co.                         I order a black shoes and pair of shocks from Yepme.com (Order No.[protected]. It was mentioned the order will take 5-7 days but I haven't received it yet. These guys are so pathetic and irresponsible that they never replied to my complaint and neither I received my product. PLEASE AVOID SHOPPING FROM YEPME.COM. They are liars and totally unprofessional. NEVER DO SHOPPING FROM YEPME.COM. Worst experience I ever had.

                          I place an order in yepme on 17/11/2014 and pay the amount through online. They send me SMS that your product is dispatch through speed post and docket I'd : AP[protected]IN and expected date of delivery is 27/11/2014. I can not receive my product after 27/11 then I track my product through given docket I'd that show me in 22/11/2014 12:09 pm item booked only. Then I call customer care several time and add a complain every time they tolled me that your product is delivery to you within 48 hour but I can not get it. I thing yepme Chet customer. Please do not by any thing from yepme. Today is 30/11 till now I can not get my product. I don't understand what I do now. Pleas do sum thing. Total amount of the product is 674.

                            Hi, I had ordered 4 products of size 5 from Yepme.com on 13th July 2014. 1.Yepme Blue Wedges 2. Yepme Red Wedges 3. Yepme Purple Wedges 4. Yepme Purple Bellies We had kept one product Yepme Purple Bellies and asked for replacement for the other 3 products for size 6. Yepme asked us to courier the products on our own and they will send the replacement. I had couriered the products on 24th July 2014 through Professional Courier (Tracking no BLR[protected] and it was delivered on 26th July 2014 01:05:13 PM. After that they had sent me the following mail on 9th Aug 2014(which clearly talks about 3 products) ================================================================================... Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that your order no 8261274 placed on[protected] will now be dispatched in multiple shipments. Please use the new order numbers as mentioned below for any future reference/tracking order status. Out of 3 items in your original order 2 items will be shipped under new order number 8377344 1 item will be shipped under new order number 8377346 Warm Regards, Customer Support Team. Yepme.com Again after few days i got the following mail 10th Aug 2014(which talks about order no 8377344 order split) Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that your order no 8377344 placed on[protected] will now be dispatched in multiple shipments. Please use the new order numbers as mentioned below for any future reference/tracking order status. Out of 2 items in your original order 1 item will be shipped under new order number 10104115 1 item will be shipped under new order number 10104116 Warm Regards, Customer Support Team. Yepme.com After many attempts there was no response from the yepme.com. So i decided to cancel the order and placed the cancellation of order 8377344 (which later split into 2 orders 10104115 /[protected] on 19th August 2014 and requested for refund. Out of 3 products which I requested for size change, I had got one product (Yepme Blue Wedges)with size change and cancelled 2 products (products against the order 8377344). 1. The strange part is that I got refund for the product Yepme Blue Wedges which I got as replacement with size change 2. Now yepme.com are saying that I had returned only 1 product hence refund is given only for one product 3. Now I want to file a consumer case against Yepme.com and claim a compensation of 3, 00, 000 for giving mental torture from the date of returning the products.

                              My order no is 10328357. My complain no is 985051. I have received wrong product & sent it through courier with post no. EK[protected]IN. In The Indian POST WEBSITE ITS BEEN written that my product has received but still yepme guys are not taking care of this & not confirming this. I have made the complain on the day of receiving but none of the action has been taken yet... Simply harass the customer... I want refund of my product asap. In yepme site status for this order delivered, but haven't get it that. I already send 2 times mail and customer calls. I was calling no body response in yepme support.                                     I had orderd one t shirt against order no-8413783 on 31.07.2014, after 15 days when i contacted to customer care, they suggested me to take refund as seller is unable to deliver the product. No refund amount has come to my account, again after 15 days after giving reminder2/3 times bymail/phone on our cost no action has been taken by yepme.I have already spent 50 to 60 rupees for contacting its customer care.

                                      I ordered TWO MENS T-HIRTS via online shopping @Yepme on 31st Aug 2014 with online payment done at time and the expected delivery date was 8th Aug 2014. I didn't receive the product till now. But website status is product delivered.They are not responding to my mail also.

                                        I request you to hurry up. This was the first time I was using YEPME and the entire process has been a hassle for me . I never received any confirmation or a mail from your end when you received the product at your warehouse for replacement.
                                        This is ridiculous. It takes hours to get through to a customer care representative.
                                        I doubt I would want to shop at yepme again.

                                        THE MOST PATHETIC ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER !!!
                                        I am so frustrated with YEPME that i have decided to go out of my way and tell the world to not use their services .
                                        they claim to deliver the replacement within two days after inspection of the returned product but for me it has taken almost a month.
                                        They are the definition of INEFFICIENCY . They have left absolutely NO STONE unturned to make the entire process of replacement tedious, frustrating and painful to the core ! Their warehouse does not update any info . The YEPME team does not keep us informed. It becomes OUR duty to continuously pursue them and then what you get to learn is that your product is missing. they put the blame on the courier company whereas the courier company has it listed on their website saying 'the product has been delivered'. When the customer is paying money why does it become the customer's duty to take the pain of everything ? It was my fault to place an order on YEPME. Never repeating this mistake again.

                                        THANK YOU SO MUCH YEPME FOR MAKING ME LEARN A LESSON AND MAKING MY FIRST EXPERIENCE HERE SO HORRIFYING !
