Dear Sir I am Chartered Accountant and I have opened saving account with your Jammu Gandhinagar Branch .Account was opened under special category for non levy of charges.I was shocked to see that Bank has charged me about Rs5000 as bank charges and there id debit balance.I personally visited Branch in Dec 2014and met Branch Manager.He assured me that account has been opened by them in wrong code and they will reverse the interest charges and close my account.I also drop the customer complain in Dec 2014.I also put complain on your website. I am regular enquiring about status of my account but nothing is done till date.Such type of callous approach is not expected from your Bank.Money is not problem but Bank is unnecessarily mentally harrasing me.I therefore request you to close my account and remit my credit balance otherwise I am constrained to move to consumer forum for deficiency in your service.     I am working with company Vertex customers soln. at orbit mall, near civil line metro station, Jaipur, having tie up with yes bank for salary account.i am getting harassed by your representative named " saloni" from last 13 days for just an account opening.She didn't checked the documents at the time of account opening & every time said on tomorrow ATM kit will be given but not given, please clarify how much days it takes to open bank account & why you don't check all required documents on same day of application instead of harassment.

      Sir On 3rd or April 2015 I withdraw total 15000 in two transaction from YES Bank ATM Munirka market, but I only got 14500, i tried calling yes bank customer care number almost 15 time but didnt get to the customer care team. Raising this concern so it should not happen with anyone else. Attached are the transaction slip which contail all necessary information regarding ATM Please take necessary action and revert.         Hi, I was not properly communicated by your executive Mr. Sagar regarding the charges of your Amex Gold Credit Card . When I got a verification call from Amex Dept, they informed me that this Credit will have some joining charge and also some yearly charge. I requested to cancel the card and send all the documents to my communication address. I request you to take proper step to stop these types of miss-communication which lead to waste of time for the customer.

          Dear All, I am Amit Kulashri from Delhi. I am using Yes Bank service & customer id is 2542367. This is my salary account too. My Home Bank Branch is in Vasant Vihar Near PVR cinemas, Delhi. My problem has not been resolved since 02 months. I Withdrew 10, 000rs from my Yes Bank ATM card on 12th- February-2015 from PNB bank ATM in Rangpuri Near to Mahipalpur, Delhi at 3:01:19 (PM). Money had been debited from my account but the money didn't dispense from ATM Machine. I had raised the complaint on the same day in my bank regarding the issue. They had given me complaint no. below mentioned. 1st time complaint no is 632526, 2nd time complaint no is 651562, 3rd time complaint no is 651562. I mailed to Yes Bank on their complaint email Ids but there is no solution for the same. Next day morning again when I went to ATM was closed and was label that the machine is out of order. I have complaint in PNB bank. They told me to complain in yes bank only. After 10 days yes bank told me that I took the money, which I haven’t so I requested him again to show me the CCTV footage that I have taken money from ATM. They have given me another complaint no 651562 (Above Mentioned) they told me that the PNB bank has denied to provide me the CCTV footage I have made again complained through banking ombudsman. Now I am too really frustrated with Yes Bank services. Now both the bank are not resolving my problem and denying paying me back my money, I want to request you again take your time to refund my money. Otherwise I have to knock the door of Consumer court. For further Ref My Mobile no & email id are registered with Yes Bank. I want call from your side ASAP for regarding the same.

          Hi, I understand that you tried to withdrew cash from pnb bank ATM with yesbank account.
          In such cases, I think you should file a complaint in both the banks.
          Also check the yesbank website and look for grievances reporting process and send an escalation to regional manager. You can do similarly for PNB branch also. (the basic issue is with the PNB and not Yesbank. As they mentioned, PNB has to do investigation, provide cc tv footage etc)
          The escalation process will help to resolve the issue though it will take some time. If not you may approach a consumer court, though this is a tedious process.

              My name is mohd.saleh i have an account with yes bank([protected]) ...on 16 th march i tried to withdrawal 1500 INR from the BANK OF BARODA ATM ...but machine didn't dispatched any cash on my request moreover 10000 INR debited from my account. On this i had a word with my bank but they failed to give me a satisfactory answer so i request you to help me please.Moreover bank of baroda is saying that i already got 10000 INR which is not true ..yes bank is asking for the CCTV footage from bank of baroda ...please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir I am writing complaint after talking from last 30 days in customer care. My problem has not been resolve. Sir, My name is Amit i am yes bank customer id is 585241 having a saving account in the bank. I have tried to withdraw 10000rs on 7th December 2014 from ICICI bank ATM in talegaon. Moneys have been debited from my account where the money didn't dispense from ATM. I have raised the complaint on the same day in my bank regarding the issue. They have given me complaint no. 571749. Next day morning again when i went to ATM was closed and was label that the machine is out of order. I have complaint in ICICI bank talegaon its self they told me to complain in yes bank because i am not their customer. After 10 days yes bank told me that i have taken money, which i haven’t so i requested him again to show me the CCTV footage that i have taken money from ATM. they have given me another complaint registration no 57795. On 6th January the told me that the ICICI bank has denied to provide me the CCTV footage i have made again complained through banking ombudsman, only then they show me footage again in footage its shows my present only, doesn't shows that i have received money. Now both the bank are not resolving my problem and denying paying me back my money, i requested you kindly help me out from this situation. AMIT KUMAR THAPLIYAL

                    I have requested for online net banking password reset more than 3 month over, they unable to reset my transaction password. I have visited to bank also so many times. Every time they said it will be ready with in next 2-3 hrs. but till now the problem is not solved. I requested for cancel the account that also they didn't allowed. Please help me to reset password. I never seen response from any bank like this, This is very very worst response for my problem from Yes bank.                     Person at cash counter once said me to go out of bank, jammu branch of yes bank is not worthy. They are not working for the customer. It seems that they were in hurry to celebrate Saturday.

                    Yes bank is the worst bank ever. 20 days after giving my documentation, the account is still unopened and despite giving them my mother's death certificate they still have not transferred the amount. I have payments to make and they just keep on coming up with new excuses. This is the green park branch that I'm talking about.
                    Yes bank kept on deducting ampunt from my account for no reason and never cared to inform me about the reason of deduction. A refund for an amount which never was withdrawn from my end was refunded after so many requests that too only one payment, the rest are still pending. Apart from that, whn called yes bank the customer service team is such noob and full of crap that they don't even care about customers money. No proper information, n services are dumb as hell. No revert on time. They eventually deduct money ob feb month in the month of april without informing. Suggesting not to use this crap bank for any transactions. Its a piece of waste.

                          I have used net banking for booking ticket through yes bank net-banking, the transaction fails but my bank account is debited for 439 Rs. But msrtc says they have not received the amount. This is second worst experience thr bank. REFUND my amount of two transactions 880 rs. Doesn't a bank like Yes bank have any refunding mechanism to track failed transactions? Shame! Other banks better off!

                            I had made a transaction vide Net Banking of Yes Bank. The transaction failed while going to the third party but i got a SMS that payment was made and same was effected in my account statement. But when I checked with the vendor they had not received the payment. I called up with the Yes Bank but no one responded. My mail conversation with the [protected]@yesbank.in and yes bank resulted in them saying they had made the payment and should take up the thrid party, we can understand if the situation is once or twice but this is occuring frequently. Additionally my debit card has been blocked for dont know what security feature. In short YES BANK is the worst bank for online clients

                              Yes Bank is the worst bank to do any online shopping or third party transaction. Their IT systems are not at all capable. The transaction always fails at the bank end, resulting in no payment to the client. But this is infact fooling the client and the vendor. The transaction is actually sucessful and the vendor is credited with the money. When we do another transaction thinking the first one was a failure, that too fails, reuslting in double the loss for the customer and increased transaction fees for the bank. This is a perfect example of daylight robbery by a Bank. I am happy I have closed my account with the Bank and dont have to deal with this kind of cheating !!

                                Money deducted in failed transaction

                                I had used Yes Bank Net banking while making a transaction of Rs 8497, with Yatra.com on 24.Nov.2014.
                                But this transaction failed, the tickets could not get confirmed but money had got deducted from my Yes Bank account.
                                I had talked with Yatra counterparts, as per them they haven’t received the payment.
                                Kindly investigate this matter and so that I get my money back.

                                It’s been almost 15 days...

Your Yes bank senior executive behaved with me very badly and used wrong words for me ..so thats the way you treat the customers .. seriouslly its a big question mark on ur services ..?? now i will stop my dealing & shut my all A/c b.coz o[censored]r executive bad behaviour .. & i will take leagal action & file a case against on it to mental harrasment the customer ..                                   hi I had raised a complaint ticket no 552229 for the failure of the three online transactions with 2 different vendors . The page never redirected back to the merchant page and was continuously buffering . I did not receive a mail or a text from yes bank regarding the transaction .Only when i checked online the money was deducted .the transactions that i made from yes bank net banking since no conformation from any side, i made similar transactions from different banks and were immediately successful. The Customer care closed the ticket without reverting back on the status of the ticket .Only when i called then they said the transaction was successful with the merchant you need to track with them . I do not have any reference no or transaction cause the page never redirected back, from whom should i check or raise a complaint . The transaction was not successful with different vendors and at different times, more over the transaction went through immediately with another bank account . I have my salary account with YES bank and i have no trust as to use your Online Banking services, since there is no proper address of your compliant . Please let me know the transaction Details and reference and the end customers with whom i have to raise a complaint in case the transaction was successful from your side .

                                    This is to bring to your notice that I have opened an NRI Account with Yes bank in Russel Street, Kolkata Branch and going through a really tough time dealing with them. i think I have made a biggest mistake of my life by opening an account with yes bank. Its seems like I have no other work than just following with those people for my own belongings. 1st of all I had applied for an NRI account on 8th Oct 2014 and it took them 14 days to open my account which is ridiculous, in other banks its takes 3 - 4 days, again I asked them to deliver my welcome kit in my Indian Address as I was in India, they made a mistake in that also. They dispatched the kit to my Nigeria address. Again they say that it takes 8 working days for yes bank to deliver the welcome kit to the said address but its more than 3 weeks now since they dispatched but till now i have not received my kit. Every morning I call the relationship officer in Branch to know the status of my courier, and everyday i get a same response that I have no information i will get back to you tomorrow, but his tomorrow never comes. I even tried the customer care number for more than 6 days and spent almost more than Rs.3, 000 in ISD calls but no one picked the call even i waited for more than 1 hr everyday. then by God's grace atlast someone picked my call on Friday evening. when I explained that lady all the things and asked for the courier details so that I can myself track the same, I was surprised to know that there is not details of the courier in your banks system, and they cannot help me in any way. I have a fear that if the kit gets into the hands of some wrong person and if transfers my money through net banking who will be responsible for the same. Is yes bank going to give me my money back. Again I have applied for a Portfolio Investment Scheme account on 28th October, and till now the account has not been opened, the shares I was going to Invest had gone up by 10%, who shall pay me for all these losses I had. Till now they have no idea about my PIS account and welcome kit. I think I had all my patience i could had. a substantial amount of money has got stuck in that account and I cannot use it for anything. Sorry to tell you but Yes Bank is even worse that a Government Bank being a private bank. I even dropped an email to the customer care of Yes Bank, they replied that they will get back to me in 4 working days and now its 6 working days and I haven't received and call or reply from them.                                       Dear Team, We (Chandgi Ram Fabric (p) Ltd.)., have an Account in YES Bank( MG road Gurgaon Branch) from the past Three months and A/C no. is [protected]. Please note that while opening the A/C in YES Bank Mr. Kartik (ph no. [protected]) assured us to give free cash pick up service for both our showrooms (DT Mega Mall & Metropolitan mall- Ms Shweta (Br. Manager) is aware of this) and for the last two months Mr. Yashodharan ([protected]) was regularly to pick up the cash from DT mall store and Kartik told us that very soon he will arrange for cash pick up from Metropolitan mall store also. Now, for the last one month nobody is coming to pick up the cash . Now Shweta is saying that it is chargeable. we have already given the complaint in writing to her but no action has been taken till date.
