Dear Sir,

I am Rohit and my a/c no. [protected] and today (17/12/2016) i went to your kundli branch around 3:25 pm for cash withdraw and there i meet to sunny gulati as he is working in your branch as a service delivery leader. He said to me we dont have cash to provide you and you can get cash Monday as we receive then I have again requested to him please if possible than help me for the same but he replied the same.
after some time I have seen Mr Amit (Cashier) has called some people to invite for taking cash..i feel very insult sir because everyone told to me we have no cash but i seen everything...as the happened there.
Now can you tell me ...Are you providing spacial service for some people instead of that person who go to your branch and waste his time in Q.

Kindly reply me over it, I will be waiting for your response.

    Apart from that I have also submitted my KYC and a cheque of amount 50, 000 RS

      Hello Sir,

      I want to bring to your attention that Yes Bank Cyber City Branch Address "Retail Block, Upper Ground Floor, , Dlf Cyber City, Tower 8 C, , Po-gurgaon, Opp Barista, Gurgaon, Haryana-122002" is not delivering Cash to common man as usual/per RBI guideline. They are just delivering cash on alternative days Or even No cash for continuous many days. Even if the day they deliver cash, Cash got ended in just one hour and just approx 25 to 35 people receive cash on that particular day.

      I have visited above mentioned bank continuously last four days 05/12/2016 to 08/12/2016 within time 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, 4 time in a day and every time either they didn't receive cash Or cash has been ended and when I called in Bank they do not pick phone.

      I'm happy with Demonetization and support by core of my heart but think/doubt that such bank/branches are creating nuisance/problems for common man and diverting new currency to their beloved one only.

      Please look into it on priority.

        Hi my name is pragadeesh ...I'm holding an yes bank account Actually it was a salary account but afterwards it has been converted into savings and I didn't maintain that account so you Guys charged me so I went to the the Chennai parrys branch and I have done the account closure formalities then I paid for account maintenance charges also and It happened a month ago but still My account is not yet closed ...Again I got charges some around 570. ..What is this

          No cash in jamalpur brach of yes bank, distt-gurgaon from past few days.not a single rupee is available in the bank.officials are not helping and not informi ng when cash will be available.in bhiwadi brach cash gets finish in first half an hour.no atm is working near by.plese respond or matter will be forwared to rbi.bank are distibuting rs 10 currency notes and coins

            Very poor show in response to the honerable pm announcement on closure of 500/- and 1000/- notes.

            Please address my following concerns:-

            1. Your atms at green park are not operational uptil now.

            2. Your customer manager (Yes bank branch, green park, new delhi) has refused me to help me in any cash deposit/ withdrawl, cheque deposit/ withdrawal from my home, which was assured while opening of account. Especially i m being charged for that service.

            3.in addition, i d specifically sought help in making my credit card payment, but no help was provided. No customer support / personal assistance was given by any member of the bank.

            Such unprofessional work and attitude of employees are unbearable...

            I've lost my trust on yes bank. Forwarding the request to close my account

              Dear Team,

              I had applied for credit card on 7th Oct 2016 on yes bank website. I got the verification call from yes bank customer care and they asked me to keep below documents ready for submission, They sent their representative to collect the below documents for CC processing.

              2 months Salary Slip
              Copy of AADHAR
              Copy of PAN Card
              1 Photo
              Copy of Company ID.

              It's almost a month and their is no progress. Customer care informed me that documents are not yet submitted hence, application is on hold. My application number is YBLO005259.

              I am afraid why my confidential documents didn't reached to you when your representative collected the same from my office. Isn't it a breach of data security wherein there is no track of customer's documents ?

                I have already informed to yes bank customer executive that I don't need upgraded debit card now, I already told him to cancel my request o[censored]pgraded debit card and please continue my previous debit card and he told me 2 months back that its done. But today still I got message from yes bank that they have issued my new upgraded debit card and my previous one will get disable.

                  Yes bank credit card team approached me for providing credit card as i hold a Savings account with them from last 3 years.
                  They rejected my application without giving any reason due to which i have got minus points in my CIBIL score.
                  I have 3 other credit cards [citi, icici and amex] with good credit limit and i pay regularly.
                  I am maintaining it in a very great way, yes bank says that I am not eligible.
                  I have a passport of local address – bangalore.
                  Staying in a posh society/apartment for more than 1 year.
                  Working with a very reputed IT company with around 9+ years of experience.
                  I have eligible all the eligibility criteria met.

                  This is cheating from them and by sending emails to them on customer service they provide the same answer.

                  Please take some action.

                    This website is out of service frequently, today is third or fourth time with in 20 days, which is really poor performance and above that customer care tel no. is hanged for twenty minutes without answering and line is cut .
                    Its really pathetic and they do not understand what will happen if you want to sell stocks but you can't.
                    I will recommend not to open account with yes security because I have suffer a lot.

                      After a very long struggle i want to this to everyone attention about the fraudulent activities that the yes securities team is doing to gain customers.
                      I opened a demat account, the sales person came in the brochure (My bad luck i misplaced it else it i would have sued them legally) stating new and attractive no brokerage/no maintenance scheme for select few customers.
                      I opened the account only to realize that there will brokerage after i started trading. When i called them up and asked they said there could have been a mistake from the marketing department (And they went on pointing fingers at one other and finally the document collection boy was blamed). There was no refund issued and they told me that it was only for the account maintenance charges that the waiver is applied and not on brokerage.

                      A few days after a received a letter that i had to pay 575 towards account maintenance charges since then i have been trying to reach then calling them everyday. Ill be put on hold for 30 minutes and either the call gets disconnected or ill have to hang up.

                      If you are interested in any of the yes services the first recommendation is 'there are a lot of better places where they would treat you well at least not cheat you' if you still prefer a new service get every promise in writing so that you will have a proof in case things go wrong.

                        Currently I am going to such a mentally harassment by Bank Manager. Applicant open a saving account without visit a branch only with a Adhar Card and Pan Card. Signature verified by Pan Card also.
                        Now Applicant want to close her account in immediate basis but bank denied her 6 time closure application form due to sign mismatch, whether applicant did signature same as Pan Card also.
                        Bank branch is too far from her home so she is unable to visit also. Now Bank staff given such option that is: Don't close account, maintain sufficient balance otherwise 750 /- charges per month, Need Medical Certificate For closing account, Applicant Mandatory Visit the branch for closing account.
                        Bank executive already visited at home and meet applicant, they verified pan card Aadhar Card but still they denied for closing account.
                        I visited specially three time branch for closing request, one time sent closure form with expensive courier as bank said. But still they did not close account.
                        I totally disturb due to this kind of happening by bank branch.

                        Which is Zero Balance A/c(Where you do not have to maintain minimum balance in our Account)

                        Then too there is deduction of some amount as insufficient balance every month.

I resigned from my previous company, so naturally I stopped getting salary but the YES Bank people keep deducting amount for not maintaining sufficient balance now the balance stand at more than -5500 rs and increasing.                         Pathetic bank in the world. In this DIGITAL INDIA they want me to visit the branch and close the account, is there no online method? I no longer work in the company which used to pay me through Yes Bank Account, hence, I do not get salary in this account. Idiotic Yes Bank charges me penalty for not maintaining the minimum monthly balance. Time & Again I kept on calling Yes Bank Customer Care Deptt requesting them to close my account, but they cannot.

                        I have had salaried accounts with other banks before but never faced this harassment ever before that I am facing with Yes Bank. Worst COMPANY in the World.

                        As everyone above mentioned I am also facing the similar problem.This was my salary a/c around more than two years ago. After I left the company I did not use this a/c for any financial transactions. Now they are charging for insufficient balance in my a/c. I called the CUSTOMER CARE for cancelling my account as I am in Canada right now. I can’t cancel it physically. This is a BULL### bank that I have ever seen in my life. They are keep on harassing me very badly by sending this utter ### messages regarding outstanding balance. I also had salary account with other bank but I did not get a chance to face such a trouble in my life. This is the worst bank and also please don’t go to this place for any other financial purpose.

                          Sub:- Discrepancy in the case of Maturity proceeds of my Fixed Deposit – regarding.
                          Ref:- i) My Customer Id: 1780857.
                          i) My S.B.A/c.No.[protected] with your bank.
                          iii) My FD receipt A/c.No.[protected] / 1 dt.11.09.2015.

                          As per my Fixed Deposit Receipt No.[protected] / 1 dt.11.09.15 for Rs.130000.00/-, the maturity proceeds on 11.09.16 should be Rs.141763.90. After maturity, when I checked, I found a sum of Rs.141392.37 was credited instead of Rs.141763.90 i.e. a deficit of Rs.371.53. I informed this fact to Ms.Padmini, the concerned staff of Yes Bank immediately. Since she was not able to find out any specific reason immediately, she informed me that she will discuss with higher officials and will do the needful at the earliest. I regret to mention that Yes Bank did not take any action for crediting the deficit amount Rs.371.53 towards my S.B.A/c till this date. Immediate actions are anticipated.

                              Yes bank team,

                              I am writing to you for a payment of 5000 rupees through neft transfer on 25 july 2016 to my father santosh pradhan a/c. But payment didn't receive to my father’s a/c. After few days when i enquired about it and found that amount has been debited from my account and yes bank don’t have the information about the transaction logs.

                              From that date i called so many times to customer care and visited the branch but i am not getting any proper answer from them and not knowing that what action is taken from your side. This is very sad to me that you are not taking any action and not giving me any assurance of my money.

                              And if i will not get any proper reply from your side i will take a legal action because i don't have any other way.

                                This Yes Bank is Worst And Kill To Employee !! HR Department promises me i revoke this complement then we have no reference negative if you join other bank !! But still i am finding job and jobless !! because Mr.Ziya Rasool and Mr.Vivek Pandey (CBL) is given to my reference negative i file to court but he promises me, you have clean but all are liar Rana Kapoor is also bad for me !! my economic state is very down, i have fully job less my mother also death bcoz he hipper tens, death reason high level high attack!! my power or economic status very low now am not also fight against court !! we request you please given me job. other wise, my death reason all of you in future i am already note write and save to my room.

                                Kindly providing me job all are your Mr.Ziya Rasool and Mr.Vivek Pandey (CBL) are fault why I survive punishment me !!

I visited at SEEPZ Andheri East branch with closure application on 9th, 10th and 11th August 2016 But Sagar Lakhani both three time denied my application with different excuse like Server is down, signature mismatch, mandatory to visit home branch. All three day Sagar Lakhani given mentally and physically harassment.
                                  So I am requesting to you please send somebody at my home for closing the account.
                                  Please close it as soon as possible.

                                    I have deposited a chq. of Rs. 29420/- in yes bank vaishali Branch. Till date my cheque is not cleared yet.
                                    I contacted from Sukriti in yes bank vaishali Branch to tell me the status of the cheque . but she didn't give satifactory response and put my call on hold. later, she disconnected the phone and didn't pick up phone. i tried many times.

                                    Requested you to resolve my issue and take an action on this matter.

                                      I have submitted my documents last month, that time Yes Bank Executive assure me that within 20 days card will be dispatched to your address. I didn't get a single message of registration or Any verification call. Whenever I called the Yes Bank executive he will says that next week you will get the card. Without verification or registration how should I get the card?? But still same thing is told by the guy again n again.
                                      I am very disappointed with this service.

                                        My name is prakash from bangalore. I applied for personal loan and asked for a balance transfer of my existing personal loan.
                                        One of the worst ever processing for personal loan. The customer relationship manager from bangalore is very hard to get hold of. His name is sathish and mobile number:[protected] speaks very rude and have a do not care attitude. Speaks very harshly and saying do whatever you want.
                                        He told me in a manner that i am not the one who is begging for loan here when asked why are you not responding properly.
                                        Took 20 days to process my personal loan application and in the end, simply not attending calls and speaks in a way like "i will be like this. Go to some other bank if you are in that urgent"
                                        I was waiting for 20 days to get some update and chasing everyone (That customer relationship manager, sales team person, and a lady who called me first for the document collection) but all in vain. No one is even picking my calls.
                                        And now, i had decided that i dont want any loan at all from your bank and asked for documents. Sathish told me that, "oh i am not the one who called you for loan. You came to us. We are very busy. We will be like this only always. If you need documents, come and get in branch or contact the sales team person. When contacted the sales team person, he is not picking my calls and responding to my messages.
                                        I am not sure whether this will reach the correct department.
                                        But if it does, all i am asking is do not ill treat with the customers. And for god sake, please train your customer relationship managers the exact meaning of that job role.
                                        And if possible, ask mr. Sathish and sales team to respond in a proper way while speaking with customers.
