Recently, I made a purchase with Amazon and subsequently, have to return the shipment. In this context, I was suppose to get my refund (Rs 7, 823/-) from Amazon – Yes Bank account.
During my multi tele-conversations with Amazon, they have mentioned that my refund amount was processed on 26 Dec 2016 and expecting my amount to be credited in 3-5 business days. They asked me to follow up with Bank only, as they have already processed. As per this point, I was suppose to receive on 31 Dec 2016 / 2nd Jan 2017 and unfortunately, I didn't receive the same still.
In follow up with Yes Bank Customer Care (CC), I spoke to various members of your CC and each one of them is giving each different answer (i.e., no details in database, 24-48 hrs, 2-3 working days...) and I am completely in a doubt, if I will receive my amount or not.
I have just now spoke to another customer care member and they told it will take another 3-4 days to refund...again new answer...whats the problem with YES BANK///
Why you people are giving such stupid answers and senseless replies and each of your customer care team is responding in a different way...this is absurd, non-sense and i am really afraid if i should continue my account with you...
Why is there so much of delay from your end to credit my amount till now? It makes me very embarassed with the service you are providing for the customers. If this process continues, how can your customers will retain with you.
