As they have blocked my card I have complained serval time for new updation of mobile number and new address where a new card would deliver but no reply from last 9 days they are receiving calls not informing I can't call every time in yes bank and ask please provide better service to customers at least receive calls of cc number and they not confirming also that there is some problem no one is replying properly

    I deposited a cheque of 1 lac in my savings account in yes bank on 11th feb 2017. It was put to clearing on 21st feb. In the meantime, when i enquired about the whereabouts of the cheque from the bank, they had no clue as to where the cheque is. Failing to get a reply from the bank, i requested the concerned person to cancel the cheque and make an alternate online payment. I had to face huge embarassment. On 21st feb i received a message from bank that the concerned cheque could not be deposited due to being stopped by the party.
    I mailed the bank to ask why was the cheque put to clearing after 10 days. After 2 reminders they replied that the concerned cheque has already been put to clearing on 21st january 2017 (for the cheque deposited in bank on 11th feb). And since the cheque was stopped it could not be credited. I again mailed them demanding an explanation and again after a couple of reminders they replied that cheque was non CTS compliant an thus took longer than usual. But since the cheque was CTS compliant, this reply was a rude and blatant reply from the bank and thus it appears they refuse to accept the responsibility of the mess they created.
    I had to suffer huge embarassment and loss of business dur to this. Since yes bank has refused to give a satisfactory explanation i request you to register my complaint and raise my issue to compensate me for this loss of reputation and business.

      Sir,
      I am D.Muthuraj, working as Senior Scientist in Defence R&D Organisation(DRDO) and my wife Mrs. Vasuki Muthuraj is the proprietor of a pre-school in Pune.
      We have applied loan against property with your YES Bank, Bandarkar Road Branch, Pune. Loan No.MOR[protected]. We have applied through a local DSA, who had brought Sh.Rohan of your YES Bank Representative, Bandarkar Road Branch, Pune for the discussions. I discussed the various options for direct loan from your YES Bank and also for balance transfer from other loans as we were having some free property and some existing loans from other financial institution. We were earlier having a mortgage loan(Rs52, 00, 000/-) with Shriram City Union Finance Pvt. Ltd, Pune, so I told him the details of the above loan and my plan of foreclosing the loan and brining to YES bank, as the rate of interest promised me for 10.5%.
      Your representative explained me that there is no difference in both the case, and asked me to first apply for loan against mortgage. He also added that before the disbursement of loan, the balance transfer or direct loan amount transfer to me or my wfie’s account can be decided, the procedure is same from Bank’s point of view.
      So, we have applied in December 2016, and in the mean time I was talking to Shriram Finance about the fore closing process. But they advised me to close the loan directly if possible, because the balance transfer from other financial institution will attract 2% additional prepayment charges and service charges, which was working around Rs.1, 15, 000/- for my case(Rs 53, 00, 000 lakh outstanding).
      So, I have arranged my own funds, also through my friends and relatives to save that Rs. 1, 15, 000/- so as to close the loan of Shriram financed balance loan on 31 January 2017.
      While doing the process of loan from YES Bank, in the first week of January 2017, I told your YES Bank Representative, that we are planning to close the Shriram Finance loan from our own funds, and requested him to give the final disbursement on my name/wife’s name after receiving the documents from Shriram Finance. As per Shriram Finance, my documents alongwith the release deed documents will be reaching after 25 to 30 days after closing the loan.
      Considering the above I requested your YES Bank Rep. Sh.Rohan to arrange my loan in February end or for March 2017 disbursement. But he was insisting me to pay the processing fee charges(Rs.59, 000/-) in January 2017 as the application was processed in the month of January 2017. The disbursement will happen after receiving the documents, and the EMIs will start after the disbursement, i.e after March 2017 or April 2017. So, I also paid the processing fee in January 2017.
      I received the documents from Shriram finance yesterday, and I was planning to give the documents in two days to your YES bank i.e. my loan may be disbursed on the same day or after that. From that day my interest will be applicable, So my pre EMI or EMI cycle will start in 31 March 2017 and from April 2017 onwards my EMIs will be regular.
      Today I received a call from your customer care, Mumbai phone no.[protected], saying that I should keep enough balance in our account, as the preEMI and EMI are going to start in March 2017. I was shocked to hear this. I explained them that my loan disbursement was not done, then asked them when the loan is not disbursed in my account, then how will be the preEMI or EMI start? So, please register a feedback/complaint and do not send my ECS request form or my cheques to my account.
      I called your YES Bank Rep. Sh.Rohan, who processed my loan application, about the phone call discussions with[protected]. I further asked him to stop the preEMI cheque if any, as there is no funds in my account. I also conveyed him that my Interest & EMI should start after I get loan amount in my account.
      But his discussion and the points were not convincing and healthy with me. He conveyed me that the loan interest is applicable from 1st February 2017, as the case was initially discussed the options for Balance Transfer from Shriram Finance and processing fee was paid in January 2017. Based on that the Demand Draft has been prepared on Shriram City Finance, so I have to pay the interest from 1st February 2017.
      Sir, till today I have not submitted my documents to YES Bank, and not submitted any loan closure documents from Shriram to your YES Bank. Without that how the DD can be prepared on Shriram finance’s name?. Even it is disbursed on Shriram Finance, It should be with my permission. When I closed the loan on 30th January 2017, how the DD an be prepared on Shriram’s name after that?
      Moreover, I have explained my loan closure from my own funds in January, and arranged the funds from 1st January 2017, regularly in touch with your Rep. and intimated the plan of loan fore closure in January 2017 (January 2017 first week itself). So, the necessity of making DD on Shriram finance does not arise here.
      As per his discussions in December2016/January2017, the disbursement of money in our account or Shriram Finance account does not have any difference, so the application procedure remains same. Since the application was process started in January I paid the processing fee in advance. i.e. for the loan disburse in March 2017, I paid my processing fee in advance in January 2017, which is valid for February/March 2017 disbursement cases . But that does not mean my EMI is starting from February 2017.
      Our application was in process, in December/January 2017. In January 2017, I closed the loan of Shriram financed balance loan on 30 January 2017. But your YES Rep is telling me that DD prepared in January 2017 in the name of SHriram Finance, which is not known to me. So, I have to pay interest from 01 February 2017.
      This is the first time I have applied to your Bank with lot of hope, but the sequence of incidents making me to feel that your Reps, are just trying to take the business from other institutions or new customers by hiding many important informations, which is damaging the financials of customers and mainly the hope of the growing banks like yours.
      Since we have trust and belief on Banks like yours, and their Reps, we sign the agreement and other documents in blank conditions, that shows our attitude to have a permanent relationship for lon term like 15 to 20 years.
      But the misunderstanding or hidden information approach some times hurt the customers, so after doing the business, Reps and Banks should take care of the finance of the customer even upto last Ten Rupees.
      So, I request you to take necessary actions to correct the above inconveniences. My interest rate should start after I get my disbursement (probably next wek). If not possible, please refund the processing fee amount (Rs.59, 000/-). So that I can apply through other Banks/Financial Institutions or go for further legal steps.

        Hi this is farha matin. my account no. of yes bank is [protected]. i gave my cheque to yes bank for clearing my salary since 10 days. but there was no response from yes bank. after making several calls a guy named shashank ( yes bank vaishali Ghaziabad) has picked phone and he said your cheque has been return to your home address (which is too far from my present house ). i have asked him for dispatched no. than he said i cant hear your voice. then i called back several times. there is no response from their side. its too urgent kindly look into the matter.

        I submit my document and cheque for opening new account but yes bank employee Naval singh not give me any passbook debit card etc. And it's not giving answer my call . And it's not tell me my cheque status . Yes bank is totally bed service . It's fraud I also complaint his in police station.

          Without any intimation personal loan amount is disburse into my account by yes bank, which is less than my requirement and now they are saying that You have signed the agreement and that is the proof that you were informed and agreed to all the terms and communication. also had taken blank cheque from me without putting any amount in the name of yes bank which will create any problem in future if they use in wrong way.
          So please help me to sort out this problem by cancelling my personal loan and taking back the disburse amount without any interest.

            As we had discussion about the personal loan for me also have I submitted the documents for it, but in the discussion I want to have loan amount is of minimum 5 lac.
            below it will not help me to sort out of my problem for which I applied loan.
            As I told Vinod to Approve loan, not to disburse directly into my ICICI salary account.

            PLN loan application reference number is 270440.

            But your bank directly take signature of me without informing me all the details of loan amount, EMI amount how much it would be, are you really want to be
            and Intimation of loan approval,

            So please cancel my loan as soon as possible and take your disburse amount without any interest.

            Your eligibility was of Rs 3 lacs only and not 5 lacs. Same was communicated to you by our sales executives. You have signed the agreement and that is the proof that you were informed and agreed to all the terms and communication.

            We don’t have the procedure to cancel loan as such.

              YES BANK is accepting Water Bills of HUDA- Panchkula ( Haryana ). Earlier, I used to deposit the bill amount in YES bank sector-11 branch./ sector-11 panchkula branch of Oriental Bank of commerce. There was no Problem.
              Now I came to know that instead of sector-11 Panchkula branches, ONLYsector-8 branch of YES bank is accepting water bills. When I went to deposit the water bill in sector-8 branch, I was asked to bring a photocopy of the bill. I went half km away to get the photocopy done as there is no Photocopy shop around. I am sure every depositor would have returned for the first time to bring the photocopy of the bill.
              Earlier neither your sector -11 branch nor sector-11 branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce ever required photocopy of the bill.
              Why your sector-8 branch want to keep thousands of Photocopies with them every month as record ? Is not it against PAPERLESS ECONONOMY of Govt of India. ?

              If it is absolutely essential for Sector-8 Panchkula branch of YES BANK to keep record of water bills, they should take out photocopies themselves, instead of sending the consumers back asking them to bring the photocopy of the bill. This is harassment of the customers

                I am very much disappointed with the service of yes bank tilak nagar branch new delhi . My relationship manager come to my shop to open current account as i am a smal retailer had opened new shop in Tilak nagar market new delhi so he had Request me to open account in yes bank and assured of giving good services but he fails. He promised me that account will be opened in one week and as i urgently need edc machine because in shopping mostly every customers now a days carry cards in shopping so he said as your account get activated i will apply for your machine and same will be installed in 10 days . First of all he had taken more than one month to open my account i had applied for account on 16 December 2016 and account got activated on 19 January 2017 despite visiting branch daily nothing works and now its one month again i had applied for edc machine till today i had not got the machine and now my relationship manager virender has stop picking my phone and i dont know what to do and not only me in tilak nagar branch almost daily some normal class people like me are fighting because of there misbehaving poor commitments please this is my last request if you cant give me edc machine no issue please atleast dont befool your customers i will shift to axis bank sbi i had saving account with them and i am very much satisfied with them i had opted for yes bank as virender visited my shop many times so i thought of choosing yes bank but i am very much disturbed with your service . I also know nothing will happen by sending this mail and Noone even do this please provide me edc machine my business is suffering else close my account no issue will apply edc in axis bank they are giving machine ij 3-4 days my many nearby shopkeepers got the same .

                    I have called them on 9/2/2017 and 10/2/2017 for reason my netbanking is locked and they are not able to solve my problem nor they have hindi assistant and just tossing matter and not solving my problems i have litteraly told them having problem with solution privided by them but again and again guiding same solution juat trying to harrassed and getting formality done our pm narendra modi has told to do all transaction cashless but by this type of working how can i do

                      I opened an account in yes bank on 12th january. Still waiting for my welcome kit. Cant do any transactions without kit. I have complained many times but no proper response. Harassed too much from yes bank. Each time they are saying only to wait. My money get blocked. Everything i have done but all in vain. Dont know what to do now. I think i m trapped in yes bank. The worst banking experience in my life. Very poor service

                        On 24.01.2017 i was making a transaction on freecharge but the it was cancelled and account was debited but then freecharge initiated the refund the same day and now its been 12 days and i havent received the amount in my account which is in yes bank.
                        I also tried to contact yes bank through mail but they said they are looking into the matter and the amount is Rs.770.00/- which i dont think will be resolved.
                        I dont know who to contact or whether i will get the money back. it is not the first time the transaction is cancelled but this time it already is 12 days and no status of the payment given.

                          On 15 jan i did transaction on snapdeal.com and the refund for same was done to my account back to payment source i.e debit card on 24 jan and it is not yet credited to my bank account i have contacted snapdeal for the same and they told me that at their end the refund is successful and they have got a reference no from payment gateway for successful transaction and i should contact my bank customer care

                            Dear Sir,
                            We had completed the new Current A/c. formalities around the 12th Jan 2017 with Mr. Riyas under Branch Manager Mr. Umesh for opening a new current account & issue of Swipe card machine.
                            A cheques for Rs. 1 Lac was also handed over to Riyas which was encashed on 17th Jan 2017.

                            IT IS NOW 18 DAYS AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INTIMATION NOR WELCOME KIT FROM YES BANK.

                            ON VISITING THE BRANCH at 10.30am TODAY MET MR. ASHWANI KUMAR and no satisfactory answer was given as both Mr Umesh & Riyas were on leave.
                            They were only interested in diverting my attention by offering water, Tea etc., but had no reply.

                            On my getting annoyed they gave me the NEW account No. [protected] and I was upset and left the branch.

                            PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO GET THE WELCOME KIT ISSUED TODAY AND THE SWIPE CARD MACHINE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY BY TOMORROW AS IT HURTING BUSINESS.

                            WE ARE SURE BY HARASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS & NOT ISSUING SWIPE MACHINES YOU ARE GOING AGAINST THE POLICY OF OUR PRIME MINISTER OF CASHLESS BANKING INITIATIVE.

                            I will have to complain to Banking Secretary if no timely action is taken.

                            Your early corrective action will be appreciated.

                              I am rajesh porwal from dewas M.P., my complaint is about much delay in opening of my account . i apply in dec-16 last week for opening 04 accounts of my family members, till that no account open, due to mistake your bank employee another person amount deposited in my account in initial stage, i again given a cheque of Rs 10100/- to yes bank, but no action taken by them, complaint also raised at customer care mail id, no responce from them only auto recept mail received by me, so please inform me that what is exact reason for such delay, i already give Rs.30100/ to yes bank for opening a account .                                 Hi,

                                I have registered a complaint on 21st December to Yes bank Customer care that i have not received the debit Card. They told they will check and will resolve this issue in 48 working hours.
                                After making multiple calls to customer care on 5th Jan they informed that card is sent to my Home Branch Koramangala on 27th December and they should have sent the SMS and should have dispatched the card.Nothing happened, i called customer care and have collected the relationship manager details and contacted. they told they will dispatch in 24 hrs. Nothing happened and repeated calls to customer care is not resolving the issue.it is already 10th January.

                                Pathetic Customer service i have received from the Yes Bank.

                                Worst service provider.

                                Say Yes to No service and Banking.

                                Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

                                  Recently, I made a purchase with Amazon and subsequently, have to return the shipment. In this context, I was suppose to get my refund (Rs 7, 823/-) from Amazon – Yes Bank account.

                                  During my multi tele-conversations with Amazon, they have mentioned that my refund amount was processed on 26 Dec 2016 and expecting my amount to be credited in 3-5 business days. They asked me to follow up with Bank only, as they have already processed. As per this point, I was suppose to receive on 31 Dec 2016 / 2nd Jan 2017 and unfortunately, I didn't receive the same still.

                                  In follow up with Yes Bank Customer Care (CC), I spoke to various members of your CC and each one of them is giving each different answer (i.e., no details in database, 24-48 hrs, 2-3 working days...) and I am completely in a doubt, if I will receive my amount or not.

                                  I have just now spoke to another customer care member and they told it will take another 3-4 days to refund...again new answer...whats the problem with YES BANK///

                                  Why you people are giving such stupid answers and senseless replies and each of your customer care team is responding in a different way...this is absurd, non-sense and i am really afraid if i should continue my account with you...

                                  Why is there so much of delay from your end to credit my amount till now? It makes me very embarassed with the service you are providing for the customers. If this process continues, how can your customers will retain with you.

                                  I am not having mental issues to raise this concern on the transaction because your customer care kept telling there was no transactions like I am some mental patient . The purchase nor the refund is showing in my statement.

                                  Flipkart says they have refunded my amount. Flipkart is now asking me to escalate this complaint to you (yesBANk) Please investigate

                                      I am very disappointed with Yes Bank representative when i visited for my Company current account, i found him unmannerly, uncultured person. And i don't believe Yes bank running with this kind of people, I will never recommend Yes bank for anyone of my friend and i will circulate this information of social site as well. Please take action against Karunesh Kumar Senior Officer Yes Bank branch Sector 50 Noida because he is spoiling your brand name. Thanks..

                                      See what happened today, bank clearly denied my current account opening application after made this complain. This is the result of my complain, And yesterday Bank manager told me that your account will open without any issue. and today his words changed with bla bla excuse.

                                      I found branch manager behavior is very nice and he is also very polite person. but i guess my complain forced him to take decision against me.

                                      But let me tell you very frank i have very big social network and i will surely escalate this issue in between them.

                                        I had operated a salary account in Feb 2012 in Yes Bank Bahadurgarh Branch through Organization, but on March 2014, I had resigned from that organisation. and after 3 months my account changed to saving account and I did not get any call, message or post from your side and i was unaware of this thing. My account is still showing active. Now it is showing negative balance in my account.

                                        Should i submit the negative balance to continue my account? Please guide me.
