There are many incidents with customer service as well as head department which does not care for customer and provided all wrong information.

#1. Bad behaviour while talking to customer service as they understand talking to customer is waste of time.

#2. While i have first preferred card and having 4 complimentary priority offers in year which i have tried to get proper information while activating card as well as by email to utilize where everyone provided me different information and when i have asked priority lounge person replied clearly that with this yes bank card i will be charged only it goes beyond 4 even if it uses for guest where as yes bank has charged and when they have emailed me information nowhere it has mentioned that complimentary applies only for primary card member only.

#3, when i tried to contacted third time on phone they have keep on hold and did not get any information where as they have charged me for guest even if complimentary was not beyond 4 limit.

#4. Their management did not even understand customer did not fully made mistake and the mistake from all the side and did not accept their mistake.

Request you to all indians never open an account or get any products from yes bank as their worst customer service experience.

Please this was worst experience i have ever since from any bank, so it is better to stay always from any product provided by yes bank also do not trust on any member of customer service team or head management.

    I really have a very worst experience with yes bank while closure of my saving bank account no [protected] in the name of arun goel, as my home branch at delhi new rohtak road, and i filed my application in this branch 2 month ago, and also i cleared branch manager that i am not in situation of pay negative bal of account and i also not aware of this maintenance of account

    And i also give request of charges waiver to branch manager of branch but not any call from bank and not any come from backend.. And i call again and again in branch for confirming status of my request but no clear response given from their side and i did so many calls to the executive who assist me in this branch while closing the account, she said we checked sir and its in process, and i still got msgs of negative bal in my account by mobile banking, nothing facility was closed on the account. Plz if this site help me out in this so plz help me in this matter, i really want that rbi should take some step against such situation that come in front of the customer.. I realyy fed up from the bank services and behaviour of staff

      I have applied for personal with yes bank 7days back. All the verification has been done twice. But no status update on the application. I have been calling to relationship manager, his name gangadhar ([protected]), but he doesn't respond to calls or to my messages. Tried through customer care but they keep me in hold for 10mins and disconnects the call. Never seen a pathetic customer service before. Loan application reference no: 319102

        I had opened a salary account in april 2015 in delhi okhla branch when i joined an it firm (Unicommerce) & after that there is no transection till date for this account. But i am getting routine messages for negative account balance that has now about rs.7300. Your relationship manager lying me there is no need to maintain balance in account. I was called to ur customer care officers so manay time but there is no response from ur customer care. I cannot maintain my account due to financial problems. I want to close this account and don't want to pay these charges.

          i got various calls from Yes bank department his name is Sagar mentioned that i have pre approved offer to have credit card i insisted saying i have already 3 other bank cards still he said some good offers so i said ok

          then the executive came and took all the necessary documents and he said it will take 21 working days i have given in the April month end and i got a sms on the 3/05/2017 saying thanks for applying Yes bank credit card

          i just given a call to customer care yesterday to know how far the process came they given me polite reply the application declined due to our internal policy, now my question is, does ur internal policy did not tell u while login the application about my personal financial capacity .

          next point no person came to my office or Home for verification, only a call confirmation does i applied or not,
          i want to raise a complaint how can they disapproved my credit card status till date i did not done any late payment, i filed perfect ITR copies and i have big limit other bank credit card they asked all the required when they said all documents meet to apply then only i applied

          icici bank credit card : 1.5 lac
          indusind card : 75k
          kotak card : 20k

          does all these banks does not have internal policies funniest thing is
          indusing bank card i got by giving these exact documents, which is 10 times larger then yes bank and have mush strict rules regarding verification and internal policies

            I provided my allahbad bank statement (Recent 3 month), kyc (Pan card), rent agreement and electricity bill along with change of address application on dated 06.04.2017 in azadpur.

            But still they are unable to process the change of address.

            Issue
            1. Why they are unable to process the change of address?
            2. They told no docs required for change of address (In karol bagh branch) and then why they required the documents. (May be no proper training to staff).
            3. Even after we provide them, still they could not able to do so. Why??
            4. Bank cross its time bound (As per customer care-7 days) now is there any panel provision to staff or manager who received the application or any compensation provision to clinets? Who is responsible for delay and loss or damage of time and reputation.

            I am totally surprise to have fact that 2 yes bank official, 1 from karolbagh branch and other from adarsh nagar branch are totally indulged. We found no co-ordination support among the staff.

            Even after providing the documents no response found from you esteem reputed bank.

            Deadline regarding:- please audit your bank deadline to change the address.

            Customer satisfaction need vs branch business

            Here is one more issue in this regard, i request to change my home branch and relationship officer to adarsh nagar branch. But official from karol bagh provide us the assurity to provide for the best
            Ervices in which they failed.

            They don't want to loose the branch target (More preferred than customers) therefore they don't want to change my home branch and relationship officer.
            I would like to draw your attention towards the possibility of ease of customer not on target business.
            Adarsh nagar branch is now near to our office. But karol bagh branch dont want to loose its business therefore they didn't want to change our branch and relationship officer.

            Really shame to professional who become business minded.

            I dont know should i say thanks to yes or not.

              Hi this is ratnakar, I apply yes bank credit card last month 10th date, and I got reference number[protected] by March 28th date. But still date Iam not getting card, and I call 10 times customer care, but nobody will not respond, I have all call recording also, they said when I call customer care you will get consult team call with in 48 hours. Again I wait 48 hours. But nobody response. 10 times I got same reason. I need call back from your backend deportment

                I applied for a personal loan in yes bank on 8th april 2017 and submitted all the required documents mentioned by bank representative on the same day itself.. Till the day i havent yet recieved any confirmation, feedback, approval or any kind of communication through them. Whenever i call them to ask my status update i get to hear only one thing:"mam things are underprocess. Give us some time. We'll update you shortly". But their shortly have never came yet.. Being fedup i asked them to return my documents since its being lot of delayed but the bank representative clearly refused to return my documents back saying that as per their bank's policy, they are not authorized to return back the documents. Now my question to them is what are they going to do with my documetns if they are not processing my file further... Are they going to misuse it?

                  My name is anil kumar singh and i want to inform you that i applied for a loan in yes bank .. after verification of the document they said to me that my paper work is all ok and they will be sanctioning the loan to me, for that purpose they took the processing fees of ₹5750 through a cheque and told me that i need to have a new account in their bank i.e yes bank so that they will be crediting the loan amount in that .Afterwards they refused to give loan and didn't returned the amount too . Further they didn't closed my account which they should have closed themselves if the purpose had not been fulfiled.
                  Infact some days before i got a message that i need to pay ₹ 1700 to them and it showing ₹ -1700 when i took the statement.
                  They committed fraud to me and misreprented everything and instead of returning my money they are asking for rs.1700 from me .
                  I request you to help me in getting my money back and to order them to close my account as the purpose for which they opened my account has not been fulfilled.

                    My name is vijay panchal. I had a yes bank salary account which is opened by my previous company. I am not using this account since a long time. So yes bank added approx -3863/-rupees as negative charges to my account.

                    Now my current company opening my salary account in yes bank. But due to my old yes bank account i am not able to open New salary account. I had called to customer care many times but they advised me to go to nearest yes bank branch. finally i went to the yes bank branch there receptionist told me to deposit the negative charges to account after bank can close the account. I told her that bank can't take negative charges as per RBI Guidelines but she was not interested to answer me.

                      Saturday 5.52pm payment done from z2p platform via upi of yes bank . My bank account Indian overseas Bank got debited for RS 5000/. But the transaction got cancelled yet my account is still debited. I have contacted z2p but they informed they didn't receive the amount. Until today I haven't recieved the money back.                         Dear yes bank,

                        I am your customer with saving bank account and home branch at nagpur. I had salary account before to this account. I left my job and your bank manager and customer executive offer me zero balance saving account. They said i am doctor and they offer this kind of facilities to there customer who are doctor, engineer, ca and other. I said ok. I seen last few months before bank deducted around 1500 rupees from my account. I done complaint for this in nagpur branch but they not gave me answer. They denied that this can be done. I told then all details and then they said it was fault of system and they will refund me. Till date i am not received refund. I done complaint in yes bank customer care service no. With complaint id. Cs[protected] and got reply that they will refund my amount they said it was system fault but after few days they can't refund me now i have to again contact home branch nagpur. Nagpur branch new manager said it was fault of our executive at that time. As i was not done transaction that's why they deducted amount this was reaction which i got now. But this is cheating this was not cleared at that time. I used this account from many year some time i was not done transaction but that time they not charged me but in last month of 2016 they started charged. This is totally unethical. During using account sometime i received sms saying that i need to maintained quarterly balance for this sms i contact bank they said it was system generated automatic sms i didn't need to worry because my account is zero balance account. Now they sending me sms that my account will be discontinued soon. I want to continue account and want my deducted amount back.
                        Even after repeated complaint i am not received positive reply and bank denied they fault and there cheating.
                        Please look in matter and please reply. I will escalate this issue futher in customer court if i am not received positive reply this time.

                          Hi I am Rajeev Sharma, On 8th Apr I was trying to withdraw rs10000 By using Yes bank ATM card, It may be a issue with that machine my amount was deducted from account but I haven't received that.on same day I complaint on 18002000 and they suggested to wait till 15 Apr now after 15 the Apr 2017 also I have not received that amount .I am in roaming and do not have any resources .
                          Such a bad experience with yes bank Nobody inform me anything about my complaint after 8th .
                          I am in trouble without any mistake of mine.
                          Kindly lookin to the matter and let me know how much time you required​ to fix this .

                            I joined one company they opened my account in Yes bank
                            due to some reason i left that organisation with in a week
                            but even a single month salary didnt transfered in that account
                            its being more than 3-4 years.
                            but every month i got sms and email about mis balance or overdrawn balance updation
                            I am really frustrated and harassed from yes bank.
                            Stop messaging me about updation
                            I m not liable for that account any more
                            I told this thing lots of rep of Yes bank in the period of 3 years
                            I am really fedup and harass as currently I am jobless.

                                I have been trying to open an nre account with yes bank and approached one of the bank's representative abhinav (Abhinav. [protected]@yesbank.in). I was told to scan all the required documents and email it to him and once he finds everything good, i was told that a dhl pickup of the documents would be requested. I have sent abhinav the scanned copies and tried to reach him over calls/messages/whatsapp/email. There was no response at all and i am badly in need of a nre account.

                                      This is a formal lodge of complaint regarding the bank's carelessness and in specific to do with one Mr. Amrendra Kumar and Mrs. Ekta Gala of the above mentioned branch. I had recieved a mail dated 17/02/17 mentioning a hold being put on all my debit transactions effective immediately due to the non-submission of the PAN details for my NRE account.

                                      This had been done as per accordance with the RBI circular RBI/2016-17/183 dated 15/12/17. I want to bring to your attention that I had recieved no such circular by mail and no advance notice from Yes Bank stating the consequences. I want the authorities to also note that at the time of this mail sent to me, I had no PAN card. Had I been informed at the time this circular had been issued, I could've conveniently applied for my PAN card and submitted it before the two month deadline given by RBI.

                                      After talking to the branch manager, Mr. Amrendra Kumar, I was told, with much negligence, that it was not possible to unlock my account as it was a RBI matter. Not even a temporary solution was to be found. I sent a relative to the branch again (as I stay abroad) who himself met Mrs. Ekta. She made a promising start to address the issue and sent me a mail stating a temporary solution is there until I get my PAN card made (please find attached images showing the conversation).

                                      As noticeable in the below images, Ekta herself reached out to me asking me to fill in the form named 'Form 60 version 2' in order to unblock my account. Below is the summary of the conversation:

                                      01/03/17 - Ekta sent a mail asking me to fill in the attached Form 60 version 2
                                      01/03/17 - I immediately on the same day sent a reply with the scanned version of the form and my attested documents
                                      02/03/17 - I sent a mail to Ekta asking her about the status as I needed to accordingly courier the hard copies
                                      03/03/17 - Ekta replied stating my request has been processed and will be informed to courier in 2 working days.
                                      07/03/17 - 2 working days later, I emailed Ekta asking the status.
                                      10/03/17 - 5 working days later, I emailed Ekta again asking the status.
                                      10/03/17 - Ekta replied stating the delay was caused by some discrepancy at the bank's end and that I will be informed shortly about the status.

                                      With no further reply, I went ahead and couriered my documents which were submitted to the bank on 20/03/17 only to be told that even with this form and documents the account cannot be unblocked. Please note that Mr. Amrendra had been CC'ed in the email conversation by Mrs. Ekta so he already had an idea.

                                      After receiving my pan card on 05/04/17, I had immediately sent the details by mail to Ekta and simultaneously updated it in the MySpace section in the netbanking. I received a SMS from the bank on 06/04/17 stating:

                                      PAN has been updated successfully. It will reflect in your account by end of next working day.

                                      4 working days later, my account is still not unblocked and there has still not been any reply whatsoever from either Mrs. Ekta or Mr. Amrendra.

                                      I cannot begin to explain to inconvenience that has been caused to me because of the bank and the false hope given by the senior staff.

                                      Firstly, my account was blocked without any notification whatsoever,
                                      Secondly, I was told with much negligence by the branch manager that nothing can be done.
                                      Thirdly, I was told by a branch service partner to fill in a form in order to unblock the account and send my documents by courier
                                      Fourthly, after doing as told I am told by the bank's authorities that the account can still not be unlocked.
                                      Fifthly, after making my PAN card and submitting the details, still nothing has been done.

                                      It will be most convenient for me to simply close my account and go to some other private bank where I can find people who mean what they say and don't offer such careless and negligent service.

                                      I don't expect any action to be taken over the concerned people or even a simply reply to this email because I have come to understand the service of Yes Bank is beyond hopeless.

                                        I am having problem in opening current account. The bank employees of arera branch, bhopal at yes branch are not at all supportive. They lack knowledge about the procedures and are very arrogant. They do not know how to deal with costumers. I was interested in opening current account with so many days of drama they finally gave me an account number but told me that it is still on hold as your papers are incomplete.I think they do not know how to open an account for magazine publication.
