I have used my debit card for cash withdrawal on 12 th April2017 at 6.49 pm but due to ATM problem i didn't received any cash but my Account debited with rs 6000 later i complain in yos ph banking my ticket no is CS[protected] but didn't receive any feedback till now i need cash very badly due to medical issue
So please do the needful ASAP.
Every time i mail this matter only receiving computer generated receiving but please...

I had opened a salary account in June 2015 in Chandigarh branch when I joined an IT firm there but resigned just after a month to pursue higher studies. I had withdrawn my one month salary in Nov 15 and after that there is no transection till date for this account but I am getting routine messages for negative account balance that has now about RS.6500. I cannot maintain my account due to financial problems . I want to close this account...

Salary account is not closed and discussed with the employer and frequently sending email by the customer care of YES bank stating the negative balance figure and trying to give pressure to the customer and at the same time management of YES Bank agreed to close the account long back..but again again customer care dept sending mails with negative balance figures in the account. I am having problem in opening current account. The bank employees of arera branch, bhopal at yes branch are not at all supportive. They lack knowledge about the procedures and are very arrogant. They do not know how to deal with costumers. I was interested in opening current account with so many days of drama they finally gave me an account number but told me that it is still on hold as your papers are incomplete.I think they do not know...

I have done transaction for amazon on 28th march for rs. 15, 999 using yes bank debit card. But because of some of the reason payment was failure but at the same time amount was deducted from my account. So i raised for the refund. Hence amazon already processed my refund and gave me refund reference number. I cross checked same from yes bank. So they said it will hardly take 4-5 business working day. But still i am waiting for my refund...

I stopped using my YES bank account in December 2015 after withdrawing all the money. It used to be my salary account and now i have been receiving messages from the bank about negative balance in my account. It's being very disappointed that the cashback amount is still not credited. I called your customer care also. She told me to wait for 24 hours but unfortunately it's being more than 2 days. I did recharge of two upi transactions. One is of rs 303/- and another is of rs99/-. I called your customer care also. Cashback amount would be rs150/- and rs50/- i. E rs200/-.

I had requested to open my Wealth Management account on 20th Feb 2017 at Maninagar Branch but till the date it is not opened. i requested for u last time for the complaint but there is no response from your side.. unknowingly Rs.2000/- deducted from my account on dated 22/02/2017 through BHIM app..amount transferred from [protected] to [protected]@upi, but it is wrong detail had entered..and still the amount is not credited to second party.. i want my amount refund as soon as possible.. so kindly consider my matter..

As they have blocked my card I have complained serval time for new updation of mobile number and new address where a new card would deliver but no reply from last 9 days they are receiving calls not informing I can't call every time in yes bank and ask please provide better service to customers at least receive calls of cc number and they not confirming also that there is some problem no one is replying properly...

I deposited a cheque of 1 lac in my savings account in yes bank on 11th feb 2017. It was put to clearing on 21st feb. In the meantime, when i enquired about the whereabouts of the cheque from the bank, they had no clue as to where the cheque is. Without any intimation personal loan amount is disburse into my account by yes bank, which is less than my requirement and now they are saying that You have signed the agreement and that is the proof that you were informed and agreed to all the terms and communication. also had taken blank cheque from me without putting any amount in the name of yes bank which will create any problem in future if they use in wrong way.
