Recovery agent Harassment

Hi i am having Yes bank credit card but due to some financial issues and job losses i was unable to pay dues from some months.
yes bank recovery agency is regularly defaming in public, calling my employer and disclosing them about my dues calling my relatives neigbours and when i told the recovery agency not do like this call me meet me personally but dont defame my reputatation but than also they are defaming me.

    Hello,
    My family and I opened a Yes Bank Premia Family account in April 2022. Where Yes Bank give me a Welcome letter to commit below things:
    1. Amazon voucher of 2000INR on each account
    2. Rewards for FDs.
    Now four months have passed and they have not even given me Vouchers and rewards points yet.
    I am really irritated with these issues as I have complained about this several times to customer support but they did not receive any satisfactory response.
    Therefore, I come here to ask for your help to resolve this issue asap.
    Please take a serious action against YES BANK as YES BANK DID FALSE COMMITMENT WITH ME AND MAKE ME IN TROUBLE HERE.

      I have already closed my credit card immediately after knowing that is not free at all as per one of your employee Mr. Sohail .         I have a personal loan account with Yes bank with Customer ID 18386629, wherein all the EMIs due are paid within time. However Yes bank is charging delayed payment charges even though there is no outstanding amount due. I have raised multiple requests to Yes bank customer care through Mails and Calls from past 15 days but there has been no proper reply and the charges continue to be posted in my account.

        Further, I visited the main branch of Yes bank on 20-Aug-2022 and gave a written complaint but the branch incharge didn't even give an acknowledgement for the complaint submitted.

        I have also mailed and messaged my so called relationship manager Mr.Siddharth Saaho, absolutely no response.

        Request you to resolve the same please.

          1 yrs ago Sales team offered me lifetime free card, but I had charged annual fee. That time i had raised complaint regarding same & requested to discontinue my relationship with Yes bank, that time yes bank addressed my concern & reversed charged amt. and also issued new card on lifetime free basis. After 1 year now, Yes bank charged membership fee of 589 /-.

          I have raised complaints by mails & calls many time regarding same but no response from Yes bank team and phone banking officers.

          This is totally mislead & miscommunicate by YES bank just meet to their targets.

            I have been mentally Pressured to make the payment when i am requesting for settlement from past 2months. When i visited the branch they say they can give me settlement but i have to pay 70, 000 in 1 installment.. Or they are telling that they will legal notice or collection person near the house.

              I have received CPP card protection plan today (20.08.2022). Amount also debited from yes bank credit card. I have not requested or given consent to activate this plan.

                While performing Reward Redemption, It had been clearly mentioned that for charity redemptions, the reward redemption fee and GST will not be charged. But still, they charged the same on my credit card.

                I request consumer complaints forum to help me get the refund back.

                  Dear Yes Bank,

                  I have been trying to close my account with Yes Bank for many many months now. As you can understand, the money is rightly mine and the closure process should be initiated. After visiting the Lokhandwala (Mumbai) branch several times this year, I was told of several reasons why they have delayed the process, none convincing or to do with technicalities. I have shared my Aadhar, updated phone number, and anything else that has been requested. I have made myself available in the middle of my travels and tried my best to keep requesting the branch officials in person (Rizwan). I was told a few weeks ago that they had sent the money to my other account and closed my Yes Bank account but that was again not even true. I am very frustrated and request you to respect my time please.

                    I am Devendra Singh Rawat Director of Sapta Ashva Traders Private Limited, having an current account in yes bank bearing account no. [protected]. Today I had to get my signature verified in the said account. The signature verification format was taken by my employee to the bank on which all the details were filled with my signature and seal. But Mr. Pankaj Sharma, the employee of the bank, declared my presence in the bank as mandatory for signature verification and refused to verify the signature without my presence.
                    I have a mandatory need for the above verification, due to which I will have to leave all my work and go to the bank.
                    Please take appropriate action against the said employee

                      Yes bank is been wasting my time since 8 months now. Initially, my card was upgraded for no reason and when i contacted, they said it will be dispatched. This was happened in 2021, and now it's 2022, July 10 Months.

                      I need this either to be closed, or dispatched but none of the customer support senior management is able to help here.

                          I my name Vivian Vincent i have already put complaint. Now i have very disaster situation today from Yes Bank collection agency. I told i just got a job on will make payment next month when get my full salary . They are forcing me make payment in 2days . I told i can't make payment . They started harassing me. Today i.e. 19th July. Yes Bank collection agency guys came at my door step and was ringing the bell and my neighbour bell. I told him i will make payment give me sometime. He was not ready to listen and he created lot cautious in my society . He was not ready to go out the society he said he wanted the emi amount any how . I told go out of the gate he refused to go and started screaming. And he started abusing me.
                          My entire society was looking. They is very much harssing and frustrating. I had arrange the money from someone on interest and pay these guys. Yes banks is using goons to recover money . I am very much in shock and mental stress. I have also attached my PL Details and payment made .

                            I have a serious complaint against YES Bank Loan Collection Agency. I have been jobless for the last 10-11 months. Anyhow I was still making payments since was jobless. These collections agency is harassing me every month. Now i going through a very bad financial crunch. I just got a job now. I told these will make payment give sometime. But this Yes Bank collection agency guys are not listening. They are harassing me . They're saying they want payment in day . They're threatening me that will send bank representative at my home and till the till the time i told pay the bank representative will be there near my doorstep. I am mental stress . I can't hear money and i am only bread owner. I have no option to give my life now. Coz these guys are harassing me. I don't know what to do i complaint every where. I also told i will complaint t he police station. Collection agency is saying complaint where . They're not bother. I don't know what to do...

                                Hi my name is manisha and I hold one yes bank fd based credit card. everything was normal but due to my some reason I have to close my FD as well as FD credit card. So I visited yes bank branch sector 16 faridabad and requested for closing my FD and credit card also. till the card closing date It did not completed one year so they told me you wont be chagred for annual fee but after card closed yes bank sending me annual fee statement and it impacting my cibil score.
                                if my card is closed wihtin before one year then why should i pay this fee.
                                so I call that yes bank executives again for this issue now they are saying that your card is closed now or not activ now so we cant help you. please call customer care and customer care is not respoding properly and saying to pay this fee.

                                please help me in this case.

                                  I have many times complaint against YES Bank regarding to wrong account & enquiry details shown in my CIBIL / Credit Bureaus records that was mistake of Yes Bank so that is totally wrong account & enquiry shown by bank side in my CIBIL/Credit records because I have not enquired / applied about that wrong card and that card is not my ownership so I request you to remove that wrong account &enquiry details from my CIBIL / Credit Bureaus records urgently.
                                  I have complained many times to Yes bank but they did not resolve the mistake of him. Bank has already taken a long period of time and wasted my time since 8 months & after it bank did not resolve his mistake so that is totally worst side by bank & not satisfied so I again request you to remove that wrong details very urgently from CIBIL / Credit Bureaus records & revert me.
                                  Kindly find the attached file that clearly shows wrong account & enquiry details by bank side that shown in my CIBIL / Credit Bureaus records without my concern as per mentioned above so please remove that wrong details from my records immediately & revert me.
