Address: VILL+po: Jabagram, PS: Mangalkote ,dist: Purba Barddhaman, West Bengal.

498.61 + 89.75 = 588.36 has been deducted from my account. The reason has been deducted for non maintenance. But there was no such rule because my account is a Student account and zero balance account. So I applied for a refund from bank but it was rejected.I am a College student so my little savings 90% debited as a penalty charge. I am kindly requesting the RBI for help me.

    Incident :

    I used my Yes bank credit card (5318XXXXXXXX5788) to do transaction of 1.5 LACS in June, 2019 .

    without my consent ( informed) yes bank executive has convert the amount to EMI although I've paid the full amount (1.5 Lacs) on the next billing cycle. I don't understand why i will pay interest on EMI as i already pay the full amount as per due date . Also, i raise this concern several time to yes bank executive but didn't get any resolution from their side and therefore i stop paying dues .

    Also, I enclosed credit card statement for reference .

    Desirable Resolution :

    Now, i am getting phone call on daily basis to pay the full due (with interest and EMI interest) and mentally tortured me .. I request to waive off these charges and paid 1 lacs rs to me as compensation amount for their act .

      Dear YES BANK TEAM

      To whom it may concern.

      I am frustrated with YES bank and its attitude towards customers who are genuine and who haven't defrauded cores of citizens money like the YES bank fraudster Rana Kapoor and his associates and like other bank employees.

      I had avail used car loan in year 2017 for 36 months which was due to end in April/May 2020 for end of repayment and my account no-UCL[protected] & my monthly EMI was 39429, till date never missed any repayment schedule which was due to YES bank.as there was an auto debit instructions provided with my Axis Bank, hence all payments related to my EMI was getting directly debited from my account. But due to this Pandemic there was moratorium period/offer which was provided by YES bank as per RBI guidelines and per Supreme Court. Hence the emi was not been debited from my account since April-2020 but still i had sufficient funds at all the time so that any EMI towards YES can be cleared at any given point of time/month.

      But yesterday got surprised when i got a call from mobile number [protected] where the person asking Me for payment of approx INR 10k as he wasn't sure about the exact amount he has come to collect from Me towards my car loan account, but this was shocker for Me as i never skipped/defaulted any payments since i had availed the car loan. Then asked the concern person to provide Me with his superiors mobile or contact number where i would like to speak and know the facts of this scenario, then he provided Me with mobile no-[protected].

      Then i spoke with the person and he told Me that i had defaulted payment and hence he had advise his team to visit my address to collect money which was approx.10K INR even he was not sure about the exact amount, but still he had the audacity to send his team for collecting payment from Me. Then i explained the concern person, that whenever bank has initiated any kind of payments through online banking it has been done so what makes you to send someone to collect any amount which as per him is due. Even on 2nd November 2020 there was auto debit of INR-3809 from my account. Hence was not clear why such action has been taken towards Me where as my account had sufficient fund so that any emi of any given amount can be cleared without any defaults.

      Hence i would register my complaint towards such attitude inisited from Bank as this needs to be addressed and action to be taken towards the concern person/team who has defamed/hampered my image in the society and gave me mental stress without any valid reasons, or else i would file legal case towards the bank and its employee for defaming my reputation.

      If there was such scenario where any given amount was due then why didn't the bank debited the same from my account through auto debit? why wasnt there any emails/calls made to Me prior sending anyone to visit my place for collecting any amount/money?

      Also i had raised foreclosure request and the reference no-CEO[protected] & for payment schedule reference no-CEO[protected], please refer to the attached document (password is-140182) also i had several email exchanges where i have been asking to update Me information/details towards my loan account, but sorry to say the details are never provided with correct Information, even i have mentioned that i am not based in India and wish to speak with bank authorities to understand my quires and clear my doubts.

      Please note I am not Rana Kapoor or any person who was not contactable and running away, kindly note i do not stay in India but still i am easily reachable in my given contact number/email but without trying to reach me by either means the Bank took such steps to defame my image and my reputation and put me in stress. Hence such step is not acceptable and highly condemnable.

      Kindly provide Me with higher authority contact/ email id details where i can raise my concern or else be sure that legal due course would be taken from my end towards such attitude which has affected Me.

      An email response was received today dated 19th Nov-2020 from so called Mr Hardik Patel and below is my email response to him. He should be penalised for his false statement made against Me.

      First of all you he is a lier, to save his own ### he has made false statement on your email response. The bank is listed under fraud dealings and in which B... Like you are part of it to siphon money from CUSTOMERs in illegal manner.

      I have proof of evidence which shows i had sufficient fund in my account to clear the EMI, kindly provide the proof of evidence where Axis bank has mentioned that there was no sufficient fund in my account to clear the EMI.

      Also provide your number where i would like to speak and take this matter to the highest level. If you can't then be rest assured when i am back in the country i would file legal case against You and the bank.

      Henec provide me with all the evidence which you have mentioned in your email response and if you are not able to do so kindly advise my the highest authority email/contact details whom i can contact and raise My concern on this false statement.

        I want to activate my yes pay wallet, and if you can't, then send money to my linked paytm bank account.

          Dear Miss Tejaswini,
          I am an account holder at your bank for the past 6 years. A/C no ***********1634 (Abhijeet Arun Bhosale). Today my savings account was credited with 2, 20, 000/- INR from EPF account. This amount i withdrew from my epf account due medical emergency. My father has been hospitalized in Kokilaben hospital due covid-19 positive. I am in urgent need of money for his treatment.
          However when i went to the bank to withdraw this amount, i was informed that my account balance is -82, 000/- INR. upon enquiring i was told it is due to the outstanding amount on my credit card ending with **20. Upon further enquiring I was told that the collection team has put a lean on my account and any amount deposited would be put on hold. If you check my history on the credit card as well, i never defaulted on my payments until covid-19 hit my salary. This difficulty is faced only and only due to salary reduction due COVID 19. I have been working since may 2020 on 10% salary however I wish to repay the credit card due amount using an emi facility ASAP.
          I am in urgent need of money. Request you to kindly help on the above subject.

            Hi, I am regularly calling my RM Mr. Atul Pandey regarding opening a salary account. Before opening an account he committed that salary account opening will be done on an immediate basis after opening your account.

            It's been more than one month, till now no procedure done and he don't pick calls nor gives proper response.

            I am fed up with following him, if Yes Bank can't open a salary account. Please let me know the procedure of closing this account. I am fed up with this follow up and Yes bank approaching team.

No. XX6224 on 02-NOV-20 19:16:17- on account of BI AC CLS [protected] Available Balance on 02-Nov-20 19:16:22 is INR .00 and Total available balance (including linked deposits and Limit) is INR .00.
              Kindly check and verify and confirm about the transaction . I need my amount back ASAP and I can not access my saving account also. Kindly do the needful.

                Please be noted that i have 3 time payment throw the net banking of yes bank ( BILLDESK VYB K[protected] UPPCLJTP, BILLDESK VYB K[protected] UPPCLJTP and BILLDESK VYB [protected] UPPCLJTP).

                Please refund my last two amounts (118+118 ) i had a word with yes bank they said that billdesk only refund the amount.

                Please help me out .Please find an attached copy for your kind perusal.

                    I would like to go ahead and close the card if that's the case. Please let me know how to proceed further. The entire finance charges being added up looks weird as you go every month. This has been happening for me from past 8 months. Not have provided the break up of the charges that are leived as "minimum amount". Neither is ur customer care executives know what constitutes the break up. Anyways as i have been struggling with my query multiple times by calling u guys

                    I have sent multiple emails to yestouch but no response

                    I would like to go for a settlement of the card ending with 6102 if the additional charges leived are not waived off.

                            Yes pay wallet is new scam. Almost 15 days over, please unlock my wallet, my money of 12800 is blocked in wallet. My account is deactivated without any information. My wallet number [protected], please give my money back, activate my account. I raised complaint sd934712 on[protected], cs[protected], daily i am calling, mailing to yestouch, [protected]@payu.in but they aren't activating my account. This is really fraud. Don't cheat customers.

                            They are not unblocking my account, not refunding my money. They called me 15 days back, that they will refund my money 12800 to my sbi card ending with 8754, but I am not getting money back, now they are playing games with customers. Not giving my money.

                              His money was debited from credit card sbi [protected] .

                              But amount was not credited. No transaction details available. Mailed yestouch also, but no response.

                                  We have received an email from the banks end stating " moratorium for our credit card loan has been auto registered". However, the agent forced us to pay the payment during the moratorium period. As of now we are undergoing financial crisis due to this lock down, I asked him time of extension to pay the loan, we have explained this to the agent and the manager, still they forced us to pay the payment. Also during the lock down time we requested him to not enter the house, however he didn't obey that and his manager used slang words on the call.

                                  They were really rude towards us, even after requesting for time, this is really stressful. I know that I have taken loan from your bank, I do know that it is my duty to pay on time, but as of now due to lock down we are really facing a lot for issue with respect to funds (I'm jobless from Oct). We have sent a requisition letter to your bank regarding this. I will definitely pay my loan and I will need some time for that.

                                  However, my request is please educate your agents how to speak to the customers and how to behave in front of them, they don't even know how to behave with the customer. As a customer agent they should be polite towards the customer, if you know how polite you should be while asking them to take loan from your bank or create account with your bank, its equally important for you to know how polite you should handle customers while collecting the loan from them. Please do consider my request.

                                      Have mailed you to refund my nach charges which are auto debited from
                                      Your side, it debited 2 times, one on 25 june at 4.18 am and one at
                                      22-june-2020 at 7.43 am early morning.

                                      Its my hard earned money which you are directly charging from my
                                      Account without sending any intimation message from your end.

                                      I called customer care today and waited for almost 2 hours but no
                                      Resolution from their side. They ask me to contact home branch as they
                                      Are working on minimum staff their supervisor their manager all people
                                      Dont exist as per customer care executive.

                                      Yes bank is blacklisted by all my merchants due to the issue which
                                      Bank is facing. No one sent any mandate to yes bank for auto debit.
                                      If any ecs is registered to yes bank cancel it immediately if possible
                                      Suspend my saving account as i dont want to continue with bank who
                                      Can't reverse my refund on immediate basis.

                                      Take my feedback as very urgent and very unprofessional, never
                                      Expected such things from yes bank.

                                      Reverse me whatever nach charges are there and let me withdraw my
                                      Balance then you can proceed with deactivation of my account on
                                      Immediate basis.
