Dear Sir,

My name is shekhar kumar Before 2months ago i bought a handset company of YU- 5010A model . This phone 's working was owesome & its working is very good, but now i faced a problem of Audio & video Hence there is no working properly then i deposited my handset in micromax service center in address of B-21-2483/1-A Janta Nagar, Gill Road, The. & Distt. Ludhiana, They said that they will give the phone in a week but now 20 days has been passed & there is no formation has been made. they change my sepaker with some old speaker, this is not a good thing . His working is very low, cheap, and unsatisfactory wrok now u are requested to pls take a serious action and send me feed back .

    I bought yuphoria from amazon in june 2015.
    this is the worst mistake i have made ever in choosing phone.there is not at all support from call centre and service centre as well.i am facing restarting issue again and again screen appears blank as soon as i disconnect the call, there is some weird spots are there on screen.. i tried to contact Yu team online and offline too, and there reply is like we also finding solution for such problem and they says they are totally helpless and cant tell the exact period in which issue will gets solved.
    totally disappointing with company.

      I have mail several times to [protected]@yuplaygod.com regarding my camera flash issue, with in the warranty period itself, but till now the company is not able to solve my issue, repeatedly they will be asking for the camera photo which is taken but my warranty exceeded but still now i have not got the resolution for my product. And there is no an service center available in bangalore to get fixed of my issue and the company is least bothered to solve my issue.

        Hi,

        Sub:-Complaint about handset and services

        I recently brought your phone Yunique Mobile YU4711, on 24th Jan 2016 . With all the hopes and expectations of it to be a good brand and superb handset. Which was all a hoax.
        Only after 3 months it start hanging, Which I initially ignored .
        And after some time the touch stopped working for which I visited your service centre at Ganpati Plaza. They said it will take 30 to 35 days to get it rectified, as It will go to YU care.

        Can you please tell me ! Does it take 30 to 35 days to get a handset issue(touch not working ) resolved . What services are they offering if they don't know how to resolve the issue there .

          My yuphoria phone restarts again and again.
          Gave it for service at m/s mobileseva - marathahalli, bangalore on 5-may-2016.
          They have created new job sheet numbers 3 times already.
          Js numbers :
          First : s[protected]
          Second : s[protected]
          Third : s[protected].

          This issue has not been resolved from more than a month now. Please arrange for repair at the earliest or refund the amount i paid for the phone.

            I gave a yunique phone to the you authorized service centre taratola, kolkata for repairing 190 days or 7 months ago.

            Company customer care is telling that they dispatched the device through dtdc courier (Tracking no.-x[protected] on 19 dec 2015, but till now the device is not delivered.

            It arrived at dtdc facility taratola master franchisee, kolkata (By checking the status through internet) on 21 december, 2015.

            I went to this dtdc service centre few times to collect the device, but the courier centre is sealed and dtdc customer care is telling that your parcel is missed.

            I contacted with yu customer care 30 times (Approx.) though the customer help line number is chargable (1 rupees/min).

            They always tell to wait for more times.

            An interested matter that at earlier time they told to wait some time but now they are telling your case is very old.

            Please solve my problem...

              I have submitted my yu yureka plus to my nearest service centre sara sales and services on 14.04.16 and today is 05.06.16 still my device is not despatched from ware house what are they doing there, it is just a headphone jack issue, it will take 15 days to change the headphone jack, why they taking so much of time. it will nearly to complete 2 months after 10 days,
              my jobsheet no is- W[protected] when i call to yu customer care they always tell me that wait for 7 days, when i call after 7 days they again tell me wait for 7 days and they can't transfer the call to their seniors
              please help me
              another thing is that i have submitted my device 2nd time 1 st time when i submitted to service centre my device returend after 15 days but not repaired.
              please help me please plz plz.

                I dropped my phone on 5th feb 2016 and the display was cracked. I immediately called YU Support. They asked me to go to Micromax service station in my city. That service station refused to do it so i again called YU they asked me to go in another service station in my city. I went there they also refused.
                I again called YU they told me to go in third service centre. That service centre kept my phone for some weeks and returned me saying that company is not replying. I again called YU. This time they asked me to pay 7000rs through Payumoney online. And the replacement Device will be delivered door step.
                I made the payment on 23rd march immediately when i was told to do so.
                Since then they didn't ship my phone even after complaining countless times.
                They kept asking me for wait 7 more days for so many times till 18th may.
                On 18th may 2016 Delhivery website showed my device as shipped. After that for so many days the device was not delivered even when it was showing the status as received in destination city. I kept calling Delhivery for delivery of the product they kept asking me to wait.
                On 30th may the Delhivery website showed the product as Lost/Stolen/Theft.
                I called Delhivery they asked me to call YU.
                I called YU they keep saying they will look into it but never reply after that.
                Till today they haven't replied me through phone or email and when i call they shamelessly answer that they have forwarded the request beyond that they dont speak a word.
                Please help me i have been cheated really bad.

                  I purchased yu yuphoria on 20 July 2015, it was good looking and specs mobile but there was a heating issue but I thought that now a days android devices heats up so I didn't called yu but after 2 months suddenly white spots started to occur on the screen edges and the display was going blank once in 10 or 15 days but after removing battery and inserting the display was coming after starting the device.then the camera of my handset stopped 1 month ago I called yu call centre at that time they told me that to submit mobile in service Centre but I was very busy in my work and camera was not imp factor for me but then my display stared to go blank continously and now it is blank permanently I submitted the handset in local mmx service Centre(Byculla, Mumbai) on 25th may 2016 they told me that it will take around 1 month as device will go to Delhi, I mailed this issue to yu also, then on 1 June I got call that ur device has been returned due to physical damage in display connector and warranty cannot be claimed. I called yu call centre they also told me warranty un claimable, when I submitted the device it was seal pack and is in warranty period till July 20, how come a person do physical damage inside the phone without opening it and the problem was occurring of display blank was coming from 10 months(that means you have delivered me physical damaged product as per ur terms) but now its permanently blank, yu have to provide the warranty because if you are telling physical damage comes under handsets parts also then each cust will check the handset by opening it after buying that is there something broken or not. Plzzz look in the matter and give me a proper resolution I m attaching my invoice and job sheet no was w[protected]. My mobile no [protected] name zishan.

                    Hello,
                    L have yu's yuphoria handset. The problem start occurring in this phone few months ago (2-3 months).
                    #. I had call on your customer center they told me that you have to go to service center (Which was earlier mentioned that your company will provide door to door service. At the time of purchase.)
                    #. So i went to the near by service center of micromax india (Nirman vihar near maharaja banquet hall delhi-110051).
                    I told them about the issues-
                    1. It download 595.5mb almost each day whenever i turn on this phone.
                    2.. System blackout
                    3.. Heating issues.
                    4. Untimely switching off, even at 50% of the battery.
                    5. And many more features of cynogen is unavailable to my handset (Such as improvisation of new theme.)
                    #. I went service center almost 10 - 20 times but they have attended me only 2 times as they told me that you are late as its 5 pm already. But on paper timings even on the website timing is 6 pm. As i can not reach earlier because i am college student and i got one holiday on sunday on which this service center is closed. I even told this problem to them.
                    # they made me wait for 3- 4 hrs in the name o[censored]pdate recovery about my phone each time, but the problem still persists.
                    # moreover they have mishandled my phone as i observed some physical damage on it.
                    #they do not provide any any written bill.
                    So please resolve my issue as soon as possible, as warranty period is also getting over by june 7 2016.

                      Mobile have developed white spots around the screen (Which looks very ugly)

                      We have contacted customer care regarding this several time each time they tell they are looking into matter and will solve this problem. As they are working on it. But its been long time

                          My phone was given for repair and its been more than a month i haven't received it.As per the customer support my ph was delivered on 12th may to M/S mobile World office in mangalore.
                          The mangalore office has changed the job sheet no and sent it back to head office without notifying me.The new job sheet no provided by them is incorrect.
                          And the people in mangalore are not helpful.The concerned manager just walks off asking the subordinates to talk.

                              I was submitted my mobile 3 march 2016 after two months delay service! 9 may 16 they r gave me a another model smartphone.. Don't same as i was submitted and.. I don't accept this device so i was gave back to carecentre and they r saying sir its deliver by mistake and after one month now. I have no phone but from 23 may 2016.. Mmx campany text me.. Collect. Your phone by care centre.. I was visited 30may 2016.. So they r telling. Pick this device. The device was not same as i was submitted. Difference in there model and.. Both models are diff. Mine model was yu5010 and they are giving yu5010a.. There are forcing me to accept but.. I dont accept. And they. Are saying i[censored] want a phone so pick this. Anyway forget about phone!.. And customer service centre sir and man saying... Do whatever u want.! I dont care.. They take my almost 8months warrenty period.. And now saying. I can give only one month extented warrenty... Plz help me..

                                I would like to bring to your kind knowledge that the aforesaid company is intentionally harassing the common man and public.
                                I have purchased a smartphone named yureka from the aforesaid company in february, 2015. Many of my other friends have also purchased the same mobile phone online from www.amazon.in. The response of the phone is not very good from very starting. Every user were facing various issues like heating and hanging etc.
                                I am also facing the same problem since then. The company doesn't have its service centres anywhere in india. If any consumer facing the problem in its mobile phone, he has to make a call to company and has to tell them all the issues. The company's reply/reaction with regard to any complaint whether it is major or minor is not satisfactorily. Every user has to wait for one month at least for the redressal of his grievance from the date of complaint. Company customer care executives generally suggest solution which are not up to the mark. With regard to problem in my mobile, there are camera, display and battery related issues in my mobile phone. I am facing this problem since october, 2015. At starting, i was under impression that the fault might be in my phone only but, later on i came to know that many other users are facing same problems in their devices. At starting, i flashed and formatted my phone to recover the issue but the situation is same. With this regard i made a complaint on customer care of yu and detailed them the all the problems i am facing. The complaint in this regard i made to them in december, 2015 and reminded them in january, 2016. They were just passing the time and was waiting for the completion of the warranty period of my mobile phone. All the time they told me that the mobile phone are not in stock and please give us some more time. Even the company's senior people assured me that he will shortly dispatch my mobile phone.In this regard he has given me complaint number i. E. 1958686 and way bill number i. E.[protected] in this regard assuring me that my smartphone will be dispatched shortly. Now, today is 31.05.2016 and till yet they are just making bogus and fake excuses that they have not this handset (Yu yureka ao5510) in their stock. They have also told me that i should not bother for the warranty date of my mobile phone because i have lodged my complaint much before the completion of the warranty date. Now, i hereby request you to kindly look into this matter and instruct them to kindly issue me a new handset (Which should be in good condition and which should not requiring any kind of troubleshooting).

                                  As stated in my previous complaint the service center didn't bothered to inform me anything the next day and instead I had to call them. To my surprise the problem still wasn't solved and instead they were sending the phone to company (that's what they said!). Now it has been 1 month. The job sheet has been changed 2 times and now they are changing it once again. This job sheet number is W[protected] which is now marked resolved and they would be providing new job sheet to me. My phone number is [protected].

                                  P.S: The problem isn't resolved yet.

                                      I have purchased one Yu Yuphoria through Amazon in the first week of June'15. I am facing sound problem, when call in comes voice from my side is not clearly transmitted to the caller. when asked Yu customer care [protected] on 23/05/16 morning, they advised me to hard reset the hand set but after doing the same as per their advice there is no change in the set quality.

                                      I here by request Yu to replace my hand set immediately and also request Amazon not to sell such low graded item to their valid customers.

                                        My phone become very hot on charging and remain hot it not support 3 G net when turn to 3 g signal end when phon connected to charger charger light on and battery drain my full charge battery end in 3 hour i bought yu yureka phone from amazon.in but when i call them they said after 15 day we cant replace you call yureka custmer care i call yureka they said me ota update is comming after 3 month update come but problam is same my i gone to custmer care of micro max but they refuse to take phone on nov 8 2015 i mail to [protected]@yuplaygod.com but no replay on[protected] i again take my phone to custmer care now they take my phone and return me on next day with out charge said your phone is ok but no problam is solved on 5 may 2016 i mail to yureka call come from them they said me we repair your phone but you have to pay for it

                                        Yu Yureka — no replacement after 1 month

                                        I had a display issue with my yureka device Its been 1 month since my complaint but yet i have no status regarding my replacement Customer support dont attend calls or reply via email.
