I submitted my yu yuphoria (yu5010) on 31st aug, 16 in yu service center (jai jagannath mobi care, bhubaneswar ; jobsheet no: e[protected]).
The issue being sim 1 was not working and my screen would go unresponsive.
The service center guys said it would take 3-4 days to repair, but after 19 days i got the confirmation message of my device been repaired & ready for pickup.
Today (19/09/16) i went to the service center and receive my handset with the same screen problem back.
They told me that they need another 10 days to sort the matter and asked me to complain in the support center. i called the support center ([protected]) and informed them of my problem. they told me that the job sheet number you are enquiring about has been closed, and you have to ask the service center guys for a new jobsheet.

The service center is about 12 km away from my hostel, and moreover the service center doesn't recieves my calls.

The company should understand that taking 15-20 days is too much for a mobile repair, and comfirmation msgs shouldnt be given for faulty devices.
I am using a rusty old phone since the last 20 days.
Moreover, being a student i have to either skip classes or sacrifice my break time for 25 km round trip to the service center which cost me time, money and in return provides only frustraton.

It is a request to yu televentures to help me with my problem.

    Hello I'm Hrushikesh Joshi from dombivli. I gave my YU Yureka device to micromax service center dombivli [w] for charging issue. I cant track jobsheet status online I tried too many times but no records found pop up appears. and they mentioned problem as "APPLICATIONS LOSS O[censored]SER DATA'' . Very bad behavior when I call them they did not answer me.

      When i go to service center they always say come next week battery not available.And after few days of trying i fed up and contact yu customer service to provide me with some solution.They are saying keep patience and cooperation till we contact with service center.But it's 15 days almost now no reply from their end.how much time do they need to contact their service center?My phone is dead for 3 months and I am very unsatisfied with the customer approach of yu.

          I submitted my yutopia device on 19th August, 2016 for repairing as it has some software problem and phone is restarting due to that. After 5 hours of waiting service center guys says that they are not able to fix my phone and they will send it in company. Checking with YU customer support, i found that my phone is sent to company on 24th August, 2016. Since then it is in company and they are still fixing that. I called customer support again and they said that they sent my phone back to service centre on 7th September, 2016. On 12th September i checked on service centre, they said my phone is still in company.

          It has been more than 20 days and i still don't know when i will get back my phone.

              I bought yureka note 6000 in a month of april, two days ago i kept my phone on charging in night next day morning when i took my my phone it was switch off again i plugged my phone on charging but it was ot switching on and when i went to service center they told that it will not come under warranty bcoz there was a small crack on camera glass, and they said it will take cost arround 6000 to change mother board.
              4 months ago only i bought the phone by [aying 13000 rupees
              so plz either replace my phone or repair it

                Dear Sir/madam,

                My name is INDRAJIT Prasad Gupta and I am from Bagnan, West Bengal. In January I bought my YU YUTOPIA. But at may end my phone’s SIM SLOT became unresponsive. On 2nd of June I gave my phone to the nearest service center. They gave me a Job sheet number. After 25 days they said that the device is not repairable here so they are sending it to the warehouse. That day they gave me another Job sheet Number- E[protected].After so many request call from
                my side to the customer care they send the phone on 28th of August. When I receive my phone I saw it was completely covered with scratch and was in very bad condition. So I refused to accept. That day they gave another Job Sheet Number- E[protected].
                Its been more than 3 months and I still not got my device in desired condition. I hope you can understand my frustration
                with the poor quality of service from YU. I also learned why companies like SAMSUNG, ONE PLUS, APPLE and L.G are very
                good in business and why people not prefer YU. So my request to you will be to look into the matter and help me to get
                my device as soon as possible.

                  Here is the job sheet number of my device. I have given my yu yunique for servicing on 30/07/2016 but till not i do not get my phone back. I am facing many problems without a phone. I have send them many emailed to get my phone back but they say please wait for some time. I called several times in service center m/s galore services plot no 11, ist floor, main road, sec-22, opp. Rajkiya inter college, noida, but they also respond the same.

                    This is Sahil Saini, I bough a Micromax Yureka on 22 Jan 2015.
                    I had some charging issues in my yureka against which i logged a complaint in December 2015, since than I have been following up with the your team, at last after chasing them so many times, I had received received my device in March 2016, it was all dead, since then I have been chasing your team, and they keep telling me that your way bill number will be generated soon, which never happen, even they told me to go to service center, when I had gone to service center they refused to entertain me as the product is out of warranty.
                    Same has been conveyed to your executive who told me that it will be done from our End now. but I didnt get any response now. Now they are saying that my device should be repaired on chargeble basis from service center.
                    Is it kind of Service Micromax is providing to their customers.

                    This has been a nightmare using a micromax mobile, now I will never ever use any micromax mobile.

                      Hi, i am Ketan mane from pune. i purchase mobile on 10 augast 2015. After 2 month there was problem in speaker and after 10 month there was saw spots on the display. the spots on display were increases day to day. due to which I was gave my mobile yu yuphoria 5010 to service centre on 28th july. but now after 35 day, yet my mobile not recieve me. I check jobsheet from 10 days but they only see 21 days remaining to reach your phone. The service from the Yu telecom is very worst, bad.

                        Hello,

                        I have purchased yu yuphoria in july 2015. It is working fine till 8-10 months then onwards with spots like things started developing on top edge of the screen and slowly and gradually it started developing on right edge, left edge and bottom. Now there are uniform spots on all the edges and they are increasing in area.

                        For this issue, i have complaint on toll free number for the first time in may 2016 when the spots were only on top edge and at that time i was told that our team is working on it and will let you know when solution is out. I also whent to service center and they told that company has not provided any solution.
                        For second time i reported again for the same issue in july 2016 before my warranty was about to expire and i got same answer as above. At this time spots were in top, right, left edges.

                        Now i reported the issue on monday (29 august 2016] and was told that go to nearest customer care center where they will help you. I went there yesterday and they told me that screen is to be replaced and it will cost rs. 2250. And as now my warranty is expired it cannot be covered in it.

                        So if this is the only solution which could have been done in may-june 2016 itself why keep delaying till my warranty expired.

                        Here the problem is not at all my fault. It is due to your technical problem. And for that why should i pay. First of all they delayed for the solution and now they ask me to replace the screen by paying for it.

                          My yu6000 was getting some screen touch problem, so i gave it for service at varanasi micromax service centre. I submitted it on 19/7/2016 and according to them it would take 21 days, but now its 41 days over and no info of my phone.

                          Please help or now its time to go to consumer court.

                            I submitted my device for servicing at one of the authentic service centres of yu on 21 july 2016 and till today i. E 30 august 2016 i haven't received my phone. When i called their customer service center they said that job sheet is created on 10 of august 2016 which is 19 days of submitting my device to them and support person said that it will take another 7-10 working days to get my device serviced. My question is are they servicing my device or manufacturing it?

                            In yu forums they have mentioned about door step service available but they are reporting it falsely when asked about door step servicing support team said it is not available. Feed up with their service. Don't buy yu devices.

                              I had a headphone jack problem in my YUPHORIA, for what I submitted my handset on 6th august first time and they returned me on 16 august without curing the problem, I resubmitted it on the same date, and still now I didn't get it back... It is in warranty period... The customer care jobsheet is attached..
                              Please look into the matter and take affarmative step so that I could get it back asap...

                                I purchased Yu6000 note on 26.05.2016...I have 2 sims inserted in it. it's telephone ringer doesn't ring most of the times...and it only vibrates...
                                Sounds emitting from what's app and other apps are working properly.
                                I have even factory resetted it thrice.
                                All other settings in the ringer section has been checked but the problem remains the same.

                                  I have purchased YU Yureka phone and since last 3 months, i'm facing many issues in it, for the same i have visited the service center 4-5 times and they have created multiple job sheets but still there is no solution of the problem, please find below the job sheet numbers and problem corresponding to them :

                                  1. Job Sheet Num : N[protected]
                                  - created on 10 May
                                  - problem : phone is not booting up and not charging
                                  - i have received the phone on 23 May and still problem the same phone is not charging
                                  - I spent around 2 Hour @ service center and then a new job sheet created
                                  2. Job Sheet Num : N[protected] :
                                  - created on 23 May
                                  - problem : phone is not charging
                                  - i have received the phone on 13 June and still phone is not charging.
                                  - After spending 2-3 hours and lot of discussion/analysis, somehow they manage it charging got started but a new problem is induced.
                                  - Wifi and Bluetooth is not working, there is no mac id and ip address available in phone and phone is rebooting again and again.
                                  - again i spend 2-3 hours in service center and a new job sheet is created.
                                  3. Job Sheet Num : N[protected] :
                                  - created on 13 June
                                  - Problem : wifi and bluetooth not working and phone is re-booting again and again
                                  - i have received the phone yesterday on 25 June.
                                  - it was already charged around 10%
                                  - i have verified as much as i can and in doing all this it come to 2%
                                  - when i came back at home, it has been dis charged and since then (since yesterday), i'm trying to charge it but it's charging up.
                                  - its the same problem which has been faced in all the job sheet and still no resolution

                                  after that they have not created a job sheet and just given me a paper asked to wait for 1 week then again 1 week and now it has been around 2 months but still no response and they have phone with them.

                                  it is really too frustrating, i'm really amazed to thing about :
                                  - how these used to ask me to take back the phone if problem is not solved.
                                  - does the people who do solve the problem, really know what are the problems.
                                  - how does testing done, is there some terminology of that kind or not.

                                  It's really the worst experience i had with anything. Kindly help me to get my working phone back also let me know if something is required from my side.

                                      I am lokesh from bangalore. My complaint is about yu mobiles which is marketing through micromax in india. Recently i bought yuphoria mobile. From the day one i got problems using it. Mic is not working from the day one. After few days flash light, battery backup, unusual switching off, charging pin and what else everything got defected. So i went to nearby costumer care in koramanagala, its the worst care point i have ever seen. The staff are very rude and they even dont know how to talk and respect their costumers. I have given my mobile for repairing and they told me to wait for 20 days. After waiting for 25 days, they called me to get my mobile back. After checking my mobile i got shocked because it is not even touched by them. No part is get repaired. Then i asked them what can i do now. They wanted me to submit again and wait for another 20 days. I have given my mobile again having least trust about the service. Now after waiting for 30 working days no response come from them. I called costumer care many times but they have only one reply that "wait for another 7 days" what can i do more than this. Please dont buy any yu products.. The worst service and company is yu all over the world.

                                        I have got yu yureka note 3 months back. They do sell all defective products and hats off to their poor customer service. Within 3 months my phone had touch issues and they advised me to change the touch panel, which would take 15 long days. When i contacted yu support they told me the phone gets dispatched to noida and then the issue gets resolved. If this is the condition of their service then they should sell their product only in that particular place. Harrasment is their motto.
