I Bought new mobile device Yu yunique on 31 Oct, 2015 stopped working in 30 days raised a complaint at manufacturer yu televentures and they said i will get it replaced within 15 days, they even mailed me the same also AWB number got generated.I kept following up with Yu televenture every 10 days, i but i never got my device and after 4 months they said it got canceled and asked me to repeat the same procedure but i denied its been more than 5 months now and i haven't recieved my device yet.Please help.

    I registered a complaint for my yureka phone and ask them to send the technician to my door-step but they denied and said the policy has been changed. I purchased yureka plus in august 2015 and was told and it was also written in the policies of the company, that they will provide on-site support for one year from the date of purchase. But now they just want me to submit the handset to the service center where they will be submitting it for minimum 3 weeks

    I want yu televentures to look into it or else i will be complaining it to the consumer court.

    I purchased my phone on 26 july 2015 from amazon when it came after 1 week this problem of network started i called to custamer care they told me the steps but that din't work So i please request u to repair it .

      Yu Yureka — Processor heat and battery drains

      I have charged mobile with full battery and it was reduced to 50% without using it. The processor area gets heat fully even though i don't use it. The battery sucks fully in 2.5 hrs.

        i brought yunicorn 5530 phone 3 month ago. that phone was not being able to support otg in the file manager. i went to the service center where my phone was send to your head office department for 10 days. on saturday aug 26 collect my phone to the micromax service center .there was a software problem in my phone but that its display opened and she was not fit properly she was heading upwards.i did not understand why my display was opened due to the software problem. and phone center batten has been not match on his display phone and the place is scratched on the phone . and sim plate not match his body colour and his bolts were not even how. i am sending you the picture of his that phone. i can not collect that phone i need my new phone otherwise i will have to take action in my way. i have deposited that phone in the service center and i need my new phone as soon as possible. i have a job seat of my phone and i have written about it in my entire problem i am very upset i need mu phone as soon as possible.


        As i have told you i am in great trouble with my phone.so please replay me in an email when the softwere problem was shown inside the phone why would you have a technical problem in it. And tell me why my phone display was opend. when no technical problem was written in my job sheet then what was the reason for opening the display

            I got my replaced device and that is also defective device. I mailed them, called them many times. Now they are not replying and no action is taken against my request to replace the defective device. They are asking me to pay for it. But the device they send is defective, it's camera is not able to focus all the images are blur.
            The service center is refusing to submit it because its out of warranty. But what about if the device they send is defective. Its not my fault. Please do the needful.

              You said the correct and i have many experience that to not buy a yureka or any of micromax product,
              i have problem with this yureka and i contacted the customer care at least more than 50 times to solve
              the issue even now they didn't do anything and i went calicut micromax service center Ridham mobiles at
              dharussalam complex and they told me it has board complaint and after they asked me 3300 rupees to get
              it change and after i have done even after changing the board it has many issues so i checked the same
              in another service center they told me Ridham team didn't change the board and they just do some
              repairs and billed me 3250 rupees for changing new board, and now i have to change the board again if i
              want to use it, and the same is the story about the backpanel and battery both are damaged and its not
              avaialable in market so i contacted yureka customer care on 29-1-15 to get it and i paid the amount for
              back panel and booked battery at Ridham mobiles till today i didnt received either paid back panel or
              battery so its my humble request to all please don't buy a miromax product they are cheating all the
              customers who buying a product, and i complained the customer care team if you are not fixing my issues
              or not sending my back panel i will suit case against you, that time one of the executive told me ok
              you can suite case against us and it will not affect us this is the mentality of micromax and the
              executives working with them

                I submitted my handset Yu Yuphoria with ABC Telecommunication on 07/04/2016(scanned copy attached). Even on number of reminders in call center and visit to service center, the set has not been repaired and returned yet. Every time I received the assurance that the set would be delivered in 10 days. My last visit on 14/05/2016 to the service center, got the same result. When I insisted for the progress and written assurance, they gave me printout of the job sheet summary and remarks"IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM 10 DAYS MORE .ITS MINIMUM TIME" duly signed by manager of the center.(Scanned copy attached)

                  I himani agrawal bought yureka phone of yu from amazon online shopping it is under warranty when i was facing problem related to reverse charging of phone and i have submitted the phone on 22.04.2016 job sheet no is n[protected] to your b r services lajpat nagar, delhi service center who is authorized service center of yu. They have collected my phone stating that it will take time of 10 to 15 days to repair.

                  I called so many times to their customer call center but no one is answering the [hone but when i called to yureka service centre every time i have received the same answer that your phone will take one more week to repair. I requested them that please transfer my call to some senior person but am not able to talk any authorized person so that i get to know about status of my phone or please replace my phone and provide me new phone. I am using another handset, borrowed from other person and he is also asking for his mobile. I had mailed many complaint to yureka customer service, but no reply from them.

                  Now today is 13.05.2016, but till the time not getting any proper response from customer care and not from company...

                    Before 2 months on March 15, 2016 I submitted my device in micromax service cntr due to cause of white dotted line comes on whole screen n also touch is not working, the service centre send this device YU warehouse in Delhi, on 12 April I received my device n I m shocked there is no changing in my device, white dotted line is still shown and also my device microphone is not working, battery comes in 80% to 0% in couple of minutes and then switch off.
                    So again I submit my device in service centre on the same day when I m receiving my device 12 april 2016 but service centre provide me jobsheet on 18 April 2016 & send my device to warehouse on 22april 2016. Which is still m waiting for my device I m fed up from ur service m not using any smartphone about 2 months because of YU. So plz sir take a strong action on #yuteleventures and plz help me for providing my device, the costumer executive not provide details about my device properly.

                      My Yuphoria phone was submitted by me to the authorised service center and they sent the mobile to the company to repair or replace.

                      Now after 1 and 1/2 month customer care is still not providing me any details about it and they just keep giving me 1 week period. This is disgusting.
                      They are not even giving my Mobile back as it is. Nor they are giving me Refund.

                        1. I had purchased yuphoria mobile model – 5010 (Cyanogen - 1.3 ghz ) mobile ( rs.7000 ) from amazon against bill no. – ka blr[protected] on 10 aug 2015.

                        2. As there was many issue. So i contacted to yu care they told me to deposit handset to our local micromax centre, within 15 days you will get new handset as a replacement. On 26.03.2016, i deposited handset & on 26.03.2016 handset received at yu care.

                        3. After tremendous followup - of approx 30 days, on 25.04.2016 replacement received but found that –

                        A) without system updated handset received to me.
                        B) now & then I call them they told me it will resend to yu care on 25.4.16 in micromax care I submit it then I call in yu care they told me that your complaint is on under urgent priority it will be back you maximum 7 to 10 day.
                        C) then regular followup every person give me different answer

                        4. Why you sent me which was unupdated – defective yuphoria mobile?
                        5. I am unnecessarily getting mentally, physically & financially harassment


                        6. I am very disappointed & upset the way you are dealing, not satisfied
                        With your service.

                        7. You have been given here with 15 days to settle your grievance by providing us the refund of full amount ( rs. 8000 + 5000 ) with suitable interest (12%), or replacement of the product along with compensation of rs. 25000, else i will file a complaint with the consumer forum - protected under the consumer protection act of 1986.

                        8. Please be inform that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and i will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in fact.

                        9. Results will be displayed in another 1 month if no action been carried out here at quick.

                          My yutopia yu5050 not getting charge after a period if 35 days purchased from Amazon.Ticket no 2337143.Job card no N[protected]-22750282.Handed over Chennai service centre on 4th April and not received back .Initially I was told it will take 20-25days.Now my issue has been dragging neither Iam getting rectified or replacement Mobile. No one giving correct position, daily telling wait for some time that never comes.Requesting to send my mobile or I am afraid that will be loosing Rs.25000/-Kindly take positive action.

                            After 5 months of purchasing yureka, the phone started to behave obnoxiously. The date of purchase is 30/04/2015. So hoping for good i reset the phone. But after a few months the phone once again started to hang. Then i called customer support of yureka but they would ask me to reset the phone. Still the problem wasn't eliminated. The problem with the phone is that the back camera wouldn’t auto-focus and distant photos were blurry, also there was problem with the display. Whenever the notification bar is opened the display shows last app's some content with transparency. Due such problems i went to the service center which is 15 kms away (Nearest one) from my home. After submitting my phone next day i got the call about phone repaired but when i went there and checked my phone the problem still wasn't resolved so they said that phone would be sent to company and it would get repaired. So today i got the call about phone repaired. So when i went there and checked the phone the problem still wasn't resolved and they said tomorrow it would get repaired. Now i had to travel total of 60 kms just to get my phone repaired within warranty and still tomorrow i have to travel about 30 km to collect my phone and still in doubt if it would get repaired or not. It gets frustrating to travel such a distance and moreover from the parts of the city which has most traffic all over the day.

                            As stated in my above complaint the service center didn't bothered to inform me anything the next day and instead I had to call them. To my surprise the problem still wasn't solved and instead they were sending the phone to company (that's what they said!). Now it has been 1 month. The job sheet number is W010631-0516-23379232 and my phone number is 9099920801. P.S: The problem isn't resolved yet.

                              Complaint against micromax service centre, kalkaji (Perfect solutions, e-3 lower basement, kalkaji market new delhi 110019 ph no.[protected]
                              Now here it is... I asked consumer support for new battery as my old was not working properly they told me to refer to nearest service centre... The battery costed me rs. 1340... (Everyone knows real cost is rs 499.) i dont know what service tax they added that the cost jumped from 499 to 1340... Pls take action as fast as possible or i will have to take this complaint to the court...

                                Dear sir,
                                I m still waiting for the calls and mail from yu technology. Already I complained more then 20 time via call/ mail. But no response.
                                These are the company who sell the product but not capable of providing service.
                                How these type company still exist.
                                Last time when i complained here they replied their service team will contact shortly. But still after 2 month no response.

                                Now i have decided to go with a legal way of complaints.
                                On coming weekend i am going to ask my lawyer to help me for getting rid of these nonsense problem.
                                Last six month yu technology tortured me. But coming six month i am going to torture yu technology.

                                  I submitted my phone to service center it had issue with speaker, 1st "micromax" sent me replacement unit in 15 days not "yu". And it was also defective piece as sim slot 1 is not working, and after many calls and emails they did not send me replacement unit. After 2 months i filed case in consumer court against "micromax" (As defective piece was sent by micromax), now their lawyer is harassing me.

                                    Hi, i had submitted my mobile to br services lajpat nagar for repairs on february 18, 2016.

                                    Till today i have not got my mobile defect rectified.

                                    I was told that the mobile has been replaced by the company and a new product has been sent as a replacement. When collected after struggling hard for a month to get the mobile, it had a bad motherboard which was detected immediately and mobile was returned on the spot.

                                    Again after waiting for a month, i get a call again that a new product has been received again and i need to collect it. It still had a bad motherboard.

                                    It has been more than 75 days that the product has been with them.

                                    I spoke to the representative today and was informed that the problem cannot be rectified and now the product is not in warranty so all liability is on me.

                                    I want to know that when the defective mobile has not been picked and i still have the original job sheet with me, how can he say that the liability is on me when the mobile has been submitted when it was in warranty.

                                    I would ask yureka to take quick action for the same.

                                      I have got an Yu Yuphoria as a gift from my office colleague on 30th May 2015, but suddenly on 24th Apr 2016 i have faced a problem. My Yuphoria has stoped working properly and it can't start up. It stucked on the Boot Screen and does not working.                                         Charging point has some losse connection issues; also the device shuts down anytime.
                                        Sir mere phone ka laudspeekar bahut kaam ban raha hai
                                        YU is Worst.
                                        Service center says that i receive my phone in two or three days and its over but I still not receive my phone.
                                        YU post same comments on all complaints they don't care about its customers.
                                        And still no one contact me from YU.
