On 21 June, I got call from my authorized service center that my phone has been recieved. Though it took more time than it was said but finally they have replaced my phone. I want to mention that the replaced phone is brand new and in good working condition. Everything is fine, though it takes much more time.

    I submitted my Yureka mobile on 2nd April 2016 because the display was not working for it and it was on warranty. They told it will take 20 days for the process, after that I called the YU care on 19th April, still they told it will take 10 days. Now as I called them today, they are saying again it will take 6-7 days. And the reason they are giving for this is that it is under process, nothing more than that. Really it is irritating for me to get reply like this. Seriously I am dissapointed with the services. I want immediate solution, atleast the status whether the issue is solved or not.

    How moch time i m wating for my mobile plese reply me
    First, No one contacted me from your side.

    Secondly, When i called and inquired about my device, they told it will be dispatched and it will take 6 more working days. What the hell type of service you are giving to your customer. Every time I call to your help desk, they keep waiting me for more working days.

    Also, when I asked whether my issue is solved or not, they just told you will get to know when you will receive your device. Means after waiting for 1 and a half months, I am still in confusion, whether my device is working or not. Worst, worst and worst service I have ever received ever.

    If there would have been option for giving less than one star, I would have chosen that.
    Will there be any action taken or not. ?

      I took this mob as I got good review from customers but now after completion of a year the mob is giving problems ... While calling it gets restart and also while using app the app automatically gets closed ... I m facing lots of issues with this handset ... Kindly help me with the solutions. Also when m moving any app or songs or videos from phone memory to memory card the space is not showing available all the time m facing storage issue as well ...

          I purchase one YU JYUICE Power Bank 10000 MAH from YU Televentures through snapdeal dt 04.10.2015, but it was not working properly so complained to snapdeal they gave me a customer care number of YU Televentures, when i called the send me a form to fill and send to their email id which i have done after that i receive mail and company ask for return material through their person who will come and collect which they done,
          Now company is not refunding my money since 7 month

            After months of agony I still haven't received my phone back from service.
            Its May 2016 and my phone is non functional and ticket generated since December 2015.
            Either repair and return my phone immediately or give me any other phone of same or higher value or immediately refund my money to my bank account.

              I am Ashish,
              purchased yu-yuphoria handset
              on 16 july, 2015. After 5-6
              months few problems start
              occurring like 'W' alphabet in
              keyboard and phone icon of
              home screen(left bottom corner)
              started not
              working. Then on 15 feb, 2016, I
              submitted it for repair in service
              centre. After
              a week I
              received call to collect my
              handset. On 29 feb, I went
              to the service centre and saw
              that the problem was as it is .
              Then They again submitted it for
              repair on same day and called me
              to collect handset on 04 april, but again Isaw problem was not rectified
              and they again submitted it for
              repair on
              same day. Then, when about 20 days left and i did not receive any
              response, i wrote on yu forum and on same day i receive a call, and
              (after 60 days) they said me that, we can't repair your phone as it is
              water damaged. Then i collect my phone and went back to my home and
              saw, when i firstly submitted my phone, it has only 2 problems, but
              now it having many problems like 3-4 alphabet not working, left
              screen touch not working, phone not charging even phone minute
              physically damaged and i also saw that my phone is used by someone else in these 60 days. Please help.

              I am Sagar,
              purchased yu-yuphoria handset on Approx 12 October, 2015. After some sim slot 2 is not working i call costumer care than i problem resolve in 15 days. After 4-5 months few problems start occurring like 'S' alphabet in keyboard and phone icon of home screen(full Screen) started not working. Then on 04 May, 2016, I went Service Center than they tell me it is physical damage and you want to service of this set so you pay some charges than I called customer care they said me that, we can't repair your phone as it is physical damaged. Then i collect my phone and went back to my home and saw, when i firstly submitted my phone, it has only 2 problems, but now it having many problems like 3-4 alphabet not working, left screen touch not working, physically damaged. But my Phone is Phyical damaged during the replacement but i don't mind i thot this is a modal of yu-yuphoria. Please help.

                I have submitted by mobile to service center on 10 march, its been around 2 months. After so many calls to customer care finally mobile issue was fixed on 23rd Apr but From last 10 days mobile is with warehouse team. I don't know what takes soooo long to dispatch . I have submitted my mobile in Bangalore . and I ll be leaving Bangalore in couple of days. So expecting mobile asap.

                the mobile is with service center from last 2 months . as per YU policies mobile has to dispatch within 21 working days . its complete policy violation.

                      I shreya haldia bought yu-yuphoria phone of yu from amazon online shopping. It is under warranty. After 6-7 months i was facing problem related to screen and speaker i have submitted the phone on 17.03.2016 to your bang lore service center who is authorized service center of yu. They have collected my phone stating that it will take time of 10 to 15 days to repair.
                      I called so many times to thier customer call center but every time i have received the same answer that your phone will be delivered in next seven days . I requested them that please transfer my call to some senior person but am not able to talk any authorized person . They are just harnessing us from last one month.

                      Now today is 29.04.2016, 1.5 month completed but not getting proper response from customer care and not from company...

                          Sir I filed a complaint through email on 1st January 2016 against a product of Yu Yuphoria phone ( a charger ) which was not working and it was in the warranty period and it is still in the warranty period . first they told me to do one or two things to perform with the charger just to clear that it is really not in the working condition so that they can replace it . I did the things then I email them again and told them about condition that it is still not working . they said to me to wait for some time so that they can replace it but they didn't give me the replacement for the product for almost 2 months (on 25th February ). After so many emails and replies from them I got one part of the charger and that was adapter but not the USB cable . When I asked abt this they said that they can give only one thing at a time as there is two parts in a charger one is adapter and one is USB cable . They said it is the policy of their company that they can generate one bill for a product at one time and the second bill can only be generate after the first one is delivered to the customer .After I got the adapter I email them that I have received the adapter today so that they can generate another bill for the USB cable for my product . But they just told me to wait for that and when I email again to them for the product they gave me same response again after almost a month . And when I tried again after so many days they are not even replying me anymore .

                            My Handset YU 5010 (Yuphoria), is facing a lot of hardware and software issues. Some of which are :-
                            1.Heating Problem
                            2.Phones freezes or hangs
                            3.Phone automatically switches off
                            4.4G sim not supported
                            5.Network Drop everytime
                            6.Phone Blackout for minutes

                            I contacted YU support several time. They told me to visit Authorized Service Center.
                            I demanded for "Onsite Doorstep Warranty", but they said they discontinued it.
                            I went to service center they redirected me to other service center.
                            I am frustrated and fed up of YU Televentures Service.

                            Hence, I contacted my Lawyer friend, he suggested me we can file Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against YU Televentures on behalf of their thousands of Phone owner(they claim they have sold more than 2 lacs YU phones).

                            Since every YU handset owner agreed to the Warranty and repair agreement before purchasing their handset, they all being covered under the agreement.
                            Since Yu Televentures have discontinued their "Onsite Doorstep Warranty" a legal action can be taken against them Under
                            Unfair Trade Practice Under Consumer Protection Act, 1986
                            Clause (vi) of Section 2(1) (r) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 reads
                            "makes a false or misleading representation concern­ing the need for, or the usefulness of, any goods or services"

                            As for now instead of wasting my time running around service center, i can focus my time, energy and resource for the thousands Yu customer plagued under their deceit.

                              I have submitted my Yu Yuphoria Mobile to the Company's Authorized service center on 14.03.2016 due to touch screen issue and till date i have not received my Handset.

                              I have talked many time to the customer care executive (on [protected]) of YU but every time they are asking to wait for more 7 -10 days. Last conversation done on 26.04.2016. and they are not giving actual status of my mobile.

                              Even I have sent many mails to ( on mail ID.:[protected]@yuplaygod.com) and got same reply that wait for some time we will dispatch your mobile ASAP.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I bought yu-yuphoria phone of yu from amazon online shopping. It is under warranty. After 6-7 months i was facing problem related to screen(It was not sensing), i have submitted the phone on 27.02.2016 to service center "m/s. J.J. Electronics, dewas" who is authorized service center of yu. They have collected my phone stating that it will take time of 15 to 21 days to repair and provided me the job sheet no. *n[protected]*.

                                Now today is 27.04.2016, two month completed but not getting proper responce from customer care and not from company representative responsible from mp zone (Mr. Anand contact no. [protected]). I had many text msgs to him but he replied one time only after that not replying on call or sms.

                                I had called many time to customer service no. [protected], they are not able to provide the correct status every time they are committing me to delivery device by next week. But now two month is completed but still i’m struggling for my device.
                                Many time they have not provided me the status saying that system is down.

                                After many call only 2 time they have provided me the request no. Only not my phone (Representative name anamika-request no. 2362885, kaushal singh request no. 2362885 (Provided same no.) after talked with shashi kumar but not able to give me solution after that when i had insist him to transfer my call to his senior (After hold of 15-30min) call transferred to gaurav, he assured me deliver my device my next week means between 16 to 22 april 2016 but still my phone is not delivered.
                                I'm continuously calling to mr. Ananad but he is not picking up my call.

                                It is very painful that i had paid my money to buy the phone now i’m spending my time and my money for follow-up and all, i had to buy a bar phone for my current usage it is also wastage of money for.

                                I need solution on that and strict action on yu and is service team and mr. Anand.

                                  It has been more than 2 months that i haven't receive my phone yuphoria (Imei- [protected]), i was promised to be returned in 20 days but till all now its all scrap.
                                  I submitted my complain at kota mobile, kota on 29/02/2016. I was given a jobsheet no. N[protected]
                                  I problem was the touch wasn't working in many spots, when i press s on keyboard letter q appers and has many similar defaults.
                                  I was very happy to buy with my pocket money but after releasing that services its hurts me.
                                  At first the customer care request me to wait for 20 days and i waited but after i contact they have yet now starting repair .

                                  Within months is have contacted more than 100 times but still they are saying it would take more 10 days.
                                  Almost 4 time have they said me to wait for 10 days.
                                  I am totally frustrated with this service and company.

                                    I submitted my device to YU for repairing a proximity sensor issue on 17 Feb 2016 and was promised to receive my device within 15 days. I got my device back on 2 April 2016 after 46 days. Warranty ran out on 12 March 2016. The device now had a charging problem and since then i have been trying to get the device replaced but the company just keeps asking me to wait for 48 hours after which they will accept my device by extending warranty but do nothing. I have alreadt wasted so much time and money in calls and emails but to no avail.

                                    I got a call from the company and was asked about my problem. Then they said they are gonna replace my cell phone and a waybill will be generated soon. I got my cell replaced within 6 days. The waybill was generated within five minutes of me getting a call from their side.

                                      First of all my phone Yu yuphoria got loud speaker problem in just 3 months after purchase.
                                      Online job order created 4 months back, but no one came to pick up the phone. My job order cancelled without information. Then customer care informed me to submit the device in service center.

                                      I have submitted my phone on 26/02/2016.

                                      It's been nearly 2 months but still my phone not getting serviced.

                                      I have visited the service center for 3 times and contacted the customer care for 4 times. But I'm getting the same answer every time 'wait for 7 more days'.

                                      I kind of frustrated and shouted at the customer care employee. But still he's replying the same answer. He's not ready to pass the phone to superior authority also. No responsibility at all.

                                      After frustration I have asked him to send my phone as it is, but he said to go to service center again and fill a job return sheet. Such an irresponsible behavior.
