It been more than 8 months. Yu televenture is not refunding my money. For 3months their customer support replied that it will be refunded shortly, dont worry u ll get ur money back but it never happened.

After 2months their team called and said that bank account detail is not correct, although all the details provided to them was correct.
I told them to refund the money to another account, they replied money can only be refunded to the account of the customer.
Now i have another bank account, so i called them they told me to mail my account details;after i mailed everything now they are telling me that we had send you the cheque.

    I submitted my yu yunique in 16/05/2016 to the yu servicing centre because the phone got dead which they replaced before... but till now i didn't get my phone.. every time i call yu they taking 5 to 10 days.. every time i email yu they said wait please wait.. 2 months going to finish but... not recieved. thet sent me 4 times a email that "we are arranging to dispatch your shipment against your jobsheet numbrr." but from 2 month i didnt find any progress... please take it serious and solve my problem.. i want my phone in next 3 days..

      I gave a yu5510a phone to the you authorized service centre m/s sehaj tele care, jalandhar city punjab for repairing along time ago.
      Company customer care is telling that there may be possibility of repair they dispatched the device twice as they said but problem is not solving yet.

      I contacted with yu customer care 30 times (approx.) though the customer help line number which is chargeable (1 rupees/min).

      They always tell to wait for more time and matter is that at earlier time they told to wait for some time but now they are telling your case is very old and not responding to our calls.

        Dear sir/mam,
        I have submitted my device yu yureka plus 2 times in service centre in roorkee for mic problem & update my device from stock android to cyanogenmod. but they are not updating my device in cyanogenmod, mic problem also coming again and again. i'am mailing from last one month about my device update but m not getting any kind of confirmation for the same. right now also my phone in under process, so i'm send you a new jobsheet of my handset, kindly update it to cyanogenmod & resolve the mic problem permanently. hope you will reply & give confirmation for the same.

          I had bought the mobile in march 2015 and was talking over the mobile (yu yuphoria 5010) and suddenly the mobile restarted and both the sims were not detected. i tried rebooting several times, but problem did not solve. i also tried backup & reset to factory settings, but still no change. request you to kindly address the issue and help me solve it.

            I have an complaint Complaint Against Micromax Service Center for Service related and they are not able to provide proper resolution and service on time and I had given the my handset Yu Yuphoria 5010A on 21st May'2016 due to Software Brick issue my phone was got stuck on YU Logo after Updating the phone and I wait for someone since 7th Jun'2016 and no call received from service center regarding my phone after that I visited on 7th Jun '16 they said me that your phone has been returned due to RWR issue also said you RF cable has been damaged that's why returned but when I called in YU customer care they said to me your handset never sent to warehouse and also my phone was working fine & there was no problem regarding network and cable was damaged from the services center and they said you need to pay Rs.1200 for RF cable after that your handset will be send to service centre after 2 days I visited again on 9th Jun'2016 and submit the handset and ready to pay amount for RF Cable and Mr Trilok (Floor Supervisor) They said your RF cable will be repaired till tomorrow and then we will send your device to company then it will be come after replace then today I visited again for collect my device but still that was not replaced/repaired and they said that your device is pending with company and it will be come after 3-4 days but then I called on YU Customer care she said your device never send to company and its still pending in service center and I also asked for Door Step delivery but she's denied and also she didn't transferred the call on escalation desk and after that I call in service center for confirmation then service center agent said your device is still under repair and they didn't have part and it will be repair till friday and most important thing is micromax service center is not able to provide service and lying with customer then how could customer makes feel happy with company and now Today i also called to micromax service center they created new job sheet and most important thing is they didn't informed me also i got the call on 23rd June from one of the micromax agent and he promised me that my device will be handover to me on 5th June and today they didn't given on that day . and every customer is not happy with micromax service center kindly take the action against micromax service center and today i visited again service center but still my phone is not repaired and they are saying you can collect your phone tomorrow and i'm suffering last 2 month but till i didn't got my handset on ok status and most important thing i called on call center and said to agent if they are not able to resolve my problem kindly arrange door step service as an exception case but they are not ready to help me and when i said to transfer the call to your senior and he didn''t transferred the call and said you will get the call within 24 hours but still i didn't get the call,
            and i have flight on 10th july and i want my phone before that so accordingly.

                    I had purchased Yureka plus phone online(Amazon)on 13 September 2015. since than I faced many techicles and software issues and complained the same to the company as well as costemer care many many times, I also mailed and did many alternatives like various settings, format, factory reset and other as instructed by them, finally they decided to replace and this year in feburvary they sent the replacement after 3 months . The replaced handset provided by them is an second hand mobile and problematic I cant even use for a day it has so many issues.it automatically restart continuously min of 6-8 times . I have complain the same but they again saying to do so many alternatives and to go to the service centre rather than replacing with the new handset. The company is fraud and cheating their customer.My Work has suffered because of this careless attitude from the company and plus mentally i am annoyed and frustrated because of this service.

                      I found Yureka is a kind of Trap.First you have to buy there cheap pathetic phone and after warranty period you will fill there pocket via repairing yours phone(They are charging me 1/3 of amount of total purchased cost).I have purchased YUREKA Phone last week of January 2015.Within my warranty period my phone is already been replaced once.

                      Some how I was using refurbished phone.Now my warranty period is over few month before and today on 02 july 2016 my touch screen stopped working.I went to service center they told me it will cost me 3000/-(which is equal to 1/3 my my purchased cost to too much to afford person like me ) and for 1 week I have to stay with out phone.I will not recommend to buy any one this phone buy only If you want to another phone after one year because they also want you to come their service center to fill heft amount to their pockect.When I went to Service center I have seen so many persons were one queue because they have so many issue with this phone(Because they are using so cheap items to build this phone).
                      .Does this mean that I had spent 9000 rs only for one year.
                      This company not using so reliable parts to build there products and making money by after sales service (Like they are now charging me 3000/- which is really to much for me to afford).

                      I would like to request you to please cancel the licence of this company.Or if you can provide solution so please reduce cost of after sales servies.

                        As discussed with customer care and visit so many services centre I write this mail .
                        I bought yuphoria mobile with model 'YU...' from amazon site last Aug 2015.
                        My handset is under warranty. And from last few days i am facing issue with display. I am able to attend calls on it but screen is blank.

                        I visited below 3 customer care shops and all of them are demading for Rs 2700/3500/2200.

                        1. M/s Shree Sai Telecom (Gurgaon): Shop No-A3-A4, F.F, Devi Palace, Opp. Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon
                        They said display of my handset is afftected. And display does not comes under warranty. So you need to pay Rs 2700 for repairing it.

                        2. M/s Shri Krishna Comm(Delhi): A-10, Kabir Nagar, Opp Goyal Gadde Wala, Near Shiv Mandir, Shahdara, Delhi
                        They said display, camera and mother board is affcted. Mother board will be replaced under warranty but for other accessories you need to pay Rs 3500 for repairing. Now if motherboard is not working then how i am able to receive calls. Then he said this is not a YU services centre this is a private shop please go somewhere else so why you show this shop as YU services centre.

                        3. M/s Vi Communication: Shop No.-83A, 1st Floor, Radhey Puri Extension, Jagat Puri, Main Road, Opp Karkarduma Court New Delhi
                        They said display of my handset is afftected. And display does not comes under warranty. So you need to pay Rs 2200 for repairing it.

                        Also 1 and 3 number service centre take Rs 50 both for just checking my phone .

                        If my handset is under warranty, then why i would pay money for the same. Also all customer care shops are for micromax brand. And they talk very rudely to yureka customers or with checking anything they said “ye phone under warranty me sahi nahi hog a jo karn a hai kar lo”

                            RIDICULOUS, UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE – YU / MICROMAX --- WORST BRAND TO RELY ON ----

                            I had purchased the new Yu Yutopia online in the very first week after its launch for Rs. 25, 000/- (The most expensive phone in its brand). I started facing charging issue in the end of March (just within 2 months). I reported this issue at the Tamanna Infotech, Micromax Service centre, Andheri East on 2nd April, they asked me to submit the phone & was given a job sheet (W[protected]XXXX) without the return date and was told by the representative that I will receive the phone via courier at my door step within 20-25 days. I waited for 25 days and started follow-up calls, No one receives the call on the numbers provided on the job sheet[protected] / [protected]).

                            After several attempts, on my following off - Saturday – 7th May, I visited the Tamanna Infotech Service centre again and was informed by a young careless and not so bothered lady at the desk that they had printed a wrong job sheet and my phone had been resent to the Yu Centre with a new job sheet number (W[protected]XXXX) on 5th May and after having a stern conversation with the young lady, her response was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I was told by another representative to check back after 2 weeks. I have been calling the customer service help line number ([protected]) and they have been telling me every week since that past one month that my phone will be dispatched in 4-6 days. It’s been almost 3 months now the service centre has not returned my phone and has not bothered to update me on the job status.

                            What kind off a service centre is this that takes 3 months (90 days) to resolve a charging issue that too of a brand new & the most expensive phone of their brand? I suppose it takes them less than a month to make a new phone. I was given a 12 months warranty on purchase out of which three months is exhausted at the service centre. What’s the guarantee that I will receive my phone in the same condition in which I had submitted it to the service centre? Whenever I visit a Micromax service centre I find the representative using another customer’s phone. What the guarantee that no one at the service centre is using my phone?

                            I am still awaiting my phone and I am sure I am never going to recommend anyone to buy this phone or this brand’s phone.

                            I hope that some manager or executive reads this and shows some courtesy to respond or get in touch with me and return my phone and compensate for the delay.

                            Extremely annoyed and disappointed…please do not buy this brand phone…

                              I have ordered yu yuphoria phone in october 2016and found no network in mobile phone after inserting sim in both slots and and contacted regarding this in hisar service center after that service center firstly told us they have solve the problem but after 2 days same problem arise again we went to service center .
                              after that service center create the job sheet and send the mobile phone to gurgoan service center after 2 month we received phone and found speaker not working and one sim slot not working and imei was changed and heating issue and handset was changed told my hisar service center executive. it is my new handset and facing lot of problem i want refund of my money i am feed up with service center and no trust at all

                                ​Hello,
                                I had bought yuphoria 5010a Before 6 Months and now in 2-3 months i got sound problem.
                                I can not hear Ringtone in the phone nor Songs.
                                Waste of 8000/- on this phone.
                                I can search customer service center online on yuphoria website but that is wrong information.
                                Now what should i do ?
                                Waste of my money,
                                Do Not waste your money on cheap company like yuphoria.

                                Please solve my problem as soon as possible

                                  I had submitted my handset on 4th June 2016 as the touch pad had become unresponsive. It has been 12 days, I have been following up every other day, they have been giving one or the other reason for the incompletion of work. I do not understand how much tme does it take to replace the touch pad. My phone is within warranty period. I need a quick response. I cant stay without the phone for such a long time.

                                    Our software got wiped off in yu yuphoria model.We went to the service centre and they told us that it ought to go to higher authorities which will cost almost 4000 rs.(Half the cost of mobile) just because its audio jack is little broken, Which I think should be our choice whether we want to get it repaired or manage ourselves(as it is not creating problems and not even visible) but they are saying it as mandatory to get it repaired which would cost 4000 for a little audio jack.I am so sorry to say but I think switching to yu models was our greatest mistake since it has been creating problems from the very starting we bought it.Even the service providers do not help.Cost of mobile(8000)+this service charge(4000) would total to be 12000 in which I could have bought far better model...but due to affordability I chose this product, which is now I think a pathetic product...I would request you to kindly get the software downloaded in our mobile at no cost otherwise return our money so that we can jump to some other product.

                                      On 12 july 2015 i purchase yu device (Yuphoria) from www.amazon.in they said that you cover 1 year warranty for phone but now problem is that they are saying that we will not give you warranty of phone because there is no seal of yu on the phone. Earlier yu were saying that we will provide door step service but now they didn't i have no problem that which/whatever service they give but problem is that his service centre (Micromax care, gaya bihar) said this phone is not under warranty.
                                      I call/e-mail too many times to yu support but they didn't take any action.
                                      Please take any legal action

                                        I have given my yut0pia ph0ne at micromax service centre at koramangala service 0n 25th april 2016
                                        I was clearly told that i will get it back within15-20 days but today is 13th june 2016 and there is no update whenever i call the customer care all they say is within 10 days it wi be dispatched and when i ca again after the 10 days the answer is same
                                        This nuisance is n0t t0lerabe and the behavi0ur is unacceptable
                                        I need a refund kindly give me back my 25 k or else i may have to take a legal action

                                        Did i not already post my concern here?and i have already mailed to that same address and called that no too its of no use which i have already mentioned in my above post.Kindly read that and reply to the same Dont tell me to mail or call you..What is this?You cant even provide a proper answer and looking for an escape route.I have given my Job sheet no clearly Kindly see to it that my device is dispatched ASAP OR ELSE I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION
