I purchased YU5010 last year in December, till to yet three time i submitted my phone to company due to screen with dots problem.

on 05 of dec16 again, i gave handset to Ayushi Enterprises in Indore and on 07 Dec it was repair,

But after i day new screen also got the same problem of shades,

Again i submitted my phone to you service center at indore M.P..

Now condition is that service center say... the required part is not available in company... he not able to confirm me how much time company take to response to arranging the part..

i was very bad experience had with such a reputed company...

i need replacement for the same... that's it...

Sir, I m using your yu yunique since last 2 months.when i bought it i was feeling better with it but now it starts creating problems.these are- automatic battery draing mostly by android system. Mobile never sleep.some lags, No new updates available.
Kindly solve these problems and send me a new updates.

    And not upgradeable my device. My device is KitKat 4.4.4 version but I want 6.0 marshmallow version in my device.My Yureka plus is Kitkat 4.4.4 Android version. But I want upgradeable to 6.0. Please upgrade my device 6.0 marshmallow version .
    Micromax service center not upgradeable my device. So repair my device as soon as with upgrade 6.0 marshmallow version.

      I gave my yu yunicorn for repairs after the screen had shattered because of a fall to M/S Exclusive care, kochi . the service centre assured me of the repairs within 2 weeks and a repair cost of 3500/-. The staff at the service center is very ignorant and get to work only after constant reminders. the service center could manage to get my phone repaired only after 5 weeks, the reason for which they stated was the delay in spare parts approval process by the company. however due to some issues the phone couldn't fully be repaired and the issue of battery bulging raised ( the service center had already done repairs on display and motherboard panel and charged me for a total of 5500/- bill). at delivery the phone was working absolutely normal and the only issue left were to rectify was the battery and front camera. i agreed on to keep the phone at service center till the final repairs were over. only after a month of relentless reminders did the service center did they agree on giving the phone back( unprepared till now). to my agony the this time the very replaced screen was damaged having scratches, screen blanking on bottom corners and hazy display. moreover the software are no longer working and the phone has been formatted following loss of my important personal data including photos and documents . i was terrified by the excuses given by the service center regarding the issues with their company product services and their attitude with every single customer who walks in their office.every time a gave a call to the office the staff would come up with numerous problems which never existed with the phone like network fluctuations and motherboard short circuit. i had taken up the case with the company officials to either refund the money or replace the mobile ( given the amount of time and the kind of repair services they provide ) but they too don't seem to pay much heed. kindly look into this matter and help me out, because it's been really annoying with the state of service since last 2 months with yu mobiles.

        Hi,
        My name is Priya. I booked Yureka Plus mobile through Amazon on 13th August. However t he device started misbehaving after few months, like switching off suddenly while placing a call or complete blackout. However, now i.e. 18.11.2016, it completely got turned off with no sign of getting started. I have had consulted the near by store and they are unable to function it.
        Since mobile phones are not day to day investment, it makes my heart -broken to have lost Rs.10, 000/- in a blink of an eye with absolute no recovery of the immense amount of data loss. I would be hugely overwhelmed if the company can suggest as to what to do the cell phone because it has become like an absolute rock. As a consumer, i feel that there should be proper and immediate looking forward to the complaint lodged.

          Hello sir, I bought your Yu Yuphoira phone on last week of July, I used your phone just for 2 month and 15 days and remaining 1 month 3 days its been in your service center.They told me that company is not sending them parts.
          Last week I called them and they said sir your phone has been repaired kindly receive it..and when I went there they told me sorry company have't send me the parts..worst service plus phone ever that I ever purchased.This is the difference between you and rest like samsung, sony, htc..What a poor quality product..seriously sir...
          I want to you to kindly replace my phone...I am fade up completely..You cheated me... you have manufacturing default in phone then why I am suffering, If you can't give quality product kindly stop making fool to other by showing your specification...

            Hi Customer Support Team,
            I am writing this email after following up with Service center for 2 months and also following up with Phone Customer Support twice.

            I was advised to write email to [protected]@yuplaygod.com

            Problem: I purchased the phone on 12 August from Flipkart and got delivered on 14th August. I used this phone for one day and unfortunately, it fell from a height of 1 feet and screen got broken. Invoice No : # BLR_WFLD[protected] is attached.

            I got to know that screen is not covered under warranty and Phone is with Service center since then. ((M/s Planet Cell, Building 1A, Survey No. 34A/5, Plot No. 1B, Nagar Road, Wadgaon Sheri, Next To Inorbit Mall, Pune))

            Reply from Service Center: Parts is not available and we will call you once the phone is repaired. Three job sheet has been closed in past 3 months and now this one also closed. (W[protected])

            Customer Frustration: How can one stay disconnected and without phone for 3 months with no dates when my phone will be repaired? Finally, I had to buy a new phone and definitely this time it is not YU. Attached invoice of new phone purchased after 2 months of follow-up on poor service.

            Customer Request: Since it is a brand new phone and used only one day, Please provide me a replacement phone as parts are not available for 3 months OR give me a refund.

            I hope you will take this seriously and address my concern. Feel free to call me and discuss.

              I had purchased yu yureka plus (White color) some months before. After some days my mobile camera stopped working. I subbmitted my mobile to service center they said that the problem will not be solved at their hand and this set can only be corrected by company only, so this set will be send to company. I permitted them, after 25-30 days service center offered me an another used hand set of black color, when i said that my handset was white color then they replied that company replaced your set. When i refused to accept the set then service center said either i have to accept this used black handset or take my old hand set after 15-20 days with defective camera.

              I accepted that mobile but after some days this black handset also creates problem. Again & again this set became hang. I again complained to service center they said this is software problem after updation it will not be hang, and they updated for 4-5 times. After some days same hanging problem arise i again contacted to service center they again said that this set will be send to company.

              Now my handset is with company. From the date of purchase my handset is in service center more than in my pocket.

              Here is the complaint no. Issued to me on various times :-

                I have Yu yureka A05510 which was having issue of softwar (network issue in one slot out of two).
                i have contactaed to M/s. Surabhi communication @shop no01 MC comples, opp. Delhi Gate, Nahan, District Sirmour(Himanchal Pradesh).
                They told that warranty period is expired & during software upgration by them the borad is dead & they charged me 2000 Rupees. but replaced the old borad of yureka Plus in Yuyreka which were having many software issues.
                finally i returned them this handset for replacing new board & software upgradation to Lollypop.
                But they are now denying that new board is not available & not repaing the set although they have taken the money.
                Please take strict action they are misguiding me & not picking up my phone.
                many times i gone there but they are not ging resonce or nither reparied Handset .
                Please see the the yu yureka reputation & customer problem otyherwise i may go ahead to consumer forum.

                    I am athul. A. Pillai, i submitted my phone for a problem related to battery in my area service centre on 06/10/16., a week later they informed me that they booked for the battery and you have to wait for some more days. But still the battery is not delivered and i dont have my phone till date. It has been a month, still there is no response from yureka service team for this small issue.                       Respected Sir,
                      I have perches one of your company mobile YUNIQUE PLUS . after 2 days i have found battery charging issue in this phone ( battery consume without use within 1/2 hrs )
                      over heating issue similarly found, after this i have visited that shop where perches ( they clearly told me visit the nearest service center and make DOA because of phone is faulty)

                      As per instruction i have visit one of your service center THE MOBILE CARE ( b 36, 1st floor Guru nanak Pura, Laxmi nagar 11092 ) but they denied for any resolution and refuse for make DOA even within 5 to 10 minutes in front of them phone battery was consume 10% without any use and set is over heating .

                      Now I have want to be replaced this, if this is not possible make my money refund .

                          I'm Himanshu Parashar. I got my yuphoria stuck on boot animation . I handed it to Micromax service center. They said that there is a problem with the PCB so they have to send it to Delhi. I handed it over on 28/9/2016.Phone imei [protected]. They said it would get repaired in 30 days .
                          Now its 21 days and they said they don't know how much time my phone will take more . I want my phone cause I don't have any other phone . So plz try to repair my phone asap . Or get me my yuphoria replaced or I should go to consumer forum as I can't do any work . I want my phone get repaired in 7 days or replace my phone . As I can't afford to buy any other phone now.

                            Hi,
                            After my phone stopped working, micromax service center told me that the pcb of the phone needed to be changed, so i gave my phone to them for repair (With the required charges), but i was not given any jobsheet by them.
                            Mmxcare took 20 days to get the pcb changed but even even after pcb change the issue was not resolved.

                            On 21st day mmxcare sent the device to yucare. I called them after anoter 15 days to enquired yucare about the repir status of my device they asked me for jobsheet number, but mmx care had not given me any jobsheet but only receipt. For giving the jobsheet mmxcare took another 4 days.
                            Now when total 40 days had passed yucare told me that the repair status of the device was unknown; they also told me that the device was being sent back to mmxcare.

                            Because of such slow and pathetic service my mmx and yu the device became out of warranty on 30th september. Out of the 12 months of warranty my device has been in service center for more than 4 months in total.

                            Even the last time i submitted my device to service center they instead of repairing the device gave it to me with dust filled in front camera and without the speaker-net.

                            I want you to take note of this case and resolve it on priority.

                              My phone was suddenly restart & stuck on yu logo on last thursday & fully dead on next day & nothing happening till the time hence i was called in cc & the associate diverted to me on service center then i went on same day on my nearest service point in front of railway station indore mp.

                              The service center associate not able to resolve my issue due to my device is not connecting with laptop/desktop via usb cable. He think that my device usb slot damaged or it is in not working condition.

                              Kindly help me on priority to resolve my device issues.

                              I had already called many times.

                              My Yureka Plus booting frequently on YU Logo.

                              I Have flashed official CM 12.1 after received a link with YU customer care (Ticket id: 2814289) & also Hard reset my phone fully(Ticket id: 2815831) but issue not resolved.

                              I had also visited to Service Center in Indore at Orbit Mall but he was denied to help me as I have a Yureka Plus which was swapped from Yureka to Yureka Plus by customer care team in Feb'16 but the same is not mentioned on Swapped Invoice copy.

                              Kindly help me on priority to take me out of this problem/Issue.

                                Hi sir, i bought a mobile in yu yuphoria yu5010, i bought before 1 year mobile is not updating, rooting, laging, hanging, not responding, slow camera, front camera error, sensor error, battery problem, sim problem, lock button error.recently before 1 day the data erassed itself and rebooted. I went to micromax service center they took and said my phone that is "it is nice i will check".after three days i went again for my phone in micromax service center they said my is not powering up it is gone. They are not reparing and kiling phones. So plz help me.Solve the problen in micomax service center in rajahmundry...

                                  1 - I have yu yureka plus mobile...Purchesed from amazone, this phone is having problem that irritests me, I can hear the voice of other person but he/she can't hear my voice during calls...

                                  2 -Excessive heating of the Yureka is one issue that nearly every Yureka user is unhappy about.

                                  3 - phone sometimes does restart on its own.

                                  4 - yu support representative fails to provide a satisfactory response.

                                  5 - battery drains like anything i have to charge it 2-3 times a day.

                                      I had brought a yu yuphoria imei no-[protected], device in feb 2016, after 17th day after buying, the screen got blank and the phone didn't start up, i asked the company for replacement but they denied, and told me that they will repair it in few days, i agreed them and received the device on 3rd april 2016, they took almost 30 days to repair my phone, after that i had lag in my phone software they fixed it, after 2 months o[censored]sing it got the same problem of screen getting blank again they again disargued for replacement or refund and gave me repaired device after 12 days with another issue of sim ports not working properly, i kindly request to give me the refund i am fed up of going to service center 7-8 times within 6 months .

                                        Dear team,

                                        I had bought yu mobile details attached phone last year thru online. Within over a year the handset has been defaulted and has stopped working. This happened three time, initially there was a heating and battery problem, being this redone, there has now been more issues with the handset and does not happen to resolve.

                                        Every time i have face new problems with this handset, and very much annoyed with this handset. It is not even a year, and the phone is getting serviced.

                                        Now, when the phone is in servicing again – the phone does not detect the memory card and has the problem again. Because of all this i cannot attend my calls and its really troublesome to get it serviced all the time.

                                        I am seriously frustrated and you need to sort this out immediately. I want one time solution to this. Hope this is clear.

                                        The handset is still under warranty
