Same problem here!!!
I had spoken to yu customer care and gave my phone to micromax service centre as per their request!!!
I have the jobsheet of service centre also.
the jobsheet number is S[protected] dated[protected]
I have sent them my mobile and they have been telling 10 days from past 2 months
I am going to file a consumer complaint today..
I have already told yu customer service agents that I will be filing the complaint and I have recorded their responses!!!
worst customer care in history!!!

    I'm having yureka plus device and it's headset is not working. I'm contacted yu support and they asked to pay 200 rupees for that headset and sent me a link for payment and i'm paid that amount. After that they sent that headset to wrong address and again i'm contacted yu support and requested them to send a new headset to my address but they said 'it should reach our warehouse first' and asked me to contact again after it reaches their warehouse. It was reached their warehouse 15 days back and i'm mailed them many times and still mailing daily but they are not even responded to single mail...

      I was having issue of battery drainage so customer care said to submit the device. I submitted it on 9-3-2016. The job sheet number is w[protected]. They said max. Of 20 days it will take. I mailed them many times but they are not giving proper answers just copy pasting the format they got. Every day they just say you will get your device as soon as possible. Thats it.

        My name is deependea singh from gwalior -474005
        I brought yu yuphoria cell online from amazon (1 oct. 2015) and after three months the lock key is not work properly, then i decide to submit the cell on service center on date 02- mar.-2016 and they told it takes only minimum 15 days and maximum 20 days and new cell phone is dispatch at your home then i said ok and they give me a jobsheet (Jobsheet no. N[protected]) and today is
        14- apr.-2016 i call in yu yuphoria service center almost 20 time every time they it takes just 8 working days, 15 days but every time they just made me fool
        So please help me and take a urgent action on this serious issue

          I had touchpad problem of my yuphoria device. I contacted to the help line and submitted my device in hyderabad yu servicing centre on11/02/2016. My invoice no is s[protected].Yu had claimed for replacement of device with in 30 days.Now the are continuously telling exctra 10 when i call after the past claimed date.They are cheating innocent indians but not in outside india.I will never grant the brand to my friend and collegeue in future till my death. They are putting black ink in the white indian market.One day they will be eradicated due to their behaviour in 21st century.The brand is not felling customer pains. As a poor i am will not do any thing otherwise i will place my phone under the bus tire and send the video to yu.

            I am really frustrated from yu yuphoria services. I called them 3 months ago that is on 09 january 2016 for a issue in my yuphoria device. The issue was that my sim 1 card slot was not detecting any sim cards so i called them and they told me that it will get replaced and the way bill was generated at jan 10 2016(The way bill no is[protected] and order no is mh[protected] and reference no is 1876471) and they told me that it will be at my house in 15 days. But after 15 days they told it will take some more time that is more 15 days/ after that the this process lasted for 2 months and then one day when i called yuphoria service center they told me that they have closed there servces of door to door delivery. I mean seriously after two months they are telling me that they cannot delivery the replaced phone. So then i went to micromax service center to give my device for replacement. I gave my phone on 1st april 2016, they told me that it will take 15 days but now when i called yuphoria service center they are now telling me that your device will deliver in more 15 days. Now i think they will do the same thing with me what they did 4 months ago by not sending the new device.
            I am writing this complaint over here because i hope i can get help from here,

Patience my foot i am patience from 3 months i cant be more patience. I need my phone in 5 days if i dont get it i will go in consumer court.
            And this is a FINAL warning For you all. TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY.

              I am tired to hear same things from your customer care, i have spend too much money in calling u, every time the ans is same from your side...whats the hell? You can, t able to give a exact date or aproximate date to customer.. Shame on yu team. Every time i call customer centre they saying 10 days more to dispatch..r u gonna take whole life to replace it?and send it to me..on my address.

                I bought a yu yuphoria handset 5 months ago from amazon. It was creating problem even after second day when i got it.
                One month ago a serious problem occurred in my cell(Speakers not working), then i called yu company, they told me to submit the phone to service sentre.
                I submitted it on service centre on 12th of march. They told me to maximum of 15 days to wait.
                It has been one month today. I called yu after 15 days, they again told me to wait 10 days, after 10 days i called they again told me to wait maximum for 5 days and said that the device is ready for dispatching,
                Now after 5 days i again called them then they again told me to wait for 7-10 days n told that device is still under process, not ready yet.
                I called amazon, they told we can't do anything for this.
                I told yu that now i will case against you, they said its up to you whatever you want to do and didn't gave any satisfactory answer.
                Clearly they are making me fool and i don't think that they want to return my handset.
                I am frustrated too much.
                Please help me, i have no other way except file the case to you.

                Yureka — Smartphone replacement

                I bought phone 1 month ago after upgrading it .My phone is dead. Now yureka company do not solve my problem.I report 2 weeks ago when i call him, they say we reply after 48 hours.

                  From 2/3/2016 i have requested for replacement of back cover of my yureka device but the company is just making fool, company said they will deliver back panel in 15 days, almost 40 days passed i haven't received back panel, i have called yu customer care for many times but each time they say we will deliver as soon as possible. I have also send many mails to the company but in return a computerised generated mail is send. No action has been taken yet by the company.I have called companies customer care for 10-12 times in last 40 days and sent them 8-10 mails, bt still their is no solution.

                      I have a yu yutopia which stopped working after a month or two and when i checked yu website it states that doorstep warranty is available in my area and their warranty claimed that if any thing goes wrong they will provide onsite warranty now when i call their customer care they say that doorstep waranty had been stopped but i don't see that mentioned anywhere on the net or their website

                        Its now going to be 40 days

                        I havn't received my device yet

                        They have told me to wait 25 days for the replacement or repairing process after the 25 i call then they told me to wait 15 day


                        Every week i call them they are telling me to wait 15 more days

                        And its too long i m waiting for my device

I have been given date after date for my issue to be resolved and return my handset from the repairs at your wear house.                               I have submitted my yureka mobile in their service center on 02.03.16 and got back on 08.04.16 after tremendous follow up.
                              But the mobile stopped working after one day, the problem is same (Touch is not working). I thing they did not repaired my mobile. They just formatted and did temporary adjustment and send back.
                              My friend (Mob.[protected]) has a similier type experience, he got replaced his yureka mobile 4 times with defaulted one, and still his mobile in service center. He is suffering from last 6 month.
                              I wonder same thing will happen to me, i never get my mobile repaired. I may have to face same circumstances.

                              Please provide a valuable solution. I dont want to give the mobile in service center, it will take again more than a month and u will return with no repairing or replace with other defected returned phone.

                              I do not want to be in situation like my friend. So i humbly request you to take my mobile back and refund my money. Otherwise i will have to file a court case against your company.

                                My phone's touch is not working completely, therefore phone is useless for me. This is third instance that I have to complained about my phone. Yu Yuphoria is very worst phone that I had purchase I will never recommend to any other. Phone is useless & I have seen lots of problems. Even I have reported three issues in my phone after purchasing. I have submitted my mobile for replacement to near Service Centre on 23-Feb. It is almost more than 1 & Half months when i submitted for replacement, It is a very long time. Very Bad Customer Service.

                                Very bad service at a all. Nobody is responsible for give me proper answer...

                                Please stop selling your mobile if you don't have better customer support & service...

                                  But not yet dispatched from warehouse of yu. It's been more than 52 days.

                                  They keep on telling to wait 10-15 days for last one month. I have call recordings as well.

                                  They company had been delaying the delivery of the product unnecessarily telling that that the logistics problems have crept in... I received the product after 3 months. I won't say about the quality of product which i received coz it wud be too early to decide. Overall : A bad company buy products from already established company like Sony, Samsung, Nokia... Why should be bear the pain if they are under their phase of establishment... We are paying so we deserve to avail the best...

                                    We have given the complaint & mobile hand set your Authorized service center M/s.SUN Technology in Bangalore on 27th Feb 2016.

                                    Our mobile was under warrententy. Set was handed over them. Now more than 45 days over. But we have not got any responses from customer side.

                                    I would like to know When they will be able to dispatch after repair / replacement.

                                      I am rahul goyal i have submitted yu yureka on 27 feb 2016 for replacement at service centre then they said that you have to wait 25-30 days nd u will get youe device at your home by delievry.then i call after 30 days then they said wait 4-5 days then again i call afyer 5 days then they again make some plead and said that more wait for 7-8 days then again i call then they are saying sir you have to wait 10 days more they are delaying vry much.sir i get very much irritation by this all nd spent so much money when calling at customer care for regarding my device.

                                        My name is sneh from ludhiana (Punjab).I have a complaint regarding my
                                        Yuphoria yu5010 that i submitted on service center on 11-march-2016,
                                        Because there is a problem in display of my phone so i submitted it in near
                                        Yu service center and they said that it should get replaced with in 20-25
                                        Days, but now its about 1 month has already passed but there is no
                                        Replacement of my phone yet, i don't even get a call from yu care suppport,
                                        I just wanted to know about my phone replacement status

                                        Submitted on 14th Feb... Not yet dispatched from warehouse of yu after replacement. It's been more than 52 days.

                                        Should I complaint in District Court of Gurgaon?

                                        My Google aaps are not responding properly and also some other apps this problems are coming now a days not before .
                                        I also exchange phone one time .
                                        Please solve my problem as sonn as possible.
