I have sent my yureka mobile for the first time for replacement issue on 8th of october and got the replaced piece almost after one and a half month and that too damaged one. my battery was gitting fastly discharged. i have been said to upgrade my mobile from cynogen 12.0 to 12.1. but because of some manufacturing defect i was not able to upgrade it.Again as said by the customer care to submit it to service center, i submiteed it on 12-feb and got it back on 15-march. Both the time i was said i will be getting my mobile back within 15 working days. But both the time it took more than a month. The mobile i got after a month was also a damaged one and not getting charged. For ecthis issue talked to yu customer care more than 15 times and visited two different service center and found that the replaced mobile i have got is getting sorted and i am again being said to deposit to service center for replacement.

what is the use of buying your mobile if it stays with you more than me. i have asked your customer care to transfer call to senior in more than my 8 calls, but none of your senior executive is available.

Now for the replacement i have to submit the mobile, but not possible for me to arrange any other set for use for a month. So, i request you to send me the replaced piece or any other piece to use untill i get the replaced piece.

    Job sheet no :- [W[protected]] Still cell phone has not given under replacment but I submitted on[protected] and now[protected] but under his policy 1 month over but still they are saying under process my cell they done mistake by himself by giving a wrong bad condition phone want cell phone back I already complaint to yu customer executive but they are not ready to accept his fault

    Still On Delay almost 1 months and 15 days over but still YU has not given help me out consumer complaints yu has still not given phone they just wasting a time who's buyed this phone really it's very fake company still pathetic service help me out not at all yu has reply a. Properly they just give days only not sorting my problem as your yu service center they said almost in a 20 days your phone as deliver but yu has still not give reply me straight forward answer #YU TELEVENTURE

      I submitted my yureka plus on android at Thane service centers.They gave me a time of maximum 15 days To replace it.They have not returned my handset till today.Whenever i call YU care they gave me a f#$king reason that there was technical issue but yiur device will be in your hand only in next 7 days or 10 days.They told me that your device is been listed in the dispatched list but whenever i ask about the dispatchment status they say me that it will be dispatched soon...I am frustated with the poor service of YU.please please help me out...

        My handset's screen was broken and I submitted the handset for repair at a YU Service centre in Guwahati on 23rd December 2015. They have not returned the handset till today.

              I had reported a problem to YU regarding touch screen issues on the Yuphoria Handset and after making me format my phone they acknowledged that the device needed to be replaced. The device was to be received on January 5th as per their records but still nothing. I do not get replies to emails and on the phone they keep apologising saying technical issue and within 10 days i will receive the handset. I eventually bought a new phone and asked them for a refund after giving sufficient time to deliver my handset but they do not respond to my emails. Getting quite fed up. This sort of attitude cannot be tolerated

              I received a call and the lies and deceit continue. I was asked to now go to the service center and deposit my handset and then post 15 days would receive it despite the fact that during purchase home delivery was assured. In any case had written to them along with the invoice of the new purchase that I intend to receive a full refund due to their delay and lack of service since I couldn't wait forever to receive a replacement (after giving sufficient notice). I have rejected accepting the new unit that was attempted to be delivered today and will send them a notice shortly. There is no regret or effort to make up for their mistake either, utter shame how this company has behaved.

                I submitted my phone to YU Televentures due to technical problem through one of their service center.
                But they are not returning it back.
                They are saying company has shipped my device via DTDC and provided me a fake docket no, which is V27580821.
                When i am asking them for the copy of proof of docket no., they are not even responding.
                Please look into the matter.

                    I ordered a yureka plus from amazon in august 2015. A week back, my phone stopped charging. any charger i tried was loose. I went to their service center on 15 march 2016 in jagat puri, delhi. Their executive told me that there is a problem with the motherboard and i should go to their service center in Nirman VIhar, Delhi. When i reached nirman vihar after waiting at the previous center for 2 hrs, they told me that since i was late, i had to come gain the next day. It was 5:15pm, however the service center closes at 6. I went the next day at 4pm. I waited till 5:30pm, when they told me that since the servers were down, i had to come again the next day. Now i will have to go again on 17, the third consecutive day, to get my phone checked. The service center id clearly displaying a careless attitude towards the customers. Never am i getting a micromax phone again in my life!!!

                      I purchased this phone around 23rd Jan 2015 . On 07 Jan 2016, the product display got damaged and I raised complaint with YU support and they took over phone from my door step at 28 Jan 2016, stating that you need to pay Rs. 3000 against the same for which I agreed.
                      Since then, I have been following up rigorously without any resolution.
                      I have called YU support ample number of times but their reply remains the same as " Your waybill no is not yet generated, please wait for 24-48 hours ... "
                      I asked to connect me to the Senior for timely resolution, but each & every time I was asked to wait & the phone got disconnected.
                      I request you to please look into the matter, need your urgent intervention here to resolve the same on priority.

                        My self dheeraj yadav, mob no-([protected]), i want to inform you that, i had submitted my yu yureka device at their service centre (Shivas technologies, 107/252a nehru nagar, near brahm nagar, kanpur, up) on 17 of feburary 2016, for replacement, job sheet no.-(N[protected].They have told me that i will receive my device within 15 working days.But i didn't receive my device yet. I had contacted yu customer support team, i had called their yu cutomer executive so many times on their helpline no.-([protected]). But they always makes fake promises, they always said to me that you will get your device within 7 days but after 7 days they again commit the same thing, i think i got trapped, they always make fraud promises, they are not sending the device, i am really helpless, please do something help me to get my device back.

                            myself shivam kushwaha, i purchased a yu yuphoria mobile via amazon in the month of oct 2015, its was working fine, but in the month of feb 2016, i am nt able to record a video. so i given my phone in service center, in hyderabad. they told they are unable to fix the issue, so they will be sending my mobile to delhi. on 17 feb i given my phone. till today's date there is no progress in repair. so i told them to return my mobile back as it is. they are not giving back my mobile. today's date is 14 march 2016, its almost a month.

                                Mainey yureka phone first lot me liya tha last year 26 feb 2015 ko... is phone me bug tha.. purey saal pareshan rhi is phone se.. finally 2 month aphley company isko replace krney ko taiyar hui.. ek baar complain register honey k babjud company ki taraf se onsite warranty thi phir bhi complaint apki company ki taraf se khud kisi problm k karan cancel ho gai phir apk Engineer ne bola ki mam plz ap device hamarey service centre me de dejea.. ek weak me wapas ho jayegi apko.. but aj one month honey ko hai.. apk costomer pservice waley roj bevkuf banatey hai koi khta hai courier company k oass tracking k lye gayi hai.. koi khta hai ware house me hai... sir mainey request ki thi mujey higher official se baat karaye to mujsey kha gya ki 24 hours baad apk pass call ayegi 4 days ho gye koi call nhi ayi.. mainey unko bataya tha ki present address mai wed 16 mar ko mujey bahar jana hai 15 days k lye so plz device 16 tk merey yha phucha de, , , but her koi alag baat kr rha hai.. mai bhut pareshan hu.. plz help... phley hi purey saal phone ne pareshan kiya ab apki company waley pareshan kr rhey hai.. plz ap meri money refund kr de.. ya 2 din k ander phone wapas kr de.. mai consumer forum me bhi apni complain register krwaney ki soch rhi hu.. mai is phone se bhut pareshan hu...

                                    I submitted my mobile YU Uphoria for a defect/problem in the screen, as it was showing while square dots on the top edge of the working area of the screen. Which ware increasing with time. I submitted my mobile to the Service centre(collection centre of yu, handled micromex service centre, Dandia Bazar, Vaododara) by of 3rd feb.2016. They given me a jobsheet. After 15 days I got a call from them that my device returned to them but still the problem is not solved and another problem of device start-up found by them, which was never there in the device. They provided me an another Job-sheet number (W[protected] to send the device back to solve the problem. Still today the service centre people, who answers very nicely and politely that my device is lying at Delhi plant and under process. How long it takes to resolve a problem in this fast moving world. If YU is not able to solve the problem, please in form me so I could able to take further action for the same. There isn't any number to talk with for the same.

                                      I was using YU Yureka Mobile, the mobile had a reverse charging issue from Dec 2015, I have raised compliance on Jan 14. YU Customer support team accepted it and they informed about mobile replacement. From that date on wards they are not responding about my compliant. 3 months got over but they didn't my request

                                        I bought a yu yureka in may 2015. After only 6 months, it started giving charging issues in nov which was highly disappointing in the first place. I reported the issue to them on 1st jan 2016 and after multiple tries to resolve the issue on phone and email, i submitted the phone at their service center on 13th feb at jabil global services, vatika city, gurgaon. I was told it will take about 20 days to rectify which in itself is a big worry as i dont understand why will a company take 20 or more days to replace a faulty product which is still in warranty.

                                        Ever since, i have been calling them for an update and they have been giving me dates after dates for resolution but even affter more than a month, issue has still not been resolved and i am yet to get my phone back. Repeated calls simply elicit a false new resolution date. I dont understand why they are taking more than one month to replace a faulty product which is in warranty and are also unable to provide a fix date for resolution.

                                        The company is defrauding customers by false marketing, selling faulty phones and non existent customer service even though the product is still fully covered by warranty.
