I have been using yu yuphoria for about 7 months until recently it started to malfunction. The problem was regarding audio adjustment and i submitted the phone to its authorized service center on 16/feb/2016. Though i have contacted yu support innumerous times its now been over a month still i haven't received my handset.
2 weeks back a member of their technical support team picked up my phone and informed me that my device is already in transit and will reach me within 5 days but 15 days passed by so i called them again. This time another representative picked up the call and informed me that my device isn't even dispatched.

Dear sir, i request you to imagine yourself in my condition. In this modern generation, we cant even even think of a moment without a smartphone but in my case i am surviving over a month without my phone.

I earnestly request you to take serious actions against the customer service of yu televentures.

    I wish to complain about YUREKA Plus that I purchased 6 months ago.
    When I first learned of this problem (24th November 2015), I contacted Customer Care of your company, and was told that your handset will be replaced within 2 weeks. I am facing this problem from 5 months.
    but i still didn't get it replaced. Every time when i contacted customer care they asked me to wait for some time.

    Please help me with this.

      Dear madam/ sir,

      Subject: item (Ao5510 grey) not traceable: jobsheet no. N[protected]

      This has reference to my email date:[protected], 08.03.2016 &[protected] w.R.T my handset (Ao5510 grey) submitted for repair on 05.02.2016 vide jobsheet no. N[protected] at m/s satguru communication, noida-201301. With a lot of anger and frustration i wish to bring to your notice that till date i have not received my phone which as told by the customer care and service centre is already repaired. Nor am i able to get a correct status about whereabouts of the same as customer care says that it has been dispatched to the service centre and service centre says that they have not received the same.

      On top of this, relaxed approach of your staff, it is again really frustrating to not find any complaint or grievance tab on your website. For a big company with such a large turnover in a very short span of time now there is a reason for me to believe that you have no long term plans like other brands such as sony, samsung, lenovo for customer support and satisfaction.

      I feel cheated with this attitude of your company and seems to me that you are only concerned about earning profits without delivering quality.

      In the end, it is again requested to provide a satisfactory support in respect of my above mentioned jobsheet no. N[protected] as it is more than 3 months now.

      Your earnest immediate action in this regards is solicited.

        It had been a long time almost 45 DAYS I sent my phone for repair in authorized service center but still my problem is not resolved.

        It was a small issue and for repair of that it has been taken more then a month and still I have not received my phone.

        Every time when I contact YU service center i never get a positive response they always say like that 3 days with in one weak...all foolish commitments.

            i had given my phone to yureka service center for repair and replacement on 5th of feb 2016 since then one and a half month passed but they are not providing the replacement of my device kindly take some action against them
            when i call they provide me a date that it will take more than 2 or three days
            or some times five or six days since then my too much time is wasted
            but they do nothing so i request you to take some action against them

                Hello,
                The purpose of writing this complaint is that they have took my device for replacement and yet i haven't received and it's been 1 month .
                Reason of replacement- white lines was spotted on my display
                I submitted my device in service center where they told me that it will take 10-15 days for your device to replace and we will forward to company as it is an hardware issue, after 10-15 days i didn't received my device so i still waited 5 more days .
                After 20 days i called yuphoria service center and provided the details of my issue, after listening the guy told me that your mobile is been replaced and you will be getting your device in 3-4 days.
                After listening to that guy i waited more 3 days yet i didn't received my device, again i called yuphoria service center where the other guy told me that your device will take more 5-10 days as the process is yet not completed, still i waited 5 days, again i called yuphoria service center and told them that it's been my third call and i haven't received my device, then the guy told me that it will take more 15 days for process .
                I mean are they kidding with us, is this the way you procces /replace the device and even you provide the dates to customer why don't you give an assurance that you will get your device, if there's anyone here reading this complaint please look up and help me getting my device back .

                      Hello, I bought my Yu Yureka device from amazon.in on 8th May 2015
                      As soon as i got the device, using the device for 1 week, I was having many issues like hanging, freezing ..etc .. When i told this to the Yu Support they told me some tweaks like Factory data reset your device .. etc But it didnt seem to work at all .. So in the end they told me that there will be new software updates coming, so keep your phone updated and it should fix the problems..But it didnt. And after getting the latest update I was still having the problem and i decided to complain the Yu Support again, The same thing again I complained them they gaved me some tweaks ( Which didnt at all worked) But one of their tweak/suggestion got my device Hard Bricked. Then they told me to take the device to the Service Centre. So i took the device to the Service Centre told them the problem...and i was shocked when they told me that my device has little a dent on the upper left side of the camera.. Because the device was never dropped by me, or never such incident happend which could cause such dent.. Then i realised that i have received a damaged product from Amazon.in :( ...
                      So in the Service Centre they told me that i will receive my Device within 15-20 days ... I waited for 15 days and then contacted the Yu Support, now they told me that it will take more 15-21 days.. Whic is really irritating.

                      The phone is also in the warranty period till 8th May 2016
                      Please Help and try to get my device to me Quick as possible.

                                sir mujhe jo phone mila hai repalce ho ke 25/02/2016 ko wo difect mila tha and jiske regarding maine yu ke pass complain kiya tha to yu care ne kaha ki phone ko service center me ja ke jama karwa do, aapko like new phone mil jayega 15days ke andar, but sir mujhe wahi puran wala phone dobara de diya gya,
                                kyon mujhe nahi pata, yu ko dobara phone kiya to kaha ki phone dobara submit karo and isbaar aapko replace device mil jayega but sir aaj 20days ho cuke hain par aab tak mera device dispatch nahi hua hai and call karne pe kaha ja raha hai aur 21days lagega iska kya matlb hai. Humesha ye day to day badate rahta hai why sir, please help me sir.

                                  I submitted my device on 16 feb to service center
                                  They said that i will get my Device within 15 days. But just after that they are continuously saying that my device will dispatch soon but not telling any perfect date. Its very bad service by YU televentures.

                                    I bought my set and after 2 months my set has a display problem. I complaint about it. they ask me to provide what they want. I also do so. But what the company is did is that they firstly provide me wrong set. I refuse to accept. and again the battery of wrong set. I refuse to accept.During all processing they took more than 3 months and my set is yet not in my hand. They hanging me through all the procedure. Plz sir do the proper action againnst them so that I can use my set or return my money.
