I had purchased yu yuphoria on android (Buffed steel) yu5010a mobile online through amazon on 5 oct 2015.
After some days i started facing issues like
1) call waiting not working.
2) heating of phone
3) earphone socket not working properly
4) only 99% of battery gets full.

After repeatedly contacting the customer care for help, they then asked me to submit the moble to the nearest micromax service center. The customer care told me that i will get a replacement as per the warrenty. I submitted the mobile to the service center on 3/11/2015. I received back my mobile in jan 2016. After receiving the mobile from the service center i found out that it was not replaced but the same mobile was converted to yu yuphoria cynogen yu5010 model and given back to me. I again contacted the customer care who assured me that i will definately get a replacement. But now its being 6 months and they still have not given me a replacement.
I now do not want any replacement but my money back as even if they give a replacement i won't get any service.

Attached is the amazon invoice and the service center job sheet where i had submitted the mobile. I have deleted my name and mobile number as it was suggested not to post in the tool tip. I also have recorded calls in which i have been told by the customer care that i will get my replaced device within a week. The customer care number to which i was calling is [protected].

    Dear sir/madam

    Kindly note that i purchased a brand new yuphoria handset on 23/02/2016 from mickey mobiles, opp dolphin hotel, basti adda, jalandhar. Within first week o[censored]se, i started getting flickering display issues including blank display for which i approached my mobile dealer and he advised me to reach the yuphoria service centre named: m/s sehaj tele care, 1st floor, gulati complex, near dlf mall, nakodar chowk jalandhar. My complaint was launched online on 16/03/2016. My handset was taken by sehaj telecare and i was assured by them that i will receive a new set as a replacement within next 10 working days.

    I contacted numerous times at yuphoria customer care and every time it was assured that in next few days i will receive my handset. Shockingly today i was told that my set is under repair and it might consume time and i will not receive any new set due to company policy.

    I strongly wish that a needful action must be taken on this company so that consumers should not suffer any problem in future.
    I need a new set as promised to me by the service centre and also a compensation for the inconvenience caused by this company.

      I have given my YU yuphoria for repair in a service center in Bhopal.There was a software issue as it was hanging very much and its speaker were also not working .They told replacement handset will be deleivered in 20 days and it been more than 45 days.And when i email them the only reply is wait for some time...Pls look into the matter.
      Please return my phone as soon as possible..

        It had been a long time almost 60 DAYS I sent my phone for repair in authorized service center but still my problem is not resolved. they cheated me.always they are told 10 working days 15 working days.and even mark my problem resolved.what kind of company "YU".Mr rahul sharma close your fraud company.all YU people are fraud.

            Calling on YU care Peoples are fooling us saying that your handset will receive in 10 working days, Seven working day ??


            I very disappointed that no one had Genuine reason . This only battery not charging complaint have to wait more then month??


            Hope some one will give reason for delay and when will get or send my handset back will get repair outside

              Dear sir,
              I am facing problem with my mobile set. Yu yureka. Connected yu company many time. They told that they will exchange the handset wind in 45 days according to their mail and telephonic conversation as on 5th December 2015 but their is no response. Even they do not reply of my mail. And do not respond to my call.

              Please do the needful. I am facing a very bad time. This company is misusing their policy. According to their company forum many customers like me are waiting for their sets but facing same problems like me. Yu company did the commitment but not full feel that.

              Please do some positive response.

              They revert back on 8th April and today is 21st April but still from there end nither i receive any call nor any mail.
              Now, they are creating a impression like a fraud company.
              But still i am waiting for some positive response from there end.
              On 27th august i received a call from YU Televentures after 8 month and suggesting me to visit service center and also suggesting me to pay the charges for the same. They also blamed that i have not contacted there service center for last 8 month. when i told them that i have full thread in my mail box then they are telling that in their system it is not showing. when i asked i have the problem from last 1 year, when i complained for my device at that time they have servicing and that that time they haven't sent any 1 to me instead they checked my device and found this is a faulty hand set and committed to change the handset with some other handset but did not contacted me for last 7-8 month after publishing my Complaint in Consumer Complaints forum they contact and told to visit Customer service and also i have to pay for that.
              Making Fool to customers. i have also checked the over all review about YU Televentures and every where i see a frustrated customers.
              Its totally hopeless service provided by " YU Televentures "...

                I have ordered a charger for yureka mobile from yu televentures ltd dated feb 9, 2016 paying a sum of rs.199 as advance on feb 10, 2016. Recieving a revert from yu televentures on the same day with reference ticket id 2056672.
                When i asked for the tracking status on feb 15, 2016 they havn't replied me.
                Then i asked on feb 23, 2016 and again havnt got any reply.
                Then i asked on feb 26, 2016 and got a reply on march 3, 2016 about fresh reference ticket id 2196833 with tracking number i[protected] of dotzot, through which i was never able to track the status of parcel as it wasn't a valid tracking number.
                On march 21, 2016 again i asked for the correct tracking status and i recieved reply on march 22, 2016 that the issue is in process.
                On march 25, 2016 i gave them warning to go against them in consumer court.
                On march 26, 2016 i got a same reply from them that the issue is in process.
                On april 06, 2016 again got reply of my mail querry regarding status of my charger that i must wait.
                I still havn't recieved the charger of yureka mobile for which i had paid in advance on february 10, 2016.
                During this period of 2+ months, i was supposed to charge my yureka mobile with another ordinary charger, which have affected my mobile battery resulted in swelling and further it affected the processor of the phone as it usually got heated up even in the idle state as the battery provides unsual current to mobile.

                I respectfully pray that please direct them to send the ordered charger and give compensation as you deem fit for the mental harrasment and damage to my unit.

                  I have submitted my yu5010 in micromax service centre near bally, howrah, west bengal i:e m/s solution point, on 5th of march the executives told me that it will take 20-25 days to get back the phone and it will come to my address by courier only. But on 28th march when i called to customer care i came to know that my phone has been dispatched on 16th of march from the service center for the warehouse, it means they delayed the servicing by 11 days, not only that, till 28th of march the phone not even reached to warehouse and customer care executive saying that it will take minimum 15 days more to get back the phone.
                  Now they are saying it will take 10 days more to get back the phone even after 35 days

                    I had purchased a yuphoria mobile on[protected]. I had met a problem i screen in last month. Than i go to customer care center and submitted my mobile and take receipt for that. They told me that the mobile will delivered on my address in 10-15 days but it does not delivered. I visit your customer care center and they give me a number and told me to ask customer care. I called and ask for my phone and get a reply to wait for one week more. I still wait and call after a week and get same reply. I wait for another week and today a call again and shocked when they again telling me to wait for more 10 days. I really getting frustrated what rubbish is this.

                      Its 60 day completed my mobile is in yu wearhouse ..not dispached at all ..i have called atlist 15 times between 60 days..all custumer call exicutive saying that wait for 7 to 10 days...same...! No result or progresss..i think the worker @ yu ...dont have handsets to use..& they are using the handsets ...which are coming for repairing and replacement ...that is the only reason yu is taking such a long time send warranty phones ...and custumers warrany peroid of time will expiered ...so...cheaaaap service .dont trust yu...its ...lierrrs company


                      plz take action to yu phones bcoz somany pepole same problem in yu service

                        I was purchased my mobile named yu yuphoria from amazon.In through online in jun, 2015. But from november, 2015 it starts heating problem and then software problem. When it start giving problems i need to format my phone but when i start to format it gives more problems after restart and some of windows pop as not responding then i was contacted to yu care over phone they suggest me to format it by force format i asked them how they told me when phone is off press power button and volume key i tried but failed then i try to check system software update is available but failed to update it also. I again contact them to solve how to update my phone software then they told me to again download the software and try to install, this software is about 585mb need to download data i recharged my net pack and start download and try again to install it but again failed then again i contact them but they again told me to do this again. Then i write a mail to yu care for the software update issue, i have all the mail conversation with them from 6th jan 2016, then they again reply me to do the same procedure and told me sure now it will update, but again failed. Again they replied me by providing two links to download two software. And wrote me to install them by fastboot mode also provided me the procedure, but again failed then again n again they told me to do the same activities every time in their reply then i told them if you are not able to solve this can say. Then they reply me to send your phone to nearest customer care i sent it to customer care but they also failed to solve it. Then i was sent a mail to yu care again that they failed to solved this then they told me to send the screen shot what appear and send the job card i sent them all the things as they want but they failed and lastly i shouted on them to solve my problem then they told me submit your phone to customer care for replacement we provide you new phone in replace i submitted my phone to their care center on 19/03/2016 and when i asked them for when i will gwt my phone then they replied me soon you will get your phone, i again ask when they again said soon. Then i asked what about my phone warranty they told me we can't extend your phone warranty. I need my new phone with warranty. Coz as they want i was done as they need money, i was paid but now its their turn to do something for their customer they clearly said "no we can't". So i am going to complained about company. Some of pictures are attached with this complained by mail screenshot. If need more i can provide all but its time to late so tomorrow i can

                        I want to show you the job sheet that i was submitted my phone to YU care two times. And also submitting the Bill Copy with this complaint comment.
                        And when i will get my phone what is the security about it will work perfectly and not to give any issue.
                        Coz if this time my phone give again any issue after repair then its warranty will lost and they charge me to repair it again. So want to extend my phone warranty as they delayed my warranty time from Jan to still continue.

                        Still i got my phone with no solution just they provided my phone back with same problem.

                        I don't want to accept this phone now Because i have no left warranty now till i got my phone.
                        So need my money back as in bill.
                        Again they sent my phone to YU care for replacement, and this time its condition is too bad so much scratches on back cover, Chrome molding having too much dents and also little disturbed from end where we connect the charger, my data cable is loose now, When screen off showing too much dots on top of screen.

                        So, i don't want your phone i sent it to care three times but still bad to too bad condition.
                        I need my money back that's it..

                          I have purchased yu mobile from amazon store. I have attached bill of that. My phone was broken and i had registered a service request "n[protected]". The yu customer care told me it will take 15-20 days to repair the device. I called customer care after 20 days then he told me to wait 7 days. After 7 days i called customer care the he told me wait for 7 days more. Now 60 days gone still they are saying to for wait more 15 days.

                          I did the conversation through email but not get any exact confirmation of service status

                          I am really frustrated this type of service. Please do needful. I am requested to you please take strict action against this company. This is the violation of law and consumer rights.

                            This is lalit from dhule.I have purchase yuphoria mobile from online.and after some days the mobile has some serious problem like-
                            1) display does not work properly
                            2) ringer problem
                            3) heating
                            4)power button problems.
                            so I decided to send the mobile to company service centre. They say me we send the mobile at Gurgaon to the company. And the company give you new mobile or repaired mobile so I send my yu yuphoria mobile to the company dated 12 Feb 2016 for the repairing. They says me that they will be return the mobile In 21 days.but till the date(after the 52 days) they not give me my moblie.

                                My name is sunny verma .I had given my phone probably one and half month back before ending the warranty period as rear camera of my phone is not working properly (capturing blurred images) .They had taken one month or more to resolve this issue but finally provided me other used handset after that. But after 4-5 days same issue arises in the handset . Now my phone warranty period is over but the same problem after 10 month of buying is same till now. Further more, the service provided by the compaby is worst . I am regreting for my decision to buy mobile of this company . Moreover customer care and service centre provided different information again and again.So please suggest me what i will do to resolve this issue ...

                                  I did mailed micromax yu support that my mobile touch not working and dots on touch in 201-2016. They replied my mail after 2-3 weeks. They've given me waybill no and said to wait for a new replacement device sent by them. But after 25 days when i asked on their fun page they've said it is been canceled. So i've to wait for 2month. They've said to go to service center. So i've submitted my mobile on 4th feb and the service center guy said that i'll get it back in 20days. It is 40days now and i still didn't get my device and when i call the yu care they say provide us jobsheet no. (Which actually never provided by service center at the submission time) and i've gone twice to service center asking if my mobile is arrived or not. They said come next week. So i've gone next week and they've said come next week. And then when i go there they said its still in company. Please please please help me. And i need to be taken care of this issue immediately. I'm being played & fooled by service center & yuphoria care. So please solve my issue immediately. And take strict actions against yu care & there service center. And i also want 2 month warranty to be extended. Cause i've not been able to use my phone for last 2 months. Cause i didn't have it.

                                    My name is amandeep singh live in chandigarh.I have to complain againt yu phone company for my yuphoria phone had gone for repair on[protected] and they gave me waiting time 15 days but not come any response after that i call on[protected] to know about phone they told the phone will delivered to me on[protected] bit not yet delivered. They are making fools of ours i want my money back from them and the worst mistake i have done buying there phones and lowest service. Help me to get my phone or money back.

                                      I've submitted my yuphoria mobile for replacement at Micromax Service Center junagadh on 20th Feb 2016. Phone was dead and not working. Touchscreen & heating issues are a lot. When I've submitted my phone to service center they didn't gave me Jobsheet no. And when I call customer care they say we need Jobsheet no. But from where I get Jobsheet no? Cause I actually didn't have any. And my ticket Id was 2077098. My email ID :- dharmesh.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      Am I going to get help? And what about the 40days warranty?

                                        I have submitted my Yureka mobile to service center one month back, but still their is no update when I will get my phone back. When I call customer care they say wait for 7-10 working days or not able to see the details, please call later. They are also not replying their mail at [protected]@yuplaygod.com.
                                        I am fed up by calling them and sending mails. Dont know where to go whom to contact. Totally help less. Service center guys are saying to call/contact at their customer support, they dont have any information.
                                        Please help.

                                        After complaining at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ their representative called me on the same day but nothing new took place. She replied with the same answer (wait for 7-10 working days) and again they do not replying my mails. No progress from their side. There should be one time bound for repairing of mobiles.
