My phone's touch is not working completely, therefore phone is useless for me. This is third instance that I have to complained about my phone. Yu Yuphoria is very worst phone that I had purchase I will never recommend to any other. Phone is useless & I have seen lots of problems. Even I have reported three issues in my phone after purchasing. I have submitted my mobile for replacement to near Service Centre on 23-Feb. It is almost more than 1 & Half months when i submitted for replacement, It is a very long time. Very Bad Customer Service.

    After 3 months of actual buying date of my phone the loud speaker started malfunctioning. So i thought mobile is under warranty then i decide to submit my phone to micromax gallery.
    On date 15/02/2016 i submitted it to gallery from mumbai ghatkopar(West).
    They told me that they need 15 working days to repair the mobile phone.
    Unfortunately the present date is 1/4/2016 still mobile is running in the past 15 working days...
    This was my complaint please take action against them otherwise this case would be taken care by policeman or whatever..In the next coming days;;

      Sir i had my mobile of Yureka company for repair/replacement on 5th of february they are not proving my phone back when i call them they say it will take 3 or 4 days more some times 5 six days till then two months passed they are proving the same answer not providing my phone so i request you to get me help in getting my phone back or on arrival dead certificate so than i can get refund back if phone is not replaced or repaired as soon as possible yours sincerely Suraj Mishra

        Mobile sent to service center 40 days ago

        I have bought YU yphoria 8 month ago and.After 2 month ago my mobile display show some dots I have called customer care center but problem not solved, again after few days I observed reboot problem, So that I have submitted my mobile in customer center(shree communication) in meerut (u.p.) on date 18.02.2016 till date I am taken continues follow up till date I am not received my mobile. Every time answer is that your mobile will be dispatched in next 4 to 7 working days.
        Also the service center for this mobile is not so good and efficient ..so plz give me the suggestion

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I am manikanta chekka. I have given my mobile device(yureka plus) with service center on 17 Feb 2016 which is dead.I recieved a refurbished mobile device on 2 march 2016 which is dead(not working).Imediately i given that dead device in service center (they confirmed that device is defective in board).After a complete follow up to 17 march 2016 on call with service center they requested to collect mobile from service center and told to hold with me and they told they will send by courier and hand over that defective mobile to courier boy.


          Points to be noted
          1. Sending back me a dead product on 2nd March 2016 when i requested for service on 17th feb 2016 is REGRET OF WARRANTY.
          2.I have spended a mobile bill of Rs.600 only for follow up.

          Desired RESOLUTIONS
          1.Request for refund of money.(due to regret of warranty).
          Or
          Immediate resolve of problem and send refurbished device and provide extended warranty.
          2.Refund the mobile bill atleast.

            I did mailed micromax YU support that my mobile is dead and not working in December 2015. they replied my mail after 2-3 weeks. they've given me waybill no and said to wait for a new replacement device sent by them. but after 35 days when I asked on their fun page they've said it is been canceled. so I've to wait for 2month. they've said to go to service center. so I've submitted my mobile on 20th Feb and the service center guy said that I'll get it back in 20days. it is 40days now and I still didn't get my device and when I call the YU Care they say provide us jobsheet no. (which actually never provided by service center at the submission time) and I've gone twice to service center asking if my mobile is arrived or not. they said come next week. so I've gone next week and they've said come next week. and then when I go there they said its still in company. please please please help me. and I need to be taken care of this issue immediately. I'm being played & fooled by service center & yuphoria care. so please solve my issue immediately. and take strict actions against YU Care & there service center. and I also want 3 month warranty to be extended. cause I've not been able to use my phone for last 3 months. cause I didn't have it.

              Handed over my yuphoria in micromax customer care @ 2/2/16 in kalaivani communications, tiruvannamalai, tamilnadu . Micromax service center executive told me wait for 45 day.I regularly called on customer care.But they dont conveying the correct details about the mobile .Then i forced them to connect your higher official, but i think they are putting me as hold and after 15 min our seniors are busy.I call ed on them more than 20 times but they are cheating me.One guy told me is ready for shipping and delivered within 3 days. Is im foool.Not ***** i want my device to be ready.I m having all the rights to ask u..You are responsible for that..

                I have ordered a charger for yureka mobile from yu televentures ltd dated feb 9, 2016 paying a sum of rs.199 as advance on feb 10, 2016. Recieving a revert from yu televentures on the same day with reference ticket id 2056672.
                When i asked for the tracking status on feb 15, 2016 they havn't replied me.
                Then i asked on feb 23, 2016 and again havnt got any reply.
                Then i asked on feb 26, 2016 and got a reply on march 3, 2016 about fresh reference ticket id 2196833 with tracking number i[protected] of dotzot, through which i was unable to track the status of parcel.
                On march 21, 2016 again i asked for the correct tracking status and i recieved reply on march 22, 2016 that the issue is in process.
                On march 25, 2016 i gave them warning to go against them in consumer court.
                On march 26, 2016 i got a same reply from them that the issue is in process.
                Today is march 30, 2016 and still havn't recieved the charger of yureka mobile for which i had paid in advance on february 10, 2016.
                During this period of 2+ months, i was supposed to charge my yureka mobile with another ordinary charger, which have affected my mobile battery resulted in swelling and further it affected the processor of the phone as it usually got heated up even in the idle state as the battery provides unsual current to mobile.

                I respectfully pray that please direct them to send the ordered charger and give compensation as you deem fit for the mental harrasment and damage to my unit.

                It is worthless to register your complaint overe here. No action is taken against my complaint. 0 star rating

                Yu Yureka — no response from costumer care

                My charger has spoilt. My Product is under warrant . But every time I have called the costumer care there is no response the call gets disconnected. I also tried mailing. I am very dissapdisappointed.

                  I bought a yu yureka plus device on amazon.com, and less than of 6months use its battery getting damage.I call customers service no and they told me they giving me replacement, but 20th feb i submit the from of replacement and i get the tickit id which is-2145657, many time i call them and they told me to wait 24 hour to 48 hours, ..But now its 30 th march .And even i dont get battery my registered mobile no is [protected], and registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please help me

                    Myself rajesh parida, i have deposited my yu yuphoria yu5010a mobile phone at nearest service center on 11/02/2016 with job sheet no-e[protected] regarding power booting problem, sir i have contacted thier customer care 15-20 times on their contact number-[protected] and via email id- [protected]@yuplaygod.com for my phone but when i contacted they told your phone will be delivered within 7 days, sir already 50 days crossed but i have not received my phone, sir please solve my issue as soon as possible as i will receive my phone within a few days please sir this phone is urgent for me...

                      I have purchased a yureka mobile model no. Ao5510 on 30 april 2015.
                      The phone is under warranty.
                      While using, it suddenly got switched off. Since then, i have tried a lot to switch it on but all efforts went in vain.
                      I submitted the phone at the service centre on 29 feb, 2016. I was promised that the problem will be solved in maximum 15-20 days.
                      It has been over 30 days now.
                      The service centre doesn't give any satisfactory reply. I am calling them every alternate day. It is sheer case of customer harassment. I am very disappointed and helpless.
                      The status on the yureka website (Jobstatus.Yuplaygod.com) says it will take another 21 days to resolve the issue.
                      Please guide the way forward.

                          I m Using Yu YUphoria handset and there is problem in the screen . and about that i regoster a complaint to yu customer care and he said that he replace my device with new one in 15 days . He generetaed my waybill no also but after waiting for 15 days when i call he says that i will submit my device to micromax care for replacement and within 15 days i got my new device . i did it i submited my device to micromax care and within 5-6 days it will recieved in yu repair center and now about 1 month are gone but i did not get any repaired or replaced device . when i call yu suport he say that within this week it will be delivered but 20 days are gone . i did not get anything .

                              This is a complaint about mt YU Yureka phone which is not working from last 3-4 months. I have waited for one month and then I had to call them to check why didnt I get my new phone and why the old faulty phone was not picked up and then I got to know that I will not be getting my phone delivered but I have to go myself into the Micromax store to submit the phone.(They didnt even inform me anything theirselves). Then I submitted the phone to Micromax service centre after few days and after that also it has been more than 15 days that I haven't heared anything from them and on top of that whenever I call customer care they are disconnecting the call again and again.

                              Its very very worst customer service.

                                I bought yuphoria phone from amazon at 6000rs on october 2015 and in january my handsets loudspeaker was not working properly i was told to submitte by phone in yuphoria customer care n ill get my phone through corieer in 10 working dayz so i gave them my phone on 7th january 2016 n after 10 dayz i called them they juzt gave an excuss that there is problem in our service we will dispatch ur phone in 7 dayz n that to not happend same thing was happening after 25 dayz they told me that u will get a replaced phone a new phone n gave me a new jobsheet number after that same thing was happening n nw also its happening they r juzt giving me response that u will get ur phone in 10 working dayz n till today i didnt got my phone its has been 3 months i didnt recieved my phone now i dont understand what r u doing with my phone as i saw all this msgs i came to know that many more ppl r there like me having different problems but u delayed in dispacthing u ppl what r u doing??? What type of service ur giving to ur customer...??? U take 3 months for 1 phone to get repaired wat r u doing??? I[censored] will not be serious than i will file a complaint against u in consumer forum then u will have to pay for it i[censored] have any type of shame then give my phone or ill have to take a strong action over it or give my 6000rs back this is my job sheet number w[protected] i[censored] have any type of shame on u... Revert me with a good response... Bad service

                                  I have submitted my Yureka mobile to service center one month back, but still their is no update when I will get my phone back. When I call customer care they say wait for 7-10 working days or not able to see the details, please call later. They are also not replying their mail at [protected]@yuplaygod.com.
                                  I am fed up by calling them and sending mails. Dont know where to go whom to contact. Totally help less. Service center guys are saying to call/contact at their customer support, they dont have any information.
                                  Please help.
                                  And please sue this company who do not even care about their customers.

                                    This is to inform that i am purchased a yu yuphoria device in amazon store on 9th october 2015 order no:#[protected] imei:[protected], my issue is touch was not working and i am approached yusupport team and amazon, i am submitted to them on 27/02/2015 for exchange new device.Till to now i am not got it.So many times i am approached for that they said 5 days, 1week, 15days and so on.I am very irritating with yusupport team.So please me and submit a fir file to them.

                                      Submitted my mobile on feb 8 job no s[protected], to micromax service center and they said i will receive my mobile on march 1st week, it didnt happened as they said. contacted yu support mail more than 20 times, everytime they tell me wait for some time, waited and till waiting. micromax center told i will receive mobile within march 23, till date nothing happened like that. two days before i received a mail for tracking my mobile http://jobstatus.yuplaygod.com/ make use of it friends, see my result in images. these stupid are still asking for 21 days to repair. i tell yu service person not to reply the same reply as you made, stop your nonsense repeated mails, do a clear reply for me. I need a refund and not *** mobile

                                        Dear team,
                                        I have submitted my yurekha device with back_panel in the micromax service center on[protected], after 123 days on[protected] have received the consignment of the respected waybill number:[protected] but its totally a wrong product they have delivered yuphoria device instead of delivering yurekha, struggled a lot to get help from support team past 5 months still the problem is not resolving and its going endless. Whenever i am calling to the customer care people they are asking me to wait for some more days, have been waited more than 162 days to get the replacement device but still the issue is not resolved by yuplaygod team.
