My YU Yureka phone battery is draining very fast. Also it get's restart itself after some intervals. This phone has make my life miserable...I am very frustrated with this phone.
Can you please fix this problem and send us the update.

    I got the webil no for replacement on 24 Jan 2016 and it is[protected] and I have conversation with customers care they have told me that you should receive the package within 15 working days till now on 2-3-16. it not received. I think it was more time I have waited for and I have a good suggestion for both unsatisfied consumer of YU televentures we should move to the consumer court together. And file the complaints.

      I (Rahul Sharma) purchased the phone Yu Yureka costing INR 9000/- through amazon on 22 January and received it on 26 January.

      Desirable solution : Please refund my money with all the expenditure i had made in this case and to contact the company and problems i faced.

      i registered my first complaint to the company on 8 April 2015 through email as well as through call regarding the software issues and battery issues.

      After that i send them hundred of mails and phone calls but didn't get any solution from them.

      After requesting to them for months they get ready to entertain my complaint and asked me to send my device through their courier partner and generated a waybill on 9th October 2015 and courier boy collected the phone from my home and phone reached their warehouse on 29th October 2015.

      After that they call me and started asking me for INR 3000 and said that they found the screen defected but i send them the phone without any hardware defect because the problem is of software but i requested them that i cant pay because its not my fault if screen get damaged during transportation but they straight away refused to give my phone back.

      they have not returned my phone till date.i daily send them mails and phone calls.They don't send my device and some time don't reply to my calls and emails.

      i really felt like cheated and defrauded by them. looted INR 9000/- from me for the device which i hardly used for 4 months in last 1 year and for rest of the months it is in there warehouse.

      Yu and its customer executive made be gone through hell.Only i know how i have managed that INR 9000 to buy that device but YU made my life a hell.They really harassed me and made me gone through mental torture.
      if they will not swap my device soon i will go through higher courts and if i will not get the justice i will commit suicide because of the failure of the system where this kind of companies cheat their customers, loot their money and give them mental tortures.

        I have submitted my device to service center for replacement Job Sheet No : N[protected] on 06 Feb 2016.Today is 01 Mar 2016 Till now i didn't received my phone.

        I have asked many times to customer support they gave me the tracking docket no: V27580824 of DTDC on 13 Feb 2016. And DTDC has said that they don't have such docket no.

        Whenever i asked to them they said just wait for 2 days you will receive your device. I am totally embarrassed and mentally harassed by YU.

        Kindly take necessary action

            Hello sir
            i had a software problem in my yu yunique and then i decided to go to service center for replacement at that time they told me that your phone will be replace in min 15 days and maximum of 25 days but when i call them after 15 days they told there is some technical issue and they promise me that will return my phone in 19 jan 2016 and on 19 jan i call them and then they delay it for seven days . I m very depressed now because they are delaying too much

            HI, I am from Hyderabad.. I purchased Yu Yureka plus mobile 4 months back.. The problem with the phone is its not switching on at all.. though there is full charging in d phone.. And the heating problem is disgusting.. Why don't u people have direct service centres.. Micromax care people are saying that they can solve only the issues related to software not hardware.. For hardware problem they are supposed to send the phones to the company itself, ..

            As the problem is very high, they promised to replace it with the new one.. That too after 30 to 40 working days it will come to home delivery..

            I am a working women for me phone is very important.. as I leave my baby in the crèche I should I enquire about him.. How can I will not have phone for almost 40 days..

            When u don't have proper software and hardware u better don't manufacture d mobiles itself.. Rather than disappointing people.. Today when I visited Micromax Care service centre at Ameerpet, Hyderabad there were almost 10-15 complaints of Yu phone..

            May be you all are not understanding how bad feedback is spreading all over regarding your phones...

            oh its aorund 33 days and no response from the company . very poor service
            oh! what a courier service you use YU. its around 6 days you dispacthed my phone but still i hav"nt received it . wow YU pretend very nice

              What is status of my yuphoria phone job sheet no. N[protected]?
              I think i bought this phone for you guys, for your expert learning, testing and all. Because, i am not able to use the phone from last 4-5 months. I have done one mistake, i have donated the money to yu which is not giving tax rebate - instead if i donate the same money to some charity, i must got some tax rebate as well and i must be helping some in need. But here i am helping some one who is cheater. Guys, stop fooling customer. If you are unable to provide customer support then stop selling phone.

              I have submitted the device in Service center on 10-Feb-2016 and After waiting for 1 Month, finally I have collected my phone from Service Center. But the device still not working. The device is defective.

              When I receive any call, then the caller is not able to hear my voice.

              Vice-versa, when I call, then the receiver not hear my voice.

              Now, suggest, what are the available options for me?

                  Reference Ticket id: 1988502 : I have received a Invalid Docket number provided is V27580822 which is not working. DTDC has said that they have not recieved any such docket. Yureka people are not giving me proper response when will my phone be delivered.I am suffering like anything. I am still struggling to get my issue addressed. They keep on asking for 48 hours and keep delaying my phone status. I am greatly embarrassed and mentally harassed.

                    I submitted my yu yuphoria mobile phone at service center on 9 jan 2016. I was told that your phone will be replaced and reaches to your door step in between 20 to 30 days but now It has been more than 45 days. I send them mail many times but they failed to tell the exact days even after 45 days. I also talked to customer care executive on 9 feb 2016 he told me that It would take a week more but until now I have not got anything . I am very frustrated as they did not even updated the information of phone . I have attached the screen shot of receipt that I had got at the time of submitting the phone.

                      As per my interaction through mail and call to Yu care, my YUREKA device is already reach to Yu DTO center on 11 January 2016, after that regarding returning of my device I have called Yu customer care several times (11 January to 25 Feb.). Every time Customer care representative says that please wait some time (like 2 hr, 6 hr, 24 hr, 48hr etc.). Please look into the matter and return my device to me.

                        My yuphoria mobile got issues with display in month of November 2015.
                        When I contact company about it they ask me to follow some flashing instructions. After following those instructions mobile was having same issues. So company arranged courier pick from my home on 8th December. Since than my mobile is with yuphoria company.
                        U have not received my mobile back from company yet.

                        I spent hours of time on call with company help line. But no result. Each time false statement to wait 3-5 working days.

                        I sent mail to company regarding same issues, unfortunately no reply for emails.

                          Hi,

                          It's almost 2 months from my first complaint but it still not resolved.

                          My Yu Yuphoria phone is stop working.
                          I register a complaint about a replacement. I suppose to get a replacement within 15 days. After 15 days they ask me to visit the service center and re-register complaint.

                          I visited service center, they try to re-register complaint but because my first complaint was not closed, so they were not able to register it. I called YU customer care to close the old complaint. They told it will take 2-3 days to close. It's almost a month but they still not close it. I called four-times to close complaint, but the complaint is yet not close.

                          Every time I visit the service center for status, they tell complaint is not closed from Yu person, so they are not able to process.

                          I am stuck in this loop. Please help me to get my replacement.

                            I have purchased the Yu yureka model in the Feb 2015, by the end of the year i started facing problem with charging the same i communicated to the Yu service
                            as my mobile still under warranty. Ant they book service request on Jan 2 with Reference Ticket id: 1904127 and told that my problem will get resolved with in 15 working days. They promised they will going to replace my mobile and generated the way bill number as well[protected]. I keep on communicating them on the status of delivery which they never dispatched till date. today when i contacted them regarding the same now they saying as there is delay in dispatching and issue in warehouse we are cancelling all the service request we took and again i have to go to nearest service centre to get my mobile replace they are making fool of customers each and every time we call its almost two months now and still i didn't got my mobile replace and they again want me to start the process freshly that too i have to visit their service centre as against their promise of home service.

                            please help me out this mess

                              How to hard reset Yureka device

                              1... Power off Device..
                              2... Press Volume up and Volume down and Power butten together.
                              3... Wait to display YU logo then relese buttons..
                              4.. .Now phone will be in Recovery mode..
                              5... Select wipe device / Factory reset [Touch will work If not, use volume buttons to navigate and power button to select]
                              6... Select Yes option.
                              7... Wait the process to complete.
                              8... Select Reboot system now option.
                              9... Wait the device to boot. It will take some time to boot it's Usual...
                              10.That's all... You're Done..

                                I have Yuphoria device which is not properly working so i requested to solve this
                                problem to company (Reference Ticket id: 1859664) so your company will committed to give replacement that device, which way bill created on 8th January 2016 (ORDER#:GJ[protected], WAYBILL#:[protected]. Till product is not dispatched by your company. so what's a problem? is it fake to satisfy the customer? i have tired to make call to customer care regarding this issue, till they did not dispatched device although after 1 month of long period waiting by me. I really made big mistake to take this device and associated with this type of company who don't believe in after sales service. I faced problem regarding
                                this device from last 2 months, though your company not able to solve this issue. What a Shame!!!

                                  My Yureka phone not get replaced yet even though i have raised the request on 8 Dec'15.payment also transfer online

                                  I had place my request for replacement of my Yureka phone on 8 Dec and they said that your phone will be replaced in 15 days and even after more than 2 month it is not replaced. Every time days when i am contacting them they say that it was not done due to XYZ issue and it will be done definitely be done in next one week. and this is continuing on and on.
                                  This is a clear cut violation of the customer right.

                                    I given my Yu yuphoria mobile on 01/01/2016 to the company and they told me that they will give it to me back after 15 days. Now still I didn't get my phone now 2 months going to passed even no one executive give the satisfactions I called up them more then 15-20 times after 15 January 2016 to till now and email them also no one tell that even company gives me my phone to me or not. I request them if you can't repair it please return it back to me as it is I can pay your courier fee also but they are not responding anything. so I request you please do it in favor of me as soon as possible even they didn't tell me when i will get my mobile back.                                         I requested display broken replacement handset on December 2015. they picked up broken handset and it's been two months I am waiting for COD waybill number.. Pathetic Cx services phone agents give same answers for 20times that it will be generated in 30 Min's or 2hrs or 24hrs as such but each time they are just trying to bluff.. Fraudulent services

                                        BEWARE OF FRAUSTERS I am SAHRING MY EXPERINCE... i reported to consumer forum..reading this a fraud called me saying his name is sachin verma & he is Yu televentures employee assured me of refund..by a transaction id asked me to go to nearest ATM & made me transfer by card to card transfer and duped 21000...just wanted inform all the guys to please be carefull dont get fooled like me.

                                        guys please beware of these numbers this is a gang of fraudsters who i feel constantly watch and read consumer forum and call people who have posted here

                                        they call from company executive with phone no such no( [protected], [protected]) talking as your company executive and asked me mail on support.[protected]@india.com and your phone approximately 90% money is refund .but first of all you have add 7500 rs in your sbi acc than we transfer the money..this is how they work please be aware of these fraudsters MCs.
