    I gave a yunique phone to the you authorized service centre taratola, Kolkata for repairing 60 days ago.Company customer care is telling that they dispatched the device through dtdc courier(tracking no.-X[protected] on 19 Dec 2015, but till now the device is not delivered.It Arrived at DTDC Facility TARATOLA MASTER FRANCHISEE, KOLKATA(by checking the status through internet) on 21 December, 2015, I went to this dtdc service centre to collect the device, but they are telling that your device is not received at our courier centre yet.I contacted dtdc customer care and yu customer care service.dtdc is telling to contact with yu, and yu is telling to contact with dtdc.please solve my problem...

    BEWARE OF FRAUSTERS I am SAHRING MY EXPERINCE... i reported to consumer forum..reading this a fraud called me saying his name is sachin verma & he is Yu televentures employee assured me of refund..by a transaction id asked me to go to nearest ATM & made me transfer by card to card transfer and duped 21000...just wanted inform all the guys to please be carefull dont get fooled like me.

    guys please beware of these numbers this is a gang of fraudsters who i feel constantly watch and read consumer forum and call people who have posted here

    they call from company executive with phone no such no( [protected], [protected]) talking as your company executive and asked me mail on support.[protected]@india.com and your phone approximately 90% money is refund .but first of all you have add 7500 rs in your sbi acc than we transfer the money..this is how they work please be aware of these fraudsters MCs.

      I have bought the phone in August 2015 and has a 1year warranty

      waybill generated on 20th jan
      Its almost 37 days completed but the replacement was not done by YU televentures. I have contacted them many times, they are giving fake promises and saying wait for 15days. They saying the same reason since from 37 days. I have disappointed with their behaviour in delaying the dispatch.

      So you are also comes under this issue because, you are selling the fake products and suffering the customers like me. If you go through Customer reviews of YU TELEVENTURES, there you will find lot of customers suffering with their mobiles brought from Yu TELEVENTURES.
      Why you people are encouraging the YU Televentures? They are providing fake products and Fake promises.

      I called them today for the status of my product. so after scolding them, they told my waybill number has been canceled because the company policy has been changed recently and they are not ready to listen.
      I am telling them that if the company has issued a waybill for replacement it should do that.But the customer care executive is dening to that, and saying they cant do anything.

        Sir,
        I'm having a YU Yuphoria handset. I was facing issues in my handset so I've complained about it on 24.11.2015 via email to the support team of YU.
        The ticket id is 1702305.
        After troubleshooting they told me that my transreceiver swap is created on 14.12.2015 with...
        ORDER#:MH[protected]
        WAYBILL#:[protected]

        But after 15 days, when didn't get any further info, I asked them for delivery status with ticket id 1924834.
        They told me to wait for few days as it is Under process. And this happened many times. I ask for status and they reply me to wait for few days. Finally I've posted a thread on their forum. i.e. YUForum on 6.2.2016
        I got a call on the same day and promised that my problem will be resolved within 10 days and finally my replacement was shipped on 16.2.2016
        I got it on 19.2.2016 and when I got the package I felt its too light for a phone. So I opened it in front of the courier person and shocked to see that there was only battery so i rejected the package. That was a replacement of a handset not a battery. If my transreceiver swap was created then why these people sent me a battery. I've attached some images.

            I sent my handset(Yuphoria) to the company Yu Televentures on 25 nov. 2015 for replacment . They said me that i'll receive my handset in 15 days on behalf of paying rs.2299/- . I called them after 10 days to know the status but didn't got any satisfactory reply they just told me to wait for some days.
            I again called after 3 days but got the same reply. Again after some days i mailed them to know the status but they just sent the computer formatted email to wait for some more time.
            I kept calling them continuously for 1 month and they kept ignoring me saying that there is a technical issue.
            I was in Rajasthan at that time, i was studying in institute and they completed syllabus on 26th december and i had to return to bihar .
            i called them and said that i need my handset as soon as possible as i have to go to my hometown but they said that there is a technical issue and didnt sent my phone.
            then on 1st jan 2016 i boarded train for bihar and after reaching my hometown i called them and said not to send my handset on my previous address but they said that the waybill no. has been generated and it cant be cancelled . They said that i can cancel receiving on the previous address.
            I didnt got any reply/notification/calls anything afterward.
            I tried calling YU but the number was not in use.
            i again tried calling YU but the number was still not reachable.
            I have been trying their number till now but it says that the no. does not exist.
            I mailed yu about their bad customer support and asked for their working contact no. but they sent me the same contact no which was not reachable..
            I am afraid i've been cheated by YU televentures.

            I want a new Yu Yuphoria not the replacement set as i cant trust the build quality of replacement set.
            I wont pay a single rupee as i've already taken much loss being without mobile.
            I want the company(YU televentures) to pay for the loss i've taken during the 2 months without my mobile and for the money i spent on sending mails and calling from cyber cafe/another mobile.

              I revived this cell on 16 nov and science then the cell is not working..it don't get network.I had already waited for above 3 months and now when I m calling to YU costumer service, they are telling me to submit the cell phone to your costumer centre..I want my smartphone to be replaced soon..

                YU televentures not giving replacement for my device since last 3 n half months. They have created only waybill[protected] to dispatch my mob since 14th jan. 2016. Request you to look into this n get my device back.

                The company people sent me the mobile. I called up the 18602122122 customer care many times and finally i threaten them that if they dont send my device back, i will take severe action with the help of this website. After that they arranged dispatch of my device.

                My name is Sajid Ali and i purchased micromax yu yuphoria 5010 and it is still in warranty and then after few month i started facing problem like phone was getting heatup everytime when i was using it and one day software also got crash and then start creating problem for me, then i went to the service center that is M/s shiv communication(HARYANA), Ballabhgarh, FBD, 121001 and they suggest me to get a new phone because they were unable to fix it. So i had given my phone for exchange of a new one and that was the only solution at that moment and they told me that i will receive a new one within 10-15 working days and they promise me as well for that and then they created a job sheet and date for that is[protected], today is 31 Feb, 2016 and i tried to get to know from customer service executives and everyone from service center as well and some people says that i will receive it in next 48 hours, some say next week, some are saying in 20-21 days but unfortunatly no one is giving me exact date when my phone will be reaching my place and every one says that it is not dispached from your warehouse. Till now i am waiting for my phone and around more then 45 Days got completed already. My job sheet no. - N[protected].
                When ever I am asking about exact Date and Time you always assure me but this is not good thing that lots of people are having same problem and you are not helping them, it will be gonna destroy your product selling in the market even if any of my friend will be going to purchase your product how I will be gonna suggest your phone to purchase.

                Now we are frustrated and Give me the exact time otherwise I will not be hesitate to go for Legal. Take time ask your senior/supervisor/Manager/ any decision maker and give me the Reply in 5 business Days.

                      Issue started on 5th Dec'15. I called up Yuphoria customer care and informed them that my phone screen is damaged. So they inform me that they will replace my phone. And for replacement, I need to pay INR 2399. I was agree to pay. Then they send me an email to capture my details and I replay with all the details they require along with copy of my phone invoice. They inform me that first they pickup my handset and after that they send me a replacement handset. In this process it will take 24 day. 12 days to pickup handset and 12 days to replace handset, I was agree on all the T&C. But they picked up my headset on 21 Dec, 15. As per there process they have to send me back my headset in 12days but I have not received my headset till date "19 Feb, 2016". When ever I called them they just have one answer please wait for 1 more day. they are not ever transfer my call to there senior and they are least interested to reply back on my emails and not even on facebook post I post them. Just one answer please wait. I have seen lots of similar complaints on there facebook page and on reviews too. Even there agents on call are so rude.

                      Please find the attached screen sort for the same. Kindly look into the matter ASAP and help me to get my phone back from these people.

                        The screen of my device Yuphoria had been broken and i put a request to repair it by there costumer service on 20th December 2015. they gave me Reference Ticket id: 1837417 and said that my device will be picked from my address in 2-3 working days and i have to pay Rs.2299, but despite many reminders they did not pic it up for almost a month then they told me that i have to submit it at there customer center. i went at Galore services in sector 12 Noida and they asked me to pay 3200 rupees. I paid that money and they told me that your device will be delivered to you in 10-15 days. now after around 30 days i have still not got my device . when i inquired at customer support they told me that my device has been sent to customer center. i reached there and they said it has not been repaired and asked me to talk to customer care. Now customer care people are saying that i have to go to costumer center and will have to pay more money and get a new job sheet generated.
                        Two month have been passed. i have paid more money and still these people are not giving any heed to my several requests. Please help me and suggest me what should i do.

                            I bought this mobile on 17/02/2016 and on the mobile box it was written that it has gorilla glass at its screen.On the evenig of 17/02/2016 the mobile fell less than the height of half feet and its screen got broken.when i took it to the service center they are asking for money amount of 2000rs.Please help me changing mobile or please repair it.because i can not afford this much money after buying mobile.

                              Phone not getting replacement
                              I had given complaint of Yureka regarding mic issue on dated 2/10/2015 and ticket I'd no is 2132127. I have sent several reminder through mail and on phone also, but every time they were saying that your mobile will replaced within 15 days. But just today they are saying that your order is cancelled, but not able to give any reason. And says you go your nearest customers care and get it repair, but nearer Custmor care center are not taking mobile for repairing.
                              What to do? If problems not resolved, I will go in customer court

                                My Phone's display got Cracked due to Fall and spoke YU Customer care, promised me that they will replace my old device with new one for 2800 INR. I agreed and YU raised the ticket on 10th of August. I've sent my Yuphoria device on my cost through DTDC to YU's Mayaphuri address as requested by YU Customer Support as my address comes under ODA. I've also recieved the proof of delivery from DTDC upon request which i've also sent to YU customer Support as they have asked me to send. I've sent all the document's, IMEI number and also Picture of my old Phone.
                                Now almost 6 MONTHS passed i didnt recieved my replacement device and Customer support from YU emails me for every 10 to 15 days from six months, asking me to confirm that did i recieved my device or not ? even if tell them I did not recieved my Yuphoria device. I have more than 30 to 40 emails from YU Customer Support asking same thing again and again. I called so many times to YU's Customer care number but nobody answers

                                  I Manjunath bot yuphoria in Aug 15 which had display issues which the company replaced after 50 days & the replaced phone has touch issues when I tried to submit the phone at M/S F-Tech Services Aundh pune they say its showing error since the model no on the device & invoice are diff so they cant accept phone & the company is not helping me

                                  i am sorry to write with deep regret that i choose to buy yuphoria ...1st i had an issue with the display which i submitted to service centre for replacement..and the replacement happened after 50 days.and the replaced phone had touchpad issues again i took it to service center and to found out that the model number on the invoice and the device did not match so error submitting the phone...YU guys created a big blunder of sending the phone with which had model number because of that i reported to consumer forum..reading this a fraud called me saying his name is sachin verma & he is Yu televentures employee assured me of refund..by a transaction id asked me to go to nearest ATM & made me transfer by card to card transfer and duped 21000...just wanted inform all the guys to please boycott Yu products and thanks YU guys because o[censored]r blunder i am fooled.

                                  guys please beware of these numbers this is a gang of fraudsters who i feel constantly watch and read consumer forum and call people who have posted here

                                  they call from company executive with phone no such no( [protected], [protected]) talking as your company executive and asked me mail on support.[protected]@india.com and your phone approximately 90% money is refund .but first of all you have add 7500 rs in your sbi acc than we transfer the money..this is how they work please be aware of these fraudsters MCs.

                                    I bought YU Yureka from valuecart and i faced a Loud speaker issue, so i contacted YU Support team, they agreed to replace my device, they asked me to send the device to their Ware House for that they arranged a Courier pickup through DTDC. I given my mobile to DTDC on 27/10/2015(Tracking ID: V[protected] they delivered it on 13th November, from then i called, mailed, messaged(facebook) YU many times but they didn't responded well, their number is STD so i lost so much money while calling but Many of the times they told me false information, On 30/11/2015 they created a jobsheet number AP[protected], and waybill number through dotzot [protected] on 31st december till now more than 3 months over i didn't received my mobile. Please kindly take necessary action on the company and help me to get my device.

                                      I have purchased YU Yureka from Amazon,

                                      The screen got shattered and needed it to be repaired, so i choose to send it to YU customer service.

                                      They picked up the phone but now after 2 months also, they are not returning my mobile.

                                      They are also not replying on my emails and are not giving reply on Customer help line and put on hold.

                                      This is a theft .

                                        I purchased YU Yuphoria from Amazon on 12/8/2015. I faced problem of dust in front camera, so went to service centre on 28/12/2015. They said it will be sent to company and i will receive fixed phone in 20-25 working days at my home.
                                        Since then i have been continuously chasing them but have not received my phone yet.
                                        Every time when i call their customer care number they just ask 10 more days. My father called their customer care number on 8th Feb, 16 they asked for 20 more days. I am sure they are not doing anything but just increasing dates day by day.

                                        Please help me out.
