I buyied a "Yufit" band from Amazon.in, it has 6months warranty
In the 7th month, this device started having problem such as not connecting to my phone, so for the repairment of the device, i headed for the nearest service center, and i am ready to pay for the repairment charge afterall its warranty is void by few days, but they said we do not provide service for this device, so i called Yu tele customer care on[protected], they clearly said that we stopped the manufacturing and selling of this device, so we are not going to provide the service of Yufit, as i know the reason behind this bunch of complains regarding yufut, so i said thats it not my fault this is all your problem, i deserve to get my device repaired even after the warranty is void and i am ready to pay the amount for it, if you still cannot reapir it provide me the DOA letter, they clearly said we wont, after calling and emailing them several times for my consumer rights, they finally agreed on a deal, that they are going to refund, even i have given them my all bank details and invoice details as they asked me for it, they said they are going to pick up my device in a few days and they are keep telling me the waybill no.is generating.and i have all call records and emails saved as evidence for legal actions, everytime i call them or email them they always keep asking me to wait, and yesterday i got sick by all of this, i emailed them again, and they replied me today we are not going to refund you your warranty is void, they turned back from the what they have promised, if you cant refund for it because its warranty is void, atleast get me repaired whatever the repairement charge will be i'll pay for it, so i kindly request you to help me.please
