    I buyied a "Yufit" band from Amazon.in, it has 6months warranty
    In the 7th month, this device started having problem such as not connecting to my phone, so for the repairment of the device, i headed for the nearest service center, and i am ready to pay for the repairment charge afterall its warranty is void by few days, but they said we do not provide service for this device, so i called Yu tele customer care on[protected], they clearly said that we stopped the manufacturing and selling of this device, so we are not going to provide the service of Yufit, as i know the reason behind this bunch of complains regarding yufut, so i said thats it not my fault this is all your problem, i deserve to get my device repaired even after the warranty is void and i am ready to pay the amount for it, if you still cannot reapir it provide me the DOA letter, they clearly said we wont, after calling and emailing them several times for my consumer rights, they finally agreed on a deal, that they are going to refund, even i have given them my all bank details and invoice details as they asked me for it, they said they are going to pick up my device in a few days and they are keep telling me the waybill no.is generating.and i have all call records and emails saved as evidence for legal actions, everytime i call them or email them they always keep asking me to wait, and yesterday i got sick by all of this, i emailed them again, and they replied me today we are not going to refund you your warranty is void, they turned back from the what they have promised, if you cant refund for it because its warranty is void, atleast get me repaired whatever the repairement charge will be i'll pay for it, so i kindly request you to help me.please

      Sir i want to say that i submitted my phone to service centre in saharanpur on 27 january and they said to me that your mobile is to be replaced so it will take around maximum of 25 days and when i call to service center they said to me that you will get your mobile phone in 7 working days and now its around 45 days and when i call today then again they make a fake promise of next 7 days .Sir there customer care service is also very bad they are depressing me by making fake promises .Now i need a solution for this my jobsheet number is N[protected]and my email id: [protected]@gmail.com

        I have raised request for the replacement for the mobile " YUREKA" on 4th JAN. The device was picked from my side on 11th Jan 2016. But till now i m not getting proper response. It been over 2 months .. till now i did not get the phone. Everytime when i call the customer care, they are saying that there is some technical problem .. and thus trying to extend the waiting time

        please help me out to get my mobile back ASAP

            I purchased YU Yureka A05510 which started showing faults within few months and the phone was under warranty period.I contacted the yu support through mails and calls numerous times but did not get any response.They mailed me the waybill number for the swap of device which is awaited since two months and the warranty period of the phone has also expired now.I was assured that my phone will be replaced within 15 days but they kept on delaying.Due to the problem in phone i have suffered a lot of problems.Therefore I want to register a complaint against Yu Yureka for mentally harassing their customers.I want the compensation cost equal to the cost of mobile so that they be punished for cheating their customers with such faulty products and such a slow after sale service.

                Purchased a Yureka AO5510 Mobile phone on 9 April, 2015. continuously creating different problems and then after sometime touchscreen in the middle part of screen stop responding near about Oct. 2015. Registered a complaint on customer care in Dec. 2015 and they ask about details via email in Jan.2016 and assured for the replacement of device as details are given below. But till date no replacement is done and every time I call to customer care, they tell about waiting for 10 days repeatedly without any action. More than 2 months has been passed even after registration of complaint.

                    अभी तक YU ने मेरा मोबाइल नहीं लोटाया. आज पूरे चालीस दिन हो गए है और मै जबभी CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER पे फ़ोन करता हु . कोई न कोई बहाना बना देते है . मै बहुत परेशान हो गया हु इस कम्पनी के झूठे वादों से . और मुझे INDIAN CONSUMER COMPAINTS FORUM से भी कोई हेल्प नहीं मिली . अगर मेरी हेल्प क्र सकते हो तो जल्दी करो . अभी तक मुझे इस साईट पे कोम्प्लेन्न करने का भी कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ .

                      I raised a request you replace my faulty mobile 5 months before however yet no resolution has been provided. I spent more than 1000 Rs on calls made to them but no resolution yet. I received a call back (Only one in five months) from their CEO department after making complaint on consumer forum and they promised that it will be change within 1 week however yet it has not been done.

                      I am really frustrated. Can someone help what further action can be taken against them?

                        i have submitted my phone to the service Centre Ru enterprises on 02/02/2016 with job sheet no[protected]-21676004. on 2nd Feb 2016. i am continuously trying to get the status of my phone but always i have been told that my phone has been shipped to me by dtdc by docket no- V27576654. but when i tried to trace the docket no on dtdc website there is no such docket no available. I also tried to find out by calling them but they said there is no such no available with them.

                        what a pathetic service is being provided...

                            Sir i bought yureka plus mobile from amazon on 5 september (cost was 8999) and after 15 DAYS i found some mic issue so i called to customer care and they replaced my mobile 2 times within 4 months. But same issue was there with this mobile. In february i send them 1 notice by post and gave them 15 days time to solve my issue. Again they replace my mobile but same issue is there. Now i want all my refund. HELP ME

                              My Yureka plus mobile screen was shattered and i gave it to online service center, they picked up the phone on 22.12.2015, still its not been returned back,
                              when ever i call to the costumer care, it always put on hold, by chance if attended the cal, l they keep tell "kindly wait for 2-3, way bill need to be generated" i have called them more than 15 times they give the same answer,

                                I have complained to yu service but still yu service not provide any solution . his customer executive told me "wait 10 day" on every call. I am calling them since 4 month. I don't get any positive response from company side. I found myself cheated by the company.
                                till now he is not provide any solution.

On 3.3.16 i spoke to the yureka customer care they replied that collect your device from micromax service center where you have submitted your mobie, i spoke to the micromax service center they said that my mobile is still in head office for repairing. So may times i mailed to yureka they are keep replying you will get your device as soon as possible, and now they are saying that they can not track the job sheet no which micromax given me at time of receiving the device i m providing you the job sheet .

                                    Hello sir my name is siddharam kumbhar and i am using Yu Yunique mobile phone. Due to the battery issues i have returned the mobile phone to Micromax care ( Yu is a micromax product ) . they said me the battery is swollen and you have to replace the battery. After lots of complaing they agreed to replace the mobile and they said that your device will be replaced within 15 days. After 15 days they dont giving my mobile they said that you have to wait more 15 days. And even after 15 days they are still saying that you have to wait total 45 days. Please help me sir. They are not giving proper service.Thank you.

                                      It is going to 35 days and i have not receive my mobile phone . kindly i request YU to deliever me my phone . i m very upset of YU service . my jobsheet number is N[protected]. and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                      i have sent my phone on 27 feb to the company and when i call to custumer care support they always say to me that you will get your phone in 7 working days
