Hello I had purchased "YU Yunique " Mobile product through " Snapdeal". After 2 month the mobile is get switch off automatically even charging 60% are remaining. I had handed over mobile to service centre and they are send that faulty model to company. The mobile is fully in under warranty .as per the rule company is providing phone but not received after 21day, without mobile I did not able to do my work. I had called Yu they are received my mobile at 27/1/2016 and after that they are said that replacement phone is will be send to me vai courier but after completing 21days I had not receive any product from yu. they are westing my time even I had requested them to deliver my phone to me but they always tell that replacement period is 40days.Now a day who is waiting for 40days? even I had did not imagine 1 day without phone. Please take big action on YU mobile and Snapdeal .please give me refund amount. File FIR Against Such Company which is not giving refund ammount through NEFT OR RTGS OR Moneytorder.

    I purchased yureka Android device in 29 /01/15. Mobile is not working Camera issue battery drain fast hardware issue . on 10/ 12/ 15 yureka done my replacement of yureka device. Generated way bill no[protected]. till date I haven't received my device. Almost 2 month pass. I have done lots of email regarding my device delivery but not satisfied answer form yureka. They said you just wait.
    Pls do the needfull action as soon as possible

          I have orderd Yureka handset on 18 May 2015 but due to heating issue i had replaced the previous handset with new one .

          But when i tried to use the same i found that handset is not under working condition(looks as if it was used old handset). I have called up more than 25 times to customer care but no one is reverting on my issue .Issue has been pending from last four months.

          One of the pathetic service i have ever seen .

            Hello i registered a complain on yuplaygod costomer care they generated my waybill no.[protected] On december 29th and the device stuck at there from jan 2 2016 from now I called them several times and they keep telling me to wait for 10-15 days device will get deliver i havent recive my device if they cant deliver a product as they said door step why they fooling people is they think india costomer are foolish, by making them fool they sealing coolpad by name yureka

                I have brought a YU Yureka cell phone march 2015. Since Nov'15 the speaker of this phone is not working.
                I have contacted YU Customer care number ([protected]) and emailed to the [protected]@yuplaygod.com. I have followed the customer care and send emails at least 25 times but all the time they says that it will be done in next 7 working days. It have been 90 days over but my the YU team is not showing any progress on this matter.
                I'm raising this complain to resolve the issue ASAP.

                  I purchase Yureka mobile on amazon in march 2015. It started giving problem.when the matter was reported to the company they replaced it with another DEFECTIVE piece after 2 months. When I relodged my complain they gave me a waybill number on 28.12.2015. Today is 12th february 2016, every time I call, I get the same response" it will be delivered to you in 10-15 working days". My hard earned Rs. 9000.00 went into drain.

                    My name is Kailas Sanghavi from Pune Maharashtra.
                    I had YU Yuphoria mobile purchased in the month of July 2015. Due to some problem in device, I have submitted my mobile to Service center here in Pune. The service center people told me that as mobile is in warranty period, and they are not authorized to open YU mobile n service center, they will have t send mobile to direct company in New Delhi and Company will send replacement of this mobile within 45 days and they will send mobile by Courier at my address. Today almost it has been a period of 3 months I have not recd my device back. I called up the customer care and also continuously sending mails to them but I am always getting reply from them - they have forwarded my issue to concerned team and concerned team will send the mobile within 7-10 days, This is continuously happening since last 2 months and they have harassed me a lot. I am completely disturbed and fed up of this.I request you to help me and take severe action against this company.Please help me what should I do?YU has come to this stage that they don''t even have fear about Consumer Forum.                     YU people have just only created my waybill number with Delhivery courier company since last 1 month. But no dispatch is being arranged from YU. My waybill no. is[protected]. Please take some serious action on this fraud company YU. It has harassed the customers a lot and only have a aim of making money. Not caring of customers and no after sales service. Those people even have come to this extent and not scared about Consumer courts or any legal action. On one of the call they told me Consumer form hamara kya bighad legi. Such companies really need severe actin. Sir/Mam whoever is reading this, please help me to get my device back or at leat ask YU people to send me DOA certificate. Thank you
                    YU people always mail the same thing. Sorry for trouble. Since 3 months YU people have troubled and harassed me a lott. YU people call me with taking quick action. Just dont call with the excuse that my concern is in progress. Give us some time. 3+ months already passed.

                      2 phon heating problem
                      3 Sim not working problem ( have 2g sim and set the phone on wcdma/gsm mode

                      This phone yuphoria yu5010a hanged on early 3rd day of purchase
                      Touch not working properly.
                      Calling problem.
                      Sim card registration fail problem occurred continuously.
                      Hanging problem even power off button can't switched off the phone.
                      Worst phone I have ever .
                      I have purchased an yuphoria 5010a since a month ago and there is only one problem in this device that is the multi touch. It holds all the touches until all touches are removed
                      ya same here also my phone is stucked on yu logo and they said there will a cost (4000) we have to submit for repairing even under warranty that is exactly half of the price of the phone...

                          I had received call but I am confused that I had provided orogional invoice with mobile and again they are want the invoice again I had sended through the mail but I did not received any final Decision from company. From handover mobile to company there is completed 18 days now. I want my money back with my value of westing days. I will definitely take legal action on both company "YU " and "snapdeal".

                            My waybill generated data was on 17th January 2016, and then company told me next 15 working days u got ur back pannel. But my back pannel is not with me every time Yu cust care told me wait for 10 days more ur product is not picked by courier company.                               I would like to inform you that it is more than 1/month I have been waiting for my phone which needs to be replaced due to speaker issues.

                                I have purchase Yuphoria, after few month facing touch issue and contact with YU Customer care. We have done all the steps asked me to do, issue is not yet resolved .After one month, i have received waybill(WAYBILL#:[protected] on 30th dec 2015.My phone is out of order for last one month, however till date i have got no support from your team to get the same rectified, except false commitments from the Customer care.

                                  I have ordred Yu yunique 8gb black on 29 September, 2015. Received the product on 3rd Oct 2015. I have satisfied with the product in the early usage. But 30-45 days later I got problem in installing the apps.
                                  So, contacted YU televentures regarding the same issue 28th Nov, 2015. They have arranged replacement for the device.

                                  After using the mobile for 2-3 days, I recognised that there is some problem with mobile in conversation over calls. The device have defect in Mic. So, Again contacted YU televentures on

                                  Again they have promised to replace the device on urgent basis. They have generated replacement details on 3rd January 2016 as follows.

                                  Its almost 34 days completed but the replacement was not done by YU televentures. I have contacted them many times, they are giving fake promises and saying wait for 15days. They saying the same reason since from 34 days. I have disappointed with their behaviour in delaying the dispatch.
                                  So I have decided to FILE a CASE in CONSUMER COURT against YU TELEVENTURES and SNAPDEAL.
                                  because, coming to the snapdeal, you have given 1 year of manufacturer Guarantee.
                                  So you are also comes under this issue because, you are selling the fake products and suffering the customers like me. If you go through Customer reviews of YU TELEVENTURES, there you will find lot of customers suffering with their mobiles brought from Yu TELEVENTURES.
                                  Why you people are encouraging the YU Televentures? They are providing fake products and Fake promises.
                                  I have contacted SNAPDEAL today, they said write a mail, so that my concern regarding Replacement of my device, snapdeal will help the same regard.
                                  So, Please help me in getting the Device as soon as possible.
                                  If you also failed to do the same, I will file a CASE against YU Televentures and SNAPDEAL.

                                    My phone is not working from more than three weeks. i lodged a complaint on-line on the YU official forum 3 weeks earlier. They informed me they will solve my phone related issue within 15 days but still it is not resolved. They told me that the service is not available at my address, so, i was told to visit the nearest service centre. I visited the service centre for the issue. They told me that first I have to cancel my job sheet created on-line. I called the YU support and told them to cancel the job sheet that day itself. The Yu support team told me it will be done within 24-48 hrs. I waited and then I checked the status and still it was not done. I asked the YU support when it will be done, they told me it will be solved within 24 hrs. Next day again I called and enquired but still my problem was not resolved. Today its been more than a week and I am listening the same thing from them that it will be done within 24 hrs. Everyday from one week onwards is happening the same story and nothing is being done. I am really in trouble Please help me. As I have to get my phone repaired as soon as possible. The YU team is not supporting the customers at all. I have wasted more than Rs. 300 on calling and visiting the YU support and still I am seeing no hope for my mobile phone problem getting solved. Please help me its very urgent.

                                      I have buyed an mobile yu yureka in amazon site on 13/01/2015 for 8999 they delivered handset on 14/01/2015, and my mobile was working nice, but in November my phone was not working(headset not working, automatically switch, etc...) then i went to service center they told that it's a software problem for repair it takes a day then i have submitted my phone to them the next day i went they returned me phone but phone was not working again i went to service center they told that phone cannot be repaired and they will replace my handset, i have submitted my phone to service center on 03/012016, on 15 th Jan i have mailed to company they told that phone will be replaced in 15 days again i connected on 25th Jan they are telling another 10 days today is 9th Feb when i contacted them they are telling again 15 days still now they did not replace my phone
