I, had a complain about my set yu5510a (White) model code: serymob010 for heating & battery drainage.
I submitted my set in service center for repairs, unfortunately the set was
Found irreparable and was recommended for replacement by the service center.
Since last four months i am filing complaints but till date no one is bothered
To take up my complain and hand over the replaced set to me.

Repair warranty/replacement : yes
Job sheet bar code no: n[protected].
Imei/esn no: [protected], [protected].

Kindly help me to get my replaced set immediately failing which refund my purchase amount without any further delay.

    I just love this make in india concept and bought yu yunicorn 5530 handset which had too many bugs in os and complained the same to customer support team and they just asked me to their local care office. They are installing the same buggy os again and i'm facing the dialer application crash after a week and the same process is repeated thrice still the problem continues. I'm done with this phone, i suggest everyone not to buy this company's phone. I love india but i am not ready to face the trouble. Better i'll purchase oneplus, vivo or oppo next time

    See I have software issue (dialer crash) and I have taken to service centre as per the suggestion of customer support team. They have reinstalled the operating system twice and still I'm facing the same issue. I have complained on this and there is no response till now. You need to respond for this or else I'll go to consumer forum which may cause serious issues to your company. I'm really frustrated with yu televentures
    My phone became unusable after the update and I've informed the same to YU support team. They asked me to go for yureka service center. I have surrendered my phone on 11th of November. Still now, there is no update on this. Please make it fast. I can't wait more than this

      And i'm used android kitkat version but now available android oreo and android n version please help me yu televntures not any response these software update
      I'm more time complaint and details via customer care number yu televntures
      But he sad me after some time updated available
      I'm waiting for 1.2 year but not available any update you televntures and you play god.

        I purchased yu5010a on 24nov2016. It worked well for 8months (Aug'2017). After that the touch is not working at some locations. I submitted in etawah, up micromax service center on 07oct'2017. They said that, "panel problem" and it will be replaced as this is under warranty. It will be returned in 20working days and you will get a message when the mobile was serviced. But till now din't get any message/call. Even if i call them, they are telling that spares are not arrived. We wrote lot of mails also, but no response from high authorities. I am tired calling them again and again and listening the same story for last 2months 8days. What's the use of purchasing these mobiles?

          My yurekas proximity sensor doesnt work since i bought it, i thought it doesnt have a sensor until recently when my friend said it requires a software update, which i didnt get till now. Apps such as uber, emoji keyboard, share it and dream league soccer 18 gets stopped automatically and i am not able to use it. Moreover heating issues and battery backup are very poor.

            My yureka plus device has got a notification regarding the update to lollipop. I clicked on update since my friend told me he also got the same notification and after update, his device got volte feature. My phone started downloading the firmware and then rebooted. But the device didn't start after completion of installation. I've contacted the yu support team and they have given the authorised center. Since the device is in warranty, they sent the device to company on 11th of november but didn't get any update regarding this. Initially they promised device will be returned by 27th of last month. Authorised center people keep saying please come next week.

              I am using yu ao5510 for last two years.. Last month i encountered a problem, my mobile started rebooting itself.. When i went they asked to replace battery from outside.. I did again the problem persists in different manner when i again went to service center they are asking to replace battery again.
              When i contacted yu support they also providing hopeless answers.

              My friend also ao5510 using last one also had same problem they said same reason after changing battery they said it is complaint. Totally i am not happy with the service and i am disappointed.

                  Sir i have purchased yu yureka 2 mobile phone online today. After starting phone no icons are displayed on screen. I can receive incoming calls. But can not do outgoing call or other functions as there are no icons on screen. Only option of camera, calculator are displayed. I think system software installation is not done. Can i replace phone? What to do? Please guide.

                    My yu plus phone which is under warranty, i had submited it for repair in yu authorised service center. Job sheet no is[protected]-29642377 dated 4/08/2017.

                    Now it's already 100days for repair. Service center people says company has not provided the spare. Call center people always says that wihin 5 days your phone will be ready. Support team gives standard reply to mails that they reget the delay and matter has been transferd to competent team with priority.

                    I fed up with such replys and frustated. Plz help.

                      This is my second ao5510 am using last one also had same problem they said same reason after changing battery they said it is complaint with power i. C so asked to change motherboard.
                      This time also doing the same because i have only few days of warranty leftout they are dragging the time so i need to spend money on fixingit.

                      Worst customer support and service from yu...

                      I asked the yu support for address of manufacturing unit to send my mobile for proper management they too refused.

                        I am mukul facing problem on yu yureka plus heating & re-start for first day i revived the mobile. I called snapdeal they send the person to check. I visit many time to micromax center they do update i start working for 15-25 days correctly gain same problem. This process running from last 9 months they are making fool. First they said software problem, then battery issue, then mother board issue

                        Now they are saying there is moisture on mother board soo its getting re start i explian this problem is coming from 1st day i purchase but there is no solution & they are trying to make fool

                        Request you to please help as company is trying to make me fool to avoid the warrenty

                        Hi i have yuphoria 5010 and i have got battery backup problem since day one as i purchased local service center bathinda could not able to arrange a new battery for me even after paying 550 on spot. so i never recomend anyone to buy micromax yuphoria phone 5010.

                          On 23\09\17 i received my new handset yunicorn5530 with 10days replacement policy.

                          But on 11th day it started heating very much while charging and while receiving calls.
                          Same problem continued.
                          I approached customer service for replacement but they suggested to visit nearby service centre. The guys from service centre told me to repair instead of replacement.

                          It has been just 12 days after receiving my mobile and from now only i am facing heating problem. Such a new mobile facing immense heating issue states that quality of product which i have received is not up to the mark.
                          Reparing is ok if i has been using mobile since 1or 2yr.
                          But newly purchased mobile facing problem and suggested me for repairing is not appropriate and clearly states that it's defective and without proper testing.

                          Request your urgent intervention in this issue as i am not asking for refund but only for replacement.

                            Sir, i purchase mobile yu yureka model no. 4711 on 19 sep 16 at rs 7900.00 from vipin enterprises civil line allahabad (Up) invoice no.861. After going 5 month i getting problem in the handset. I given to yu service center (Micromax) in the civil line branch allahabad. Two month past i am not getting my handset till dated. I call to customer care service they says that you wait for 4 -5 days. But after waiting 30 days i am still not getting my handset. Sir this is my complain.                               2 or 3 june i registered my complain to the nearest yu service center (Max care ranchi)... My battery was became dead in the warranty period... So i registered my compln... About 1 month after i have to go there but they said me ur battery was not delivered yet so registered the complain again... I did that.. After 1month they gave me used battery.. Nd i argu with them!! This battery is useless nd used... They said me sorry sir (Galti se chla gya ap dobara complain krwa lijiye) nd again i registered my problem on 17/7/2017... They don't call me yet... Nd my job sheet status says that my device is delivered to my nearst service center... Nd this all matter going to around 3to 4 months...

                                I purchased Yu Yureka Plus (White, 16 GB, IMEI No : [protected] ) from Flipkart for my fiance which was delivered on 31st December 2016.

                                After nearly 6 months o[censored]sage the battery drain was huge and the headphone was also not working.

                                She went to service centre on 12th August M/s Crazy Infovision, 83, Golaghata Road, VIP Tower Complex, Kolkata, West Bengal after finding the address from website.

                                They said the phone needs software update and they don’t have engineer so asked her to come next week.

                                Managing time from her office she somehow went on 26th August. Surprisingly they said they cannot do software update as the mobile does not have enough charge(This being the reason for her going to them) so they cannot do it and asked her to come after fully charging the mobile which was pointless as the battery was draining within few hours of fully charging the mobile.

                                After a lot of heated discussion they came at the conclusion of purchasing a new battery for Rs. 700 which she did(Though we knew this might not resolve the issue). They took the order and said they will call her once they get the battery.

                                So after 2 weeks they contacted her and asked to come and take the battery. My fiance again managing time from office went to collect the battery on 9th Sept 2017 and asked the executive to update the software. Now they said that they have checked the mobile and it is a water problem which does not come under warranty and hence she has to pay Rs 300 for servicing the mobile(with software update) and even they cannot take any guarantee as the phone might get dead after update. Really strange.

                                My fiance said she can give 110% guarantee that the phone did not come in contact with water. They said they cannot do anything about it.

                                Now there could be 2 possibilities as to the best of our knowledge as the phone never got in touch with water since the time she is using it :

                                1. The phone was water damaged from before and a damaged re-boxed product was given by Flipkart(Though the box was completely sealed).So it started malfunctioning after 6months of purchase.
                                OR

                                2. The people in the service centre are lying and they use this trick for every customers who go there with this issue.(I do see lot of reviews in Flipkart and social media from people who purchased this phone had battery and heating issues within months).

                                After using the phone with the new battery for 2 days the battery is again draining hugely.

                                Now I regret purchasing this phone and this kind of behaviour from so called Customer Service Centre.

                                I request a resolution from your end before moving to any regulatory body.

                                I have also send an email to customer support and they provided me Reference Ticket id: 3077978 and said they will contact me but never did.

                                  My name is ankush pruthi, i am from delhi.
                                  I purchased your a phone - yu yutopia online on july 3, 2017
                                  And from the very first day the phone was hanging and there was a problem of self rebooting again and again due to which i submit that phone to your service center in jail road, tilak nagar -110018, on august 14, 2017 and i recieved that phone yesterday ie september 20, 2017. The condition of phone is still the same, there is no improvement, no repair, the staff of that service centre is not at all cooperative. The employees of that service center are very rude namely mrs priya and mrs riya. Now i am going to sue your company with consumer court under consumer protection act 1986 - exploitation of consumer. If your company cares for your goodwill which i think that it does not concern you, then replace this phone with new yu yutopia within 7 days ie before september 28, 2017 otherwise if i suit your company, then legally you have to provide me compensation along with new phone. Also i need a phone call from the top level management of your company within 24 hours.
                                  Now i know the quality of product which you provide and i am going to suggest everyone known to me that never buy micromax and yu mobiles, as purchasing them is simply waste your money and wasting your time in going to service centre only

                                  I have also talked about you in national consumer helpline and my complaint number is 429585, along with this i have talked with my elder brother who is a lawyer and ca by his profession and he guided me to provide you 7 days time and to send you a written application.

                                    This email is with reference to my complaint with the authorized service center of micromax / yu & their authorized service center “shri laxmi enterprises uttam nagar west “ against job sheet no. N[protected] dated :- 21st august 2017, name :- saurabh awasthi.

                                    Unfortunately i have purchased micromax product yu yureka having trust on indian brand but really i am facing a lots of issues with this phone.

                                    When the phone arrived through flipkart the phone was faulty immediately i contacted to flipkart team and they replaced by a new yu yureka set.

                                    Few days later that phone started auto switch off, hanged during call, no network in first sim slot, 6-7 hrs battery backup, heating a lot etc-etc all those problem persist in a single phone you may wonder how i mange two -3 month swith these problems.

                                    Finally when i get free from my busy schedule then i went to so called service center of micromax “ shri laxmi enterprises “ located in uttam nagar west on 16th august, they checked and updated the software and returned back to us while saying phone is okay now.

                                    But after checking it again i found that still the problem persist and problem not solved then i again visited to that pathetic service center on 21st august 2017 and they submitted my phone & they told me in 5 days they returned the phone back. But today is 19thseptember and they repetedily telling me that motherboard is not send by the micromax that’s why delay occurs.

                                    I contacted to yu / micromax they also assisting me again and again that i will get my phone in 5 days but nothing happened except extending the days.

                                    While writing emails to them i received the computer generated replies nothing else. There products and after sale service is worst please help me to get my well repaired mobile phone.

                                    Look into this matter and resolved my issue on urgent basis as already i faced lots of problem with this phone and i request take this complaint on top priority basis.

                                      Hi I had submitted yu 5510 a model in service centre on 21/9/3017. Still now I had not got my mobile repaired and they are saying that it is not there fault it is company fault . Please solve it as soon as possible and don't force me to knock the door of consumer court . Job sheet no[protected]-29811979. The way of talking of customer Service centre worker is very inadequate they were not talking in good way take some action and get my phone repaired as soon as possible and don't force me to knock the gate of the consumer forum

                                        My mobile yu5010a started causing problem (Battery automatically deads, at 40% or near it suddenly shows 0 and mobile shutdowns) in its 7th month after that it has been at service center for 3times and 1 time for head office for 1 month but problem remains the same. Every time when i heads to service centre they just asked me to leave mobile at center but company is unable to solve my problem. And they are unable to provide me its battery
