My Yu Yureka mobile is not charging since 14.06.2015. I visited micromax service center on 15th June, 15 but they denied to provide the service and told me to call me on [protected]. I made the call on the given no. and they assured me that I must got a call on my no [protected] but didn't receive any call. Thereafter I made call twice on same no but only assurance no service till now. Please help me or I have no choice but to go to court.     hello sir i m bhuvnesh. I buy a micromax yu yureka from amazon.in and it will dead after update on 23 may . I register a complane on same day but no respond after that. They told me to wait for 4 day but no respond. After 8 days back to back caling the told me to send my phone to there warehouse which is in delhi so i send my device on 1 june and it will reach to them on 3 again no respond from them till now. Plz help me to retrive my device back.. My contect number is [protected].

        I have purchased online Yureka Mobile phone Model No. AO5510 in April, 2015. My Ticket No. is[protected],[protected],[protected]. After a month of purchasing the mobile. Its display has become dim. I made many complaints to Yureka Customer Care but all in vain. They replied that you will have to change your display. It costs more than Rs. 3000/-.           I bought a Micromax Yureka mobile during April 1st week from Amazon. It was working fine and one day mobile got switched off and its not taking the charge from the adapter. I have tried the same adapter with different mobile and it works fine. I contacted Yureka customer care 2 weeks back and one one is responding to my email. I have dropped almost 9 emails until now and I received only one asking for the problem. I paid 9000rs for this mobile and was not able to use this even 1 month. Over this customer care is not responding and I am going mad at this. Please help me getting refund for this handset.

            Hi team, I am facing very serious issues from Micromax company. I have purchased Yureka phone from Amazon India website. Within a month its camera lens is covered by dust. I have already logged the call with the Yureka for this issue. It is more that a month we are following up for this issue but we are not getting any single revert from yureka other than auto generated mails and messages. Only once I have received call on 19-May-2015 14:37([protected]) from yureka technical team stating that this incident will not be covered under warranty. But this is not my fault at all and it is the known issue with this particular model. Many of the users are complaining for this issue on the yureka forum.               I bought one yu yureka mobile phone. After some time it stopped working and when we contact them back for replacement they are not providing the service. They are keep saying they will call back in next 48 hours but they didn't call back once.

                Its not work properly when I call then the other call receiver not listen properly voice being surrounding also not clearly. I am not satisfied by YU yureka handset I want to return back to you play god it back...please sincerely look in to the my case...

                  Hi, I am facing functionality issue in my Yureka mobile since i procured, when i contacted support team i was advised post upgrading to new OS all problems will get resolve, was informed to wait till then. But post up-gradation i am facing same issue, now when i contacted support team i was shared complain number & was confirmed that i will be getting call from technical team within 48 hours, but till date no one contacted me. I called up support team several times & getting same response will get call within 48 hours. They are not sharing any escalation metric or contact details

                    I have louge complaint before 15 days my phone speaker and mike not working and also heating problem in this set.but no response to company in this complaint and every time I called customer care 4 time every time said software update and restart phone. I have done every thing but my problem not solve so far and speaker and mike is hardware issue to yureka company refuse to this problem and not take nessasery action this complaint. so I request to you kindly solve my problem as soon as possible and banned this kind of company in india.

                      I purchased the Yureka handset online through the e tailer Amazon with invoice dated 12 Feb. Within 20 days of purchase, handset developed complication. It shuts down automatically when it is idling, so I can't receive calls nor any notifications. Later the speaker was also not working and the tethering was stopped working. I lodged complaint on 9 March over phone and e mail. the service team was telling to do something, but nothing helped. In the end through their mail dated 13 May, the company agreed to replace within 6-8 working days. at the end of this period, I telephoned the service team talks differently, as if they have not sent the mail. In spite of repeated phone calls and e mails, the company is not responding.

                        I purchased a yureka mobile in month of april from amazon.in, the device is not working properly, i have called customer care and wrote couple of mails to the customer service, i have received a reply that will contact in 24 hours time, but still there is no action on my complaint even after a week.                           Lucky to buy Yureka mobile from Amazon.in But within 3 weeks its screen got hanged and just showing CYNOGEN logo and do not proceed from there. Called customer care number with complaint id YU142922 registered almost a week back. They assure us to call back within 48 hours but till now no calls from their so called L2 team. Now when I called again today to find the status, they said your complaint number is INVALID :-( Isn't this frustrating. I don't know why Amazon is selling these type of phones whose customer care such irresponsible. I tried to contact through email to [protected]@yuplaygod.com but they also just generated another ticket number as 52269 but still no positive response/call yet :-( Feeling very unlucky to buy this phone.

                            Not sure if this company has right folks in place. I suggest please don't buy YU Yureka. Will be posting the same in Consumer Complaints as well so they can't remove it like they do in facebook.Not sure Micromax being such a good company is having poor support service. Kind Attention Rajesh Agarwal Complaint Number - 130932. NFC is completely gone and They still talk on software update and that is irrelevant. Proved with this image. -1 month on the knees (SLA huh), -1 called up wiped the phone dissapears (said he will call back in 20 minutes), This is the only call from them I further continued... - Now moved to L2 (SLA 36 hours completed before 2 days) no clue. All I asked was to return this to Micromax free of cost and there is no Contact center Why should you behave like DELL when we have incompetent Service Support?

                                I bought yureka smatphone (rs-9000) on 1-apr-2015 and i got 1 year warrenty with it.After 1 month i got a official update of lolipop on my phone.After upgrading to Android lolipop my phone is dead.Now i am trying to contact the yureka help care but they do not reply to me.I submit a complaint on 8-may-2015 and their customer member said we will call you in next 48 hours but i did not get any call then again i submit a complaint again, i did not get a response from them.I am in trouble now.

                                    Dear sir, As i have purchase new Mobile from Amazon . of Yu yureka at 9000/-. There was an update of the mobile version so i updated but after updating Lollipop version the cellphone isn't in working condition. I called Yu Customer care on 23-April-2015 they gave me ticket number YU94241 and told me not to worry your mobile will be replaced. But till dated 14-May-2015 i haven't received my cellphone. Today I called in Yu Care again and they again told me to wait for couple of days, I daily called them from 23-April-2015 and every time they tell me please wait for couple of days and don't worry your cellphone will be replaced but all false till date.

                                    Yes i also faced the same problem and they are cheating the consumers govt has to band the company when they are not able to manage the quality of products.

                                    Govt of India please seal the company not to sell the products anymore and most of the customers are mentally harassing...

                                      i have purchased a AO5510 YU Yureka phone on 5/3/15 by registration through amazon.in. now the phone getting heated on the top back side. i remove all the cards and reset the phone.still the problem is remaining. i mail a complaint to YU Support on1/5/15 and 3/5/15. there is no reply. what should i do next ?

After Switch off Internet (data connection option off) and after Sometime when On the option. Internet Not Start Automatically.
