I really want to complaint against Yureka on the
experience I had with yureka customer support on my Yureka phone replacement.
I have purchased my Yureka phone 8 months back.After 5 months, phone started showing several complaints like auto -restarting continuously, not connecting to network, if connected get disconnects while talking after 1min etc..., and it was not in usable condition at all.
I reported the problem to yureka customer care.The complaint was registered on 16/10/15 with complaint number " 1356084" .They told me to do reset, flash new files etc.I tried all those, but the problem persisted.So told me to send the device so they shall provide replacement once you send the old phone through courier.I sent old device on 28/10/15 and I got a call telling me "you need to upload courier bill, then you shall get a new device within 15 days" from yureka support on 30/10/15.
I have waited for 15 days I contacted again I got response like " you shall get the device within 15 days, we're sorry, due to technical reason it is delayed. ".Even after 15 days I did'nt get anything, so contacted again but got same response again .I sent mails too but got the same response.On Dec 20, I contacted customer care again, I was assured to get device within 7 days by
"Brahm Narayan/customer operation/L1/YU team Ienergiz customer escalation" through mail.
Till now I got nothing from anyone.On Jan 20, I sent mail again, but again got the same old response.!!!
Today till Feb 3, 2016 I have'nt get any update.I am using temporary phone waiting for this device since October!!. I have sent mail at least 5 times and contacted more than 15 times to customer care!!! .I think this is more than to bear for any customer .
I need complete refund of the phone price even though it caused me more than that.
