My yureka device had display damage issue I called yu and they said it will cost 3000rs .I accepted to get it repaired .They took the device from on dec21st through courier serive.They received the device on 26thdec I then started calling from Jan 5th everytime I used to speak to them for about an average of 18min.Everytime they ask me to wait for 24to 48hrs .With an interval of 24 or 48hrs I had called them around 12times, till them they used to say that I need to pay amount of 3000rs during the time of delivery.
But when I called 14th time they told me that one of their person will call me within 24 is 48 hrs and send me a url link so that I could pay the amount and I will get the device.But I didn't get any call from them for 3day ms, and I again I called them a new person picked the call and said "sorry for providing you the wrong information sir and said you have to pay 3000only during delivery.The reason they used to be saying everytime I call is that "they are experiencing a technical issue while generating a waybill no".But I don't know why don't this so called educated people know to rectify the issue and generate the waybill no.
By keeping calling regularly on Jan 21st I received a mail saying "you have kindly wait until waybill no us generated".I replied to them saying "I have kindly waited for more than 30days so you better kindly generate the waybill no".Then asusualI was calling them day by day .On 24th monday I called them and asked them to connect me to their higher officials, to which they replied please be on the while we transfer the call to our higher official, then all of a sudden a after I waiting for 8min on going call they denied my call and again after two days I called and asked them to connect me to the higher officials and strictly informed not to disconnect my call, but upon saying this also that customer care executive disconnected my call.So the behave like gundas online.
I feel sad for customers that when Yu is not ready to serve their consumers WHY YU ARE ALLOWED TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS IN INDIA WITHOUT BANNING YU.
I regret for buying this Yu product and I kindly request that i need my device soon AND A SRICT LAW MUST BE ENFORCED TO BAN THIS COMPANY FROM SELLING PRODUCTS IN INDIA.

These Yu people don't reply to my mail, forum post or even connect me to their higher officials, it's been 50days by now.
Yu televentures must be rated -infinity for this third degree cheap tactics they are playing with customers.This is India never underestimate customers . Customers are not slaves they are paying for what they are buying.You leave on customers money, never forget it. customers are not beggars.

    I really want to complaint against Yureka on the
    experience I had with yureka customer support on my Yureka phone replacement.
    I have purchased my Yureka phone 8 months back.After 5 months, phone started showing several complaints like auto -restarting continuously, not connecting to network, if connected get disconnects while talking after 1min etc..., and it was not in usable condition at all.
    I reported the problem to yureka customer care.The complaint was registered on 16/10/15 with complaint number " 1356084" .They told me to do reset, flash new files etc.I tried all those, but the problem persisted.So told me to send the device so they shall provide replacement once you send the old phone through courier.I sent old device on 28/10/15 and I got a call telling me "you need to upload courier bill, then you shall get a new device within 15 days" from yureka support on 30/10/15.
    I have waited for 15 days I contacted again I got response like " you shall get the device within 15 days, we're sorry, due to technical reason it is delayed. ".Even after 15 days I did'nt get anything, so contacted again but got same response again .I sent mails too but got the same response.On Dec 20, I contacted customer care again, I was assured to get device within 7 days by
    "Brahm Narayan/customer operation/L1/YU team Ienergiz customer escalation" through mail.
    Till now I got nothing from anyone.On Jan 20, I sent mail again, but again got the same old response.!!!
    Today till Feb 3, 2016 I have'nt get any update.I am using temporary phone waiting for this device since October!!. I have sent mail at least 5 times and contacted more than 15 times to customer care!!! .I think this is more than to bear for any customer .
    I need complete refund of the phone price even though it caused me more than that.

        Dear Sir,

        I have bought YURREKA handset before 7-8 months ago. Last month, I came up with so many problem with handset hardware.

        I have registered the complain to YU Support team and they have given promise to replace the device.

        Since last one month, they are giving false promises that, My device will be delivered to me within 4-5 working days. I complained them so many times and got this response only.

        Request you to look into this and help me to solve the issue as early as possible.

        A lady on call, told me that she is calling from YU and YU will refund whole money for my phone.

        For that, she asked my bank account details.

        I don't know, whether it is fake call or legal.

        Purchased yuphoria last year. Did complain for display problem and mobile heats at time of changing and continuous talk. Did send email but didn't get response yet. I don't want mobile now.. Give me money back as seen that problem occurs again within 1-2 month after resolution

          I had launched a complaint and was been told that my device would be swapped in 15 working days from 16th Dec'15 but till now i have received and every time i call up the YU customer Care i'm asked to wait for more 7 to 10 days. The same thing is being told to me from last 2 months. NO proper commitments are given by the YU team. Even on email YU team re not responding properly. Even they give false commitment about call back from seniors of YU customer care. Frankly speaking the services are very poor & all fake commitments are given

              I bought a phone micromax yureka in march 2015. I started facing some issues with phone camera and phone would restart automatically anytime. I submitted the phone on 2 Jan 2016 at Sector 27 Noida service center and was told that I would get back the phone in 10-15 working days. They asked me to get in touch with YU customer service as they will be sending off the phone to YU warehouse for the repair and it would be delivered at the doorstep once repaired. When I call them they ask me to wait for another 10-15 days and do not provide me the reason the delay. They are even not providing me date by which they would deliver the phone to me. I do not see any hope that they would be able to help me in getting the phone, so please its my humble request to take some action on them. My Job Sheet Number is: N[protected]

                I send my yu yunique on 24 Dec 2015 but till today the phone is not dispatched from service centre and company's customer care executive only saying that the phone repaired and dispatched as soon as possible. I wasted my time and money on calling there coustmer care no many times but they have only one and that they don't know where the phone is and telling me only that they will dispatched my phone soon

                  I have problem with my cell phone's battery. I called YU Support to replace battery. They generated battery replacement waybill no. on date - 20 December 2015 and told me to wait for Maximum 15 days.

                  Everytime i called them they told me to wait for somedays and they will deliver battery to me. Its almost more than 40 days i waited but still not replaced my battery.

                      There was problem in my yureka. I tell the problem to YU customer support they tell me that they should replace my phone after 10-15 days they give me a tracking no.[protected] on 25/DEC/2015. When I go to track the order the status is (not picked). When I tell this to YU support they tell me wait.. Wait.. And today is 31/Jan/2016 I didn't received my phone and when I call today again to YU customer support again they tell wait... From 1 month they are just telling wait and wait and wait... Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible

                        I had purchase a YU Fit band which had some manufacturing defect and on complaint i was told to return that Band.
                        The company made a commitment on[protected] to refund my Rs.999/- within 30 days and i was given a way bill no.[protected]. and a reference ticket no. 1350426.
                        from that date till date[protected], its me who is calling them regularly to get my refund but my refund is still not processed,
                        have tried to reach out them on twitter even tried to make this matter in the knowledge of Rahul Sharma through twitter but no reply,

                        always i get a reply that it is under process and i shall wait for another 30 days.
                        today 29.01.2016 when i called the executive disconnected the call and when i tried again i have been given a time of further 30 days.

                        it has been almost 4 months my Rs. 999/- is stuck with the co.

                        This has become a pain for me to calls them again and again, i have wasted som much of my time energy and money over the calls to the co.

                        looking out to the delay i even expect a interest over my Refund amount from them as the co. must have earned a handsome amount of Business interest over my money.

                        Kindly get me the refund posted asap with an amount of interest to compensate my time and energy wasted morever to compensate the fund shortage or loss of interest i would have earned from my bank account.

                          I have purchased recently a Yurke Plus after seeing advertisement, with my Hard Earned Money, But Now I am Un happy with the Mobile Device as this phone gets over heated and burns ears as well need re placement or need the money to be refunded . Paid Rs8400/-.

                            My yu yunique was collected on 6th jan and still they haven't generated the 2 nd waybill number .1st waybill number:[protected]. And they just dont take it serious...and customer care number is not toll free. Plz do register a complaint sir.

But YU Televentures didn't send the device to courier company for deliver.
                                I mailed them many times but they didn't reply to me. then i called YU for more inquiry on my device but they say to wait please give me my decive you take a more time for your processing time

                                  today it self i called them they are saying the same thing to wait.

                                  Desirable Solution : Replacement of device. and 3 moths warranty expend.

                                    This to kindly inform you that I had purchased a YU Yureka bearing through Amazon India Online Within the past one month my phone battery was discharging very fast after a few days the phone was not being charged at all even on connecting multiple USB Chargers and now I am unable to even switch ON the phone I reached out to Yureka Customer Support Helpline and tried all the procedures as informed by the executives including charging the battery with Universal charger and flashing the phone Despite all the fore mentioned steps I was still unable to switch ON my phone the executives are very rude indecent and arrogant I have visited two service centers in Bangalore namely Jayanagar and Koramangala where I was told that the service centers do not fix this phone and only customer support helpline can take any further action I was later informed during one of the calls that the company has initiated a replacement and the phone will be dispatched by delhivery Courier Services it has been more than three weeks and no action has been taken yet I reached out to the courier company and was informed that they have not received any product from the company to initiate the delhivery Despite multiple attempts on a daily basis I am unable to reach the customer support number since then Kindly help to get this issue rectified as I am not getting proper response from the company and my warranty is bound to lapse within a month
