On the 2nd of January, I, Samarveer Singh, submitted my YU Yureka handset to 'MS/BR Services' in Lajpat Nagar II, as the handset was giving me battery problems. The phone was in warranty, and the attendant at the store(MS/BR Services-Micromax Customer Care) said that a replacement of my phone would be delivered to my house withing 15 days. Since then, no one has yet delivered the phone to my house, nor have YU Televentures picked up my calls regularly- for days on end, i find mysel[censored]nable to contact them because their customer care is either busy, or all representatives are otherwise engaged. When i do get through, they tell me to wait ANOTHER 15 days, as was said by them to me on the 16th of January, 14 days after the original date of submission of the phone.
Sir/Madam, I feel duped and stolen from, for YU Televentures have taken my phone and said they'd repair or replace it within 15 days, and as i write this complaint, it has already been 34 days, well over a month. I have called YU multiple times and asked them to let me talk to someone senior or incharge, and they instead never patch me through, stating excuses that the senior supervisor is busy.
This has gone on for too long, and being without my phone, along with the added stress of having to call them again and again for my replacement, as they have my phone, i feel like they've just stolen from me.
I hope the consumer forum can help me get my replacement phone, and i wish companies like these who treat their customers like dirt get blacklisted, or any suitable punishment(s)

Everytime I call to your customer support team, I am been inform same thing...In past 2 months I havent receive any call from your representatives. All I get fake timeline from your support team which is never met. Your team is not aware of the exact scenario or status of the issue. In a day I call twice or thrice...everytime I get different feedback and different timeline. So I have lost hope in your support system and dont feel that your team would be able to resolve the issue. Frankly speaking I never ever would again like to get associated with Yu neither I would recommend anyone. And related to your support system or device built quality, I am not the only one complaining. There are hell lot of people who have abuse it in amazon, complain forums etc.
