My device have display issue. On complaining about the same, I was been inform that I would be getting replacement of it as it is under warranty. Even after 2 months, I am yet to get replacement. Everytime I complain in customer care, I am been provided a fake timeline which is never met. I have register my issue on 8th Dec'15. They provided waybill no on 26th Dec'15 for device dispatch but it is yet to be dispatch from their end.
YU Televentures customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Most pathetic and un profession support system ever experience. Every time I called, support team, has not provided me relevant details. What I received from them is fake timeline which is never met by them. Wish I could provide negative rating to this product.
mail communication with support team, even after taking more than 2 months, they are yet to give final timeline when it would be dispatched.

dear Yu Team,

Everytime I call to your customer support team, I am been inform same thing...In past 2 months I havent receive any call from your representatives. All I get fake timeline from your support team which is never met. Your team is not aware of the exact scenario or status of the issue. In a day I call twice or thrice...everytime I get different feedback and different timeline. So I have lost hope in your support system and dont feel that your team would be able to resolve the issue. Frankly speaking I never ever would again like to get associated with Yu neither I would recommend anyone. And related to your support system or device built quality, I am not the only one complaining. There are hell lot of people who have abuse it in amazon, complain forums etc.

        I have raised complaint for "Sim Card not detected issue" 3 months back, i have called you guys more than 15 times to resolve my issue. You guys asked me go to nearest Micromax care to update the software. Even i did the same and still y problem was not fixed. After that your telephone executive raise Replacement device with WAYBILL#:[protected] with "www.delhivery.com:. When i checked the status, it says "Package not picked/recieved from client". I have communicated about this via Email and the phone as well, till i did not get my problem fixed. Your executives promised me will fix the issue in 2 days. It has been a month, till i did not hear anything from you. Totally it's been a 4 months i have been in touch with you to resolve my issue. I better raise consumer complaint on you guys to resolve my issue. Your customer service is so pathetic, never try to resolve customer problem

              On 24/1/2016, My phone's adapter had some problem and it isn't working so i call into YU Care and registered my issue. They told me that they will send adapter after way-bill confirmation mail generation till next Wednesday. I waited till Wednesday but didn't get any response so i called again in Yu care. They told me that i provide wrong postal code which i didn't provided and asked for postal code then i provide postal code to him then also i didn't get any response. I had called 3rd time then also i didn't get any reply from them.Till now (8/2/2016) i didn't get way bill no.

                I have yureka plus which is hanging after O.T.A update (cm 12.1)... I am also facing battery and heating issues... So i went to the mmx service center where they are ready to solve my problem. But when they were filling up my details in job sheet.. Then they said that first of all I need to close my call received from Yu televentures by giving my yu ticket no. And from now I am calling them but they are not picking up my call Even i had tried many times through my other numbers but no response..
                And service center can not solve my problem until I cancel my received call from Yu...
                So kindly help me... As soon as possible
                N take some prompt action regarding to my problem...
                I did not know that it has worse service ever...

                  On 4th feb, 2016 yu representative contact me by [protected] and told mehe will help me to refund back my money he gave me some transaction id.[protected] and told me to go to my icici atm and us the id to take out the money andsome miss transaction happened and my money tranfer to his account rs. 15, 297 and he told me he will give back my money within 4 hr bt till today i did not got it .he told me to give a my account details on product.[protected]@india.com . till today he did not contact me plzz help me and give back my money . in total they need to give me rs. 20, 396 plzz return to me plzz

                    I purchased the phone 'YU Yuphoria' on 18 JUN 2015 IMEI NO. - [protected] .Due to some technical default I submit my phone in the service center on 19 - Nov. 2015. Now, after three months I didn't receive the phone yet and they are only giving me future dates when I call them.
                    I am very much mentally harassed by the behaviour of the company.

                      My phone's screen was broken and i sent my phone to the company to get it repaired. But now 4 months have passed and i am not getting my phone back. Every time when i contacted the company they said me they will give my handset in 10 -15 days but i am not getting it back.

                        I have given my phone for repair in yu customer support on 10th of jan and till date 6th feb i havn't received my phone. i'm really frustrated and there are many like me with this company service. im giving the details of my communication with them below. Please look into the issue.

                        I have raised an issue on 2nd Jan 2016 for broken display issue. They have taken the phone on 10th Jan i have called around 15 times to customer and everytime i hear a single thing, airway bill number not generated due to technical issue's in system
                        Airwaybill number not generated due to job sheet not closed.
                        It will get generate by the evening.
                        It will be generated within 3 working days(heard multiple times) etc etc.
                        What to do now only option left is giving all my friends and colleagues only one thing never ever buy any micromax product at all or you will cry forever for service.
                        I'm not going to call again to customer service all they speak is lie and the worst of all is ms shivani she speaks lie with full confidence other people will say it will take 3 working days, she said it will be done within 1 working day.

                          On the 2nd of January, I, Samarveer Singh, submitted my YU Yureka handset to 'MS/BR Services' in Lajpat Nagar II, as the handset was giving me battery problems. The phone was in warranty, and the attendant at the store(MS/BR Services-Micromax Customer Care) said that a replacement of my phone would be delivered to my house withing 15 days. Since then, no one has yet delivered the phone to my house, nor have YU Televentures picked up my calls regularly- for days on end, i find mysel[censored]nable to contact them because their customer care is either busy, or all representatives are otherwise engaged. When i do get through, they tell me to wait ANOTHER 15 days, as was said by them to me on the 16th of January, 14 days after the original date of submission of the phone.
                          Sir/Madam, I feel duped and stolen from, for YU Televentures have taken my phone and said they'd repair or replace it within 15 days, and as i write this complaint, it has already been 34 days, well over a month. I have called YU multiple times and asked them to let me talk to someone senior or incharge, and they instead never patch me through, stating excuses that the senior supervisor is busy.
                          This has gone on for too long, and being without my phone, along with the added stress of having to call them again and again for my replacement, as they have my phone, i feel like they've just stolen from me.
                          I hope the consumer forum can help me get my replacement phone, and i wish companies like these who treat their customers like dirt get blacklisted, or any suitable punishment(s)

                            I have ordred Yu yunique 8gb black on 29 September, 2015. Received the product on 3rd Oct 2015. I have satisfied with the product in the early usage. But 30-45 days later I got problem in installing the apps.
                            So, contacted YU televentures regarding the same issue 28th Nov, 2015. They have arranged replacement for the device.
                            The details are as follows:

                            After using the mobile for 2-3 days, I recognised that there is some problem with mobile in conversation over calls. The device have defect in Mic. So, Again contacted YU televentures on

                            Again they have promised to replace the device on urgent basis. They have generated replacement details on 3rd January 2016 as follows.

                            Its almost 34 days completed but the replacement was not done by YU televentures. I have contacted them many times, they are giving fake promises and saying wait for 15days. They saying the same reason since from 34 days. I have disappointed with their behaviour in delaying the dispatch.
                            So I have decided to FILE a CASE in CONSUMER COURT against YU TELEVENTURES and SNAPDEAL.
                            because, coming to the snapdeal, you have given 1 year of manufacturer Guarantee.
                            So you are also comes under this issue because, you are selling the fake products and suffering the customers like me. If you go through Customer reviews of YU TELEVENTURES, there you will find lot of customers suffering with their mobiles brought from Yu TELEVENTURES.
                            Why you people are encouraging the YU Televentures? They are providing fake products and Fake promises.
                            I have contacted SNAPDEAL today, they said write a mail, so that my concern regarding Replacement of my device, snapdeal will help the same regard.
                            So, Please help me in getting the Device as soon as possible.
                            If you also failed to do the same, I will file a CASE against YU Televentures and SNAPDEAL.

                              This is a complaint of my mobile witch I bought online from this company, after using it for few month there was a issue in speaker so I called there customer service and they are having a home pick and drop service as they do not have any service center they provide a home replacement of the device. So I called there Executive and they generated my reference ticket id along with there order and waybill on Dec 19 /2015 .
                              but till now my device have not replaced and they are not reverting any of my mail and and I call every week and there executive say that there is a technical issue wait for one week, every week this is the same issue more over they are not transferring there call to senior.
                              my device is still in warranty period.

                                YU Televentures has failed to replace my device they generated #waybill no[protected] on 9 jan 2016 but still no response. i mailed them many times to explain my situation but they are not listing they replying auto-generate msgs. I am suffering a lot please help me. #YUFRAUD dispatch my transreceiver i am waiting from almost one month i dont want to suffer like others dispatch soon.

                                  Having purchased YU mobile, it has lost its touch sensitivity. Being in warranty period, I registered my complaint with YU customer care approximately more than 03 months ago, but to no avail. Every time when I call them I get a usual reply that you will get a call soon from our technical side, but this has not happened till date. I am afraid that warranty period of my mobile will lapse till they consider my complaint.

                                    I have purchased this ph on 6th may with 1 year warranty from amazon. on 10 dec it stop working completely. i contacted in customer care of the company they tried to guide me over ph and mail but problem not rectified. then they told me that company will swap the device with other device as per the company policy that they 2 time swap the device in warranty period. from 11th dec till date i am only getting the assurance but no action taken place. every time i call they give me the assurance that it will done in next 15 working days.

                                    please help me to recover the money.

                                      my phone stopped working because of some software issue and i called them for support and replacement .. they generated a waybill no. and ticket id for replacement in 15 days gauranteed and now its more than one month . the device is not replaced yet and when i call yu service care . they always apologize and make excuses like techinical problems etc. why i am suffering when problem is in their system.. please help me and replace my device
