    I bought yu yureka in may 2015 wasnt having problems for 3-4 months. The suddenly the device stopped charging I did my first complaint and the company took 1 months to replace my device . The problem they send me a refurbished piece, which didnt even charge too. I went to service center too they also didnt give me any help. Then i started complaining frm 24 oct again. And the third replacement i got was on 25th January 2016. So they took nearly 3 months and Again they gave a refurbished piece which doesnt charge. (IF THEY CANT HELP ME I WANT REFUND). If they dont understand my problem why dont they atleast send a executive. This is the worst customer service, I had so many hopes when i bought this as my first smart phone.

      Reference Ticket id: 1415899 Generated waybill no. is[protected] for pick up As mentioned above as per the tracking details the product reached YU on 16th October 2015, They haven't refunded my money yet. It's been more than 3 months still I have not received my refund I have provided all the details including my bank details.

        I have been calling many times in customer care but they always says that way bill will get generated within 24 hrs but it never does. Its been almost a month this is happening. They always apologize but they never do anything. I always tell them to forward my call to senior but they always say they are busy and tells us to wait for 4 hours for their senior call but I never get the call

          WORST SERVICE EVER!
          Guys never ever buy any YU Product, I am sure you would definitely regret. I have been waiting for my Replaced phone since 20 Days.
          Every time I mail them, I get an Auto generated mail which says to wait more.
          Further If you have 10k - 25k for using the product for 5-6 months only, you can go for it.
          Job sheet No. *N[protected]*
          I doubt whether I would ever get my phone back??
          Why should we give you more time when you promise to deliver within 15 days??
          My friend was planning to buy YUTOPIA which I definitely denied.
          This company should be shut down soon.

              I use Yu YUREKA (moondust grey) phon, serial number:IMEI [protected].this phone having lots of issuesand problem related to its battery, software, charging, hang, stop services during chrging, without charging show charging, and much more.
              This phone in warrenty period, so i want need your help to replace or servicing of phone.

                On 10 October my phone stop working without any external damage. they ask me to send images of my phone by every possible angle, after that they told me your Yureka plus flux wire has been damaged and you have to pay Rs 2999 for the replacement of screen but my phone is in still warranty period. But i pay them at COD which i received in November month. After one day i find that this is not the same Yureka plus it was Yureka the predecessor of my phone, I immediately call back the customer care and they told me to wait and our guy has picked your phone and after that we give you new device. they pick my device at 27 November and till now i haven't received my device. When i called to know my status they told me to wait another days tell me what my rights and what should i do legally. Its been over 4 months and i had not received my right device.

                  I had purchased 19 February 2015 YU yureka Mobile devise has fault proximate censer issue and auto reboot. for this issue had swapped device 2 times but same issue continue. now a days I had again highlighted this issue on 24 august 2015 and Yu Televentures has promised me to Swap device and they had generated Way bill on 28 December but till date I didn't get Swap Devise. they are only saying please allow us 15 Working day from 28 December.

                    I am purchased a YU yuphoria mobile phone at 10th July2015 as the company rule customer get the warranty of one year . after useing few month of this phone there is fault comes in a speakers then I call customer care no [protected] he told me send a mail with full information osupport to [protected]@yuplaygod.com . then company create a waybill no for replacement of phone and told me phone will be replaced in 15 days . now one month goes out but my phone is not replaced . plz help me for replacement of my phone.

                      My request to replace my YU Yureka was approved on 21st of December, 2015 and the Waybill number[protected] was generated. It was mentioned in the email that the replacement would be delivered within 15 days but it has already been more than 30 days. The replacement is nowhere to be found. My phone is not in a working condition. Moreover I cannot perform day-to-day tasks in my Phone thus, as a result. The delay in providing the replacement has put a huge dent in my productivity.

                        My phone was dead i gave it to yureka service center then, they return it after one month, still the phone was not working. Again I complaint against it but they are not replacing my phone, It has been 3 month tanure since I'm without my phone.

                          While putting cell on charge it nt charge as per required.till 2-3hours its keep on making round at 3 to 4%..n in between cell keep doing restart by own ..I got fed up of it..it took 7to 8hrs n get charge nly 60%...and why it getting restart while wrking itself...very oftenly..

                                I have given a complaint long back regarding my USB which is not working. I am not getting any response from them. They are taking too much time to give the reply. May I know what is the problem with their customer care.

                                  I have YU yuphoria 5010 purchased in July 2015. Now I am unable to upgrade it via OTA so I called customer care they said your device swap means they will give me new handset and I got mail regarding this my waybill no. Generated[protected] on 3rd Jan 2016 they said within 15 working days you will receive new handset but still I not received . customer service not giving me proper response. So pls help me..

                                      Gave my mobile to get its screen swapped on 20 november. Havent received any details about it. It has been two months since the complaint.Also I already have mentioned that my phone battery has some issues which i can hardly understand. If its other than the battery issue relating to phone internal hardware i ask you to solve it as well. It has a year warranty and it is almost over now. Now you guys would pull out the cheap trick of charging its repair as well. Well played "YU" guys. you just nailed it.

                                        Can any one help me in escalating the complaints to next level. i had logged a complaint for broken screen and agreed to pay the amount asked by customer support, I was told that I would receive in replacement in 15 days. A complaint number was assigned on 2nd Jan 2016. After many followups a waybill number was generated on 7th Jan 2016 and my device was picked up on 11th Jan 2016 and delivered to the destination on 16th. since 18th Jan 2016 I am following up customer care support to generate a reverse Waybill number to deliver my device but I am getting a very rude response from CC support. every time I call them they say that it will take 2 days time for generating waybill number and 15 days to deliver the device. any body pls. help me in calculating the the 15 days said by the CC from YU. or pls let me know how to escalate the complaint to next level.
