Dear Yu Televentures,

My request to replace my YU Yuphoria was approved on the 25th of December and the Waybill number was generated. It was mentioned in the email that the replacement would be delivered within 15 days, but it has already been more than 20 days and the replacement is nowhere to be found. My phone is not in a working condition and a result of the delay in getting a replacement led to me wasting Rs. 2000 on a phone that I do not require, moreover one that I cannot use to perform day-to-day tasks. The delay in providing the replacement has put a huge dent in my productivity, resulting in a farther greater loss of my time. I have called your support more times than I can count, who just ask me to wait for more time. A look at the tracking details of the AWB number provided my shows that the phone has not yet been picked up by you, also your decision to use Delivery, by far the slowest courier service I have used is baffling. What I want is what you promised me, timely door-step service of excellent quality and adequate compensation for my delay, in your launch and various press events you have touted YU's support as being the most efficient and convenient, but my experience with YU support has taught me that your support is disorganised and is very skilled at making up excuses to justify the delays. As per my opinion, a customer should receive the replacement for the product three days after the request is made, as, since you already have the stock, the time taken to get the replacement of the phone to the customer should only be attributed to the courier service. Also, I have tried contacted your founder, Rahul Sharma regarding this, on Twitter, but my issue has only been ignored. Okay, I guess he doesn't have time to deal with a million people complaining to him, but within a few minutes, he sent a thank you tweet to someone and posted a selfie, wouldn't your time be better spent trying to make your customers happy rather than trying to prove that your company is something that it is clearly not. I believe that YU Televentures was started as an attempt to involve the community and provide better customer service than the founder company Micromax could offer, but have I seen any of these working, no. The updates for the Yuphoria phone take forever to come out, your customer support consists of a bunch of people that are skilled in misguiding your customers. And this is not an isolated incident, consumer forums are full of people that claim to have received their replacements after 3 months.

          I have a yu yureka and i asked the company if i root yu yureka the warranty is void or not they told me rooting will not void warranty and if any problem occur we will give you replacement and my yu yureka is dead i called them on 25 December they give me a waybill number[protected] on 28 December and a tracking id of delhivery they told me that I will get a replacement in 10 days but when i track the details on delhivery it says not picked or recieved from client so i called delhivery costomer service they told me they didn't received the package yet. Then i called yu service they told methere was a problem and you will receive the replacement in 10 days but still they didn't give me the replacement or even the status on delhivery site is changed they just give me fake hopes.

            Hii, I have mailed you about my yureka plus mobile lcd repairing problem, on 25th dec they mailed me that it will take 10 working days, now after complaining to you, they have again replied me on 17th jan that it will take another 15 working days, everytime they keep saying sorry for inconvenience, nad give us 10-15 more working days, its been more than 45 days since i give my mobile for repaire, IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN AND AGAIN THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF COMPLAINING TO YOU...

              Purchased a YU5010 (Yuphoria) with Cyanogen and Buffed Steel Colour. Date of Purchase:[protected]Order date) &[protected]Delivery date). IMEI 1: [protected], IMEI 2: [protected] Faced Loud Speaker Problem from[protected]. Reference Ticket id: 1531125 1st Replacement initiated on 26-10-15 and received on[protected] Problems in 1st Replacement: Yellowish tint display, Many Scratches in display glass, Terrible sound from ear speaker. Replacement generated way bill No:[protected] on 06-11-15 2nd Replacement received on 19-11-15. And this had a issue on it's WIFI reception. It was unable to receive signals from 2-4 feet distance from any router. IMEI1: [protected], IMEI2: [protected] On 27-12-15 after a deep sleep of YU Forum Support / YU Customer Care replied and initiated again a replacement. On 02-01-16 I've received my 3rd Replacement. This handset is completely glue sticked even the sides of display also. 3.5mm headset socket was broken and used some fevikwik like glue to join it. Ear speaker net is completely torn off !!! IMEI 1: [protected], IMEI 2: [protected] 4th Replacement initiated on[protected] having WAYBILL#:[protected] of http://www.delhivery.com/ Now it's the 16th day after generation of my 4th replacement waybill and device still it's not handed over the courier company. I have purchased a YU device on 16-07-15 and it's 19-01-16 means ended half of 1 year warranty. And can use a good device only for 3 months ! After that I have received a faulty device one after another after engaging a lots of time and money for complaining. Is this the value of my money which I have invested to buy a product of YU.                 I told to the company that my phone is dead they said that it will be replaced in 10 working days.But it is more than Two month till today i didn't get my phone back, i have paid 10000 for that phone but i am not using the phone from last 60 Days.every time i call the costumer care they say that phone will be reached to you in 10 days.I spend More than 600 rupees on the call to costumer care now i am very tired...

                  This phone is rubbish. It resets automatically..looses all data.. and now it has reached a stage, that it doesnt even start up. I raised a complaint on Dec 09- after a long follow up - I got my waybill generated after 10 days on 19th Dec- Waybill #[protected] for delhivery.com. Till date, YU has not dispatched my phone. Everytime I call up - I get a reply that your device will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. The service has been literally third class. They don't give a damn about a customer - customer gets frustrated calling them up - but no reply. Have wasted enormous amount on calling this people - but no success. This company should be banned in doing any business along with a hefty fine to breach a customer trust and their own policies.

                    I had purchase Yureka YU from amazon last Feb 2015, I got an issue with by charging (Reverse Charging) and got 3 replacement. Device is been replaced for 3 times, and all three times i got faulty device. For every Replacement i have bear (15-20 days) each time with no service. I have chasing since Nov 2015 (Ticket 1809633 ), it almost 2 Months with No Service, and I am awaiting update from YUSuport. My waybill number is been generated last month (20th Jan 2015) but still I haven't got any update from Support.

                      I told to the company that my phone is dead they said that it will be replaced in 15 working days.But it is more than one month till today i didn't get my phone back, i have paid 8000 for that phone but i am not using the phone from last 45 Days.every time i call the costumer care they say that phone will be reached to you in 5 days.I spend More than 200 rupees on the call to costumer care now i am very tired.

                          I have a swap request on 4 dec, on 8 of dec I replies with all the details require by the YU people but after 6 days I have no response so I have call them again so they told me that they cant deliver in noida . After that the Waybill no.[protected] is generated on 15 dec and they give me the deadline of 15 days . I have called them multiple times but they always fooling me . 1. They never replied to any of my mail 2. whenever i tried to talk to the senior they tell me often they tell me that there senior are busy so they call back within 4 working hour but there 4 working hour seems to havent compete yet. I have mulltiple call back request no.[protected] and no. of times they told me that they can give me call back and they cant sent a mail because they have not authorized or this. 3. One of the executive told me that they are there to fool me they jobs are this only Do whatever you want . 4. firstly i have given my noida adderess but they never mail or call me but one of the executive told me that they message me about the information i havent get any kind of this message . Whenever i call them to prioritized the issue they always generate a new swap request ticket no. 1824778 Please take look

                          Yu has done of mockery of Customer services and Make in India. Not only they are supplying defective good but their customer services are pathetic.
                          My Yupheria phone went bad in few months and despite following up with the customer services for past 1.5 months, have just heard excuses. Their customer services staff are wasting time of the complainants by giving nonsensical responses on customer queries.
                          One of my worst experiences in terms of product performance and support

                            I bought a mobile phone online from Amazon.com 6 month back. It was worked fine for a week but after a week his speaker not working and battery also not working fine. Mobile phone restarting again and again I called customer care multiple times but they are not responding well. I really frustrated with this. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              My phone was having a problem due to a recent update of cyanogen mode and it was getting very heated so i called up the customer service centre and they told me to visit a nearby service centre and tell them to flash the phone which would take approx. 45 minutes. But the flash took almost 4 hours on Nov 2nd, 2015 and by then my phone was completely damaged . ( It wasn't even starting ). Later they told me to send the phone to the factory of YU Televentures. I followed all the procedures needed and they were not ready to give me a new phone or a refund as they had no policy as such regarding their service centre spoiling a phone.I therefore rejected to accept a tested device. But later after a lot of discussion I accepted to take the tested device and then they send me the Waybill Number on Wed, Nov 18, 2015 at 3:43 PM. After 15 working days i called them again because i didn't received the tested phone . They told me there was a problem and so they send me again a Waybill Number on Thu, Dec 10, 2015 at 1:48 PM again after 15 working days until now i haven't received the phone. Every week i call them and they tell me there is a technical problem to wait for a week. As the Policy of YU Televentures say that " The customer will receive their product or tested device within 15 days". Its almost more then a month i have not received my device. I'm staying without a mobile from Nov 2nd, 2015 until Today Jan 16th, 2016 and even after calling today they tell me to wait for more 15 days as there is a Technical Problem. Even my warranty of 3 months are gone without using the phone which they are not ready to give me back. Hope you take some legal action soon.

                                Hi I have purchased a device yureka plus android on 2 nov 15 . device is not working good software issue battery drain very fast hardware issue .I call customer care they have done replacement on 21nov15 System generated waybill no[protected] till date I haven't received my device. They just said wait a 15 day and your device received .but still I am waiting my device. Almost 2 month pass .pls do the need full action as soon as possible Thanks with regards. Shahjada alam

                                  Hi I am mohana priya. I purchased an micromax yuphoria yu5010 mobile from amazon. I had few problem regarding the screen and touch Than i request to replaced the mobile. I went to service center they suggested for the replacement. I submitted mobile to M/S CELL TECH service center Chennai-600008 on 04-1-16, but they told, we give your replacement after 30 days. But I conform from Custemer Care executive the replacement period is 15 days & it's already completed and it had reached Delhi it will be replaced soon. IMEI/ESN NO:[protected]/[protected]. My contact no. [protected]. Please support & take action urgently. I am very frusteted from micromax I want my mobile as soon as possible so please do the needful

                                    Dear YU Support, this is to inform you that till now i do not received transreceiver aginst ORDER#:DL[protected] WAYBILL#:[protected] and i talk several times in you customer care no. [protected] they are replying that after 15 days we dispatch and after courier company take 10-15 days for delivery so that after 30 working days transreceiver reach . but at the time of way bill generation your customer care saying that in 8-12 days deliver transreceiver. kindly see the matter other wise i take further action against company .

                                      I submitted phone at micromax service centre on 13 november 2015 . I got it back on 28 november. It was not charging and was broken . And it was not even my phone . then i again submitted my phone . Then they gave my time of 15 days again for delivery . till then after every 15 days, they are giveng me time of 15 days . they are harrassing me . thier service is worst .
