On 21st of January, 2015 I bought one Yu Yureka handset (IMEI - [protected])and from the first month of my usage, I started facing various problems of some or other kind in the same. I have been raising numerous complaints on their customer care numbers which eventually went unnoticed and grossly ignored. In the month of June (End) I raised another critical complaint against the charging problems coming to my handset and the malfunctioning charger. Since then I am continuously complaining the same issue. Surprisingly the every next time I raise the issue I get to know that my earlier complaint was never registered or dismissed without the resolution of my problem.
On the suggestion of one of the company I tried to pursue on ground service centres (Lucknow, Allahabad, Pratapgarh and greater Noida), but they all denied to solve my issue asking me to take the help of online service services which eventually never helped me out.
Due to the poor services of the company and defective handset, I have been facing severe mental trauma since past 6 months. Dozens of calls tyo the service centres and subsequent emails have resulted in huge loss of time. Moreover, I was forced to buy a new handset resulting in additional burden on my pocket. The days I lived without my handset resulted in much loss to me both personally and professionally. Lastly this activity of company humiliated me and subsequently embarrassed me socially.
