I gave my device for replacement a month ago and till not received my device yet.. the only thing they say is that it will be dispatched in 2 days but nothing happens email- [protected]@gmail.com
YU Televentures customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No response from the company. Call centre not leting me to contact to their seniors even.. I have till now not serviced my device. I guess they looted me!!

    I want to file a complain a against Yureka company . They are not giving my Yureka Phone back.

    MY PHONE HAS DISPLAY AND HEATING PROBLEM

    I give my YUREKA PLUS phone on 23 of November in service center.
    but until now i haven't received my phone . i almost call 15 to 20 time and they always told me that they send your phone in 10 working days. why this happening .I don't have phone and i badly need my phone .

      I bought yu yuphoria from amazon. In on 12 september. Initially it was running good but after 1 and half month later a problem arises in it. Whole body gets current so i went to their service centre in kota and they told me that is manufacturing problem and so i contacted YU customer service.. They said me that it will be replaced within 15 days and after trying calling them everyday they had generated my waybill no. After 2month on 5 jan. And said that it will be delivered by 15 but till today they had even not dispatched it. My Yu reference Id is #1870519 and waybill no.is "[protected]" from delhivery Also please tell me the procudure of registering a compaint in consumer court.. My email id is " [protected]@gmail.com"

Since 2016 YU customer care phone line always in busy line never get connected even they lied me by gave so many Promise's from my past time contacted. I'm very much upset and frustrated ..           I submitted my phone for servicing on 8 december 2015 and i was asked to wait for 15-20 days maximum.. i called the customer care many times but they are saying that i will recieve the phone within 1 week... its been more than 1 month and i have yet ot received my phone... yureka customer service is very bad...seriouslyyy... please return my phone... i need it

                    I just bought new Yu Yureka Plus phone this december n not even a month long it stops working. I kept my phone on my beds shelf for alarm and i wake up late because alarm didnt ring. I woke up and checked and saw my Yureka Plus was off then i tried to charge thinking it was discharged from 99% to 0% somehow in 6hours but i see it cant charge then i tried reinserting battery and restart but nothing shows up on screen. I just bought this phone less than 25 days back and now it wont start. I googled yu customer number n it shows [protected] and i dial it atleast 20 times n it says busy always..how can customer care number wont even engage the call? I went about looking for service centres to contact them n show my phone but the numbers are wrong on their website . One number says invalid other one switches off on second call after first went unanswered and third one says its not yu customer care centre. How to get my issue resolved when company not even letting customers contact. I tried looking on forums and see thousands asking for service centre n saying company customer care cant be reached. If the phone stops working in just 25 days and i cant contact what will i do? the company is just fooling its customers. U can verify by calling those numbers given as service centre numbers of delhi city in the company page itself. Yu is just fooling its customers nothing else. I need cashback for my mobile phone yu is always very negligent to their customers and never provide good service. I had all my documents in my phone regarding my coming examinations as well as job interviews and i cant even access them thanks to this bogus company not listening to its customers. I need my time n storage compensated by the company since its cost me alot on this device before also as they took 3000 inr to give a new transreciever and it didnt even have the company seal which is there at start and they said they ll give me new transreciever piece at cost of 3000 and handed me an old mobile I still have the bill of replaced device as well as this new one which dosent have a single scratch on its body as well as no other issues but isnt even working now or even starting..                           On 21st of January, 2015 I bought one Yu Yureka handset (IMEI - [protected])and from the first month of my usage, I started facing various problems of some or other kind in the same. I have been raising numerous complaints on their customer care numbers which eventually went unnoticed and grossly ignored. In the month of June (End) I raised another critical complaint against the charging problems coming to my handset and the malfunctioning charger. Since then I am continuously complaining the same issue. Surprisingly the every next time I raise the issue I get to know that my earlier complaint was never registered or dismissed without the resolution of my problem. On the suggestion of one of the company I tried to pursue on ground service centres (Lucknow, Allahabad, Pratapgarh and greater Noida), but they all denied to solve my issue asking me to take the help of online service services which eventually never helped me out. Due to the poor services of the company and defective handset, I have been facing severe mental trauma since past 6 months. Dozens of calls tyo the service centres and subsequent emails have resulted in huge loss of time. Moreover, I was forced to buy a new handset resulting in additional burden on my pocket. The days I lived without my handset resulted in much loss to me both personally and professionally. Lastly this activity of company humiliated me and subsequently embarrassed me socially.

I provided all information to them whatever they required on mails after a week I get a reply wrong IMEI number though this company have all my records from past history, Then I provided IMEI numbers after a week reply came as they need diffrent address so when I gave them diffrent address...

                              My Waybill[protected] was generated on 15/12/2015 and on 18/12/2015 its status was not picked or not sent to courier partner. Today is 12/01/2016 and its still showing the same status. I was told that by the YU OFFICIALS on 20/12/2015 that you will receive your replacement TRANSRECEIVER by 25/12/2015. and on 28/12/2015 they told me to kindly wait for 10 working days which leads to 09/01/2015 and it still shows the same status and everytime i call them they tell me that we are having Technical Problems since 15/12/2015. But looking at the current position it does not look that good. This is my 4th replacement of the TRANSRECEIVER and I have had two replacements of my Headphones also. I don't know if they are taking the matter seriously or not. I am facing a lot of problems with my camera. Every other company provides a new handset after two replacements of their devices so as to maintain the reputation of the company. This will be my 4th replacement and you will still provide me with a Replaced TRANSRECEIVER. What justice does the customer gets who has invested 7000 rupees. {Dear Ramakant, Thank you for emailing YU Support. Your reference ticket id: 1870249. However its been 1 month and the device has not been provided to the courier company. I was so fan of yu last year making my friends buy a few. Now I am irritated...hate the experience. I'm going to post and complain on many social websites and other websites on my bad experience. So sick of waiting. All I had to do was buy a Xaomi mi or asus zenfone but instead I had to go for this company.

                                  Since 30 nov i had complaint regarding my new ( 3 month ) device for sound & hand free problem, they assure that your device will replace with in 7 days. but still i am suffering for my device nobody taken action regarding this. After 15 days of complaint they given me courier tracking no for my satisfaction.but courier company saying that device not given yet by YU Telecom so we can not process. I had called custmer care 4-5 times, but every time they are saying your device will be delivery you 7 working days.
