Over a month after my waybill number was generated for my dead mobile (Yuphoria), I still am asked by YU officials to just keep on waiting until my replacement device is dispatched from warehouse! Need someone to look into this please! I have been terribly frustrated and annoyed by the irresponsible behavior of YU for over a month now Below are my case details: ORDER#:MH[protected] WAYBILL#:[protected] E-mail - [protected]@gmail.com The waybill number was generated on 9-Dec-15. Each time I call them to check, they will always say we are totally helpless as there is a technical problem and that all that I can possibly do is wait, wait and just wait. i still call everyday and get different responses from various customer care execs. Its funny how they claim to be so organized!! FYI, the tech problem was resolved on 14-Dec-15 and dispatches have resumed since then. But thanks to their non-responsiveness, I havent seen an update ever since. the status still shows as "not picked". I also lodged a complaint on their website - http://forums.yuplaygod.com/threads/yuphoria-went-dead-no-display-no-battery.296... Numerous tickets were generated to give me false hope - here are the ticket numbers (just to fool me so that I feel reassured, all these are of no use, at least no effect seen thus far for any of these) ticket nos. 1766023, 1896323, 1896231 Any help would be highly appreciated.     Date of Incident-23/12/2015 No.[protected] It became aprox 15 days, the device which i was using it need to swap it was expected to deliver tiill 30 december but today its 7 jan there not yet shipped..whenever i am callng to no they are asking for two days and still i am blind about the shipment of the device...I have to purchase the another phone because it was impossible to manage without the another phone however i m waiting for the device but its very dissapointing

      Dear Sir/Mam, I have raised a complaint for replacing my phone on 2nd December 2015, they generated waybill on 6th dec and promised me to replace my phone within 10 days. Its more than a month since i have filed my complaint still don't get any solution. I have called many times to customer care but they are telling different story every day. Please help.           I am using yu yureka AO5510 .My ph was not switching on, so i have approached to service center, they responded me that this issue can't be handled by them so talk to customer care. I had word with customer care they replied that they will replace my phone with old used phone.i denied to this now they are not even to replying my mails. Even i am not able to contact to their customer care numbers

            I Purchased yureka in April'2015. Till 1 month it was completly ok. since then issues have started. now its being almost 20days microphone of my cell phone does not work. it works for a day then again it goes off. Also it does not get connected to pc or laptop. have been complaining on yureka id. Firstly got solutions which did not work. after that was asked for address details for swap. its near to 10days there is no revert on the details i sent. after that mailed thrice asking the status.but nobody cares to even reply once and update on same. the customer care number does not work. Worst experience with yureka. if you people cannot handle clients then there is no use selling the phone. The company has no courtesy to reply and inform once also. Ticket ID : 1834214. 1st mail sent on 19th dec 2015.

              I purchased Micromax Yu Yureka plus mobile on 8th September 2015. Within couple of months i was facing issue of the phone restarting. I submitted my Micromax phone on 25th november 2015 to micromax service center at Fort, Mumbai. After phone submission i was informed that i will get my phone in 15-20 days. After that i called them on 9th december. On 9th december they said that the phone will take another 15 days to repair. Then i visited the service center for further inquiry. They said it will take another 15 days. After which i called them again on 26th December. TO which they are saying it will take another 15 days again. Everytime they are giving assurance that they will give the phone within 15 days. While when the day comes, they are extending the date everytime. The number provided by micromax is not toll free and in each call they put call on hold for around 15 minutes.Due to which i have exhausted my mobile balance of around Rs 300. I have purchased the phone for my use. But its been already 35 days plus since the phone is with the service center.They are just wasting the customers time and harasssing me. I want refund for the phone. Plus Rs 2000 extra for misguiding me and troubling me.                 Dear all, I have purchased yureka mob from Amazon in Feb 2015 it was working ok but heating and speaker issues where found and I logged complaint but not get any reply after few days I got mail and finally they are ready to replace, according to them it will take 12 working days & today it completed more than 30 days but still I didn't get any update on this ...I am completely unhappy with this service and will never recommend this product to any one ...very bad service ...

                  I purchased yureka in feb 2015. Later in november month the company gave a update due to which my phone got dead. I have called the customer support team of yureka and asked them to replace it, they told me that they would replace it. They gave me the waybill no. of Delhivery courier service on 2 december. I thought that it will reach soon in 7-10 days. but after 3 days there was a tracking status that the company has not provided the parcel which means that yureka one's have still not given my mobile to the delhivery team. I later called the customer support of yureka they told that due to stock problem or something they could not give mobile that time they told they will surely deliver it to me in next 7-10 days. This was the issue on 12th december. later from 15 to 20 december i mailed them too that the mobile is still not deliverd to me, no reply at all ! I later called them on 23 or 24 december. they told that due to some problem they could not deliver it to me and now they would deliver it on 2nd of jan final. I told ok. Still it's 4th january it's not delivered. A point is that they too don't have any toll free number and whenever i call them the line is always busy too. I have attached the mails

                    I am amit jain from gurgaon. I bought yureka mobile in feb 2015. My device is not being charged by the charger. I registered a complaint to yureka on 8 December 2015. Yureka replied that they will replace my mobile with a tested phone (not with new one) within 15 working days. On 12 December 2015 i got waybill number. Till today (04/1/2016) my mobile it is not picked. Everytime i am call yureka customer care and they say because of technical issue your device is not dispatched and it will take 10 more working days. If you are going to buy YU brand device please do not buy because they Are not providing services only say wait for some time.. My experience of YU brand was worst please do not buy this

                    They do not repair their mobile after sales easily. It will take months to get repaired.

                              Sir my earphone is not working properly so I request to the yuphoria to change my earphone because my earphone is in under warranty period. Then the said to me that your earphone will be changed. Now one and half month is over but I didn't got my earphone till.

                                  I tried to conatact many times to customer care but after lots of efforts they do not respond properly. they asked me for details related to yuphoria mobile but now they continously saying that they have forwaded the details to concerned department and you will get a call from them . more than 4 days passed their department is not calling for the issue . my phone is in warrenty Reference Ticket id: 1856091. please help me as soon as possible

                                        Hello I used my Yureka plus some days and after that it's motherboard was corrupted I called YU Care and they generate Waybill number on 30th November and I called daily and every time they told me same dialog "please sir wait some more time etc..." One month is passed but their is only one update :- "Order has not picked up" Please do something. I really need my phone. ~ Anmol [protected]
